We just wanted to let you all know that APD found it to be a great idea to send Celina Espinosa to the 2017 International Association of Police Chief’s Convention in Philadelphia Pennsylvania this weekend. This is right, after Celina and Officer Duran were caught lying in the Victoria Martens murder case, her and Tanner Tixier were sent on your tax payer dollars to present to attendees on the topic of social media. This is a disgrace. The below articles are listed for your reference on this fool. Please feel free to let #THEIACP AND #IACP2017 know what and who they have addressing their attendees. The endorsement of these people being rewarded for their conduct is beyond comprehension. Tweet this link. If the department HAD to send someone, at least send someone that has public speaking experience and some command presence not two BAFOONS that have no idea what they are talking about.
Did they at least save us taxpayers some money by staying in the same suite? Inquiring minds want to know? U know 'nature at play'.
I agree this was a turkey neck moment all his doing. He prob pulling a cash payment for this. Will anyone tell us if he is at conference?
Oh you all know Schultz is at the conference. Where else can he spew his shit without being questioned. He will hang around and talk shit about APD and how he was able to secure a Taser contract leaving out the facts. Can only hope that other Chiefs don't believe him. So many upstanding Chiefs throughout the country and Schultz is there being the TURD in the punch bowl.

Where is a good place to double dip UNM or a Tribe? Which Tribe is the best? Anyone know?
It's not doubling dipping when you go to UNMPD or an Indian Tribe. Neither pay into PERA so it isn't considered double dipping. That said, if you have kids going to college, head for UNMPD. Kids get free tuition. If you don't have kids then consider any of the pueblos, just look at who the chief of police is. Another option is UNM Hospital security. There are actually a lot of jobs out there for retired cops.
Who ever is elected Mayor needs to reorganize and they will find there are enuff 34s to cover FSB.I would do a surprise visit and kick everyone out b4 they can alter their files and everyone will see how many cases they actually have and how much down time they have. Time to go fuc( off and do personal errands. Then I would do the same with FAC they are even worse.

First day in office Keller HAS to see the REAL numbers as to how many 34s are peeling it in inside so called jobs. That would add over 100 if not more bodies to the field. We really need help out here or he needs to do something as to what calls for service we will be dispatched on. We take so many bullshit calls.
Passed out drunks are given a priority one code because God forbid they stop breathing and DIE. We would be taking a lot less passed out drunk calls if they were priority three that way they would die and we could take more important calls. Down & Outs take up more resources in this city than any other call. Totally ridiculous.
If you go to UNM PD, your COLA will be frozen since the ERB retirement is a sister to PERA
Don't apply at UNM its ran like APD and our Chief acts just like Schultz. Its who you blow I mean know to get anything here. Maybe the new president will make a change.
