The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. BREACHING PUBLIC TRUST FOR PERSONAL GAIN

Breaching the public's trust is unforgivable, but doing so to further your personal gain and stay in the good graces of a malfeasant and proven incompetent administration is a failure to a community that is being crapped on almost daily.

Diane Gibson and Brad Winter want to accuse the federal monitor of chucking bombs onto the process of reform, while casting doubt on his assessment? Remember Mayor Berry vetoing the city council vote to have the DoJ conduct this process? Maybe they should remember the constant roadblocks, and lies thrown out there by this administration in order to sabotage the DoJ investigation, like the email from Eden latently threatening employees over their cooperation with the DoJ in the final phases of their investigation. We here say that the time has come now for enforcement through punishment. There is a culture where these politicians have short memories when it comes to the past and their actions. They forget what they did yesterday. This administration buys cooperation through appointments. Was it a coincidence Winter was appointed to his APS position? There will be no reform as long as the selfish keep throwing illusions, influence and lies, in the way of the truth so that they are not the next enemy of this corrupt administration.

As we have said, the manipulators are hard at work attacking their critics. Berry and his administration play the passive aggressive word game of "we want to do the right thing, but they make it so hard," blame and redirect game, while playing the victim as they have their allies, who are indebted to them, or who will benefit from their cooperation, attack their critics. This is how they have played it for years.

Two of the most corrupting influences of government are money, and personal interests. Government is empowered to guard against the exploitation of their people. In Albuquerque, government has failed. It has intentionally failed. Replacement needs to come at all levels. and facets. ANYTHING SHORT OF A TOTAL HOUSE CLEANING ISN'T GOING TO MAKE A BIT OF A DIFFERENCE.

To know their game is to know these cowards. The tentacles of this administration reach out. They are all over the place. Every time you see someone back this failing administration, all you have to do is conduct a background check of associates to see they are directly connected and their motive for support is personal gain.

We think severity against this administration has not come close to terminal velocity.

So what happened to the State Police investigation of the Foothills Area Command timesheet fraud fiasco??? Did they finally sweep it under the rug? Commander Rodgers is still eating good, Lt. Jordan is bragging that he will not face anything with a weak District Attorney, and silence from Geha. Hopefully the new District Attorney Lopez will take over and hold all accountable. Where are you guys on this issue Danny Klein and Pete Dinelli?

There are those playing nice until the system fails for the final time, THEN.... The niceness is going to end, and a few people need to reassess their position in things, then look for somewhere pretty far to run to very fast.

Stone, shave that shit off of your face. APD is a professional organization and you are portraying yourself as such. Lets talk the talk and walk the walk. We have two 34s whose lives are on the line. Lets pull out all the stops.

Anonymous said...

Two 34's who's lives are on the line? Are you kidding? There wasn't a cop on the scene there that day when Boyd was slaughtered. Over 40 pussies with no balls at all. You could compare the Boyd incident to what school kids do to a bug with a magnifying glass. That shit was disgusting. It started with the pussy open space coward who let the whole thing get out of control when he shit his pants, and now wants to cry in court. That motherfucker should never be a cop again. Then you have Sandy who is a fucking sociopath, showing up like he always did to take over, and try to kill people. And then you have Perez showing up with his fucking SF navy seal wannabe shit on, and advanced armament silencer, acting like he's in a fucking movie. The shit that happened out there that day was the perfect example of a fuck up on all levels. Head job cops running the show with a bunch of drone cowards following their lead. One street cop with experience would have handed Boyd a cigarette and cup of coffee, and had him walking down the hill, but no, a bunch of punk bullies who think they are operators wanted to play billy badass. Mountains out of mole hillls is all they know. Not one of them knows how to cut the shit and get something done, nor do they have the balls. Those two punks deserve to get 20 years. Boyd agreed to come down the hill. Case closed. Throwing a grenade and setting the dog on him escalated the entire thing and caused what happened. This tells people to say fuck it once you are through the door and to dig in. If i knew that i was going to get it anyway regardless of choosing to surrender, you bet the fight is on as soon as you show up. That is the message that was sent to the public that day. Not one of these gutless motherfuckers had an ounce of compassion that day and because of that Boyd's last words were PLEASE DON'T HURT ME ANYMORE, I CAN'T MOVE. And I know plenty of real men with compassion who wouldn't bat an eye to kill you in a split second if they had to. Boyd did not have to be killed that day.

Pat Hernandez....omfg.....talk about a pussy cop. And McDaniel....how's that pilots license working out for you John courtesy of APD? I hope it's worth all of the tea bagging you did on Ray Schultz for it.

To 5:32 P.M.

You are exactly on the money with this post. These two officers along with the rest mishandled that situation. I am tired of how this city protects only the officers they want to and give them every opportunity to defend themselves for their wrong doings and the unjustified shooting of Mr. Boyd.

Have we all forgotten Officers Doyle and Woolever who were fired. There are two cops whose lives have been majorly impacted the APD, APOA, The City of ABQ. and the Law Enforcement Board. Corruption at its finest from all of these organizations and it doesn't stop there.

@9-23-16, 2:32pm-
"APD is a professional organization"? I guess the "professionals" among you were "talking the talk and walking the walk" elsewhere, so they had to send the whiners and bed-wetters to kill a mentally disabled man with a couple of pocket knives trying to live peacefully in an "illegal" tent. "Two 34's whose lives are on the line." More like two self important, self loving jerks who need to go to prison and become wives to people who will show them how loved and respected they aren't.

Can we see the video of the Belen Police handling " man with a knife" situation. For such a small PD it took less than five minutes to handle the call and no one got hurt. I guess you don't need "operator" training and a can on the end of your manhood to handle a knife!! Lives in danger bullshit unless you are talking about Boyd.

Two cops take a proven repeat offender, and violent suspect wanted for MURDER (THE BLUME CASE) and a multitude of other VIOLENT CHARGES (FLEEING FELON) into custody after a car pursuit, and few minute physical struggle without killing him or even causing a major injury, when he had an accomplice with him on the scene, was armed with two knives AND A GUN. They get railroaded, lied on, and fired for lies that Schultz, Levy, and Peck told, and were caught in, then were thrown under the bus by their union, and department, but two cops shoot a homeless mental patient multiple times with rifles from a distance with two knives, after hours on scene, with over thirty officers, and a K9 dog there to get their backs, and the department and union backs them through all kinds of back door channels. No wonder why they fucked those two officers like they did. They not only wanted to keep the DoJ from finding out how fucked up (dirty and corrupt) the place was when they came in, but it proved that use of force and training is so fucked up in APD, and that there are other options to deadly force at times. You guys got fucked because it was easy for Schultz to tell everyone to do his bidding, and use a bullshit video. This city is a disgrace. Repeat offenders killing officers, and pushing the crime rates through the roof, bad shootings, and they railroad the answers to the problems. No wonder why this place will never get fixed. APD IS A SPECIAL KIND OF PERVERSION. It will be ironic when Blume gets out and repeat offends, by victimizing someone's family member involved in this. Robles testified against those two officers like he has never done, THEN represents Schultz when the Tazer investigation kicks in. Now he makes up excuses for this fiasco. No wonder why APD can't get shit for new hires. Ginger needs to burn the place to the floor. Now watch how fast Perez gets reinstated without contest by the city after he gets acquitted, because it exonerates Eden for saying this disgrace was justified. He will get acquitted because the department is behind him. This isn't about two cops who murdered someone, or two others who were railroaded. It is about a bunch of criminals using the system, and making a joke out of it to promote corruption, hide it, and make money while doing it. The joke is on everyone until someone realizes wtf is going on and starts indictments for public corruption. If Damon Martinez has a weak stomach for doing it, then the feds need to send in someone who will do it.

So word is the head of the traffic unit Zack Cottrell was out all night drinking with Rodney Lock prior to his arrest for a Thursday night fatality. What will be done to this Sergeant? DOJ? APD? Swept under the rug again? Culture of corruption again. Conduct unbecoming of an officer? Check his cell phone records. Nothing will be done because Berry/Eden can't take anymore black eyes. Just move along fellas, nothing to see here. My bet is they will promote him to a higher position.

Well said. Unfortunately the Feds won't clean up the Gang because they themselves allow the dirty drug trade to destroy this place. The DOJ oversight was the least they would do (and didn't gave to pay for it). If they ever take over, it'll be to control the flow and nit share the booty.

All I can say is when Doyle and Woolever were getting screwed by Schultz and his minions, Kari Brandenberg's kid had not yet pulled the shit he did that got the APD looking into her supposedly trying to bribe the witnesses to not prosecute the kid. But once she decided to bring Sandy and Perez up on charges suddenly the APD has some bogus shit to pin on her. Talk about intimidation holy crap.

Anonymous said...

The Sandy and Perez case will more than likely be like the Rodney King case. If they don't get convicted in State Court, the Feds will charge them in Federal Court for civil right violation. Who knows considering every ones testimony maybe others will be charged.

Anonymous said...

The way APD works, it was amazing that they didn't go after Brandenberg for throwing the bullshit flag on the Doyle and Woolever case. Everyone in the state knew how dirty that, was and what Schultz was pulling. As a matter of fact, Schuktz and Feist were directing Jason Peck to bend facts, lie and do the same dirty shit that they have been doing for years. This is why Peck is now protected and taken care of now. It is no coincidence that Peck was also involved in the goings ons behind the scenes with what they tried to do to The DA. Feist took off just as the feds ramped up and he is just as dirty as Schultz in all of this. He is just worried about losing his money. He is a greedy litte pig. Levy, Schultz, Peck, Feist, and a dozen others need to be hammered for public corruption and obstructing the feds. They cost the city millions with that bullshit they pulled on those two to aviod the feds.

"OPERATORS" LMMFAO! You two are a real piece of work. Both of you belong fired and sweeping mens room floors for the rest of your lives AFTER a prison sentence. Good thing you had all this time to prep for trial with Robles so he could coach you and put words in your mouth. Any person with an education can see these twohave been groomed and were prepped as to what to say. It's all bullshit. Sandy was giglioed in federal court. His word is useless. Anyone that had to work with the turd knows he uses slurs and was pining to get into a shooting because shooting someone was a trophy and notch in your belt at APD. Just look at these idiots. Celebrating after shootings. Smoking cigars after shootings. Getting massages after shootings. Getting a paid getaway after shootings. Nothing but a bunch of pussies who would lose a gunfight if they came up against anyone with just a little experience and who is committed to not lose a deadly encounter.

Feist is still a NMLEAB hearing officer.

Anyone here really think Sandy and Perez will do hard time for a second degree murder conviction?

I don't. The case against that walking sack of human garbage Adam Casaus was stronger than the case the state presented against these two, and he still wasn't convicted of the crime many, including myself, think he was actually guilty of.

These two will walk. Hell, Perez will probably get his job back, and continue to cosplay his Call of Duty fantasies on the taxpayer dime.

Some people may be slightly upset by that, but as with anything that matters in ABQ, most will simply ignore it, content to let this shit show continue.

Operators will never see prison, the jury is to stupid to convict us, we will follow in Levi Chavez's footsteps.

Just wait.

Sandy and Perez
The real problem is supervision. The supervisors should of been charged. Supervisors at APD don't supervise they just get the pay and take no responsibility. I believe that is what the DOJ is having an issue with now and trying to get the department to change. Until the supervisors act like supervisors, there will be no change.

COSPLAY...... AAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. OMFG! That is great. That is exactly what those posers do. Play GI Joe, Navy Seal. Listening to them on the radio is hilarious. They really do think they are SF operators. A Delta or sF soldier would not piss on one of them. Thry couldn't clean their weapons. Fucking water boys.

You hit the nail on the head. Wheres Carpenter been hiding since all his shitty decisions?

You should know Adam Anaya. You're the only POS the would turn on another COP but then again you couldn't even cut it as a REAL officer in the military

You really are a piece of filth and have no place being a cop. Take a good look at the meltdown that is APD, people like YOU fuckface are the cause of it.

Who's Carpenter?

The jury in the Boyd case has spoken and they were unable to agree on a unanimous verdict. They stated that the prosecution and defense did not do that great but.............. Bregman was able to run around standing on tables and pull his SHIT. While Robles used he calm cool demeanor to get his points across. Sandy and Perez were not found innocent and they weren't found guilty. The only winner in this case is the Boyd family they have 5 million reasons to celebrate. The city never should have settled before the criminal trial was done. The city turned their backs on all the officers out there by settling. I hope that recruitment stalls and the people thinking of applying go somewhere where they are appreciated and command has their backs. Sad day for ABQ any way ya slice it.

Is that you Perez? Hey how does Tiffany love sleeping with a murderer?,and how does your mommy even sleep knowing that her little baby killed and your kids knowing that their daddy killed Shame on you.

If Boyd was a black guy, your city would be burned to the ground, and a great chance some cops would be dead.

You dodged a bullet, Boyd didn't.
