The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Ray Schultz a Deals Final Blow

It is with the greatest sadness and sorrow the staff here at the Eye learned of the passing of Retired Senior Officer Alfred Walck.

Walck was pressured to retire from the Albuquerque Police Department by Ray Schultz. Shortly afterward, Walck suffered a massive stroke and heart attack. Walck was partially paralyzed, wheelchair bound and was in the process of recovery. It is believed that the medical episode that Walck suffered was the result of the heinous acts of Schultz and APD's upper echelon.

Walck was notified while in Healthsouth Rehabilitation that Ray Schultz and APD were seeking his decertification as a police officer. This added stress, pushed Walck into a relapse, and today Walck suffered another heart attack and passed away.

The Eye's deepest thoughts and respect to a thirty-eight year police officer, Alfred Walck.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Alfred Walck and the Walck Family.

I can see how the actions of the Chief and his staff may have in some manner caused the additional stress leading to a heart attack.
My condolences to Al's family.

I for one would like to know what casued the Chief to seek Al's decertification after he retired. Mayor Berry probably should ask the same question if he has any hope of being reelected. Appears like a good number of officers have been decertified under Schultz. Begs the question on some why they were hired in the first place?
Something wrong here.

You know, One can only hope karma comes around here. One can only hope. I don't care what anyone thinks of someone, to trash someone at the end of such a long career, you truly are a lowlife snake. It is disgusting that someone would feel a sense of satisfaction or victory over someone else's demise. Ruining people's lives does not go unanswered. Rest in peace Officer Walck.

The Chief's actions may be what is needed to force him out. Be hard to live with ones self if his actions did cause the fatal heart attack.
I would think that all his DC's are chomping at the bit to take over. It must be a pisser for the Chief to know that all his DC's are praying for him to leave. Great loyalty down there. Cover your butt Chief cause the DC's are zeroing in on your job, probably makes you wished you had promoted a different group. The battle now begins between Piaz, Banks and Fiest and if one of them prevails the circus rolls on and the citizens go down in flames.

Ray Schultz and his fifth floor band of character assassins are responsible for this and it is time for all of them to leave..enough is enough....sleep well ray, allen, beth, paul, kathy, darren, RJ, Rob,,

I spoke with Al everyday and went to see him everyday while at the hospital. Al felt discraced for being forced out of A.P.D., this was formost on his mind. Al truely loved A.P.D. and the men and women of the department. Al and I woulld talk for hours how next to our family A.P.D. was our family. When Al received the letter of the plan by Chief Schultz of decertification I said to myself this will kill Al and I saw it in Al's face. I had to ask myself why ? Al's health, confined him to a wheelchair, memory problems, speech problems and a weakened heart meant that he would never be again what he loved . The man could not even go to Santa Fe' to defend himself. For all officers believe me Al really cared about you. For all you young officers dont believe rumors about Al started by the same peolpe that were out to hurt Al. The truth is Al had a very sharp leagal mind and knew case law very well. Al helped many officers with problems with the department and helped several get promoted. Sunday THE BLACK HORSE came to Al's camp. As the brave man Al was he was ready to ride him out. To all of you that had a hand in the death of a brave man, if you have any doubt about who you are look in the mirror. To you I ask you, what will you do when the BLACK HORSE comes for you ?

So are you saying Ray Schultz killed Al, and it wasn't really Al's health issues? Could the chief really be a killer?

To: Paul Heh

You have some responsibility for this as well. You brought Berry, White, Breen, Schultz and especially this attitude to us. You totally got bamboozled and in turn so did we. May God bless you Officer Walck, my prayers will be with you and your family.

Al you will be missed. I will always remember your favorite saying.
" You have to stand for something or you will stand for nothing at all."

Love You

Does decertification deny Officer Walck's family any benefits?

I hope Al's family sues Ray Schultz. There must be an attorney who reads this blog who will contact them to help.

Al will get a well deserved and respected burial. To those in Blue/ Brown/ and Black WE all stand beside Officer Walck and his family in their time of need.

If anyone hears of the service times please POST on the EYE

My thoughts and prayers to the Walck family. I am truly sorry for your loss. I know how it feels first hand to watch APD administration attack a loved one and the damage done. One day we all things come full circle and Ray and Darren will get theirs. Enough about them. Please know the community appreciated your loved ones service and may he RIP.

What DC's are going to take over. Banks he stepped into a big ol pile of shit when he got caught in a lie. Feist was to far behind him and endorsed his behavior. Beth took the high road and is leaving to be a Mom. So who is in the running?

I think Warfield should be chief he has the same attitude that Banks and Feist has LIARS

It is a known fact that stress causes adverse affects to the human body. If you are prone to certain issues, stress can definitely trigger issues with those areas of concern. This is why people have heart attacks wwhen something STRESSES them. All of the events in the last few months probably did do this to Officer Walck.
Every unethical, disgraceful individual involved has to live with this. Not that these evil group of scum even care, but the fact is everyone knows. Everyone knows just who is the lowlife here. Hopefully people will wake up and see clearly that action needs to be taken against those that use their positions to personally attack an employee. When you do that you are not indemnified by the city. It seems a certain vile individual enjoys taking vengeance out on employees and subjecting them to retribution when they stand up for themselves. One individual in particular has been proven to retaliate against employees. With the next wave of litigation against these parasites, officers need to speak out, back eachother, and point the finger at those who need to be exposed. They have all participated in events that if presented will open up like Pandora's box. It is coming like a freight train. Their influence is going to become very limited. Juries and federal judges have little tolerance for this type of corruption. When the tables are turned it's going to be a whole other story.

To Al's family, I am sorry this happened to AL. Justice is coming real soon to those smug bags of scum. It has to.

To Sgt Paul Heh,,
I remember you telling us what a great leader Mayor berry would be. Be careful what you wish for. You got it. Or did you forget already ?
Now we have to live with it and you supported it all the way. Give me a Break already. You fed the black Horse and we voted for it.

Look out for Banks because he wants to be Chief more than the other DCs. The problem is he is doesnt have the traits needed for the job and hasn't learned much as a DC. Plus his behavior in representing the department in administrative and court hearings is horrible.

Ditto the comment about Paul Heh. You're retired but we're all stuck with this primping peacock you said would make a great mayor. Oh, and didn't you say he would get rid of Schultz?

Regardless of Al's past litigation please remember his family in your prayers. When came for Brad the usual few stood up, when they came for Al even fewer stood up, eventually there is no one left to stand. Sadly, due to my own experience with the vindictiveness of this chief - I too have to remain anonymous. To you citizens who read this keep in mind that a vindictive person with the ability to even try -let alone accomplish- de-certifying an officer, has the ability to take away your livelihood, your self worth and not just drive you out of state but out of the profession completely. Doing this after decades of service to a guy who physically was gone anyway smacks of the worst kind of petty, evil dictatorship

AS a citizen, after reading everything that goes on. I have no faith in APD, what-so-ever. I support the police 100% but I DO NOT support your actions. Sure there is good but the bad is out-weighing any good that occurs. It is so sad to say but criminals have a better bond then you do with one another. Criminals will defend and stick-up for each other, more than you do. All of you are too busy stabbing each other in the back and then pointing fingers at one another. I believe this starts from the top and works its way down and each and every one of you are allowing it. Officer Heh thought he was doing what was best but got stabbed in the back. I have to give him credit for at least trying while the rest of you did nothing and continue to do nothing. Then there is Retired Officer, Al Walck, who turned bitter, what would you expect? He loved his job and got stabbed in the back from the administration and fellow officers. He is gone and there are those that are still speaking ill of the man. How disrespectful are you? Shame on you. I pray for him and his family and that they will never have to deal with any of the nasty backstabbing ever again. My prayers go out to Officer Walck and his family. I also pray, this department finds a way to stand together, because divided you will Fall!!!

This shit is comong to an end real soon. Charges will be filed. Enough of the civil side of things. These Mafia Cartel like individuals need to see what it's like as a defendant in a criminal case. Lieing under oath is criminal. Therte is a whole hell of alot more that is about to come to light too. Standby! The above poster nailed it. This place is nothing but a bunch of back biters. It is like a school of sharks, except those responsible lack the physical attributes of an animal so powerful. More like a bunch of rats that attack at the first sign of blood.
The more officers fear and keep their mouths shut when they see corruption, the more these creeps will get away with imposing their will on everyone and violating anyone's rights they see fit.

To the Paul Heh haters and FPH types...get over it. The guy made a mistake and stepped up and owned the mistake. He was the one who moved for the no confidence vote against Darren White. That's a lot of crow to eat but he did it. When was the last time you saw any 34 step up and say "my bad". Never.

Yeah it was foolish of him to believe Berry after all the meetings and conversations that he had but that's all hind sight. At least Paul does what he says and doesn't hide. Worthless bunch of wannabe cops tarnishing what is a noble profession. You've been raped by this administration and your union is abusing your funds and act as if YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT...any you want to complain about a dead cop and a retired sergeant? pathetic.

Mr Wolf it is good to have you back... :)

Schultz is the kind of guy that would show up to Walck's funeral and act like SEE I had no hard feelings towards Al... Then when no one was looking piss on Al's headstone......

To this remark on February 12, 2012 8:48:00 PM MST

"The battle now begins between Piaz, Banks and Fiest and if one of them prevails the circus rolls on and the citizens go down in flames."

You certainly have that right, because they are all followers of Schultz and they have all taken part in the demise of many a police officer's career. They have no honor to stand up for the truth and go against the decisions he has made to ruin people's lives in order to make himself look good. They certainly don't show any more honor than he does at this time or in the past. The truth will prevail!!!

It is a very sad thing to see what he did to this man at this time. What purpose could it have possibly served. This man is truly an evil person the more I read about him.

Anonymous said...

Right on Mr. Wolf! The union is in cahoots with the chief and city. They are bilking the cops. They fail to represent at every turn if not possibly one of the root culprits of sabotage towards the officers they fail to represent. They are bought and paid for. Nothing but a bunch of cuckolds.

Whether those on the 5 th floor wanted a probe or not. One is inevitable. The atrocities enacted on the citizens and officers of the APD by the inhabitants of the 5 th floor will be exposed. The situation here is reaching the levels of corruption of the likes of the New Orleans PD, except its the top brass that are treacherous. Deputy Chiefs lieing under oath?!?! Chiefs guilty of civil rights violations and having multiple judgments against them. People are past writing their congressmen. They are writing Washington and something will be done. This is America. You dont do what these people are doing and get away with it!

Anonymous said...

He couldn't piss on anyone's headstone. First off, you need the right equipment to do that, and you have to stand higher than the headstone. A snake has neither.

Anonymous said...

File a NLRB charge against the Union, if they are not representing you!

Just for the record here. I run into people of all walks of life. They are all befuddled over what the hell is going on with the city of Albuquerque. They genuinely feel for the officers. They know that the officers are getting it from all angles. A more violent criminal element, and a chain of command that hangs them out to dry. People know that things are bad in this city, but they know what the "bad" is. People are not fooled by insults to their intelligence from politicians and officials with an obvious personal agenda, along with their even more obvious schemes. They see right through it. The officers need to know that not being happy because of oppression, being surrounded by corruption and the constant threat of retaliation if you do speak out, is not thge same as being disgruntled. 90% of APD is not happy. That is sad. That is sad because it is because of one person and his gang. I wish every officer the best. Hold your heads up. This crap can't last forever.

So why not just give Schultz a no confidence vote?

Anonymous said...

What would be good is to have people like Mr Wolf back on the force. Though as a rookie I thought the old dayshifters did nothing, I learned a lot from them. Being young and outspoken isn't everything. You have to actually step up to the plate and put your money where your mouth is. I don't see that happening. I had my differences with how Sgt Heh did things, but I always respected his conviction in his beliefs and his integrity to carry through with what he thought was right. The complaining 34s as well as the administration (not to mention the association, I balk at calling it a union) should take note.

Anonymous said...

Schultz won't get the vote because the APOA will not back their cops. Ask Matt Fisher how things went for him. Go to a monthly meeting and see how many people show up...or don't show up. It's a joke.

Anonymous said...

Thats why the apoa pres and vp are spending all of your money on anything they want..they dont have to do anything since the 5th floor bought them..you want a new administration? it starts by taking back your "association"..not union..a union has to have competent leaders so we are screwed for now..until WE fix it

Anonymous said...

Whatever the case may be behind this unfortunate event, it is evident that an opportunistic vengeful coward used a situation to exact revenge on someone they disliked in a cowardly way. It seems that rays catch all is untruthfulness. Ironic when it is fact that they all lie themselves and now a DC is on record doing it. These hypocrits are shooting themselves in the feet and stepping in it on every turn. Ill bet that not one of the creeps on the 5th floor could recite the APD creed. Pathetic. All of them. They will all go down in history as the most disgraced administration in the history of APD.

Anonymous said...

The only time there is a good turn out at an APOA meeting is when anything to do with money is on the line. Other than that union meetings are a joke.. No confidence votes are a huge waste of time... And the person being voted on is laughing his/her ASS off....... DOJ where are you come on have a SET... If APD isn't corrupt then prove it PLEASE... Any BLUE LINE 34 that got caught in a lie would have been brought up on charges or just fired.. I guess being the Chief or Deputy Chief makes one invincible to prosecution...

Anonymous said...

Those that think they are getting away with attacking and ruining people are the ones who the joke is on. You might get away with it for a day. You might get away with it for a year. Maybe many years, but someday it is going to catch up with you and you will be paying your dues. Everything eventually comes to light. The cockroaches are just about at the end of their reign. They can laugh now. Enjoy it because soon it will be someone else's time to laugh.

All of the corrupt shit going on in this city, and this cite is updated once a week. Really?
High ranking officials caught on audio recordings lieing under oath and framing cops. City attorneys backing their play to cover their asses. A full on propaganda effort by top brass to make themselves look better on the backs of their employees. Vindictive vicious retaliation that pushes a man not only off the job but into an early grave. A nonexistent parisitic union with two worthless termite heads failing to represent at every turn because they are in bed with the city. Does anyone stick with a fight? Is this the reason that these lowlife creeps have gotten away with doing anything they want to anyone they want to do it to, and then having the tax paying citizen foot the bill to protect their coward asses? How many times will these inept position holders get to violate rights and harrass employees just because they see fit to? Come on!
