The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Does Berry keep ANY of his promises?

The West Central Community Development Group sponsored a Route 66 Car show on Saturday, August 10, 2013.  The event was held from 9 A.M. till 2 P.M. Your Mayor Berry reserved a space and promised he would attend all the festivities for the car show.

Well, several times during the show local school board member and veteran comedian and Breaking Bad TV star, Steve Michael Quezada, called for Mayor Berry. this was in vain, Berry was not present.  Berry was not present as promised.  There were several public announcements and raffles for the children; where was Berry, not where he promised to be...

Not to worry, the Mayor did make an "appearance" 15 minutes before the show ended.  Mr. Quezada' did go back up on stage while a city employee ushered Berry to the stage out of his truck that he parked illegally. Mr. Quezada was polite and introduce Berry and turned the microphone over to the "no show" mayor.

Berry says one thing and does what even in the hell he feels like and still expects your vote.  You're saying what proof do you have, well, read below and view the pictures.  They say a picture is worth a thousands words.

NOTE: Berry made it a point while walking up to the stage to stop and talk to a handicapped child who is confined to a wheelchair. Yet, that child and his parents parked over a half-a-block away; but not Berry... What a slap in every citizen's face...
Maybe we are all wrong. Maybe Berry thought he was actually at the FOURHILLS COUNTRY CLUB where he can do what ever in the hell he wants...

Or maybe Berry doesn't really care about the community; just getting re-elected to support him friend in private business...

We are sure that Berry tried to make the gathering on time, but he was busy getting his sh&t together in an effort to have SOME answers for the recent City Hall evacuation. If any other person would have left a piece of luggage, back pack, lunch box in that fashion and information on it as to who may have left it you can bet your ass there would a a knock at the door shortly after and an arrest for it... Somrthing smells fishy here.....

835 officers in APD, down from 1100 just about 3 years ago. That's a reduction of almost 25%

Holy fucken meltdown!!!

And really, this only makes a footnote in the story about the raise offered by city councilors up for reelection?

Once again the Westside is treated as the redheaded stepchild by City Hall.

Ah, but he excitedly said that 2500 construction jobs would be generated by the Paseo/I-25 job. I don't see how. What company has the contract? Berry is a liar.

Ok, off topic but I am none the less confused. WHY hasnt the APOA been sued by each and every officer? Ron Olivas, aka THE RAT. was in constant contact with the albuquerque journal about various officers and their pending discipline issues. I was told that his converstaions with jeff proctor were almost DAILY and was even listed in the APOA cell phone under a "nickname" he had for Jeff Proctor (journal writer). I also heard that he is related to the hoisington family and was in constant contact with the hoisingtons during the roberto termination. the tim lopez/SWAT debacle was published in the journal before the investigation was complete and before final discipline was given. guess who represented those officers in SWAT---- RON OLIVAS!. I thought Ron signed a confidentiality agreement. Ron represented Moreno and guess what, his termination was published in the paper before Moreno himself even knew and Roberto, who represented her? I was told that on the day of Robertos interview, Hoisington posted on her facebook that she was told of the interview. So we were paying Ron a salary to stab each of us in the back and the APOA knew about his conduct and let it continue. THEY ARE NOT REPRESENTING US! Can the FOP represent us and we can all get out of the APOA? I amm going to payroll and am going to stop my 17 a payday to be apoa full member, they are hurting more than helping. I am still speechless and am wondering what ALL of us officers can do, or if we have a leg to stand on for a full lawsuit against the APOA.

Oh the APOA will be sued dearly for breach of its duties to represent. And Stephanie Lopez, if you continue to cover for that piece of filth Olivas you will get tagged personally.

That's a bold faced lie. You should really check your facts before repeating things that just aren't true. It makes you look, well, stupid.

352, hey bass wipe, send the Eye Olivas's phone records. And see how many times calls were made to Proctor by him. You know the one that ends in 0137. Go ahead chickenshit. And while we're at it let's talk about his lies and fabrications to the feds and that piece of shit Ryan Bukner.... we know you won't but now everybody knows you could.

The APOA has always been a joke and every Mayor on down the chain knows it. I for one will be stopping the monthly payout to the union as of tomorrow. I have never asked for their assistance and if I do need any assistance I will hire an attorney out of my own pocket.

I hear the sound of subpoenas inbound for Olivas's emails, phone records and texts...
Looks like a massive failure to represent and conspiracy lawsuit. I wonder how many of those calls were to Schultz over himself shitbag Shultz and sissy assed joey trying to set up officers and then not represent them.

I hate to break the news but Olivas can have as many pone calls as he wants to anyone and without the conversation we can say anything. We need what was said. I totally believe Ron leaked stories to everyone. Next one will be SW.

Screw the unions...I have a winnable case involving civil rights violations as a pattern & practice of a certain department NOT APD. I'm going with ACLU....the unions, like the previous poster said, is made up of passive aggressive mamby pambys who are intimidated by any department head....they don't fight they back down.Berry knows this...

IT'S YOUR UNION! Folks you need to stop saying you don't like it, because it is you. Gather up your pitch forks, go to the general meeting and call for a Motion to remove whoever (Ron) immediately. You vote is your voice. The 'union is a joke' because NOT enough members care to go to the meetings and SPEAK UP.
