The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. The Honorable Judge Parker Restores Faith

Today Former APD Officer Brad Arensfield learned his fate. Arensfield was convicted in Federal Court of Obstruction of Justice. The Honorable Judge Parker sentenced Arensfield to: six months (and one day) in prison, six months of house arrest, and three years of probation. The Eye would like to salute Judge Parker. This man truly applied common sense in sentencing Arensfield. The sentence was reasonable, given the circumstances and justice has been served.

It was comical watching Assistant US Attorney Yardbird make himself look cheap along with belittling the Office of the US Attorney. Yardbirds’ only claim that he rejoiced in, was Arfensfield was a convicted felon and could not be a copper. We here at the Eye expected a professional display with statements such as; “Justice has been served” or “the people prevailed in this case.” No, Yardbird sounded like he was just released off the farm. This prosecutor should have shown up with a straw in his mouth wearing a pair of faded coveralls.

Our Eyes tell us Arensfield’s attorney will be appealing this case based on the fact that evidence was intentionally withheld by Assistant US Attorney Tara Neda. The records show that Neda has a past pattern and practice of intentionally withholding evidence in Federal cases. In all probability, a higher court will rule in Arensfields’ favor.

How can Tera Neda still be employed at the USA office? Does she know someone?

Ya, this whole thing isn't over until the fat lady sings.

One question: where was Shawn Bryan?

He wasn't at the Twin Peaks function nor was he at his friends sentencing. Interesting.

This is Brad Ahrensfields sister. I want to thank all of you for your support for my brother. Of course we would of preferred no prison time but we can handle the judges decision. This time has been very hard for our family but we have come out stronger. I encourage you all to keep the fight going to right the wrongs in the upper command of the APD.

Ahrensfield family and friends need to continue to bring out the truth and have the real culprits sent to prison. I never believed Ahrenfield was completely innocent and got burned by his so-called friend (DW), but I also feel, the part he played, should not have warranted prison time or even dismissal from his job. Perhaps, some sanction, but not the torture he and his family have been put through. I'm sure he will be a lot more careful about who he trusts (DW RS) two of this biggest scumbags on earth. I'm sorry he got any prison time and hope eventually he can get his life back on track. Hey, I was fired from the same job twice in one year for doing the right thing and it all worked out. Ahrensfield I'm sure you have a lot to offer, so after it's all said and done - move on and be happy! God Bless!

I do agree with the EYE that Judge Parker was more than fair in his sentence of Brad Arensfield based on the facts that the Judge had to work with. Judge Parker read the letters of support sent to him in behalf of Arensfield,he pointed out the support Arensfield had in the courtroom, and took into consideration Arensfields military and police history and even stated that if Ron Olivas had not done what he had done, this would of never of happened. Judge Parker even stated that both Olivas and Arensfield did what they did out of friendship. This Judge is a credit to The Federal Court. But this is far from over. First Judge Parker stated that when he denied the motion from Arensfield for a new trial because the goverment allegedly witheld evidence that may of helped Arensfield, that call was very close. Judge Parker went on to say that he welcomes The Court Of Appeals looking at the case to see if he was right or wrong. What Judge Parker does not know is there was never any criminal activity at The Car Shop or by Shawn Bryan. I have learned alot by looking into this case and it will all come out in a new trial. The people that are behind this, will be made to pay for what they have done. All I will say at this time is everyday we all look into a mirror for what ever reason. That person in the mirrior looking back at you is your soul. You can not lie to your soul, you can not spin the truth to your soul. Your soul always knows the truth. So for all of you that has had a part in this or have not come forward with what you know, everytime you look into the mirror be reminded as to what you have done. Yes a Jury found Arensfield Guilty, howerver a Jury decides a case on the facts they have at hand. Can a Jury make a mistake? We all know the answer to that.

Surely, Judge Parker will allow Ahrensfield to remain on appeal bond while the appeal is pending under these circumstances.

To Brad's Sister: Brad is truly a warrior. He fought, he didn't give up, he enlisted the help of family, friends, co-workers and the community, as well as standing up personally to Chief Schultz at a city council meeting. He wasn't afraid to call people out, to name names, he didn't play the "passive-agressive" game that so many of our city political leaders do! In so doing, Judge Parker and the rest of Albuquerque knows how Brad was railroaded, retaliated against, and used as a scapegoat by APD, in particular, the Chief and his minions. As a former student of Brad's, I only wish he would be able to go on and further his career in law enforcement. If his appeal is granted, hopefully he will be able to!

So, what about the text messages between Erica and that liar Kathleen, the one married to POS Darren. Why have we not seen the decoding on those.
All said and done, the person or person who should be serving time right along side of Brad should be Darren and Kathy White.

Darren perjured himself. Does anyone out there not get that?

DOES ANYONE NOT GET THE FACT THAT DARREN SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR ALL THE MIS DEEDS HE HAS COMMITTED? ANYONE OF YOU SO CALLED GOOD Rs WANT TO CHIME IN HERE? AND DON'T COME OUT WITH"DO YOU HAVE PROOF"?

Bottom line is that all the shit he has done, which by the way would have put any of us behind bars, was simply and conveniently swept under the carpet. those of you who are reading this and took part in his cover ups know exactly what I'm referring to.
Congressman? My ass. What a corrupt POS.

I was at the sentencing, and I would like to say that Ryan Fuckner, I mean buckner's behavior was disgusting.

To Sgt Heh, we all know that Fuckner knows what he did was wrong, and that will come out in good time. Problem is, whenever he looks in the mirror, he doesn't give a crap what he sees...he has no soul.

To Brad's sister - I am Sam's sister and I know how you feel. I witnessed the toll it takes on a person and their family. I don't normally wish bad things on people, but I truly hope Ray and Darren pay for their dirty deeds. If any one out there is withholding what they know they are just as culpable. Like Paul said - look in the mirror!

Tara Nada is used for those cases where the facts are slim, because she knows how to cheat the system, like she did to Brad.

That's what I want to know! Why haven't these so called text messages been decoded yet? I know if my friend was doing any time at all, I would have those things served up on a silver platter.

Shawn Bryan is a fraud.

By him lying about these texts, he is only making DW and his drug dependant wife look innocent.

But, I guess if the price is right, people would do just about anything, now wouldn't they?

What is Fricke saying that they conduct extensive backgrounds on wanted people before they put them in the proerty crime offenders. Didn't two show up dead? Think before you talk that is APD's problem. What are we doing. Get rid of Trish and put someone else there even a civilian or a bum off the street has much more common sense. Noon day has a good gathering.

We cheat ourselves. We just had testing for a sgt position on 5th floor and the fix was on. How do you expect Police to treat the citizens of Alb when we treat ourselves like crap? All you cops who think you got posiitions on fair testing you didn't beat anyone. You were someone's friend and probably werent qualified for the position or the opening was written specifically for you. So don't think you "got the spot" because you tested better it was given to you so drop the "better than me syndrome."

You're right on one thing; He is currently a convicted felon. However, if you read the article thoroughly you would have also noticed that favorable evidence was withheld by the prosecution and the entire decision may be overturned by the court of appeals. What do you think about that anon @ 11:59am?
