The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. ADIOS CULO!!

IN THE TRADITION OF DISSECTING THE QUITTING LETTERS BY THE COWARDS WHO RUIN THEN FLEE APD.....

We have been fortunate enough to get a hold of this little gem, which provides us a glimpse into the warped, and twisted mouth of madness running the Albuquerque Police Department into the ground.

Here is a letter written by former uniform hanger, SID commander Les Brown. Reading this colorful, fantasy, laced with unicorns, and rainbows, one would think this guy was skipping to the loo, into the sunset, but the fact of the matter is he was running like hell before the Brachle debacle came to a climax after he recommended Brachle's upgrade to acting commander.

The types of people that write these letters can be seen right through, just like those slimy formless jellyfish they resemble. You see, these frauds like to fool everyone into think they are just the greatest folks there could be, when in fact, they were the problem. The audacity they exhibit is beyond imagination and incredible, and like a jellyfish, these people take the form of whatever environment they occupy for the time they are occupying it. This is the reason for why an ex police chief can obtain an assistant police chief job in another police department, while he is being investigated for white collar crimes involving pay to play, no bid sole source contracting, bid rigging, and lying under oath countless times during his career, not to mention timesheet fraud and evidence theft. These same "police executives" can land new, high paying careers in law enforcement after being investigated for things that would destroy the careers of anyone else in any other career, for just being investigated, let alone disciplined for, but not the "police executive." You see, the police executive is beyond reproach, and the police executive is America's new cartel. This is the trending pattern in public corruption these days, and it involves men and women who are only concerned with money, nature at play, and walking on people to get what they want.

The irony in this letter in not the blatant sentimental fraud, but the quitter running away, and telling a liar to essentially keep destroying the place, because that is what is happening. These people are so arrogant and warped that they really think they did well here, when in fact they are the reason The Albuquerque police department is in meltdown. They are the reason for the corruption, and like a cancer, and they are being allowed to spread their way of doing things across the country.

You get an A+ for creative writing Mister Brown. You did not fool us though. We are not into fiction here at the Eye. For you we will revisit an old saying. Adios Donkey!

Until those responsible for the corruption, the turning of a blind EYE, the covering for official corruption, the lying to the public, courts, media, and federal government, the retaliation, the witness tampering, the ongoing manipulation, game playing, and juvenile conduct are made to answer for their conduct, and pay with sanctions on their ability to cash in on their malfeasance, the light shining will never end.

We encourage the outpouring of cooperation in letting the truth run free.

Stand by for the next article, where we will discuss the Albuquerque Urinal, and how they are the Hanoi Hannah of the Berry administration.

Gosh, you'd think real men would refuse to work with scum like Les Brown. But then again, this is APD we're talking about, a virtual fantasy land where everything is someone else's fault.

Say eye, where's all the letters from the coppers working under Les Brown who flew the coop because of scum like him?

You don't have THOSE letters, do you? Nah, that's because THOSE letters take balls and honor to draft.

Come on eye, where's the text from all the rank and file refusing to work with the likes of the scum you're constantly whining on about?

I don't recall any sort of walkout or sickout or strike by the rank and file to protest the illegal actions of their fellow coppers and/or the oft targeted command staff. Based on the articles in this rag, not a single cop at APD should ever report to work again. If any of those brave coppers had an ounce of integrity, they'd all be turning in similar letters of resignation.

Strange how we never hear about a mass revolt by the rank and file. They must condone the activity. Plain as the day is long from the outside.

All the others need to follow his lead and leave. They will make APD better get rid of the Schultz thinking, otherwise, we are doomed.

When is the bid???

Does it ever end? The once great department that shined in the desert is gone, never to return.

Please God, or Karma, hit the flush valve and save us all!

Let's see, under his command SID was able to bungle an FBI investigation which led to the firing and imprisoning of Brad Arensfeld to cover up for Darren "cracker" White, the bungled investigation of Judge Murdock by none other than Keith dumbass Sandy, the other bungled case of Burque Pops by the same dumbass, the Boyd shooting by, you guessed it Sandy boy, the directive of disbanding ROP and hiding them at HSI, ATF etc. In which they were kicked out of both. The Narcotics loss of $25,000.00 in a buy bust gone bad, led by none other than Sgt. Pat "beat your wife" Ficky, numerous lawsuits, numerous complaints, loss of respect from other APD Units, tons of racism, and to top all that, the Brachle debacle. Took Les Brown weeks before he even visited Jacob post shooting. I'm probably missing some other stuff but yeah they let a good one get away that's for sure.

How's that age old saying go?

You are who you associate with.

APD is one giant basket of guilt by association.

None of you fuckers have the balls or the integrity to man up and walk away from the clusterfuck that is APD. The only thing any of you sorry fucks knows about is blaming someone else for your failures......and violence, you seem to know a lot about getting violent. The comments from cops on this rag are an open book to the mentality of violent criminal cops. I'd feel pretty much like a failure if APD was my only choice in life.

This rag is like the comedy channel. One joke article after another. Real men hold each other accountable. Cops blame everyone else.

You sound like a broken record. You are the same assclown postung every day on here about your sore ass. Now it is obvious you have sime grudge agsinst cops but you sound like the same oathetic type of person you are crying about. It is always soneone else's fault. You talk about balls? You are gutless. You do nothing but bitch and complain like a mental patient about the same shit, no answers to the problems, just all butthurt about officers and what they are doing. Did a police officer rape you once. Did one of them steal your girlfriend? Please tell us what the big bad policeman did to you to damage you so mister sick of the stupid, lacysdad midget with a fedora and nerd glasses. When I zero in on you, you will get the opportunity to tell me, and I bet it will be crickets. You are bold because YOU think there is no accountability fir YOUR mouth. That is a coward."

Cannot help but notice that your brave self posted anonymously.....
And really? Another cop threatening people for noticing APD are corrupt?
Could you do any MORE to prove we're all dead on right not to trust you to be anything but criminals who use their badges to be able to insult people without weathering an ass-beating for it?
Duh.
We post anonymously because you guys threaten to kill us for not liking you. Because that's what honorable cops do, apparently.
You, you have guns and badges and you're not afraid to fight eighty-to-one and still call people pussies.....as if you're actually being tough fucking around with those odds, against people too smart to fight those odds and the corrupt court system that'll let you lie to punish them for daring to defend themselves against you, and give you an excuse to shoot them in the back.
Where is your name, ballsy one?

And the cops who retired early? Getting out, while they're not indicted yet....
I can only imagine what they must be guilty of to run so fast the other direction that it costs them that kind of money.
You're about as smart as we're starting to expect in our cops.

A Majority of the officers that retired in 2014 said it wasn't about money and now Willoughby reports 47% that retired in 2015, obviously, didn't think it was about money either.

I'm flabbergasted that Shawn could sit there with a straight face and not talk about the leadership being the reason and how he is concerned for the officer's and the pubic's safety.

WE ARE IN CRISIS MODE out on the streets...ALL OF US.

If the LINE MY OWN POCKETS CROOKS at CITY HALL and APD HQ, who PUT US ALL HERE, don't resign soon I fear ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE...

Recovered pounds of crystal meth, arrested drug trafficker/homicide offender, and everyone went home safe. Get your facts straight! Walking 26k instead of doing a buy bust with an armed homicide offender/drug trafficker was a smart choice! Everyone went home safe that day! I guess in your sick fantasy world the risk of a detective getting shot or killed over 26k is justified.

In the real world, the APOA would be dust in the wind at this point. I can think of no scenario in a free market where an APOA style organization could survive. It has no merit, no functional use. It is a criminal organization and nothing else. It's members are the equivalent of extortionists.

If the cops at APD had any morals or integrity, they'd tell the APOA to piss off and they'd stop affiliating with criminals.

But, they don't......

Imagine that.

You cant but all the blame on APD. Look at the people of ABQ they kept voting in Brandenburg and Berry. Eden complains his department is not changing fast enough for the DOJ. It takes a leader to lead a department. When APD hires a leader then ABQ will see change.

The Anti eye says:

All these dickheads saying this and that about everyone including the Eye. Is their any person at APD that you think is doing a good job. I mean fuck, all this bitching with problems and no solutions. I think their are some amazing people working at APD and a couple are in positions on the command staff. Did all you morons get fired or not pass the Sgt's exam. Are their some idiots there, yes. I just want one name who you think is doing a good job?

Anonymous said...

You first Anti Pasta.
Name some of these amazing people who are so great. Please do.
It is a clown show and the good ones left. The good ones remaining are officers who probably financially can't get out.
You probably think Morgan Mcbrayer is one of those you are talking about. That complete idiot. He has 2 sanction 1s on his record and has been a pencil necked punk his whole entire career but he can run so they keep his worthless, 100 pound tight shirt wearing village person ass around for the Baker to Vegas. Tell your boy Morgan to stay out of the news with that bullshit about "that's what he does"
The sissy couldn't fight his way out of a wet piece of toilet paper and hasn't done shit without 10 cops there to protect him. He has been a problem since day one, and will never get his shit in one sock.

@ 8:02

Feel free to go ahead and name some of those "good" coppers you think exist at APD, I'm drawing blanks. Along with your nomination, please include examples of said copper policing his/her own. What the panel is looking for would be the following. Name a cop at the Jacob Grant attempted murder scene who held Brachle accountable on the spot. How about radio chatter showing one of those so called "good cops" trying to prevent Brachle from participating. You have some of that do you? After all, every cop involved in that clusterfuck knew Brachle shouldn't be involved, but allowed it anyway.

How about from the Boyd scene. Provide some examples of the "good" cops who tried to protect James Boyd, or since we all know that didn't happen, maybe some examples of the coppers who tried to arrest Sandy and Perez on the spot. I don't recall hearing about anything like that, maybe you can give us the inside scoop on why not. If I recall, Sandy told a state cop he was going to shoot Boyd, and nothing became of that. State cop took no action, and Sandy did what he said he would do. I remember a girl being with that dude who shot the cop in Rio Rathole. She's being charged for not preventing the shooting, as if she could, or should for that matter. She's being punished for not being a cop, basically. So how come none of the coppers at the Boyd scene face the same music?

You people disgust me. Good cops my ass!

How about someone who tried to hold Jeremy Dear accountable? Or maybe the copper who called BS on the all night hunt for the girl, you know, the girl that was was very well known to Dear and many of the other "hunters" that night? What was it about her that justified such an intense hunt? And where's that gun? Ask that Tanner Tixier liar about that promotion he received shortly after being first on scene to the Mary Hawkes murder.

This rag suggests the chief violated policy the day he was roaming the streets and stopped the Pho shooter. How come none of those brave coppers have the balls to hold him accoutnable?

I could go on with requests for examples, but you're not going to be able to provide those examples, are you?

So please do provide whatever sorry excuses for good cops you can find.

I'll wait.....

DAMN DANIEL.........................................

Fuck James Boyd. I'm so sick of everyone treating him like he's some innocent little do Gooder. Was the shooting justified? Let the jury decide. I say no. But Boyd was a complete piece of shit, mental illness or not. Let's not forget he has been charged with child molestation numerous times, sliced the faces of innocent victims numerous times, attacked numerous people without provocation.(including several police officers) The hell with him and his money hungry family. Just because the idiots settle with the family prior to a trial doesn't make him some sort of mortar. 5 millions dollars is nothing compared to the medical bills, legal bills, and incarceration bills that our citizens and govt would have spent over the remainder of Boyd's life and those he hurt.

9:58. My first reaction was "F" you. But after thinking about it, I think your partially right. There are good cops with APD. It's easy to jump on the national bandwagon and blame cops for everything, but there are thousands of shit heads out there and cops have to deal with them. Sometimes cops make mistakes but more often cops are blamed for just doing their jobs. Was sandy a piece of shit....yes. But with the environment Eden/Schultz and his henchmen have created you can't blame a field cop for not stepping up and stopping him. If an officer would have stepped up, Garcia, montano, and others would have crucified him/her.its easy to say, do the right thing....but when you have a family to support and a fear of your own bosses turning on you....it's a hard choice to make. No one at that scene knew sandy was going to shoot anyone, and no one else heard his comments. Dear was on the wrong track and the APD brass knew it, but it doesn't change the fact that you had a piece of shit meth head who pulled a gun on him. APD is broken, and this admin. can't fix it. But every time you jump on APD, only the field cops get punished. The Brass gets bonuses. The lower level officers (good or bad) can only do what they are allowed to do, unfortunately, the majors, DCs, and chiefs have such bad pasts and have so much dirt on them, that they can't supervise or lay out discipline or guidance the right way. Let's support our cops, and push for change instead of jumping on a blog and just blaming cops for everything under the sun. Trust me. There are some bad cops. But there are far more good ones. And we need to find an admin to know the difference.

Anonymous said...

The so called meth head wasn't dumb enough to pull a gun, that's the issue with you followers, your own golden handcuffs keep you from doing what;s right, my house payment, my wife's car payment, my badge bunnies new panties.

Same song, over and over, and over. Your balls will never drop, so your whole city is doomed, you bitch about eden, but in the mirror your the same POS.

@ 8:17

Of course your first reaction was to attack me with vulgar language, that's normal for cops to do, we see it day in and day out, not just at APD but nationwide. You then go on to make excuses, rather than accepting reality. I'm not just partially right, I'm spot on, and that's what pisses off cops the most. Cops hate being wrong or being put in their place. It hurts the ego.

Yes, Sandy was and is a piece of shit. Should he have been dealt with years ago? Absolutely. Is it an acceptable excuse that no one took action because they were afraid of retribution from management? Absolutely not. That's simply a convenient deflection and excuse. It's weak, for lack of a better term. It's really not a hard choice, either take action or get out. By staying and ignoring the wrongs, you are condoning the activity and are a defacto partner in crime. Yes, someone at the Boyd scene did in fact hear Sandy say he was going to shoot Boyd in the penis. Yes, that really happened. No, you can't act like it didn't. Had Boyd told someone he was going to stab a cop.......well, you get the idea. No cop heard the shooter with the woman in Rio Rathole say anything either, but that hasn't stopped her from being charged for not preventing the cop's murder. You don't get to have it both ways. You have a responsibility to police your own and APD has been failing miserably at that task. Remember when the DOJ noted how every cop at APD blames the public and the media for APD's failures? You're doing the same thing. Remember how the DOJ noted that no cop at APD holds their fellow coppers accountable? Those are some hard truths you need to come to terms with.

My cousin was a cop in TX in the early 80's. He lasted about 2 years before he quit. He said point blank, either you become a part of it(referring to the corruption), or you get out. You and those you are making excuses for have become a part of it. Can you imagine the reaction if a mobster made the excuses you just did? No, seriously, just imagine if a mobster tried to claim he didn't stop his partners in crime because he was afraid the boss might retaliate? You know, he had a family to feed, yada, yada, yada. That wouldn't make much difference to a jury.

Neither do your excuses.

Neither do the excuses or the victim blaming of the poster above you make any difference either. It's a constant game of deflection and redirection with coppers. It's always someone or something else's fault. Remind me when was the last time a cop pled guilty to something instead of forcing a conviction at trial?

Did you see anyone pull a gun on Dear? I sure didn't. Neither did you, I suspect. Interesting how you accept the words of Dear as fact though. VERY interesting. Here's the kicker though. Dear was very familiar with his victim. He knew her, as did most of the cops chasing her that night. There was no need to hunt her like an animal, smarter, not harder, that's my motto. Why did Dear execute her? Why the head shot from above? Why are you attacking the victim? You do realize the forensic evidence doesn't support Dear's story, right? And yet, you continue the victim blaming as if on queue.

Go ahead and take your time reading this. Think about your gut reaction. Then, think about the truth. Now, try to explain how remaining at APD after so many colossal failures and frauds is any different from a mobster staying in the mob. It's no different, you just want to feel better about your lot in life.

You made the bed....

8:04,
Every day you work hard at impressing the living shit out of yourself. You get up on your soap box and pontificate because you think everyone out there in blog land is going to say... Oh man he is so right! Wow! How cutting edge! How avant garde! Well, mister know it all. You are nothing but a complainer with an agenda. You are a gutless coward who has a grudge because somewhere along the line you did not get your way. It is evident in your rants. I hsve never seen a bigger crying asshole in my life. If you put half the effort into having a job, you would be a millionaire.

APD is a mess. It is all the Administration's fault for plugging the dam all of these years. The coverups for all of the crimes, and YES, PLENTY OF OFFICERS SPOKE UP. A lot of them are cowards, but a punk assed little bigmouth like you is about as qualified to judge ANYONE as is a lump of dog feces sitting in the weeds.

You are spot on nothing, because you blanket attack everyone, and that is where you lose. I was going to tell the above poster that reasoning with a scum bag like you was futile, but you proved it. Everything you quote, you read, or heard on the news. Some may be true, but you better check your facts on the Dear case. Dear was a water carrying company boy, who embarrassingly enough, would snuggle right back up to the dick that fucked him, by running right back to APD with pathetic open arms, but there was no conspiracy theory, there other than Huntsman and the boys trying to pin her gun on him as being a throw-down, UNTIL an investigator saw her post on Facebook, talking about her gun.

As far as your cousin, who cares about him? I will act like you, and say he was a pussy that could not deal with TX law enforcement. It was probably too intense for him, and he was probably afraid. Everyone has a story when they QUIT. YOUR COUSIN IS A QUITTER. HE OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T HAVE THE BALLS TO STICK AROUND AND EFFECT CHANGE. EITHER THAT, OR YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT ABOUT AN IMAGINARY COUSIN.

And talk about egos, and not being able to take it. You just can't get enough of hearing yourself.
Comparing the woman ACCOMPLICE in Rio Rancho, to officers really makes your point look foolish. She was directly involved in the crime. Your arguments lose any ability to win favor, for your cause when you bend the facts to meet your agenda it is evident. You are all mouth. People like you are a joke. It's all criticism of EVERYONE ELSE all the time. You are perfect huh? You coward.

Put your money where your mouth is. I have a location where you can come and strap on a simunitions gun, can of OC and baton. You sign the waiver, and you will be afforded the opportunity to take a resisting (acting) violent prisoner into custody, no holds barred. Just say the word and sign the waiver. I guarantee, as the scenario plays out, and gets physical, you will overreact, and overstep the boundries with use of force, to where it would be excessive. For example, I would bet that you would unholster that gun the minute you received an open handed slap across your face, leaving you dizzy. I guarantee once that liver kick is delivered you would pull that trigger.

You are a gutless bigmouth. You sissy.

Anonymous said...

The difference between the woman involved in killing the Rio Rancho officer, and a police officer, is that that woman started out with intent to commit a crime with an accomplice, while most officers start out trying to do the right thing, and may or may not make a mistake, but have way more variables to deal with before, during and after an action is taken. There are the difference from an educated standpoint and with no ax to grind on either side.

Sean and Mowrer secretly took the settlement money meant for officers only and used it to pay for their full time salaries for the past three years. This includes he and Stephanie both. This obviously benefited them on a personal level. How did they accomplish this without the consent of the members past and present? That cut into the overall settlement amount and had nothing to do with the lawsuit. Lest we forget, the APOA dealt away the union jobs for vacation time that we are now paying for out of our vacation time? Once again we have to question the legality of this action. Why didn't they disclose this to all parties involved? We demand an answer you loudmouth arrogant prick.

I can think of no other government employee who receives a paid day off for their birthday that doesn't consume regular leave. In APD's case they receive a day off specifically for their birthday. And can the eye provide a link to the time they raised hell about that abuse of public funds? I'll take a big gamble and say the eye never raised a stink about that one.
