The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Let the Voters Decide how They Wish to Be Policed

The time has come for our community leaders to initiate the discussion with the citizens of Albuquerque on how they really wish to be policed.
The Albuquerque Police Department takes hundreds and hundreds of thousands of calls for service each and every year.  For the sake of argument let’s say, “the APD takes one million calls for service per year and during this year APD shot ten people.”  The amount of people shot by APD would be represented by a decimal .0000001.  Thus, it is almost immeasurable.  It also means that close to a million people received satisfactory service without any issues or problems.
If the majority of our citizens truly believe our coppers are these violent, crazy and abusive officers; there is a simple fix.  Police officers can start running full code 3 to all calls so the offenders have plenty of time to leave the scene.  Officers will no longer stop speeders, drunk drivers, red light violators or reckless drivers.  Officers will no longer arrest people for domestic violence, burglaries, armed robberies, rape, home invasions, gang bangers, drug dealers, etc… this is due to the fact the offenders know officers are coming.  Another alternative is to have the dispatch department hold the calls for a standard amount of time/delay.  Sorry to the citizens who are frantic on the phone begging for an officer to come save them since we will not permit the officers to become involved in any situation that may cause the officer to become involved in a use of force/deadly force situation.  Officers will not conduct proactive patrols but will work out of a substation and only leave when dispatched and immediately return back to the substation after the call.  Officers can file criminal complaints and allow the courts to handle it.  Robbery suspects, rapist, pedophiles and others will not be arrested but will be formally charged in the court system.
There will be no more complaints about officers speeding or sitting in a Circle K drinking coffee or the officer sat and ate dinner for 32 minutes.  There will be no more take home cars.  Since we do not need officers out and about or giving the appearance the police force is larger than it is.  Let’s turn the city over to the thugs and the protesters.  No more officers hurt or killed.
This will also prevent overcrowding at the correctional facilities initially.
This will prevent the officers from becoming involved in any type of possible physical or violent confrontation.  We hear the question being asked, “Who will arrest all the bad guys?” We have a fix for that to.  APD will subcontract out to DOJ to handle all of the arrests or perhaps we could contract out to bounty hunters.
The public has a right to be policed the way they want.  The citizens pay the bills.  We can see gun sales going up and a lot more murders in Albuquerque.  The APD can act as administrators, taking reports, filing, processing evidence, preparing cases for prosecution and submitting criminal complaints.  This is not really far-fetched.
The true reality of this is; criminals dictate how they wish to be treated.  Do not commit crimes and you will never have a negative encounter with an officer.  Do not commit robberies, do not rape, do not commit child abuse, do not attack an officer, do not drive drunk, etc…How is it the voice of a few loud mouth rioters and looters control public policy.  They are not the majority but the minority.
Has there been a bad shooting at APD?  Yes, but this is Not reflective of the entire department.  The voting/tax paying citizens need to stand up for the officers and tell the cop haters to stop bashing our community servants.  The majority of the cop haters are people who are looking for a legitimate reason to commit civil disorder and to loot.  These people are criminals themselves.  It is time to put a stop to the bashing.  We need our police officers and they need full police authority to protect, defend and serve the community.  Otherwise we might as well all strap a gun to our sides and go back to the Wild West mentality or are we already there?

Have you had a nervous breakdown or schizo episode? And this latest tragedy was NOT "friendly fire".

I understand there has been a lot of cop bashing and numerous childish comments on this blog. I for one understand that we need good police officers to keep us safe and I will support them to the fullest. However, what I won't support is command staff who don't support those officers. I was at the shooting scene and the lack of professionalism by the deputy chiefs, majors, and commanders was sickening. Huntsman acts like a 16 year old always trying to impress his buddies in gym class. At least eden was professional. Even though they swear they don't read this blog, I feel we need to continue to expose their arrogant attitudes and disrespect so the real officers can do their jobs

We as a family support APD. But you can blame the average citizen for not having the trust in APD that they once had. Cops shooting cops, cops breaking testicals, bad shoots, running red lights and killing a girl, prostitution scandlals, botched investigations, child pornography, child molestation, on and on and on. It seems ever time you turn on the TV or read the paper it's another bad story about APD. The APD bosses have to supervise better and do more to promote the good things or attitudes won't change.

Yeah. Or cops could start being honest.
They could kick bad cops off the force instead of pointing to the thin blue line as the reason they let felons with badges lie and they say nothing to help the people.
They could quit wandering around with the idea that the badge means everyone near them needs to act afraid, and they could quit fucking with people who meet their eye.
They could go to crime scenes and be willing to run down the criminals, if the person who was robbed from has a plate # and description, instead of saying something like "There's no point in going to their home. They won't be there. They'll be out partying. "
They could stand up and say "Adam Casaus was in the wrong, and he needs to pay for what he did." instead of quietly saying nothing while an arrogant little prick who was running lights at 65 m.p.h. because he could and who killed a girl doing it, gets away with it because no one will stand for the people.
They could admit that video of a cop saying "What, this piece of shit? I'm going to shoot him in the penis here in a minute." starts to look like murder, and they could ALSO stand for justice instead of doing nothing while a murderer is excused by a corrupt system.

Or are you saying you hate the higher-ups who messed with you, but people need to understand that cops will write illegal tickets, load up the charges and create plea deals, and that these little felonies will either be tolerated or the cops will start letting people die?
Okay, but maybe if the fucking cops aren't willing to be honest and just, and then they're willing to try what you have suggested...hold people hostage unless they let you be criminals to the extent that it helps their careers..they should quit the fucking job. Please do.
We need men and women doing the job who want to fight crime. Not write revenue tickets.
The politicians ask you to steal for them, and you do it. You figure this makes you a good cop? No chance. It makes you an abuser of the public trust, and part of a broken system where the politicians who are too afraid of losing votes to raise taxes, steal from the public in other ways.
there is no dignity in the new police. There is deceit, lies and felonies.
Please, quit.
Us honest people with no police records save the one charge that woke us up to the fact that cops are liars, we'll love you for it.
We want to be able to offer those positions to real men and women, to honest men and women who want to do the job to protect people, not to steal money from them and get away with acting threatening because you have a badge and back-up and you know it, and you abuse it to watch people hate you and not dare fight back.
Open up some room and go away. We'll advertise for real, honest cops. We'll let them know that we have a zero criminality policy on our force, and we'll show them how we're all set up so that bad cops will be removed and prosecuted, so they can be sure they're not going to be working or opportunistic fucking criminals who insist on being called "good" and "dedicated" and whatever else, but who are no such thing. We'll have people banging the damn doors down to FINALLY work in law enforcement and have it be noble once again, we don't need you.
You see, as soon as you got whiny about people actually getting rid of cops who routinely break the laws they enforce, you got hypocritical.
You can't be mad at the part of the criminality of cops that affects you(Look at these criminals no one is punishing!) AND threaten to quit working while still receiving a paycheck , to teach the public you're sworn to serve a lesson about noticing you've done nothing to remove overt criminals like Keith Sandy from your ranks, without exposing yourself as full of shit.(DON'T look at these criminals no one is is punishing!)
Which are you? Honest? Or a criminal who is mad at the other criminals?
Methinks I know the answer to that question.

This post is reminiscent of a story I heard about a politician visiting reservations trying to sweet talk the Native American vote to go his way. On a reservation in the Dakotas, he was so impressed with his reception that he got carried away. Standing on a platform in front of the entire tribe he loudly proclaimed "If you elect me, there will be electricity and indoor plumbing in each of your households!" The crowd stood up and screamed over and over "Huzzanga! Huzzanga!". Emboldened, he continued "I will promise a new pick-up truck next to every home!" Again, the creaming cheers "Huzzanga! Huzzanga!" "There will be a cow in every yard and a chicken in every pot!!" "Huzzanga! Huzzanga!" The politician then requested to have a look at their horse herd, as they were rumoured to have some of the finest horseflesh for miles. The chief agreed and escorted him to a fenced area, where he ordered the gate open so the politician could step inside. As he entered the corale, the chief whispered to him "Be careful, Great Chief, that you don't step in the "Huzzanga".

Make a game of it - see who can spot the most "Huzzanga" in this post.

But Banks was already on camera saying how we have dispatch slowing down calls to avoid confrontations. In return for that stellar interview and other phenomenal acts he was made Acting Chief.

If channel 13 is correct and witness said masked people were outside mcdonalds yelling that incident could have multiple victims with the conceal carry law. APD cant afford raid jackets SOP says they are mandatory.

Here's our genius APOA president embarrassing herself again:

"Dear Members,

If you haven't heard we want to make you aware we have had a tragic incident occur today. One of our narcotics officers was conducting an undercover operation, When something went wrong and he was injured by one of his own . He is at UNM H , In critical condition. The next few days will be extremely important in the determination of his outcome. Please keep the officers involved and their families in your thoughts and prayers. If there was ever a time supporting each other we needed to unite and support each other It is today and the weeks to follow. Visitation is very limited due to his condition .

Ofc. Golston was transferred to Sandoval County UNM Hospital this morning. Surgery on his wrist was conducted. He will stay there for a few days before being released to a rehabilitation hospital.

Remember don't code 4 your 82!! Take care and be safe.

Thank you,
Stephanie Lopez"

Sigh, I don't even know what to say anymore. MAYBE you could get Lou's name spelled correctly you stupid ugly fat ass!

This article is a load of crap. Don't lump average tax paying citizens in with those who have authority issues and the FTPers. Why do I, as a citizen, deserve this crap"? Why do those of us who gladly contribute our tax dollars to secure the well being of our families? Why do officers, deserve to be painted with your tantrum brush? This is so stupid. If this was even remotely the attitude of the majority of officers, you better believe they would lose my support in a hot second. Don't portray them as whiney cry babies. I cant wai for some of those coo haters in the public to get a wiff of this crap- it's going to shine a big ugly light and it's going to be well deserved. If this were the attitude of police, there would be no police. They'd be jobless.

Grow up, Stealth!

Thank you to the officers who understand that even through adversity, there is still a job for you to do. People like me appreciate you and support you completely.

Eden admitted that there are bad apples on the force that he can't do anything about - most likely due to the union contract - what are citizens supposed to do, just shrug their shoulders and say, oh well, while laws are being broken that would put a regular citizen in jail for years???

As I have said, you good officers are in serious danger due to the department being run into the ground - by the brass and the city admin - and made the laughing stock of other departments across the nation.

The time has long passed for you to worry about losing your job for speaking out...get off your duffs and talk the walk.

The purpose of the story is to stir debate and open a positive dialog with the community.
The story is intended to be controversial; this is what will open peoples minds to the truth.
We need our police officers, the officers need our support and backing.
We hope this simplifies the story to a level of understanding and comprehension that is easily interpreted.

Eden and Berry have never disciplined a command staff officer for anything. Les Brown stayed as Command of SID even after the Boyd mess that his officers caused. When Chris Chase shot up the town and 4 cops Banks and then Eden and Berry never once held anyone accountable for NOT stepping up and taking command of the scene. Darcy shoots her fellow officer and she is still a sergeant!

Maybe now everyone will recognize the mess we have been exposing in the APD Command Staff. It is time for Eden to go back to politics and to take Huntsman with him. We need a chief who holds his command staff accountable and removes them when necessary.

But nothing here will change. The APD command staff will continue to steal money that the city council earmarked for the officers. Berry will go into hiding again, Rob Perry will lie and APD will continue on the path to destruction.

Does anyone in this city even give a damn anymore?

I would like to know who in the heck is 34 Golston??? just another example of someone wanting to sound like someone with a clue. Way to disclose his location stephanie, way to release some of his private medical information. Way to keep making us look like complete idiots. I know you won't be able to control yourself. But it doesn't stop me from wishing you would just shut up. please? Do you code 4 your 82 steph? oh wait, that's police talk, you wouldn't understand. I bet you didn't code 4 that 82 when you were violating rights and destroying evidence on your way to becoming the most disciplined 34 in the history of our Department. You know what I'm going to do for our two downed guys steph? I'm going to shut my mouth and take some calls, I'm going to try and rally my completely depressed squad mates into chasing some bad guys. I'm going to mount the hell up and move out stephanie. You just keep doing your civilian press release thing and helping Berry,Perry,Eden. Bigmouth thug.

Tell us Stealth, where do you stand on the cops writing bullshit tickets to generate revenue?
How about lying in court to please a judge and secure convictions?
Loading up the charges so that innocent people will plead out to avoid jail?
You posted that 90% of crimes are committed by 10% of the people, and made no bones about your avowal that any protester was of course a part of that ten percent...
You also left no room for interpretation when you said the cops log a million calls annually, and that if there are only ten shootings, that EVERY OTHER CALL is handled perfectly, and the public is completely satisfied in each of those cases.
You DO understand what it means to lose (or in this case give away freely)all your credibility by being reckless, right?
A LOT of honest people are in possession of real knowledge about the cops being routinely crooked.
Thus, they tend to get resentful when the police declare themselves near to perfect, or so close as to make no difference.
Please, let us know.
Where do you stand on all those questions up there? We'd all love to know.......

There is no doubt that the majority of Albuquerque citizens, including myself support the vast majority of good cops in APD and just want the few "rotten apples" removed.
IMO, there are very few "cop bashers" who do this for no good reason. There are some.
However, one does not have to commit a crime to have APD come down hard on you. if you are ALLEGED to have committed a crime, that is enough to have contact with a very heavy APD hand (ROP/SWAT).

What's the status of Doyle and Woolever's lawsuit against APOA?? Why do Shawn and Stephanie spend money defending Olivas and Sigala????

Anonymous said...

ROP Detectives are still in SID doing their same old shit. They have not been disbanded, the DOJ needs to demand accountability.

Anonymous said...

Lopez says he was shot by one of HIS own. It was one of OUR own. We have to get the bimbo out of there she is an embarrassment to all law enforcement. But Berry, Perry and Eden enjoy her being APOA president. She is a stupid SFA....

Anonymous said...

Where was Heather Hindi Chavez during all this she could have been yelling "CROSSFIRE" a thousand times. Priceless......

Anonymous said...

This is why the rest of the country has mandatory rotations out of undercover assignments. I hope the detective survives, it is an awful way to go out. If the force used was unjustified, I wonder what consequences the Lt. Will face? Say it was a suspect he shot, how would this change? It should make no difference under the law. They are sure keeping the lid on this very important issue. Let's see what we learn from all this.

ABQ citizens have already voted for the police force they want. By either not voting, or voting for Berry, it was declared loud and clear exactly the police force ABQ citizens decided they deserved.

Welcome to a libertarian government! Don't depend on your government to do what is right. You are on your own. So trust no one, load up your gun and maintain warrior mode at all times if you want to survive.

Anyone that would like to experience what it was like to live in the 1800's in the wild west, spend a week in Albuquerque. We need your travel dollars because our economy is tanking. That's what libertarian government will give you.

Yes. You're so deep and controversial. So glad you cleared it up. Thanks again for not only letting us know how much you dislike us, but how we're too stupid to comprehend the depth of your crap.

Know your audience. This "story" reeks of disdain and loathing for the community officers are supposed to serve. Not the community woth cop hate and authority issues. The community that respect, appreciates and admires the police.

You hit it out of the park.

All of SID wears ski masks in the field because the media kept leaking the identities of UC Officers. It also means if a perp is assaulted he can no longer identify who did it.

ROP by any other name is still just ROP, they still exist just "renamed"! DOJ take note, oh wait they know and could care less. Theyve been paid and left the building.

Worthless female detective never should have been out there. No skills, just wanted to be able to say she worked UC. Some of the units are still out there like the DOJ was never here. Gonna cost us a life or a fortune in the future.

If the past month is any indication of how bad it is in ABQ. Then it should be obvious that most incidents start with a field officer, why then are their so damn many "specialized units in APD and no street cops, yet when something does happen the spec. units come out of the woodwork in force.Uniformed street presence is what we need, plain and simple. Put these spec. units back in the streets where they belong in Marked units doing real police work
