The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Levi Chavez willing to "Roll Dirty"

As Levi Chavez left the court house the other day after NOT being convicted of 1st Degree Murder, we got to see a true glimpse of the accused' real personality. When asked about a still remaining wrongful death suit, "they can bring it on" Chavez boasted confidently (Can anyone say, "OJ"). Gone was the doughy eyed soft spoken weepy philanderer. Out came the aggressive cocky Levi that our Eyes have been hollering about for years.

One has to wonder what the fallout will be now that this case is over. Given that there are many high profile cases involving the actions of officers under the direction of APD's Chief Schultz.  Are they going to remain buried in the back pages of the local paper and after the first cut of ads on television? We doubt it.

With the Levi Chavez "affair" over, DOJ's scrutiny of APD is sure to come to the surface. Additionally APD's woes have only begun (especially if their officers can keep from shooting each other). There are several shootings that remain too cleared and we are being told that one involving a K9 officer has been referred out of DA Brandenburg's office. Our Eyes also tell us the investigation of the suspicious death of a prominent civil rights attorney, Mary Han, continues to unfold and that actions of cover-up go all the way to Santa Fe, in the case, and APD continues its attempts to intimidate others involved in the case. Our Eyes also tell us the current SRO Officer, and former APD Captain, Rob DeBuck, is operating behind the scenes in the Dinelli camp...angling for Chief of APD perhaps Rob?

There are many weeks left in this summer and to be sure, the Levi Chavez affair has taken much of the direct exposure off of Schultz and Berry. But now that the criminal portion is over, our Eyes tell us it is only going to get hotter for those in power in Albuquerque....

The Eye On Albuquerque will be running an Expose' with timelines and information that many do not know about.

Will someone please tell Paul Heh and Pete Dinelli that they need to hold a press conference on the steps of the Albuquerque Police Station and outline how far APD has fallen, show that Berry has not held Schultz accountable for anything and explain what they would do.

PLEASE DO A PRESS CONFERENCE ASAP AND NOT LOSE THIS MOMENTUM. THE COMMUNITY IS PISSED AT THIS ENTIRE APD SWINGERS CLUB. SHAME ON HEH AND DINELLI IF THEY LET THIS MOMENT PASS WITHOUT MAKING ANY PUBLIC COMMENTS. GO TO THE MEDIA AND TELL THEM YOU WILL TAKE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE MESS THAT APD IS IN FOR AS LONG AS THE MEDIA WANTS TO ASK THEM. PUT THIS ISSUE WHERE IT BELONGS, SQUARELY IN BERRY'S LAP.

Hey Banks are you going to allow Fisher to keep her office rent free at the LEC? I bet Bergman and every other attorney are salvaiting at you're new position. I love You Tube.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?! (RAT LEAVING SINKING SHIP--PRAISES HIMSELF!--as quoted in ABQ Urinal) "In a letter released Friday, the chief said “a true leader knows when it is the proper time to step aside and let the next generation continue the mission. I will work with you to determine how best to transition to a new leadership team.”

Mayor Richard Berry, who re-appointed Schultz after taking office in 2009, thanked the chief for his service and said he enjoyed working with him.
“I have been impressed with his ability as an innovator and as a leader who cares deeply about this city and his department,” Berry said in a written statement.

Darren White, who was Schultz’s boss as public safety director from 2009-11, praised Schultz’s 31-year career in law enforcement and called him one of the best in the country. Schultz was White’s first sergeant when White began at APD.
“It was a privilege to work with him,” White said. “… He’s one of the best chiefs in the country, and he has an incredible

Did Schultz have an affair with Chavez too???
Maybe thats why he waited till the verdict to retire.
Maybe they are moving away together?

@8:16. Well, Schultz was kind of right, a good leader would know when to go. Schultz has overstayed his welcome. In fact, he never should have come back. The fact that he was blind to this shows that he is not a good leader.

Some of you posting comments say that we are not standing up to the chief. I will have you know, that there are those of us who are. We speak out and plan our moves carefully. Patience. In time, you will see that the good cops were there all along, working behind the scenes.

You know who we are. Look at who the chief has targeted and unjustly disciplined. We are the ones with a target on our backs because we are working from the inside and making Schultz uncomfortable and building cases against him. When he is gone, Banks will be our next target (an easy one at that). We will be standing by ready to expose him for who he is, a vindictive and incompetent fool.

....and a bold faced buck dancing, boot licking liar.
That's the new clown in charge. I just can't wait to see fool make an ass out of himself every time he has to publicly open his big fattt lie generator. It's funny to watch him try to put intelligent sentences together, unsuccessfully using big words he does not know the meaning of, all the while looking constipated as if trying to take a painful shit with every word/lie uttered.

Why did no one sue for custody of Her kids the second he was indicted? On trial during the day and tucking her kids in at night.
