Previously, the City had to pay over 7 million dollars in a settlement, as a result of the Councilor's actions. Now the citizens are looking at paying another 8.2 million . We cannot afford to have this scum-bag "acting" as a paid public servant. He seems to be in the pocket of the "radical-environmental-left"Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4662430175624645998.post-17308715945514418112007-12-07T09:33:00.000-07:002007-12-07T09:33:00.000-07:00Cadigan is right on this issue. Planning is a necessity, but to try to stop growth is an exercise in futility.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4662430175624645998.post-3579106662620693002007-12-06T06:27:00.000-07:002007-12-06T06:27:00.000-07:00Water is the new gold of the west, that almost goe...Water is the new gold of the west, that almost goes with saying. In my work I currently am supporting no less that 15 major water projects up and down the 1-25 corridor from El Paso to Laramie. The total tab of these projects is somewhere around 350 mil. Is it any wonder that the state and cities wanted a big piece of the action. He who contols the water controls the area. A common siege tactic in the days of knights and horses.

This is a turd that needs badly to be stomped on early in it's infancy. I very highly recommend that those concerned get ahold of the legislation that created this monster and understand very well the consequences. Did you know that the water authority directly affects not only Albuquerque but has power over the entire state in some degree or another. Like I said, Study the legislation, this is one turd that slipped in under the radar..................Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
