The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. Get Out and Vote!

If you're a Democrat or a Republican, today's the day that you get to choose the ones that we all get to choose from in November. If you're a Democrat, you've already participated in the boondoggle that was the Democratic Presidential Caucus (may it rest in peace). But today is the day that you get to choose the rest of the ticket.

Unfortunately, primaries tend to attract the participation of party activists and special interest groups while the general public watches from the bleachers. This is especially true of today's primary where the presidential question has already been decided for both parties.

However, down ballot races are important. Local government officials can rob you of your money and your freedoms just as quickly as a President, Senator or Congressman can. In fact, in may ways your local officials are far more dangerous because they often work below the radar of public notice.

There are a number of races that will be decided in the primary as there is no opponent for the general election. Today could be your only chance to weigh-in on the election's outcome. So get your butt off your Barcalounger and go vote!

For 25 years I've protected your right to vote as both a sailor and marine. I could give a rats butt who or what you vote for just vote. Today there's a new crop out there protecting that right as well. Honor them by exercising the right and vote.

It's a sad commentary, but I found myself voting not for who I thought was the best candidates, but for who I thought would do the least amount of harm.
By the way, I'm a registered Republican.

I simply can't imagine any educated, reasonable individual voting for a Republican.

Vote Democrat. Don't THINK. Just stay dead from the neck up.
Don't read, don't listen to the facts, just follow the Hollywood masses of dopes. Only two percent of the hollywood crowd have a formal education. No academia there. So go to Wal-Mart and get a new brain; they're only 10 bucks. For the amount of brain that you now currently use, that will be more than enough for most Dems,as one size fits all. Now, go do what you're told.

Remarkably I felt that way [about Republicans]when I was in college many years ago, then age and experience changed me. After many years in courtrooms and on streets around the southwest I found that the preponderence of wrongdoers in our part of the world are Dems or are set free by liberal [see Dem appointed] judges. No doubt there are parts of the country where Rs are in charge of the bad acts but that can not be said in NM. For example, in the 80s and 90s in NM you could ask any street urchin in any barrio in the state who was the godfather of all the dope and they would tell you a rather famous name in NM politics. As I recall that guy is somehow related to the current administraion thru marriage
