The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Surging Storm: Mary Han

Our Eyes forwarded this excerpt from what we are told is an explosive segment of KNME's New Mexico In Focus that is going to be aired this evening.

You see, in the midst of all the protests and controversies involving APD, there's been a quiet but very dark shadow looming over the city's leadership. For those that don't remember, very prominent and outspoken civil rights and criminal defense lawyer Mary Han was found deceased on November 18, 2010. At that death scene, virtually all of then APD's brass and much of the city's civilian leadership showed up, flooded, and tampered with the scene so that no effective investigation could be done to determine what had happened. In fact, the allegations that department brass were so ghoulish in their behavior is only compounded by the fact that they were aided and abetted by the likes of current CAO Rob Perry and then Public Safety Director Darren White and their minions, TJ Wilham and Chris Huffman-Rameriz.

If you recall, in 2010 people were then calling for DOJ to investigate APD. Then upon Ms. Han's suspicious death, all reins on APD and Albuquerque seemed to break loose and now look at the mess we are in.

In this interview segment, we see that the family's attorney, Rosario Vega-Lynn is present, the chief counsel, David Pederson, for the NM Attorney General, and two former officers from APD: Thomas Grover (former APD sergeant and friend of Ms. Han) and Brian McCutcheon (former APD crime lab lieutenant).

Now we know the Susana'ites and haters will come out and try to justify or distract the happenings at the scene on November 18, 2010 by attacking those that dare speak out against the misconduct of those there at the scene.

Misconduct like, as we are told, the taking of cell phone images, trespassing, destroying evidence, tampering with evidence, and the mere presence of civilian personnel who had no business whatsoever at a crime scene. So instead of attacking those that step up, go ahead and defend the actions of Rob Perry, Allen Banks, Paul Feist, Beth Paiz, Darren White, TJ Wilham, Chris Huffman Ramirez, Marc Adams, Trish Hoffman, and Mike Muniz....

Mr. Perry recently stated he goes to high-profile APD scenes so that he can provide dissemination of information. Well perhaps he can step out of his hovel and disseminate some information about why he was at this scene doing things that so many cops have been fired for while he gets a $30,000 raise? Perhaps Mr. Wilham could put the burr-eat-oh down and answer a few questions without breaking into a cold green sweat?

As one of our more frequent commentators says, this should be "very interesting"....

Another giant lawsuit waiting to happen. Isnt it funny how many of those big names mentioned are no longer with the department?? There are other lawsuits brewing, which no one will ever hear about. Just ask Officer Dave Ritchie, Officer Dawn Roberto, Officer Connor Rice, Officer Joe Moreno, Officer Audeliz Nieves, Officer Brian Fuchs, Officer Jeremy Dear etc.... Officers who have been wronged, lied about, mistreated, punished, passed over for promotion, and hung to dry for political gain, or promotional purposed or just doing a favor for a dirty supervisor.....

Every one of those bastards of the 5th floor need to be replaced, prosecuted, and put in jail.

Citizens of Albuquerque will never see changes until those who are still in power are still running around not knowing or caring how to do their job!

I just watched this show, and it was outstanding. The entire dishonesty issue with the city of Albuquerque was just outlined.

And where were you Perry? You are punk. A bullying little punk. You just had your punk ass handed to you by that panel.

This chump punk Perry will only act tough with a mayor's detail or bunch of his punks around him to be his witness and lie to protect him when someone sets his ass strait. That, or they will fabricate a case out of retaliation, or play the victim.

I have never seen a bigger group of Italian soccer players on my life, like these creeps in this administration. Cheap shots all day long, but when they get kicked back in the balls the world ends.

Perry should take a trip down to Lowes garden center to buy some miracle grow to pack his panties with. Maybe then he will sprout a tiny nut on that bald patch between those weak legs of his.

The new tell tale: HOW DO YOU KNOW THE ADMINISTRATION IS GUILTY = NO COMMENT

Oh there's pending litigation... Bullshit!
You bunch of dishonorable scum bag liars.

Halfway through the year and the real shit hasn't even begun.

I can tell you this, from what I have heard rumblings of down at the union, there is a lawsuit coming that is going to cripple the APOA, drag the former top brass into possible criminal charges, and implode the city, and make a certain lawyer the next homeless camper in the foothills. This was the one we have been waiting for. Two committed people I wouldn't want to be in a room with.
If I were Feist and Schultz, I would be in search of very good criminal council.

You fellas out there in Albuquerque have yourselves in quite the pickle. I noticed an Albuquerque Police department recruiting ad link on our online newspaper up here in New York. I bing searched your department to try to understand why the biggest law enforcement agency in the State of New Mexico can't get police officers or keep them. For that matter, your entire state is suffering the same problems.

It seems you have a bunch of wannabe gangsters running your city and your union is run by criminals. Who in their right mind would relocate across the country to be used and abused by a bunch of crooked politicians? Your officials upped the requirements a few months ago and could not get enough recruits and now you have 40 of them all of the sudden. Now you have a terrible department that is hiring unqualified applicants based on education standards and disregarding psychological and background issues to get quantity while trying to fool people into believing you are getting quality. No thanks. Good luck in your reform. Considering previous cases like this (New Orleans, LA, Puerto Rico) it will take Albuquerque, NM longer than the rest to be cleaned up, notwithstanding all of your brass and the OIS officers facing indictments for their actions. I thought this stuff was dealt with back in the 80's. I guess there will always be some hole in this country that time forgets about.

It always seems to be the same people who come out against these crooks. Where are all of those that have been wronged by them. I know there is a long list. You all want to see them go down but you want the certain few to stick their necks out there and tell the truth. Well, the truth was told in that interview and you all see now what they are capable of and did that night. What more do you need? Keep your heads in the sand, but make sure you watch your back at the same time as it could be you next. They have absolutely no integrity. I have to believe that there is something that will bring this behavior to a stop. Yes, it amazing that most of the key players are no where around. What does that tell you??

If we could get just one media outlet to grab all the corruption stories (mary han, Tasergate, doyle and woolover, Perry abusing the press and citizens, etc etc etc) and go after Schultz / Perry / White/ Berry / Levy and all the rest it would turn this entire state upside down.

A reporter and media outlet that will not let it go. Will do follow ups. Will demand that Berry answer questions about where he was for the 8 days after the Boyd killing and why he had his staff lie. A reporter who will grab onto all of this corruption in Albuquerque and not let go.

That type of reporting would cause the DoJ to promptly indict Schultz and Perry et al for RICO offenses. Pay to play, government corruption and abuse.

Where is this reporter? Do any local media outlets have the courage to take this on? It is staring them straight in the face but will they decide to do anything?

This time next year Mr. Perry is going to be waking uo with a #7 poopshoot.

If what I heard in reference to all this legal chatter going on is true, then the person talking about how everyone is blowing smoke about the usual suspects going to jail is not only a pipe dream, but these criminals will also be losing their homes, cars, bank accounts, children's college funds, deferred comp and retirement accounts. It is about time something like this has happened and those responsible are not only genius but are ironically going to give these bastards a taste of their own medecine.

"Oh, this is the big one! You hear that, Elizabeth?! I'm coming to join you, honey!" Fred G. Sanford

That's what this blog reminds me of. That, and Chicken Little. Sanford never had the heart attack and the sky is still there.

Oh, and high school, with all of the tough talk and name calling.

You are an APD butt kisser. You are obviously corrupt and without integrity or you are on the Berry, Eden, Kornfeld cash gravy train. There are two who were wronged by Schultz and APD who continue to fight. So shut your mouth or help clean up the mess you probably helped create. Also, I have a post graduate college degree, if you please.

I highly doubt this video was "leaked." Everyone in the field knows Vega Brown is a frequent contributor to this site. She's always trying to bring up old ass shit meanwhile the department is suffering from a whole host of other problems.....problems far more recent and pressing.

Anonymous said...

Like everything else it will DRAG on and eventually there will be a settlement where the City claims no wrong doing. The only person at the scene that day that wants the truth to be told is no longer with APD and he is telling his side now. None of the higher up's want to be put on any witness stand. There will be a settlelemnt for millions and it's just the tip of the iceberg.

Just HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Go get me a cup of coffee will ya!

The department appears to be suffering from NEVER dealing with any issues. Your new and pressing issues will become old news and nothing will happen to them either.

forgetting solves nothing. Sweeping things under the rug accomplishes nothing.

Paul Kennedy killed Mary Han. No ones wants to say or do anything about it because he's Susana Martinez's lawyer. Power always corrupts. Sometimes it kills. Kennedy murdered Han. That's why White and Perry contaminated the crime scene. To cover up for Kennedy and protect Martinez.

Anonymous said...

The problem with this city, the criminals running it, and the criminal lawyers covering for them, conspiring with them and defending them, is that they all will say ANYTHING, no matter how absurd or lacking in logic, to defend their criminal actions. So you have a bunch of out of control people doing whatever they want, then when they get caught they make shit up or pull bullshit out of their asses.

If that doesn't work, they ignore it and hope it goes away or delay actions and proceedings hoping it goes away.

Karma always comes around, and it is going to be amusing to see these filthy parasites fall hard.

@9:01

I think that if there is a conspiracy on the part of APD administration to conceal a death possibly caused by foul play, is a pressing problem. What worries me is that you don't think possible criminal conspiracy to commit or conceal homicide is.

Was Ms. Han's computer ever retrieved from Paul Kennedy ? I'm sure it held some telling information.

Do not take employment with the Albuquerque Police Department unless you want the administration to attempt to kill you. These criminals will plot to kill a cop to promote their own agenda and provide cover for themselves.

The Albuquerque Police Department Recruiting website is a lie. They lie to potential applicants by telling them this place is economically booming. Then when they get here they wreck their lives. Do not be part of the worst police department in the United States.

The Albuquerque Police Department Recruiting is looking for more canon fodder to use for this administration's whim. This is a fact.

The only way to clean house is to take out the trash, so one of you 34's need to take out the key players, then and only then will the house of cards crumble!

It tells me you can run but you can't hide. Feds have an entire grapevine network they've been growing, tending to and it is about to bear the fruits of their labor.

Wouldn't that be the Eye & Joe Monahan? Ain't no body got the capital to start up a newspaper devoted to exclusively the exposé and demise of local politicians who showed good voter turnout. it's sad I wish it could be done but you will also need advertising $$$ from some deep pockets and they're already in Mayor Berry's pockets.

What do you mean "take them out "...?

Anonymous said...

There are some major factors pointing to something cataclysmic coming down.

1. The chief doesn't know what is going on with DOJ negotiations. That is a lie. He would at least know if they were actually in negotiations.

2. The city has been silent as church mice. This usually happens when they are waiting for the other shoe to drop.

3. Some major talk about a pending lawsuit that jives with evidence and knowledge already out there.

4. Things are eerily quiet. This usually happens just before the storm.

Bind them up with criminal and indictments is what that means!

@ 8:39 ROFLMMFAO the "real cops" comment!!! Can I get a dubbed copy of that Hill Street Blues episode your are watching because ABQ or the Nation for that matter has NO real cops! Just a bunch of candy ass Gen X'ers that are afraid of the boogey-man!

Anonymous said...

You keep naming Officers but they are equally evil and even more abusive to civilians. A few of them were hunted down by the DoJ to give direct accounts of what they saw and heard. They are quoted in the first report but the City still doesn't see what is coming. The civilians will tie the big picture all together and leave the offending 5th floor with nothing but the gift wrap's bow to protect themselves.

Dick is retiring. It would be a great send off if he did his last news cast tying all his stories together. Show the tape of Schultz and Fischer kissing. Show the tape of Perry stumbling at a shooting. Show the tape of Levy screaming at Officers during an active Swat situation. Show it all Show it all Show it all
After all, if they want to sue you for it you will be long gone. Here's hoping your golden years involving lots of n.a.p.

Anonymous said...

I congratulate you on having had an experience with APD that does not make you privy to what the rest of us know. I only wish I had been spared like you have. Clearly, you believe your unique experience is true for everyone.
Tell me, when you read the DoJ report did your mouth hang in horror? Or do you just want to not have your glass house shattered?
Beware of history, you will feel like a 1946 German citizen in a few years. Aware something might have been amiss but feeling forever guilty you didn't ask for more information

C'mon, there are alot of real cops. Then you have the average person with a badge who deserves a bit of respect. Then, at the bottom of the scale, you have some real bad actors. But the bad actors are a minority. Just one man's opinion.

The Martinez show will take it all over, they want to control all of NM, look at how they have targeted Sheriff's races all over the state-she has her eye on Bernalillo county, own the city, now the county. Manny is not looking too bad this time around. I will have to hold my nose but no way will I help Martinez own Bernco Sheriff too!!!
