Investigation Demanded

We would like to recognize retired Senior Sergeant Paul Heh for walking the talk when it comes to demanding action and accountability. Sergeant Heh recently hand delivered this letter to the New Mexico Attorney General's office and sent copies to the other agencies requesting that there be an investigation into the Tasergate matter involving former APD chief Raymond Schultz.

If you have nothing to hide, the Mr. Schultz should welcome this as an opportunity to show that all was on the up and up when he negotiated the Taser-cam contract. But like we know from the explosive testimony in the Torres trial, very little is on the up and up when Mr. Schultz has had his fingers in the mix. The following are important questions that need to be asked regarding this $1.9 Million contract:

1. When did Mr. Schultz first start talking with Taser about it?
2. What did CAO Rob Perry know about this contract and when did he know it?
3. What position does Mayor Berry hold on the matter?
4. Should all city employees be allowed to personally benefit from their interaction with city merchants, vendors, and contractors?

Thank you Sergeant Heh.

Not to worry, Gary King will get to the bottom of this.
Right after he gets done running for last place as the Dem candidate for Gov and he takes care of that puzzling year old case at the NMLEA by putting Ray's replacement in the slammer for fraud upon the citizens.
This is if he can crawl out from hiding under his desk first....

The response, if any, from all four will be as follows:

Dear Mr. Heh:

Thank you for your letter. Your complaint will be referred to the appropriate parties within our office to determine what action or investigation, if any, will be taken by this office. This office will be in contact with you should we proceed with any investigation. Our office appreciate correspondence from concerned citizens such as yourself but can only act on cases within our legal authority and based on confirmed information. Thank you for your inquiry.
Sincerely yours,"

Nice try Paul but do not hold your breath. You waisted your time. Both Gary King and Hector Balderas are running for other office and will be gone come January 1. Yarbough is also leaving the US Attorneys Office and the new US Attorney will not act unless the FBI turns a case over to him and will not act on a citizens complaint. Kari Brandenburg will declare a conflict and no action will be taken.

Anonymous said...

Yarbough is NOT the US Attorney but is First Assistant and is leaving according to sources. The new US Attorney is Damon Martinez and will never go near a citizen complaint.

Paul Heh lost the election and got 3% of the vote. Berry cleaned house in the lowest voter turn out since 1977 and won with 69% of the vote and the Eye had no impact on Berry's popularity. The general public could care less about APD and the City, while the rank and file just try to survive. Berry, Perry and the 5th floor think this blog is a joke without any credibility with only about 75 readers who like to talk shit about each other. The "tremendous regulator" sounds like a babbling, bitter, pus filled idiot off his meds yet the Eye keeps publishing his irrelevant comments. "Just saying" seems to be a popular posting from a number of posters who probably did not even vote. Just saying.

This is exactly what this guy deserves. An investigation that leads to charges, lost employment and further charges, indictments and jail time. He needs to know what he has put people through. Let's all hope the right agencies move on charges against Schultz. It looks like they are going to have to do something now. It is all spelled out for them now and they have a complainant.

Good for Sgt Heh, and this is a full call out to Hector Balderas, you wanna be AG? Well step up and take on the biggest criminal known as Ray Schultz because you know he's violated at least half a dozen statutes.

I would have to disagree with you in that Berry, Perry and the 5th floor think the "EYE" is a joke. They would have to dumber than a bag of hammers not to be concerned. I suspect you are one of their little gophers sent here to try to upset the apple cart.

APD Eden (former DPS) and NMSP Kassetas are together in DC. What could they have to talk about? And who is working the Taser vendor booth?

Anonymous said...

No "gopher" here but have plenty of "moles" on the 11th and 5th floor. Retired with nothing but complete contempt for Berry and Perry and how they have destroyed APD and the City for their own personal, financial gain. People, especially 34s, need to do more than just complain. The Eye at times scores a few points but not enough to do any real damage to Berry's popularity. 11th floor sources say Perry does read they Eye but laughs about, shrugs it off, and not worrying at all knowing full well they are in complete charge for another 4 years. DOJ is the only major thing Perry is worried about, but how much longer is DOJ going to take? Perry is also worried about having to testify in the Han case, that why French was hired. Now Perry has Eden to lead around by the nose. Sadly, there is nothing City employees can do about it but take it. Perry is the most vulnerable link and Berry is clueless. People need to post substantive information on the Eye and not petty, vulgar comments talking shit about each other or psycho babble that makes no sense. Try it. Eventually the press has to start taking notice of what is going on and report it.

Shooting the messenger tactic shows how desperate your administration is. Talk to anyone on the street. Everybody is disgusted with the corruption in this city and state. Not one person is in support of this leadership, neither Berry nor Martinez. They are in fear and feel hopeless on having any rights. Martinez runs this state like a skanky lawyer. That may have worked for her as a lawyer but it will fail in running this state. It’s just a matter of time and perseverance by people like Paul Heh and the Eye.

And if you think that the incompetent and corrupt leadership by Berry and Martinez is so great, wait until you see that Tesla didn’t choose NM. All Ian Musk needs to do is call Richard Branson. He’ll tell him how corrupt Martinez is and that she tried to screw him and reneg on their deal. He had to threaten her with closing the Space Port down before she realized that she’d better bow to him rather than treat him with disdain like she treats the citizens of NM. And he’ll see that none of his employees will want to move to NM because it’s crime ridden, corrupt and not the place to raise children.

So before you pathetically attempt to shoot the messenger again, stop indulging in drugs and alcohol so you can clear your mind and try looking in the mirror, keeping your eyes open this time so you can see how disgusting you look to everybody else.

Do a google search on Albuquerque corruption if you think that no one is paying attention to this site. Its high ranking in the search speaks for itself and Google search is objective evidence. Take a look at who else is reporting on the corruption. It’s starting to look like an Albuquerque Spring just beginning to blossom.

However, I would like to say thanks for the opportunity to point out how relevant the EYE is! Now go back to Berry and the other slimy creatures and tell him that creating propaganda on this site won’t work. We’re not as dumb as you think we are.

Maybe everyone should be just like you and sit around the house picking their backside and complaining. You are a gopher. The information found here is doing a lot of damage to their plans. You crybabies who think doing your little 20 years and retiring is an accomplishment kill me. There are places and departments in this world where you have to do 30 or 40 years for a full pension. What do you know? You have moles?!?! Go see a doctor then.
If you can not decipher what someone is saying, maybe you haven't reached a level of comprehension necessary. You bitch cry and complain in every post you put here about the Regulator and what is being said even when there is no regulator posts. Are your feelings hurt? Was one of your nerves hit? What are you adding to things here? Tears? Juvenile tit for tat bullshit? Give everyone a break. 800 cops and your dumb ass and what you have her are the ones who at least will say SOMETHING at most file complaints and fight these scum like Heh is doing.

And since your mole is so close to that bigmouth coward punk Perry, tell your mole to say I said hi and that maybe next time he and his walrus can pick a fight with a few guys in their 30's instead of two guys 15 years older than them. I personally wouldn't be proud of knowing anyone on the 11th or 5th floors. But that's you. You are the crabby whining complaining old bitch crying about what bothers you and what people say. Maybe you should find a group of old ladies and a bridge game to occupy your time and mouth.

"People need to post substantive information on the Eye and not petty, vulgar comments talking shit about each other or psycho babble that makes no sense."

You need to follow your own advice above.

And I don't know where you have had your head stuck, but the press gets a whole hell of a lot of information, leads, and stories from the Eye.

I believe the inappropriate relations between the Journal editor's brother Jerry and city officials was spoken about here in detail. That's pretty substantial information that your mole probably didn't know.
I do know that if I was a lawyer who represented an officer in a very high profile civil rights case (The Ellis Case) and the paper paper backs this officer, but wrecks others, when my brother is the Editor there is something fishy. Something is very fishy when a previous police chief only releases information to a paper who is run by this guy's family member.

But you will still cry about the regulator because at some point you resembled that. That is understood.
You are eternally butthurt and your mangina is ruptured. That is ok. It happens. Some day you will get over it like a few of these actors do from their jail cells.

Bitter puss filled babble and rant over.
You are still a sissy.

TR: You are far too relevant to post anything under "Anonymous"! Put on your cape and come back openly to the Crusade!

I would also assert that no one has the right to criticize Paul Heh in any way, shape or form under the identity of "Anonymous". This man always puts his name to his comments and that registers his balls bigger than Albuquerque, unlike the 99.9%of posters on here (your's truly shamefully included) who hide as "Anonymous".

There is a lot of bitching, moaning and accusations of wrong-doing, etc, posted by members of APD against members of APD. Considering the level of participation and seemingly acceptance of corruption and criminal activity in New Mexico and particularly in Albuquerque, it would seem that the awareness of the information submitted on this blog would lead to more intelligent, active and angry involvment with the real problems existing here. But everything seems to revert to two catagories: "Somebody should do something!" or 6th grade level sniping at each other within APD (Angerdriven Pathetic Droolers).

Use of an alias like "Tremendous Regulator" so you can show bravado, talk smack and babble on is really pathetic. I will bet you bought out your last year just to get out faster you fraud. If I dropped you on the streets of a real city you would shit your pants. Would you like me to post my name, DOB, and social security number? How about my address while I am at it? All while you cry daily here "anonymously". It's not like you will do anything with the 49. I write as a concerned citizen, who follows these posts closely. I also have compassion for our officers, who are doing their job right and protecting our citizens in accordance with the law and duties they have sworn to uphold. However, I agree fully that there is corruption, violation of citizen's civil rights and the list goes on. As a victim, and first hand observer, I have taken my concerns to the DOJ and have written letters to the Senate Oversight Committee of the DOJ, requesting a full Sentate inquiry into the delays with the DOJ investigation. The issues in ALB have reached a crisis. We do need to speak up, and outline our facts and concerns in order for change to occur. Otherwise, those of us who do speak out, are the minority. I delayed coming forward with my information for years, out of continued fear of retaliation. However, there needs to be a way that all officers can collectively, with citizens document their information, and be protected. Eye, any suggestions?

I failed to add that in my letter to the Senate Committee, I included a direct link to the Eye, as well as information regarding recent events. I realize the process is slow, but it's become obvious we must go beyond our local and state agencies. The DOJ investigation must be expanded and current for real change to occur.

I apologize for all the posts, but this was the closing of the letter I sent to the Investigative committee:
"Someone needs to step in and protect our citizens. I call your attention to the web site http://eyeonalbuquerque.blogspot.com/?m=1, which blogs incidence of abuse of power. Fortunately and obviously, many of the bloggers are current anonymous APD officers, who have found a method to share the atrocities they face each day, who are also begging for the DOJ to step forward. There are honorable men and women within the APD trying to fulfil their duties, despite the corruption all the way up to the mayor’s office. They are begging for help, as much as the citizens of the cities."

I heard they found out White's little secret too and how everyone is connected down the chain. The drop phones, secret gmail accounts, mail drops and other electronic means of communication these novices thought that nobody knew about. I would not want to be them over the next year.

With these types of charges, homes and autos get seized and bank accounts and financial records get taken. Oh yea, you go away to federal prison for a long time. I would not want to be a lawyer charged with these things. In that case you lose everything.

Eric Jordan was involved in a case when he was an officer where a Wallet with money was stolen from a suspect. He didn't lie once about knowing who took the wallet. He lied multiple times while another officer was wrongfully accused of taking it. There was an IA. He eventually cracked under the pressure during the investigation and confessed. There was no criminal charges and no firing for untruth fullness. As a matter of fact, he was taken care of, and it went nowhere. Now look where he is. And he is a lieutenant. This is just another prime example of how perverted APD is. You almost can't believe it. Isn't it funny that a police department can be run by liars who accuse everyone around them of being liars when things don't go their way. Hypocrisy must be a prerequisite to the promotional process and definitely one for acceptance into the inner circle of the command staff.

You defend the ones wronged, and you condemn the wrongdoing. It's called being fair. It's that simple. I don't know what you are getting at, but right is right, and wrong is wrong. There are cases where the shootings were unjustified and there are cases where officers were used to hide from the DOJ. Case in point, when you have egregious shootings where the paper and media provide cover because defending them fits Schults's agenda of what he needs put out there to fool the DOJ, and they leave out damning evidence on purpose, because of these ex-city employees and reporters who have financial, extramarital and other improper relationships with city officials, then the same players are involved in putting out false information again in the opposite direction for Schultz and this administration when they see fit to unjustifiably scape goat other officers, you have blatant abuse of positions, power and outright criminal acts.

It is fine if you want to hate all police and see them all burn because of your hatred. That is your choice. I disagree, but you are entitled to your opinion and feelings. Just know this. Those feelings work against your integrity too. Being unfair in pursuit of an agenda is easily seen through. If you don't stand up for what is right contrary even if it is contrary to what you want, your integrity is out the door.

Know what you are talking about it. Defending them and wanting the DOJ to do something about it is what this is all about. Fairness. Stop drawing a line. If everyone works together, this corrupt administration can be dismantled.

Now that that is out of the way, you are a complete asshole. That is my opinion. People like you are the reason this entire state is corrupt and cowardly.
Keep sitting on the sidelines diddling yourself stirring shit just to entertain yourself, while people like Heh are fighting these scum bags every day. Necessary evil, why is it that the Eye is the decider of right and wrong? If it's against the law it is wrong. Just because it's not against the law doesn't make it right either. I don't know where you get off thinking that everyone hates our local police, what most citizens want is truth and honesty which we have not seen in a very long time. Nothing the Eye has reported has produced any results, you think that blogging is contributing to the resolution of any of it? No, my point is, at least Heh ran for office but he had no support from his own agency. People can complain and blog all day long and having big balls qualifies you for what? The only way change will occur is that all factual information be reported outside of ALB, in hopes change will occur. I also believe the blog site is helpful, and 'bloggers' need an outlet to vent their frustrations, discuss the issues and hope someone is listening. Sadly, our vested officers cannot speak openly, out of fear of retaliation. Who is to judge? Sgt Heh can speak publicly because he is no longer with APD. I appreciate Eye's venue. Free speech. And, I hope someone will take the lead in providing an opportunity for all information to be forwarded, and have necessary protection for those that do speak up.

Thick heads never prevail, having a venting venue is good, it use to be at APOA meetings. I remember trashing the chief and DC's but not anymore. It will get your fired, targeted for discipline and retaliated against. Those of you who keep calling out anonymous posters ironically are doing so anonymously. Sure Heh can put his name out because the Eye protects him and others from negative posts. You do not post comments that don't fit your agenda, so bloggers get frustrated with the this venue as well. You control the flow of things, when bloggers try to defend someone or something that the Eye has targeted, you do not post those comments so it makes it seem that all your bloggers agree with you when in reality it's not that way at all. It's ok if not everyone agrees with the Eye, that lends credibility to the site but lately the censorship has gone off the charts. It's a shame that this venue is dwindling too, when it use to be a site to learn about corruption, now it's a site to insult, demean, use profanity, disrespect citizens who really wanted to know the truth.
