The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Berry Continues to Displace City Workers by Privatization

As we have reported here on the Eye how Berry has been busy privatizing as much of the city services as possible. Why would a standing mayor intentionally privatize city jobs?  Someone has sold their soul to the devil…

Berry has acted irresponsibly several times and has led the city into the pits of hell by losing 3,900 jobs in one year (Albuquerque was #1 in the US for job losses), cost the tax payers over 54 million dollars in liability in one year, and has ruined our economy.  Here we are again on the top ten lists of BAD THINGS: Albuquerque now ranks #8 for poverty (Thanks Berry). Of course while Berry goes home to his park like retreat in Four Hills where he wastes thousands of gallons of water each month, the rest of us have to live in the ill-repute that Berry has caused.

Berry has privatized parts of the City’s library, parts of the zoo, city legal to compensate for incompetent attorneys and now the security and EMS services for the Balloon Fiesta Park.  At the Wine Festival over last weekend we observed private security not police officers and private EMS not AFD personnel. Berry continues to prove he doesn’t want our city to grow and prosper but Berry clearly wants all the SOB’s (Supports of Berry) to prosper…That is the only logical reasoning to privatize the City and City services.

SIDEBAR

The Eye has obtained proof of Berry’s inept leadership and we will show the lies and incompetence. Would you believe that Berry’s management team INSTRUCTED employees to lie?  They also instructed them how to lie and what lies to tell?  If we showed you this proof would you still vote for this lying ostrich or would you vote him out?  More to come on this folks…

END SIDEBAR

We hope you enjoy your Ivory Tower Berry; for it will not be long until your world comes tumbling down and you will be forced to deal with the disastrous reality you have created.

Speaking of lies, the turkey necked shit smear schultz is running scared like a pussy without that fat bag of shit Kathy holding his hand at proceedings. No, and I mean NO private law firm will conspire, to commit perjury, omit evidence, key facts and information, twist the truth, violate ethics and civil rights and lie like that fat misshapened contorted disgusting vile filthy slimy slug of a disgrace neutered ex-city attorney george washington look-a-like.

Good luck avoiding the avalanch of shit coming your way assholes. How does garnished pensions sound?

Berry- How much money do you need to be happy? How much money do you need to fill your greedy ass pockets?

You have ruined a once great city and you have ruined so many people's lives.

If you truly cared about Albuquerque and the citizens of Albuquerque than you would stop privatization! People can barely afford their bills and can barely afford to eat.

You do know that money doesn't make a person happy and that money is the root of all evil.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE BERRY FOR ANOTHER TERM!
STOP FILLING BERRY'S POCKETS!

There are plenty of lawfirms who will conspire. Look at Max Madrid and Bruce Pasternack who were notorious for playing dirty when they were alive. Look at Pat Rodgers who has done the same as the Governor's hatchet man. The disciplinary board doesn't go after the large law firms or the government lawyers, they go after the small lawfirms and the solo practitioners. If you want honesty, go to one of those lawyers.

It's good that Paul Heh put the privatization of the city on the radar. So many of us have seen this coming .....now we know our gut was right! I have filed a complaint with the Investigator about money and city workers being used to do work for a private company operating on city property on city time. Nothing has been done about it. This entity makes thousands of dollars a month ---where does the money go? It is not listed on the "Transparency Website " and I suspect the money is going into the pockets of department directors. I am one of the unfortunate city workers who performs duties on city time for this private entity and the investigator general has not addressed my whistleblowing. Jeeze I'm trying to get rid of this corruption ....now who can help me with this situation? Buehler? Buehler?

Are you guys saying that Paul Heh is opposed to privatization in Albuquerque City Government? Is this an official campaign position?

Look at Karen Fischer business. She did all of this as a city employee, then she retires and no city employee can fill her shoes. NOOOOOOOOOO she comes back under city contract to do the exact same stuff. Why don't we end her city contract and give a city employee the responsiblity to do it? It worked for years and years, so why do we have to pay Karen double now that she is retired?

Heh is adamantly opposed to privatizing!!!

Paul needs to contact my pastor, Steve Smothermon at Legacy Church. Past Smothermon has said he will not support Berry, so I think Paul should meet with him and see if there is common ground for Paul to get Pastor Smotherman's support.

If what is being said about Karen Fisher is accurate then she is in violation of city code (the same way that idiot did when he went to work for Tiburon).

privitazion is about one thing.and it's not about saving. It's getting rid of the Unions period..All the.admins in every dept hate unions along with Berry. Repub or Demo doesn't they're all in agreement that city workers should have no ptotections at all. Can be fired at will.

yes that is why all the new openings since Berry have been Exempt positions! He doesn't like unions. He is only looking out for himself!

@1232 no one ever did anything about that idiot. This idiot was caught showing her gratitude to her direct supervisor by a TV Station. All they did is give his wife the tape. You know him as Chief, No one did anything to him (professionally) and his favorite idiot gets a paycheck for her "hard work". She costs 4k a month or about $100 a day plus whatever she gets from the other Cities around the State (the ones that used to pay the City of ABQ and now pay her "company"). It is all true and spelled out by the Eye multiple times.

Privatization is one thing but OUTSOURCING? ? Seriously? And then when it is announced to that department's staff that a contract is in place to begin the outsourcing, we get an email telling us to lie about it if anybody asks about it! Well if I were a privatized employee I'd be fired for not doing what I was told but since I'm protected by a bargaining unit I will NOT lie for admin. I will tell the truth! Fuck you admin Nazis!

As a citizen all I care about is quality of service and not about whether the person delivering it is in a union or a city or not. I care about the service period. The problem with city government is that the focus is very rarely on quality and only about protecting employees and their benefits. Just sayin.

You r a Berry insider...you'll get what you want because you are entitled...good or excellent isnt good enuf for you....asshat

Yep protect my benefits. Up to half of some departments are on food stamps because Berry cut our pay and benefits so hard.... But hey outsource it, I stay only for PERA, outsource and they'll be no PERA. My pathetic $40k a year PERA will pay me but I'm too far in to start over now because I couldn't afford to save because all my money was going to my benefits I couldn't opt out of.

You know how you hate when their arent enough cashiers at the grocery store because they are maximizing profits. Get ready to wait for that broken water line repairs to come back on (no emergency overtime), wait a little longer to use the library, and when you need a cop or ambulance wait and wait and wait. I hope your house is FT Knox and your wife is a doctor.
