The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. The Real Reason for the Mass Exodus at APD

Below is a retirement letter from an  officer who is sick and tired of Schultz distruction of the Albuquerque Police Department.  This letter spells it out truthfully.  The Eye On Albuquerque has been warning the Berry Administration and the citizens about this tyrant; now you have the opportunity to read it for yourself.  It appears this officer want you, the tax paying voting citizen to know the real truth of what is really going on in your police department.

The lack of responsibility and leadership is clear.                                                                    Schultz needs to be terminated and Berry voted out!

Chad,
I am going to get a hold of you and buy you a beer. God bless you and thank you for your service. And thank you for telling it like it is.

Thank you Officer Wilder for your service to our citizens. Thank you also for pointing out the truth. I retired for many of the same reasons you did. I love the Officers of A.P.D.. To many of them I was like a father figure. I respected them and I believe they respected me. I loved serving as I know you did. When to top administration starting taking it out on my officers because of their hate for me, I had to leave to save them. Deny it chief and I will post a long list . I am looking forward to talking to The D.O.J.. There is a group of us putting together a list of all that has gone on. Nobody can remember everything. The first person they should talk to is T.J.. I would love to be there for that!

A.P.D. is loosing too many of the finest, hardworking, caring, honest officers that it has ever had. The officers are not the only ones that are tired of the corruption or being thrown under the bus and possibly loosing their lives. A.P.D. civilians are also tired of the favortism, being treated like stupid idiots and for having their cilvil rights violated by the selfish, greedy, power hungery assholes on the 5th floor.

I worked with Chad a number of years ago, and not only what he says is true, but I've seen it time and again. Great officers, and young officers with the potential to be great, smacked time and again by the administration until they "give up", and do little more than take calls hoping to make it to retirement. And while many people label them as "disgruntled", the truth is, they often just feel bad that this is what it's come to.

Bottom line is Schultz has to go. BUT, think about this... look who will probably replace him? If it comes from the current pool of DCs... you may be in for an even bigger problem.

Congrats to Chad for making it!!

We can no longer blame the Chief for the horrible problems in the department. It is time to focus on electing a new mayor. APOA needs to take a proactive roll in the next election and the selection of a candidate to run against RJ. Officers need to vote and take family and friends to the polls to be sure RJ is gone after 4 pitiful years. I refuse to call RJ mayor, because he does not deserve the respect.

Forget about the 5th floor and focus on the 11th floor. That is the only way we can clean up the 5th floor.

If RJ gets another 4 years, it will be devastating to Albuquerque.

Very well stated Chad. If you ever need anything, please know your brothers and disters are here for you. You lived your life as a hero and should be honored as a hero forever.

Officer Wilder thank you for espousing what many of us have been attempting to bring to the public's attenting over the past few years. There are many who regret the downward slide of a once great police agency. It is regretful that many good officers are being negatively impacted by the issues you so well pointed out. It is also unfortunate that Chief Ray Schultz has failed to at least once take personal responsibility for the problems he has created. Now he wants time to correct the destruction he has visited upon APD.

Anonymous said...

Chief Shultz has had many years to correct these problems and has yet to do so, what makes him think he can do it in 4 more!

How much more will he let APD sink?

Well played, Sir.

He doesn't have a choice. The career of not one chief of police has survived a DOJ investigation and consent decree. He better do his research, and see the writing on the crumbling wall. If this idiot thinks he is going to salvage his reputation in the law enforcement community, or play his bullshit political shell game, he is sadly mistaken. Mr. Perez stated the inevitable. These DOJ investigators will find the truth, and they will find all of it. In this situation, if they find 10% of it, this guy and his conspiritors are doomed. I think you have seen the last days of this chief arrogantly getting in front of the camera with that shit eating duping delight smirk and trash bag of a uniform of his while peddling his lies. You have definitely seen the last of Feist's televised and sworn lies. That guy never had the stomach for it, and proved it when he threw the switch and cut and run. What a punk. Not one of them ever cared one ounce for APD or it's officers. They proved the last few years. They have had chance after chance to improve APD, and chose to be selfish instead. If they weren't being selfish, they were being vindictive and retaliatory.
Schultz not only destroyed APD, but he wrecked the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board. The lies, false and falsified accusations sent to the NMLEA board are all Schultz's desperate way of ensuring that either his targets were thoroughly sabotaged in reference to their careers, lose their cert so that he can terminate them or have at least one entity back the illegal shit he does to his officers. Schultz lies in order to discipline or terminate his officers in order to make himself look like the chief who is cleaning up APD, to draw atttention away from his corruption, and to fool the DOJ into moving on. When he gets caught, he continues to lie. When nobody believes his lies, he tries to get those on the NMLEA board to drink his Kool Aid and back his play so that the officers have their certs taken, making them ineligible for reinstatement or in the case of when he doesn't want to get sued for a wrongful termination, the LEA board romoves their cert, and he can now terminate them for violation of the SOP, and not maintaining their certification. How disgusting is that? The great thing about this is that there is no case law about this double dipping jeopardy. So they think. Schultz just started the ball roling on a major police officer's rights issue, that when it hits court will set prescedence on this and effectively remove this double suspension bullshit. There is case law on this in every other state and New Mexico is next thanks to this now cuckold chief.

Schultz tried to walk on people to get whatever he wanted. He thought that he had people around him that he could have do the dirtiest things to accomplish these tasks. He failed at one thing. He underestimated. Schultz screwed with so many people that he finally picked someone along the line who was determined, and had resources beyond the comprehension of his feeble mind. Now the shoe is on the other foot for what he's done to people and he doesn't like it and is too stupid to realize that this isn't surmountable. A smart man knows when to walk away. APD is a train wreck and Schultz was the engineer. It's going to be fun watching this.

Someone here said that civilians have been screwed over. You are damn right they have been. This administration does not care what neck they step on. It also looks like a good mixture of fed up civilians and officers here. Maybe we shouldn't wait for something to happen. Maybe some of the fed up officers and the citizens need to get together and discuss a plan of unified action. And I mean everyone. LULAC, officers, the families of those shot, and the DOJ. I believe you will hear more truth in one hour from a group like that, than you have heard come out of the offices on the 5th floor in the last 6 years.....

Bring back THE ALBUQUERQUE TRIBUNE. At least we got the truth by the afternoon with that paper.

Yea Jeff, Why don't you print this little piece of letterhead in your editorial rag you sphincter?

Oh my, that wouldn't work would it because it's the truth behind why officers are leaving, and not your contrived bullshit about PERA. I would love to see them fix PERA to still see the same amount of officers retire. What would you dickheads say then? Oh, I forgot. What Shultz tells you to say right. Stick to the lie despite the facts. Hahahahahahahahaha..... You goofs are laughable.

"Schultz screwed with so many people that he finally picked someone along the line who was determined, and had resources beyond the comprehension of his feeble mind...". Who is that?

Anonymous said...

Ray is still Ray, he was hanging out with Darren, Dan and TJ at MMA fights last night. Same old crew back in the saddle again. Some things never change

Anonymous said...

Schultz was at MMA fights? He was also at the parade in Nob Hill. He trying to get his mug everyone. The mayor was on foot lead car handing out candy.

Anonymous said...

Speaking of MMA, I'd like to see Schultz in the ring with a few former 34s he's screwed over. I'd pay hard money to see that thrill. A few minutes at best that would be though.

Anonymous said...

Maybe they can get the three of them a cell together.

Anonymous said...

Yeah I saw all of them at the MMA's and it was SICK.. Sitting there smiling as if they knew they were on camera. Darren and his BULLDOG under bite. TJ using his belly for a table... Ray trying to look tough and Dan just looking goofy. Bet they got in for free too. Cheap bastards...

Anonymous said...

Even their corruption rolls over to the Jackson's card. Jackson's mgmt has to keep Darren and crew happy in order to get their license to have fights Darrens crew of cronies has to sign off so to keep him off their backs he gets comped to all fights....,.ahhhh classy albq.

The City of Albuquerque is in desperate need of your help.

Why is it whenever somebody calls them on their bullshit, that person is instantly labeled "disgruntled?" so whenever a chief or mayor lie (which is whenever they speak here in Albuquerque) about issues facing the city will the media lead off and say,"ignorantly..."

Anonymous said...

Berry says he'll cooperate. That's funny. He has no choice. If he doesn't he'll go to prison for obstruction. Hopefully he goes anyway. He can bring his false chief with him.

Amazing! We all knew it was a matter of time before some ashole turned the truth into a disgruntled employee. When the feds find the truth, a whole lot of people are going to be eating humble pie. I guess they are going to try to villify hundreds of cops for one lying malfeasant. Is this what this country has come to?

Anonymous said...

What's sad is that Wilder is one of many 34s who have bought military air time in order to get the fuck out of this soul sucking place. All the cops I looked up to are gone....

Anonymous said...

Damn Chad, guess you picked up a few writing skills over the years. Very well spoken, huge balls and thank you for standing up and saying what most of us would love to. I sincerely hope you get to enjoy your much earned retirement, congrats brutha and be safe.

Anonymous said...

Everything Wilder said is true so its not insubordination is it??? You will be missed and it is a shame all these good cops are leaving. Doubt we'll ever see the FH's CR team back in action 16in felons everyday and wreckin the hotels, back in the good ole days. Thank you for taking me under your wing and teaching me as much as you did.
