The Truth; Schultz Can’t Handle the Truth (Tonight Channel 5 @ 7 PM)

Our Eyes have come to us with some more truths about Mayor Berry’s Chief of Police, Ray Schultz. Apparently, a former retired APD supervisor was contact by Channel 5 and was asked to speak the truth about Schultz and APD. This former supervisor is held in good standing by those who know him and he is a person who has worked diligently in retirement for officers and other public servants.

Here is a little bit of history that will become more relevant as you read this story. This retired supervisor’s has a son whom served us and the Country well while assigned overseas in the military. This person is now a member of law enforcement. Out of what we are told is “fear of retaliation,” this retired person has opted not to be interview.

Fortunately, one of Albuquerque’s most respected retired captains stepped up to the plate and was interviewed. This interview will be aired on tonight on Channel 5 at 7 O’clock P.M. We hear Schultz was seen at Wal-Mart purchasing some salt and A-1 Steak Sauce to add flavor to all the crow he will be consuming. If anyone seeing Schultz coughing up black feathers; you will know where they came from.

Our Eyes tell us the biggest question that lingers after the interviews is; will Schultz be FIRED? The choice seems obvious to everyone in Albuquerque except for Mayor Berry. Why it is that Berry can’t admit he has made a heinous mistake retaining Schultz for the past three years? Keep that in mind when you vote next year; no more fruits or berries.

"Keep that in mind when you vote next year; no more fruits or berries."

I am the furthest thing from being a Dem, but if it means voting the other way to get dingle-berry out of office, then by all means I will vote the other way. Don't you just hate independent thinkers (VOTERS).

p.s. Whether it be Ken Sanchez or someone else, HEY DUMBASSES, just one of you run so that you don't split the vote.

p.p.s. Will most definitely be watching tonight, can we expect Murray or someone else?

p.p.p.s. Don't you just hate it when those skeletons creap on you?

I heard Darren was behind getting this set up he be spanking some peaches tonight.

Just the fact that those speaking out had to wait for retirement shows the fear of retaliation that these former employees faced. That, and the fact that they were fighting a corrution laden 5th floor to the point that they could not speak out due to how they would be framed, lied on and have evidence fabricated against them in order to discredit them. You see how schultz and company does it now. They attack and slander anyone who speaks out about their misconduct.

Thanks "EYE" for completely wasting my time.

I bet the city and the chief will start having more meetings with the community after this interview.

All I have to say is thank God for the Eye. Without it we'd be stuck with those losers from In Focus or Schultz's spinmeister Jeff Proctor.

You guys are just sour. Things could be worse...its not like they have some dodo head running the balloon fiesta, or some store clerk with his hands deep in the city's finances deciding what happens with our cert, or a confirmed pair of liars running the dept, or a confirmed user of excessive force as an alternate, or a shortage of personnel, or a rapidly depleteing brain trust, or a mayor his head is berried in the sand, or a cadet probelm..or....

I would vote for Jewel at this point. She seems pretty bitter but she is spot on. Schultz doesn't care about the poor and he looks down on everyone, so I can see how she feels that way. At least she calls him out. The guy hasn't met with her or her residents once? Because he only cares about those that can do for him!

Anonymous said...

Gilmore? Ok seriously. Whom were you referring to when you said well respected? Most on this department dont even remember him. Those that do well...lets say his tenure was uneventful either way. Got to do better than this.

I volunteered to do the interview in hopes of countering the anti police sentiment being voiced by the ACLU and the MLK group. While I was treated respectfully during the panel discussion I do feel that most of my major points in defense of APD were edited out.

I did point out that the Chief of Police is responsible for setting the tone of the culture and that both supervisors and individual officers along with training were also held to account for the culture that exists within APD.

As for the rookies comments made at 7:01 PM I did the best to be fair and work with all of my subordinates. Your lack of time on this earth is probably one reason you may consider my tenure uneventful. I am not sure that is a view held by many. We all will be interested in how "eventful" your career was at your retirement but at last we will never know will we Anonymous.

EYE, You need to run a story in regards to the NEW academy director and the changes being made at APD. With the mass exodus of seasoned officers from detectives to command staff because of PERA, and the Moral and distrust amongst everyone at the PD running amuck, something needs to be said about all this.

Its obvious the mayor and the media are not going to address these issues.

Who knows, maybe its the sign of the times in the world we live in. Obama being re-elected and another potential major catastraphe to our financial system and we will have alot more to worry about then our PERA.

God help us all

Capt Gilmore:

You did swell. I didn't see anyone else stepping up to the plate. Don't take these comments to heart, we can't even put our name on them. You are probably right, he is a rookie, hasn't did more than 10 years and has no idea what is to come. You did and no one can say crap to you.

Anonymous said...

Captain Gilmore it is a shame that the rookie that posted your career was uneventful has NO IDEA what a great Supervisor you were. If we ever find out who that rookie is we will be sure to fill him/her in.. We know of NO OTHER Captain that was out there spreading CHEER with traffic citations and taking calls for service with his troops.. It's too bad that there are not many OLD SCHOOL 34's still out here... God bless you Sir....

Anonymous said...

Captain Gilmore, Thank you Sir for your service to the community and to the officers. The officer or phony who posted earlier obviously does not even make a pimple on a good cop’s ass.

I enjoy working for you over the years. One of the main reasons why I enjoyed working for you so much was; you weren't afraid to work! I also remember that if a cop was in the right, you backed them all the way! These are rare qualities that are no longer found in APD.

Ray Schultz was a great supervisor back in the day; until he became a political whore...

Leave the past where it belongs, that's the problem with re-treads; we need new innovative thinkers that know how to effectively manage the new breed of police officers. Look at the Sheriff's Dept., old school needs to stay old school, their glory days are long gone, leave them where they belong. If you are retired, do us all a favor, stay retired, Your services are appreciated but no longer needed. Go do something honorable like go to law school, be a nurse, teach, be an instructor, get a LIFE outside of L.E. but most of all, let it go.

Anonymous said...

Schultz wasn't a great Supervisor he was doing things on timesheets that was pretty close to criminal... Just saying......

Anonymous said...

Schultz again using the LEA board along with his cronie Korn to advance his motives and protect his hide. Conspiracy can be proven by the chain of individuals you speak to and what occurs in that timeline. Schultz is making things very obvious. This conduct is out of control.

You and your new breed leave alot to be desired. Just look at how the public views you. Managing the new breed by the new breed is to now a failure.

Read Camacho's letter above, good going new breed. And we are paying you toi do thing slike this?

Mr. Gilmore as I suspected...you proved my point. As the Rookie you refered to I will elaborate. First not so rookie...was on for a while at the same time as you. As I truely do not believe you did a bad job you were never one of those leaders who stood out. And there is nothing wrong with that as we are often subject of our enviroment...point as a supervisor in an admin position you may be an exceptional leader but never in a position that others will know. You can achieve the position of President and your tenure be "uneventful" as we have had more that a few of those. True leadership has little to do with rank as does rank in the success of ones career...or are you saying retiring as an officer makes one uneventful? As for the respect comment it was genuine...since 95% of the people on this site know you only by name through media and this blog and few officers who may speak of you..how is that truely respect. I believe it is simply that they respsct your comments about this administration as they are disgruntled and you champion their view. I dont have any affiliation with the 5th floor or current leadership. As to my point. What are your motivations? I dont believe for a second that it has to do with countering the ACLU and MLK? not sure what group this is.....groups. As such a seasoned veteran you know well the media will not give you a fair shake and no one who listens to the ACLU will listen to you. Leadership 101...getting dragged down to a level you would make negative references on this site toward someone who voices an anonymous opinion toward you? You want to emerge as a leader...stop jumping in the pool with all the infighting here and start facilitating these people to support each other. Do you truely want to make a change? Or is this an attempt at support for career advancement? Maybe this is not the route to take in either event. I was disapointed by your response as now I have less faith you are genuine about your intentions. Oh, we all know why we post anonymous on here..not sure why anyone especially you makes issue anymore.

There were no "glory days" they were the days of doing "police work" something that a lot of Officers have no idea of. I am like a lot of other people, tired of talking about the lack of leadership. We know we don't have any leadership, it needs to be fixed and lets all move forward. The "buddy system" is what has got APD in trouble because it promoted Commanders and they are now in charge.

I am off my soap box and almost forgot BOYCOTT NATE

I love how those that challenge and offer substantive critique of the status quo are always called "disgruntled." I guess Paul Revere and the other patriots were "disgruntled." I guess anybody who stands up to despotism is "disgruntled." Fuuuuuuuk you pal.

Some of us remain anonymous because if you knew anything about conflict, you'd know that attacking a superior adversary is not done head first or out in the open. WIth a stroke of a pen, they arbitrarily terminate careers and ruin lives and it takes years to regain what these scumbags TAKE.

You however engage a private citizen and still choose to remain anonymous. Or should we call you anonyMOUSE?

8:22 is right!
Those were he days....The days when you were a cop. APD does not have cops anymore. They have a bunch of employees with targets on their backs and an administration just waiting to take anything they do, twist it, and use it to hang that employee to protect the corrupt criminal lying administration's ass. The 5th floor are criminals. Your chances A cancer in the head. It will be cured when it's cut off.

Murry became Cmdr by riding the Mayor in his hot air balloon. He was a company man until they did not make him a chief, then he went away all boo boo lipped.

Anonymous said...

Very true about Murray. He was a company man until the very end. Wanted to get promoted to Captain worse than anything when he was a lieutenant.

Anonymous said...

Now after retirement the Commander acts like he was always against the admin, BS, he was part of them to the end, right until he did not give him what he wanted. That's when he became a turncoat! If they would have made him a DC he would still be kissing the Mayor's behind and giving him rides in the balloon. I saw him giving the rides.

Thank goodness they thought he was not smart enough!!!

Anonymous said...

@8:00 Feist is a DC. Are you saying he is smart? I don't think so and neither should anyone with a brain stem function which you obviously lack.

Anonymous said...

That's so very true! Where where all these Capt's /Comdr's when Chief's were pulling all types of stuff, not just now, but way back. Not one came forward while they were employed or risked anything. Now they want to play Billy Bad Ass! Well, they're a day late and a dollar short!

Where were you guys when shit was hitting the fan? Now, you come forward, could not risk future promotions, could you? Now that your a hasbeen you come forward.

I would have more respect for you if you just keep your mouth shut and go away, you had you chance and you did nothing to damage or risk your careers!

The Regulator said...

I am going to comment because these last few comments can't be let go.

I personally think it is better late than never that these ex-commanders are stepping up to the plate, and calling out this corrupt administration. Would you have them risk their jobs by speaking out against a regime who would frame them, lie on them, and terminate them for being outspoken and criticizing the malcontents running things? Who in their right mind wouldn't wait until they were untouchable before they took action against a Chief who lies against his officers, and who's Deputy Chief's swear to it?
I have way more respect for these Commanders than I do the self serving administration they are exposing, and twice as much respect than I do the agents/minions here trying to discredit them like school children with comments like "I'm smarter".

You know where the problem lies? It lies with those who think that studying pointed information, and selling out your personal beliefs in regards to morals and ethics is paramount to doing the job you took as a cop, putting your time in, upholding the oath you took, working the street to know what it is to be a cop, having the courage to take the road less traveled, bleeding, caring for your fellow officer instead of your own personal agenda above all else, not taking the first opportunity to hide inside like a nutless coward, being the first one through THAT door just once in your pathetic career, telling the truth, and having the fortitude to let the chips fall where they may with disregard to HOW YOU MAY LOOK, and being a human being. In all my years, I have never seen a thicker blue wall of silence than when it comes to the top brass. THEY are the ones who call for transparency, yet fight any attempt at being forthright to the point of lying so much it becomes second nature. No other aspect of law enforcement is treated with a blatant turning of a blind eye and complete double standard when they are guilty of multiple confirmed actions that they themselves would terminate their subordinates over.

Yes, the problem lies with those who have conditioned themselves to survive on the lives of those they step on on the way to the top. The cancer here is also the universal cancer in law enforcement. Total fratracide, and universal lack of a code in which one operates by. Something even criminals have.
Those guilty of it show the same symptoms across the board. Lack of life experience to the point that they have never seen the other side of the fence. THEY consider themselves better than everyone else. Yep. Upbringing. Their dysfunctional behavior is that deep rooted.

I suppose you would settle for a disgusting self serving commander who is so self righteous callous, selfish, and lacking in human compassion, that when their coworker was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and he was deservedly assigned to an administrative position so that he could be with his family and have some convenience in his last days, SHE complained that she should have had this position. I guess you would want a commander who would make life hard for someone like that. A man, who though dealing with such a devestating situation, chose to still come to work like a true warrior, while the individual criticizing his being assigned this position would have never even thought of coming to work had she been dealt such a hand, and would have no doubt been at home curled up, feeling sorry for herself, blaming the world for HER situation. This kind of person makes me sick. A person being friends with this kind of person makes me sick. THIS is the problem. This is not being smarter than ANYONE. This is the people we have in positions that require leadership. People who never knew the feeling of personal sacrifice, or devotion to duty. This is why they all have to go. They are a virus that replicates with every new generation. It is time to get back to the basics of right and wrong, and the courage to do the right thing. The frauds need to leave.

Adiose Donkeys.
