The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Hiding Behind Walls....

We, we hate to do this to our beloved Ronald Reagan, but with all this talk about walls being put up, we found the enclosed picture of a human bikini whale too "much" to not talk about.
You see, while the "big" walls go up in the mayor's and city's council's office, out come the drones. And in this case it's those ever watching and "wide" spying eyes of none other than TJ. You can see his rather "bulbous" profile in the above picture. Isn't it interesting that while he, Berry, Eden, Sanchez and company hide behind walls, they deploy drones to watch the "expansive" citizenry? One of our Eyes told us some even more interesting information, it seems TJ is sighing a "huge" breath of relief, apparently nobody has figured out anything about that "lost" equipment TJ was stressing over earlier this summer.....

Your loveable Eye would like to call out Richard Berry, Ken Sanchez and Gordon Eden for building bunkers and walls that they hide behind from the public and their employees.
What message does it send to your employees and citizens when you build a fortress? Is this so you don't have to speak, or see the people you serve?  At APD this started when Ray Schultz became Chief of Police.  He immediately built a wall and a series of locked doors on 5th floor of the main police station, where his office is located.  Since APD was in existence police officers and the public could go into the police station and go see the chief with ease.  Not so once Ray Schultz took over.  Apparently the only people who could see Schultz with ease were Nate Korn and the folks from Taser. Or as our Eyes tell us, Schultz's favorite female employees like Karen Fisher or Karen Salzaer.  Everyone else, citizens and police officers, had to stand outside of locked doors and wait to be checked out and buzzed in.  This was the beginning of the "us versus them" mentality between the command staff at APD and their officers and citizens they serve.  And where they tried to stay hidden from the disinfecting light of public view.

It also began the corrupt practices behind closed, locked doors, between Schultz and companies that he was "greasing" city contracts for.  And Berry said nothing.
Flash forward to 2014 and Richard Berry's office.  It has never been easy to see Richard Berry in his office.  After the Boyd Shooting it was hard to even find Berry as his staff said he was in Brazil for eight days on a city taxpayer funded trip.  We found out later that the city taxpayer lost money on this trip because Berry never went.  His staff lied, Berry was out camping, but when asked by the media he said it was off limits.  How can that be off limits?

Now Ken Sanchez and the scared City Council have done the same.  Building barriers to keep the public at bay.  Is this a democracy?  It seems those in power fear those who they represent.
After the peaceful protest earlier this summer, where Berry's CAO and resident bully, Rob Perry mocked and taunted the protestors, Berry has taken a page from the "Us versus Them" playbook of Ray Schultz.  Our Eyes tell us that Berry's office is now a secure fortress.  The mayor's office now has several locked doors that you have to be buzzed through, walls, uniformed guards and undercover officers, all there to make sure no pesky members of the public get in to see the mayor.  It seems citizens holding a peaceful protest, holding Berry's inactions as mayor accountable, have thrown Berry into a paranoid fear of his own citizens.  We have seen this before in history, when public servants fear the very people they are supposed to serve, when those citizens begin asking questions and holding the public servant accountable for bad actions and decisions.
So the Eye, along with the citizens of Albuquerque shout with one voice to Gordon Eden and Richard Berry, "TEAR DOWN THOSE WALLS!"

They should build a big office for all of these cowards in the basement and shape it like a big vagina, then throw them all into it. The ones you speak of are gutless and will be scurrying for another place to hide behind when Smallfruit's term is over. If they don't find cover they will run away and retire. This is always the way it happens. No doubt people like Perry, Blair and the rest of the bottom feeders are preparing to retire or lining themselves up like Schultz and that slimy coward Feist did. They just can't go out on their own and make something of themselves. Feist for example is now up at the LEA board as a hearing officer doing favors or sticking his nose into other cases as favors, directly and indirectly tampering with things just like he did with APD. These cowards can't help themselves. It would be nice to see sweeping indictments wreck every one of these little rose gardens.

Your safety and officer accountability have been sold to the highest bidders.
The highest bidders are your city managers, those people who cannot and will not stick to a budget.
Now that they've given away, thrown away and misappropriated all the money they taxed you out of, they've hired some assholes to steal more from you, so they can keep your city running, and you'll never guess they couldn't manage a gumball machine into the black.
Here's the thing: If you hire a bunch of assholes willing to lie, cheat and steal for you, not only are you getting a bunch of lying, cheating assholes hanging around, but you're gonna get more than that. You're gonna have them acting outside the law in a bunch of other ways. And when they do, you're gonna discover that you really have no choice; You can either cover for them, allowing them to excuse themselves and offering only the vaguest of supportive comments regarding their criminal behaviors, or you can say the obvious "This cop is a flat-out murderer, he needs to be behind bars." Our "Trusted leaders" have been using revenue dogs for a while now, and they are now being placed in exactly this position, over and over. They are covering for these assholes because they've found out that the cops have a powerful hand to play. The cops were asked to commit fraud, to lie, to cheat for them on a MASSIVE scale, and the politicians are super-fucked if they suddenly decide to draw a line, one that will cost even one policeman one day in jail...because what if that one cop told anyone who would listen that the police are corrupt, and asked to be all the time, by their politicians? Yeah, the cops are bad. but they are just the soulless, pitiful clowns the politicians asked for and received. It's a growing thing, but people ARE starting to realize that the government is theirs to expect honesty out of, despite all the dogma to the contrary. And it needs to happen. The power all these public officials wield is the power we bestow upon them. They've forgotten it, and they are fighting to maintain the illusion for themselves that they are all-powerful. Ferguson,MO is simply "one more thing" the cops, the politicians are allowing themselves to act outside the law about. Only it's showing us that more and more, the people are tired of weak, blatant lies. They want public officials to act like public officials, not minor gods. "Society is like a stew. If you don't stir it up once in a while, a layer of scum floats to the surface." ~Edward Abbey~

What about the new DCOP Huntsman? Wasn't he supposed to be the change in direction APD needed? All I see is a guy padding his retirement, doing whatever the SWAT guys want, never appearing on TV (since Matt Grubs slammed him), really not doing much.

Nothing is changing at APD, we should have left Schultz in there.

Dont forget TJs fortress. There are cameras monitoring every entrance and exit of the entire floor including the bathrooms and property at the other end of the building, there is swipe card access between the rooms inside RTCC, and a $3,500 light installation to turn the hallway blue before you enter "because doesn't it look cool".

Can the eye find out what company installed this security, so is, etc, what companies put in bid, relationships of company to 5th floor or berry. Maybe they are republicans.

It is time for APD to stop with the sympathy BS. Another murder and once again APD's PIO is out in front of the camera saying how "upset" officers were with what they saw. Enough already. If the kinder gentler academy is not preparing these officers for what they are going to have to do and see then tell Wolf to change it. I mean Wolf has soooooo much experience as a first responder (sarcasm). Stop with the crying to the public because we don't care. We hired you to do police work, if you can't handle it quit.

If these people represented the citizens there would be no need for walls. I hope Sanchez isn't planning to run for mayor since he would just be another Berry.

KRQE is showing off TJs latest cameras at Pat Hurley Park saying how it will be monitored all the time now.
Isn't this the same place the cameras were vandalized and the perpetrators never caught? So by all means lets buy more expensive portable cameras and put them in the same spot. TJs crew couldnt stop it last time because there wasnt enough manpower to be watching but this time, with hundreds less officers, this time will be different?
And why don't we have the money for more Officers? Lets start with asking what does it cost to have an APD staffer "pull up the video from 100 traffic cameras around the city.... watch the feeds from another 300 private cameras. .." and TJ tell me again why a "$45,000 crime fighting tool" that cannot do anything but get vandalized like its predecessor is a good use of taxpayer money. All it can do is use the PA to yell. You still have zero Officers available to respond! But you'll enjoy lots of video of those cute teenagers and their MILFs.

None of it was ever bid out. The City establishes price agreements so nothing goes to bid claiming it is more efficient for them to use these agreements. But if you call up and say I want to set up a price agreement with the City they'll tell you you cant until you answer a RFP. Then they skip the RFP process claiming the purchase agreements. Tj spent over a million now. Taser got another million and a half. Construction projects around City Hall (remember the walled in escalator to city council, why couldnt they just be turned off and used as stairs) another half million. Yet the City has blue collar to control costs?
How many blue collar positions are vacant? How many have been eliminated since Berry took office?
Do the math, these City positions and water utility and zoo positions would have been able to do this work for far less than his contractor buddies! Then again does it matter when the police spent over 2.5 million on these pet RTCC and Taser projects that they openly call the testing grounds and proof of concept. How many years of the council saying no we wont fund it, then reappropriating grants outside of scope to do it anyway before they realize the proof is THIS NEVER WORKED AND IT NEVER WILL

On the right track! In 2011 Illinois US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald prosecuted 6 Chgo narcotics cops for stealing ( most likely cause they didn't share!), but in NM-nada. And not because cops do not steal here, duh. Remember when US Attorney. David Iglesias was fired? Well he just didn't play dirty enough. In his book, he wrote that NM was the most corrupt.Really?"
There are no checks & balances here, just lots of dirt.

New Mexico is without a doubt, the most corrupt state in this country. These scum bags need to be invaded, drug out if their positions and thrown in prison cells without an ounce of due process just like they do to everyone else. When these scum bags get a taste of their own medicine we'll see just his fast shit changes.

Gov. Rick Perry of TX gets indicted for corruption for one act but the clowns here run amock, and nothing is done. Kickback schemes, no bid contracts, obstruction of a federal investigation, and everyone looks the other way. This place truly is the asshole of the United States of America.

Can you all see what's happening? Nothing. Life goes on & these guys are getting away with corruption among a bunch of other illegal activities, they will continue to get away with it, nobody cares. Flat out. So here's what has happened to all the bad apples: Schultz -nothing. Feist -nothing. Banks -got abetter job -nothing. Berry, Perry, Tourek, Olivas, Levy ...nothing, nothing, nothingnothing, nothing. All the crooks from APOA, Sigala, etc . NOTHING ...APD officers got what again in their contract negotiations? Oh snap! NOTHING. It is time to rock this boat, it is time to turn over the rotten apple cart. The time has come for every single city worker to get together on the same page, we are all being screwed from maintenance ti bus drivers, to library workers (NOT LIBRARIANS THEY ARE ADMINISTRATION) , clerical, blue collar, solid waste, fire, and every other classifications of grunts. NOW IS THE TIME TO COME TOGETHER AND STRIKE!!! IF WE ALL DID IT WE COULD NOT BE REPLACED.WE NEED THE ACLU TO HELP US WITH HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT LAWSUITS, RETALIATION, SEXIST AND RACIST COMMENTS AND FEAR THAT A SUPERVISOR IS SO UNSTABLE SHE WANTS TO SMACK SOMEONE! WE DESPERATELY NEED OUR UNIONS TO HELP, TO REACH OUT TO US AND SIT DOWN WITH US AND PUT IT ALL ON THE TABLE WITH NO FEAR OF RETALIATION!!!

I read in on of the "Eye's" comments that Feist now sits on the LEA board. If that is true it does show just how corrupt the state of New Mexico is. That's one of the fools that helped railroad Doyle & Woolever, the LEA board then pulled Woolever's cert BEFORE his HR hearing on whether the termination was justified, and now one of the scumbugs at the center of this crime may sit in judgment of other cops in the state? I hope that it isn't true, having that Berry suck up Nate Korn on the board is affront enough. If Martinez was a true governor who actually was concerned about her state, this would not be allowed to stand. But wait, Schultz had a sweetheart deal with Taser waiting after he convinced the city to purchase Taser equipment, Nate Korn has a sweet, no-bid contract with the city, Korn & Jason Peck actually are partners in a security business with an address of the one the APD substations, Perry is a blithering fool, so no, I guess the Governor does not care about the corruption in her state...that is the saddest situation of all, by turning a blind eye to wrong doing and corruption you are as guilty as those who are corrupt. Are you listening out there all you APD cops who get upset at crime scenes and think the citizens are against you? You know who you are, you're the folks who hide from calls, milk the safer calls, hump overtime, and cry when citizens complain about the department. Cops, stand up, grow a set, and do what's right. But, I don't think any of you can. Doing nothing about wrong makes you just as wrong! Before anyone gets their panties in a wad, I am a republican.

Ref. 11:42 PM post

Too bad but striking in the State of NM is illegal for government workers, and if it were to happen then I'm sure Alb. would move to decertify all the unions involved along with terminating all who were involved and/or participating in the strike or planning. That is why the use of the Blue Flu is common because it is a work slow down and not a strike and very hard to prove it was a deliberate act.

I hear a rumor that APOA is just about broke and is struggling to meet its legal monetary obligations. It is going through the ranks that the 2 jokes of leaders want to raise our dues and also start paying PORAC for legal services. I'm dumbfounded as to why they think this is in the best interest of the members. How about this news flash, use the dues money members pay monthly in the tune of approx. +/- $18,000.00 properly. If you cannot service the members with that kind of money then there is a big big problem and we need to have different reprsentation. Our voice has been for the most part silent and we pay big dues for a reason and that is for our union to stand up front and center on our behalf.
We pay your salaries now so get to work or step aside and let others take over.

As a blog related to law enforcement issues it is important for the average cop and citizen to recognize the underlying destructive political ideology of far left "liberal progressives." FYI liberal progressives are not Democrats, they infiltrated and coopted the democratic party just like tea partiers are trying to coopt the Republican party. This ideology predates and has nothing to do with Fox News. The wackos in Nevada actually have much more in common with wacko progressives because both wacko extremes oppose limited constitutional government (and are equally fascist). The progressive bible is a book written in 1971 by Saul Alinsky called Rules for Radicals and is interestingly dedicated to Satan the first "community organizer". It is the community organizers handbook (Obama's Bible) that describes how to divide and overthrow American society from within. In the progressive view ALL police, laws and military are evil oppressors and society would be better off without the rule of law. That is why to our President-- a treasonous deserter like Beau Bergdahl is a hero and a murdered three star general on the battle field of Afghanistan doesn't merit a mention. That is why our President will always insert himself in local incidents to vilify the police as "acting stupidly" and elevate the criminal. The tactics advocate for lying and pretending to like the people you actually hate ("don't call the police "pigs" even though that is the view of all police"); creating division, confusion and resentment to motivate retreat is the goal. Next ridicule your opponents and do not humanize them. Pick your targets and personalize and polarize. The ultimate goal is to undermine capitalism; the middle class and basic mainstream American values and society. The goal is for the radical to camouflage himself to pretend to fit into society and ease into all aspects of education, religion, government, media and coopt the institutions progressives despise until they get the public to embrace their own servitude (slavery) in their utopian Marxist world (which by the way they would have complete control). New Mexico due to the history of corrupt crony politics is ripe with useful idiots that will not have the critical thinking skills to be able to discern how they are being used by both the Liberal progressive democrats and status quo republicans (cronies who often work together) to keep the money flowing to same corrupt pockets. By the way Chicago born Hillary Clinton's senior thesis in 1969 was "There is Only One Fight; An Analysis of the Alinsky Model." It paid homage to Alinksy as the "successful radical" and he was her close personal friend until his death in 1971.

Anonymous said...

Look at everyone running things here and for that matter in any position where they hold authority. These people can't handle the authority without going corrupt and abusing it. None of them have any honor.

An example of this is the commander of SID. Now we all know how dirty SID is, so I guess dishonor is a prerequisite to being there or running it. This person who I was married to a city attorney for Rio Rancho faked a divorce to get out of paying outstanding debt and to easily obtain a bankruptcy. This is fraud. Schultz himself went bankrupt. APD states that an applicant will maintain good credit. Why not these liars and hypocrites?

Are these people to be jealous of? Successful? Do you think success is built on how much crap you own? You and those you defend and look up to are laughable embarrassments. None of you could hold on to your belongings for a minute outside of this little cesspool. Take you river shrimp out of your environment for a moment, and everything you own would be ripped from you and you wouldn't do nothing about it but make a police report. Don't write your bullshit here like you don't have a stake in it. Trust me, no one is jealous of some bald shifty eyed scrawny and pathetic little pervert who kissed ass, fucked over everyone and sucked the dick of one of the most disgusting police chiefs in the history of Law Enforcement to get his ripoff business where it is. You are nothing but a punk. If I was living in a grass hut eating snails, I wouldn't be jealous of you human waste. You get laughed at. All of your money can't buy you honor and respect that you don't have and never will. And success is based on a lot more than personal belongings. You can have all the money in the world, and your wife will still be laughing at you when you take your clothes off at night wishing she had a real man and not a pathetic joke who relies circumstance to hold his position. That's the comical reality if it all. Your inadequacy complexes. You have to live with that.

If you start doing the right thing. You might stop worrying about looking over your shoulder the rest of your meager meaningless life.

Until all the dirt is revealed and removed, there will be no viable and sustainable change. Everyone being exposed here is neither successful nor undeserving of the attention they are getting so please shut the fuck up.

What's the matter little boy, couldn't get into SID? It must be dirty right because you don't have the pull or the smarts to work there. Is "inadequacy complex" something you made up yourself? You always love to use oral sex, intercourse, and the male organ to unleash your aggression. I think we know who has the "inadequate" tool here. Everyone else is the problem, the sky is falling, they will pay, this is the big one, a storm is coming, blah blah blah. So easy to throw you a penny and watch you clown yourself. Oh, by the way , it actually is about the money. I have an SID position where I make the same as any other 34, but I have plenty, because I go get mine, unlike you, waiting for a handout and jealously attacking people because no one wants you in their unit. Which is it little Richard, you never answered, already been fired by APD? Or did you peak out with your high school education and your grade school sensibilities? But you're honorable, right right.

Jason Peck? Now there is a name from the halls of "I will do anything to get ahead." That boy should not have even been allowed to be the casino security guard he was. What a mess this place is. In order to clean up you have to fire half of the department. If you have been paying attention to the Doyle and Wolever case it is now out there that he got his a$$ in a wringer by lying in two of the officers hearings. It will be interesting to see how the city attorney will get him and the rest of them out of the mess they all created.
