The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Thank You

Memorial Day is the day that we thank our veterans for their service to our county. Our country's soldiers have spent their time and sometimes lost their lives in defense of our country and our freedoms. Through their suffering, through their sacrifice they serve and have served with honor and with dignity.

For those who have not served it is impossible to relate to or properly thank those who have given their lives to the defense of liberty. So for those of you who serve, for those of you who have served, and for those who gave their lives we simply say thank you. Thank you for your courage. Thank you for your dedication to freedom and liberty. Thank you for your sacrifices in war and in peace.

I am a Desert Storm Gulf War Vet and served my contry for 22 years as a USAF Security Forces Cop. yes, a lot of us went over to foreign lands and fought for our country, but I was reminded by a friend who was a Law Enforcement officer in this area and is currently retired. She is absolutely correct when she said, "Nobody ever thanked them for the service they did while we were gone." We need to thank all of those Police Officers and Fire Fighters also for what they did; because without them here on the home front watching and protecting our Cities, Towns, Neiborhoods, Homes and Families it would of been much harder for us to do our jobs!!! Sincerely I Thank You oh so much my fellow brothers and sisters!!!

attended the Memorial Day ceremony at Memorial park with John McCain, Heather Wilson, Sen. Pete Domenici, Darren White, Ray Schultz, and various other dignitaries. One question....where was the mayor?? Did he have a more pressing engagement than honoring those who have served this country. I am a military veteran and I find this to be extremely rude. Unless I missed seeing him because he was at another ceremony. I tip my hat and salute any who have served this country, military, law enforcement, any emergency personnel.
