The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. APD has a BIG Leak

************************************NEWS UP-DATE***********************************
This just in: (31July12 @ 1740 hrs) ONE OF OUR EYES HAVE SPOTTED "PERCY WILHAM" AT A LOCAL STREET CORNER! THE EYE IS STILL TRYING TO VERIFY RATHER THIS IS ACTUALLY LOCAL PERSONALITY TJ WILHAM OR SOMEONE WHO FAVORS HIM AN AWFUL LOT!

Percy Wilham??? Former PSO, Darren White??? or ???

For many years, the Albuquerque Journal’s crime and police beat was covered by TJ Wilham (or Todd Wilham as he’s also known). TJ broke many stories against the Albuquerque Police Department including the beating of New York surgeon Vincent Moss to false arrests made by APD Special Investigations Division car technician David Young to KOB cameraman getting beat up to the infamous “Red Light” cameras. Mr. Wilham held the position until he was hired by then Public Safety Director Darren White upon R.J. Berry’s election as Mayor in late 2009. Jeff Proctor took over Mr. Wilham’s position and has since covered the Journal’s crime and police beat.

Mr. Wilham continued to act as Mr. White’s PIO until early 2011 when the Mayor’s administration found out he leaked information concerning text messages between Mayor Berry’s PIO, Chris Huffman-Ramirez and APD Officer Byron “Trey” Economidy after Officer Economidy’s shooting incident. For reasons unknown Mr. Huffman-Ramirez was texting Officer Economidy directly during the night of Officer Economidy’s shooting incident with Jacob Mitschelen. But it seems Mr. Wilham had an ace up his sleeve as while there was a flurry of talk about Mr. Wilham’s termination, he in fact got promoted. He went from being a Public Information Officer, “Special Projects Coordinator.” Mr. White shortly thereafter self-destructed and was fired as the city’s Chief Public Safety officer.

We at the Eye wonder what exactly “Special Projects Coordinator” means. Aside from its sinister overtones (“Special Projects” is something the Nazi’s were fond of using to describe the indescribable…)and the fact that Mr. Wilham makes as much as an APD lieutenant at $32.57/hour, what exactly is Mr. Wilhelm doing? We know that Chief Schultz has become fond of Mr. Wilham’s loyalty, despite the fact Mr. Wilham has gone from APD critic to APD fan in the course of one pay check. If a better paying job were to come down the food line, would Mr. Wilham realign his loyalty? We know Mr. Wilham has gone with Chief Schultz to the chief’s favorite casino at Ruidoso’s Inn of the Mountain Gods (information courtesy of some of our Eyes). We also know that many of our other Eyes report that Mr. Wilham is the consummate tag-a-long always present on the 5th floor, engorging himself to whatever food is available. But what does he do? Mr. Wilham is supposedly assigned to the Emergency Operations Center. Mr. Wilham has no experience, no knowledge, and no skills relating to emergency operations. However, if he was hungry and one stood between him and a burrito, we’re sure there’d be an “emergency” situation. But our Eyes tell us Mr. Wilham is mostly involved in commuting between places and hitting take-out wherever you can. As the pictures here below reveal, Mr. Wilham has done very well for himself as a public servant! How is it Mr. Wilham can go from consummate critic of APD to Chief Schultz’s biggest fan? Our friends in the media tell us nobody is a bigger snag in satisfying Inspection of Public Records Act requests than Mr. Wilham, something we find ironic given Mr. Wilham’s previous profession. Our Eyes tell us the 5th floor is sitting on a video that makes the Blume incident look tame (and our legal Eyes tell us the Blume incident was indeed reasonable and justified). So far, Mr. Wilham has banked over $38,000 in income for his year to date work. It seems Mr. Wilham’s current assignment is to take notes and brief the Mayor Berry’s police chief on the latest issues. And given his predisposition for continuing to leak information….

tj's income was funded by LE money when he was darren's pio, is that still the case? Who was the "special projects coordinator" before tj wobbled into the position, or was it created for him? What qualifications does tj have to hold ANY position within public safety, or the EOC specifically? It sure is a shame that mr transparency up on the 11th floor is such a hypocrite and typical good 'ol boy politician. With all the scrutiny of schultz and his corrupt regime, let us not forget that it is mayor berry who condones/endorses this conduct. darren white is gone from APD/ABQ for the most part having landed another unqualified for gig. Now, berry/perry/levy/tj/schultz/feist/banks all need to go as well. And all of the politically appointed commanders(medina, camacho et al) need to be put in check too. It seems like votes of no coonfidence are merely lip service anymore. But nonetheless, "NO CONFIDENCE" for mayor berry, chief schultz, and dcop's feist/banks. The rest of the shit should immediately roll down hill.

humpty did not become a city employee by traditional means, nor has he fulfilled employment standards and probationary periods @ given positions to make him eligible for lateral movement or promotion that ALL other city employees would be subject to. So why the preferntial treatment for tj by mayor berry??? berry is knowingly placing us in public safety and the citizens that we serve in grave danger by allowing such an ill-qualified political hack to hold a position within EOC...

"We know that Chief Schultz has become fond of Mr. Wilham’s loyalty..."

How is it that ABQ's highest ranking LEO so gererously shows loyalty to an individual who not too long ago was in the business of wrecking the LE community here in ABQ, rather than be loyal and supportive of the rank and file that he represents??? And, how is it that tj is so loyal to schultz, with berry's endorsement of course, when they knowingly have placed him in such a hostile work environment that he is not equipped to handle???

If in fact the 5th floor has a video (i.e., evidence) pertaining to the blume case that could lead to criminal charges or civil rights violations filed against police officers, are they not also "interfering with an investigation?" And if the 5th floor has already forwarded this incident to the feds and have intentionally withheld evidence that would exonorate their actions aren't they not already guilty of taking part in a "malicious prosecution" and also "interfering with a federal investigation?"

All things considered, it seems that Brad was convicted for doing far, far less.

not just a "BIG" leak but a disgusting fat body who sells his soul for a bur-eat-o

Good job Mayor Berry!

As the next election nears we will be sure to remind everyone that Albuquerque lost 4,000 jobs, millions of dollars in police lawsuits and millions more because you couldn't put together the Paseo bond issue correctly.

We will make sure all voters are reminded of your "great" leadership.

I think good 'ol TJ is the one running the show....he's the real puppet'eater. er puppet master... Funny how he has that a parking spot under the main...

Anonymous said...

Bizarre! Schulz openly ridicules and made fun of TJ, his weight and his slovenly ways when TJ worked for Journal. Darren gets TJ hired by Berry and TJ leaks info on Chris
Ramerez and Economity. TJ has melt down when confronted about Ramerez, gets fired by Campbell, but Darren comes to rescue and TJ sent to west side as special projects manager. Schultz takes TJ under his wing to leak good stories on APD and TJ holds on to $75,000 job. Not even Journal would wants TJ back. You cant make this shit up!

Anonymous said...

This all has come to a point where the chief needs to do what any ethical leader would do in similar circumstances- resign. Plenty of lower ranking command has retired, been moved or transferred for the good of their troops. Ray has seen that multiple times and has even had a hand in it- yet when the writing is on the wall he fails to do the same.

On another note TJ was in a position to know that the so called evidence used in the David Young matter was gathered illegally by their snitches. Oh yeah, and Mr Young was exonerated of all counts but continued to take retaliatory abuses for some time after, even though their own investigation cleared him.

Anonymous said...

"Bur-eat-o" ....Dude, that is hilarious!!!!!

They let that clown walk in and out of area commands, the main, and any other sensitive area he wants like he is sworn. I guess you can buy that title with corrupt actions just like anything else in this regime.

You only need someone like this when you are doing wrong and need it covered up. Plain and simple.

Anonymous said...

WOW TJ and Darren look alot alike... Fat round faces and shit eating grins... Politics at its finest...

I think Ringling Bros. And Barnum & Bailey Circus reported a clown missing a few years back... Just sayin'

All the DC's need to go! Warfield, give me a break-he is one unhappy angry man! Banks is a total yes man,was suprised when he made it to LT., and Fiest, not extactly leadership material but he is not malicious like some at APD are.
TJ is bought and paid for!!

Anonymous said...

Silence ( Omerta) has a price and APD and the taxpayers are paying for it dearly, not to mention the grocery bill we incur.

Anonymous said...

Feist is totally malicious. He'll stab u in the back and wait for you to bleed out.

Anonymous said...

Wow!!!! Blume had been in possession of a gun. But now it comes out that APD covered up (that's OMITTED in Apd terms or UNFORTHCOMING in Bank's terms) and lied that Blume was armed with two knives. What the fuck!?

Anonymous said...

Blume, wanted on numerous felony warrants, one of Albuquerque's most wanted brought down, but not shot. Peck is a liar and as Doyle's appeal and Woolever's appeal will prove, he was like a good Nazi and following the orders of his fuehrer, Schultz, to build a case using half-truths and lies. Media buys into it until Channel 13 today starts reporting the truth. Kathy Levy, being an attorney, is an "officer" of the court...I wonder how she feels about suborning perjury? Lies being exposed to the cleansing light of truth and Schultz, Berry, Levy, and others of their ilk will pay the price...oops! No, the taxpayers of Albuquerue will be paying for more of Schultz's outrageous emperial behavior! Albuquerque is truly the most corrupt city north of Juarez!

Anonymous said...

Jason Peck is the biggest tool (liar) IA uses. For being a self proclaimed "man of the cloth" he sure serves up Ray's evil... Mr soft spoken gets pretty dirty to get his biddings done. Its very unfortunate to see what was a cop with great leadership potential and goals turn into a yes man. But then again, you look at IA and the proof is in the pudding. Their not fair, they do as Ray wishes, Murray's facebook post said it best, IA is led by the bitch that is Mike Miller......

Heard Han's cut throat lawyer cut up Levy in court this week. Anyone have the details?

I have just heard a rumor that the current APOA leadership has refused to pay legal fees to Doyle and Woolever's attorneys. I hope this is false! Even after the membership voted to do so, the current team, in the pocket of management, has gone against membership wishes and denied payment? Why? Who knows, maybe the previous president made off with too much money, or perhaps this president is in the pocket of Schultz and Berry, Berry by the way was roundly support in his election by APD. If this rumor is true then APD rank and file gets the kind of corrupt union representation it deserves. Corrupt, cowardly rank and file gets corrupt, cowardly leadership. Quite moaning and griping on this website and start the process of de-certifying APOA...oh wait, that takes courage and integrity, two things that are obviously lacking in APD. I don't believe there is one cop in APD that has the fortitude to do what's right...more the shame, I always felt cops were heroic, but not in Albuquerque...if you don't like what I'm saying, PROVE ME WRONG!

Anonymous said...

APOA has always paid for an officer's fight through administrative remedies. How many cops were at the hearing on Weds?

Anonymous said...

Doyle and Woolever caught a cop killer did they not? This guy could have very well been shot by these 34's, but they showed restraint. If not for the camera that caught this footage schultz most certainly would have elevated their actions to that of heros. But the camera was there nontheless. The 34's did not lie about their well documented actions, nor should they have. A fleeing violent felon of this sort most definitely would have further committed violent acts upon the innocent had these 34's not did what they did. schultz could have easily backed these guys. Hell why not. Wasn't is also schultz who flew across the country to save the asses of two of his elite swat/k-9 34's who were criminally charged for their involvement in a violent incident that took place in a bar when they instead were supposed to be in training? Apples and oranges, yes. Double standards and the schultzarian way. This is but 1 incident of cover-up and favoritism. What about the pyscho/swallows incident scultzie? And, what abou the others...

Anonymous said...

No excuse for a DCOP to not know if strikes to the head were appropriate uses of force... but this is the type of leadership that schultz promotes and berry endorses. Just wait until the likes of dodi the "dodo" camacho are put on the spot to speak on the actions of 34's when she has proven over and over again to be an operatioanl failure.

The city attorney got nailed for holding back and delaying discovery, if not outright trying to hide it. This is business as usual, and standard practice with the city attorney. A prime example of unethical behavior, and no good faith at all. As a matter of fact, deliberate bad faith. The city attorney cannot put on one successful case for the police department, because it all originates out of filth from the fifth floor. When you have high ranking police officials willing to hide evidence, fabricate statements and cases, lie, change their stance once defeated on numerous issues showing deception and utter inconsistencies, it shows that you are a liar and concealing something. This is how the city attorney operates. She is not the "city" attorney. She is the "Chief's" attorney. Hence the office on the 5th floor. Look at all the cases she defends. They are all of the messes made by the chief and his crew. People, judges and other lawyers are catching the drift of this attorney. It would be one thing if litigation skills were being used. You could respect that, but the downright promotion of lies, twisting and editing of statements and testimony while dodging the truth and set precedent that defies common sense in order to get your way is outrageous behavior. It is about time someone drops sanctions or rather disbarment for this travesty. This conduct has been let go so long that these actors are arrogant, and have a sense of invulnerability. How many times has this chief been heard saying screw them, it will take them 5 years to sue me, by then I will be out of here? How many times has this guy done whatever he has wanted to do to people unchecked, and against the law? How many civil rights violations does a chief have to be guilty of before someone steps in and puts his entire operation under a microscope. The city attorney is nothing more than a mob lawyer paid for by the citizens of Albuquerque. And a bad one at that.
They get their way by putting people in bad situations and extortion type tactics. Enough is enough.

Anonymous said...

The fact that needs to be discovered is can they refuse to deny payment? It seems that Fred Mouerer would provide the correct answer. Fred has been in many rodeos before and would know if this is a constitutional civil rights violation or a Roberts Rules Union bilaw violation on Doyle and Woolover.

@ 8/2 4:23 AM MDT

I couldn't have said it better myself. These guys aren't whining when the corruption, lying, and deceiving serves THEIR purpose and over zealousness. But when the Schultz's, TJ's, media, and public adopt their rules then they cry foul? Water seeks it's own level so they get what they deserve! By the way, I love the fact that Mayor Berry just purchased the rail yard for 10 million. This is 10 million less out of the city budget for your raises, take-home cars, and civil lawsuits for being a group of knuckleheads. Knuckleheads get a vote of no confidence!

Way to go Murray Conrad, there is nothing better than a Commander sticking up for his troops.. He always had a set on him and he was GREAT to work for. Too bad he didn't go any further then Commander. It would have been great to have him on the 5th floor at least there would have been 1 person up there that worked his way up the ladder. And not the worthless ones that are ruining the Department now... Murray was a great WINGMAN.. I'd fly with him...

Ok, so I am new to the blog world but a common theme I have been seeing here is that you guys don't like the women in APD. I have only heard negative, no matter what rank. They can't ALL be bad, past or present. Maybe you guys are afraid of these women because they have bigger ball sacks than you, I know my sack is in tact, I don't feel the need to disparage any of them! Grow up and grow some, I happen to like them all, including Beth Paiz, I like her best as a matter of fact

Sad that a police agency has a policy of forcing people to sue instead of doing the right thing.
AS to the allegations that Schultz runs / directs and manipulates IA investigation-- it is nothing new- he did that as the D.C. before he retired and came back to mess the dept up even more than he did back then.

Anonymous said...

Great article in today's Journal by Krueger. It appears as though TJ isn't the only clown employed by CABQ.

"What went on in Han’s home after her death was unprofessional and unconscionable. APD turned the site of her death into a circus..."

All you fools in here rant and rave about the 5th floors lack of integrity but what about the rest of the APD clowns in costumes? I can't wait for the end of August and those cell phone records!!

Anonymous said...

Why hasn't the City Council ordered and independent investigation into the conduct at the Mary Han death scene? So far every time the City audits APD it shows what a mess Schultz has made. We have paid for officers who received retention bonuses that they did not qualify for, we have an audit that shows APD doesn't keep track of the department firearms, so let's do another investigation to disclose how bad APD botched the Han crime scene.

Anonymous said...

Just turn the 5th floor into a jail cell. Just imaging how much crap they are going to find in that cell phone. Now we will see how these liars communicate their lies during crutial times. It was good of that lawyer to put a stop to the LIVE LIE LINE.

Anonymous said...

Apd's Captain Gilmore was a cop's cop. He was when I worked for him in the SE and by his letter today he's only gotten better. If Berry won't clear Apd's top echelon, then we'll clear Berry aslo. Wow, what a brave comment Berry made regarding the city employee selling drugs. How bout the chief liar? How bout fucking up business in Abq so ppl are leaving? How bout fucking up Paseo. Jesus...Baca looks great. Buck Ferry!

Anonymous said...

It's amazing that there are those out there who assume that if an individual hears a rumor and writes about it and then couples that rumor to recent other questionable actions by the police union they are a "tough guy" or someone who "talks shit".
"Probably not even an officer". I hope that person was an officer or ask yourselves how did a "non-officer" hear such a terrible rumor? Circle the wagons Betty, the bad people are circling! Obviously that poster struck nerves! It is amusing how many "tough guys" respond hide behind "anonymous". That earlier poster is right...there seems to be a lack of courage and integrity among some members of the APD. Hang in there Doyle and Woolever, the city is playing games...be tough, keep to the truth, you both will win!

Anonymous said...

Try "googling" clownie in the Spawn movie and you will see TJ.

Anonymous said...

LOL @ the Doyle & Woolever cheerleaders!

Imagine if the citizens based their interactions with Police on hypotheticals? For example, I know of murderous, lying criminals within the ranks of APD..i.e. Chavez. What if I blew up your face on a traffic stop because of the hypothetical that APD has murderous, lying, over zealous clowns in their ranks who murder their own family members? Does that logic make sense? Quit trying to right a wrong APD. Once the rank and file quit trying to justify "wrong" then maybe you'll earn the respect of the citizens of ABQ. Until then, FAPD!

Anonymous said...

@ 10:24,
Since you were there, tell us what hypotheticals the officers were basing their interactions on. Please Do?

I guess a resisting armed suspect fleeing police and wanted for murder is not enough for those that hate police officers or have that much of a personal agenda.

Anonymous said...

Chaves is no longer an officer. Your logic is a mess.
Apples to oranges.
Poor You.

Just another person who hates as a whole. You are obviously blinded by that hate as to what the real problem is within APD. With your mentality the likes of the gang running the show will continue running the show.

Anonymous said...

To the Nazi sympathizer at 10:24...did Blume pull over and simply stop and act like normal citizen on a traffic stop? Did Blume stay for medical treatment after crashing his car like a normal citizen? Did Blume surrender after being tackled? No no no. And he had a stolen gun, two knives, several felony warrants, was in a stolen truck, and had crack cocaine. If u wanna compare yourself to him, have at it

Anonymous said...

@ 8/4 12:21 - Robles wasn't there, nor was the CABQ personnel board. Was Blume a felon, yes. Was Blume a cop killer, no.

@ 8/4 1:33 - Chavez is just 1 out of many bad seeds still employed with APD. Let's be honest, how many coworkers have you witnessed lacking integrity and not following the rules. I bet you have lost count. You have lost count and swallow the pill everyday because you don't want to be isolated and destined to paper pushing the remainder of your career.

@ 8/4 3:28 - Nazi sympathizer? Is that all you got? In other words, anyone who disagrees with you is a violent, fleeing, nazi felon? That rhetoric is just amateurish. Let me guess, before you acquired some clout and authority with your badge, I bet you were a nothing. Landscape architect right?

Bring it..next?

Anonymous said...

No, they have it all wrong, THEY need 48, because the harder they hide, the bigger the discovery; the harder they push, the bigger their fall; the deeper their lies, the more painful the truth.

Anonymous said...

@10:24 you're flawed. And the other posters nailed it. They didn't respond to BLUME because it was Blume, they responded because of a long list of actual resistance. You however want to base your actions because of a class of people who happen to be criminals. Doesn't work that way dumbass, that's profiling.

Anonymous said...

9:02,
What are you smoking?!?!

Blume was wanted for murder. He was armed. He was wanted for MULTIPLE violent felony warrants. He almost killed people fleeing from police. He resisted arrest.
Where have you made your points here? You have none.

On the Chavez matter. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN. He was fired a long time ago. That means he is no longer employed and I have never heard a cop defend him.

Please don't confuse your lack of knowledge and intelligence with being an amateur. I surely would choose to be the latter.
Your hatred is showing. you are the one seeing things through a cloud of bias hatred just like a nazi. It's ok for you to be bias without any facts, but the educated informed person is wrong just because you don't like something. Who's the baby now?

Bring what? You just had it taken from you clown.
