The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Ray Schultz, RJ Berry and Their Broken Window Known as Albuquerque

Back in 1982, two social scientists formulated what has since been labeled the “Broken Window” theory. The basic gist of the theory is when low level crime is allowed to persist, bigger problem emerge. Communities that tolerate litter, neglect, and low level street crime tend to have more larger crime because there is an attitude of indifference. In contrast, in communities where they are on top of such quality of life matters, there is a lower rate of felonies. There is also a corollary to this theory. Communities that are run well also thrive economically and are more prosperous.

In the recent weeks, there has been much publicity about how Albuquerque has not only withered under Mayor RJ Berry but has actually moved backwards in economic and social growth. (This also applies to you our intrepid Governor.)

Jobs are leaving to the point where the city was recently recognized as being #1 for job losses in the United States. Crime in general is on an upswing despite Berry and his CAO, Rob Perry, stating that it is going down. The city’s bond rating has fallen. Tax revenues continue to fall. The city is plagued with endless lawsuits. City personnel are having their rights routinely violated with little if any internal control leaving the employees to sue the very department which employs them.

And of course the elephant in the room is the US DOJ has started a comprehensive (no Mr. Schultz it is not limited) investigation into all practices of the Albuquerque Police Department. A department so mired in supervisory and executive misconduct, neglect, inaction, and malfeasance it defies belief.

While many of our Eyes are law enforcement officers, we hear from our friends in academia quite frequently. One such academic proposed an elaboration of the Broken Window theory upon the city. Given that Berry, Perry, and Schultz have done such a poor job running the largest city in the state, is APD and the institution known as the City of Albuquerque not the broken window affecting the general area?

Our academic seems to think the neglect and failures of these individuals are having a ripple effect on the economy and general confidence in the area. Since these “leaders” seem more focused on attending parades, cutting deals for their friends, and mismanaging their departments, we the citizens are bearing the brunt of consequences of their actions.

For those in positions of knowledge who fail to speak up, are you not willing participants in this mess? Whether you are a city attorney who hides the deeds that would otherwise land people in jail or department executives committing direct actions that break more windows, are you not ultimately making this city worse?

The mayoral election will be upon us very soon as candidates conclude their “exploratory period.” In 2009, Berry won because the democratic vote was split, but despite Berry’s reported popularity by the Albuquerque Journal we all know the vast majority of voters in this city did not vote for him….and don’t think his pet snake doesn’t know that either.

Think of all the failed window dressing sideshow/freakshow things Schultz and Berry have done: scuba team, search and reasuce team, COAST, NiTe, property crimes initiative, "brining albuquerque home", organized crime unit, Smart police, crime tracking..... it's all smoke and mirrors folks. and at the end of the day there are fewer cops on the street than there were 15 years ago. but there sure are a helluva lot more people here.

people smell bullshit when they know it and that's what Berry/Schutlz are....bullshit.

HOw's the marriage RJ, I hear it's been rough lately....

Broken Glass..... There is nothing quite like that sound. You know, That sound of breaking glass. When you hear that sound it is only bad. Nothing good comes from that sound. I mean nothing. Oops. I may be wrong... There is one thing.... It is the sound of that glass house that hypocrits live in, coming crashing down on their soft heads. Yes folks, That is a most harmonious sound rivalling the sound of cherubs singing.

What I don't understand is why mushrooms would take up residence in a glass home. We all know mushrooms only flourish under turds, in poorly or unlit environments. Even the three little piggies knew that glass was bad! Wood Straw or Bricks.... Anything but glass! For Christ's sake, the big bad wolf has watched you meat bags for just enough time, right through your glass house, just before they blow it down around your candy asses. Yes the BIG Bad wolf knows what you have been doing and they are not wearing sheeps clothing. They are wearing suits.

Now these mushrooms are facing emminent exile into the unknown.

Well, I have some suggestions for these mushrooms now that they are almost homeless.

Ray,
Get that sex change. You already like to wear makeup, pose for the cameras and bat your eyes at everyone, you charming little creep. Have a doctor take care of that turkey neck, get a little botox, tummy tuck, but lift, add some extensions, and a nice aahh bra for your pine cone manboobs. Wash your dirty clothes and head out to the Las Vegas Strip. You can find a job dancing on the Drag Strip. Vegas is your cup of tea. It's motto is a creed you approve of. "What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas" Hopefully you will too, ya freak.

Feist,
Well, the only employment I can see for you is in a petry dish where they are trying to turn worthless one celled amoebas into men. It doesn't pay well. It's along the lines of what is payed for participating in medical experiments, but you won't need money when the government is done with you. Maybe they can use your stem cells. OOoops. I forgot, you don't have any. Anyways... Good Luck Pal.

Perry,
I hear they alrady have a spot saved for you on the reality show, "The Biggest Loser".
You got that in the bag.

Virginia,
If you extract your three hundred pound ass from that one hundred pound bag, you could play the part of Hillary in the movie "Bengazi; Does it really Matter?" If you do well there, you will probably get the role in the sequel "Fuck the DOJ, We do Whatever We Want Here"
And the third in the trillogy, "We Got Caught and went to Prison"
I know it will take a team of expert latex FX technitians, airbrush artists, vats of paint, a crane, two corsets, a come along, a funhouse full of mirrors and a wing and a prayer, but you can do it.

Banks,
Good luck in your retirement; Trashman.

Till next time,
Much Love!

GO DOJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marty may have been mean, but at least this city was going up. Everyone says Berry is a nice guy and Albuquerque is in the toilet.

Bring me a mean, hard ass for mayor any day of the week. Albuquerque needs it. We don't need Mayor "milk toast" Berry.

Intervention starts with Street Cops. How about a story of the Mass Shooting in our city within the last week EYE. This is why we need more cops on the streets.

Anonymous said...

ref 4:40...no kidding we need more cops on the street and it seems like that's all the EYE talks about is that policing starts on the street!!!

Anonymous said...

Hey copper, exactly how would more cops on the street have kept that kid from killing his family?

That makes as much sense as high volume magazines and high velocity rifles for "personal defense."

For eight years, Dinelli and the Safe City Strike Force worked on the "boken window syndrom" going after nuisance properties, grafitti vandals, crack houses meth labs, scumy motels, violent bars and slum loards. The program is nothing but a shell now thanks to Darren White with the likes of Joe Martinez now in charge leaking stories and giving TV interviews acting like a big shot when all he has is a GB-8 contractors license. But the Eye trashes CNAU and Dinelli. Eye, dont you like anything APD does???

8:56,
And idiots like you make no sense. I guess you would have been the one to save the day had that kid decided to shoot up the Walmart. Oh, thats right. You dont believe in having a potent weapon to protect yourself. Well maybe your keychain mace would stop him due to the lack of police.

I have not seen a cop on the street in Albuquerque in the last 2 days. Maybe an idiot like you, or a criminal likes that, but the citizens deserve better.

If you want to be a subservient sheep. You be one. Thats your choice coward. There are alot of men still around who believe in the principles this country was built upon, not the perversion you see fit to promote.

The weak chinned mayor also approved the outsourced jobs in the library to a call center in ANOTHER STATE. Now he's getting rid of local jobs ..WTF! !!! Something else the public will never know about. Can't believe city officials just let this happen! No muss no fuss ......sickening.

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions reported that as of December 31st, nearly 27,000 people are without work in Albuquerque.
KOB:

The unemployment rating for the city is 6.7% compared to the state's rating of 6.5%.

A man who talked on camera said he has been without work for two years. He is desperate for a job.

"It would mean everything, you know. A lifeline of financial gain that you can build up and support your family and support yourself," Josh Faith said.

@630 is that all you got? Lol!

***The Eye On Albuquerque is opposed to anything illegal or corrupt or anybody tied to those illegal acts or corruption. P.S. The word "don't" is a contraction of the word "do not." Just a friendly reminder.

“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.”

Well since we're spilling shit about Schultz we might as well open the door all the way. Before we get to travel itineraries, maybe we should talk about his knowledge of the "Spartan blood ring" tatoo certain officers are fond of. While puckerboy Doug West denies knowledge of ROPs noose, let's see if Mumbles denies knowledge of shooter tattoos...ooops.

Investigator Hangman said...

Start naming the officers with these tattoos.

Anonymous said...

Schultz has one of those tattoos we have seen it. It circles the bloody hemaroid on his bung hole..

Who are the sheep that removed the speakers from the POC meeting? Typical lug nut doing what his supervisors ask of him, even if it violates someones rights.

At 0727....34 Rehire Jerome Armijo of course!

Anonymous said...

Is Edwin Linson a rehire too? Looks like he was 47 in Sandoval County? Another APD, "do as I say, not as I do" kind of character....more pathetic examples of the waste Chief Schultz keeps on his payroll.

Anonymous said...

at 1029 (kinda ironic)....yeah because we know everything SCSO does is on the up and up. Or is that the rock and roll in the backseat of the sherrif's SUV?

Anonymous said...

10:29,
You are pathetic! The first person who should be fired is Schultz. If he had a clue he would realize that his career is over and walk away before he winds up facing charges himself. Stupidity and ego are amazing things though.

Anonymous said...

Is John Paul Trujillo still running Sandoval County Sheriffs? Mr if this SUV's "a-rockin dont come a knockin!" lol or what about when NMSP chased him all over ABQ and he defiantly acted like they were interfering in his pathetic job? Or tragically what bout when he got one of his own deputies killed by the "cookie monster bandit". If Linson was arrested by that idiot his case will go away like all of John Pauls did.

Last week the protesters filled the 11th floor, Berry upon return went to the fifth floor, kept his meetings but was very agitated and lost control of his thoughts. Wake up everybody!
Richard Berry cannot deal with public opposition.
If you know anyone with any group who opposes this administration have them go protest Berry for one hour. His agenda is public record so your group can do it at other places besides City Hall. Anyone want Berry out?

Anonymous said...

Hey Mr. "EYE"! Look into this one. Today at the City Directors meeting they were told to do everything they can to avoid bad press. Looks like Berry is running in 2013. Heard from a good source the Unions are already forming Measured Finance Committees to expose the "bad" truths so Berry is going to be on the ropes. Remember Marty's commercial where he is getting beat up but "he can take a punch"? lmao, just laugh out loud as it is good for your health.

Anonymous said...

"Everything they can to avoid bad press" -Everything? Is that an order? Here we go again. We gave civilian of the year to the guy responsible for violating IPRA request rules. So what's next if we are ordered to do "everything" to keep this politician from looking bad?

Anonymous said...

7:32 I agree and want Scumberry out too. I bet I can find a group to protest him this week. It is good to see someone here being proactive about the issue rather than just complaining. I am willing to help get rid of Berry, Perry and Shultz.
As for Berry ordering "no bad press" Marty did the same except he wanted to be included in all good public interest stories on election years. It is a good political effort. We who know better should reverse his request and expose the negative truths and tie it to him like a dead chicken on a dogs neck!
