The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Me myself and I: Cronyism under the nose of the FBI

You would think the morons running this city into the ground under the watchful EYE of the DoJ would be a little more discreet when they grease palms, and benefit from kickback schemes as they continue to scratch each other's filthy backs at the expense of the Albuquerque tax payer yet once again! Mayor Berry to the left, and The Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal to the right... But who's stuck in the middle? You! That's who.

As the coward of Albuquerque, who is sometimes called Woodhead, Smallfruit, Dingelberry, and other appropriately fitting names by our readers known as Richard J. Berry, continues attempts to pull every scheme he can to benefit his friends financially, we here at THE EYE are watching. Berry just can not do what needs to be done, without angling for his dirt doers in the process, as he deceives everyone into thinking his idea is a good one for the community. Berry, Brad Winter and Pat Davis's idea could not be more asinine if the THREE STOOGES came up with it.

These three propose to allow Berry to circumvent the retirement system to hire retirees to work as report takers, and handlers of low level investigatory 911 calls. We have PSA's doing this right now. You say hire more PSAs! Well, how can Berry and Brad winter's friends make 1.3 million dollars if the city does that?!? They can't, so they came up with a scheme to do it called Aralant Incorporated. This corporation is owned by Councilman Brad Winter's old Campaign Secretary Arthur Sonny Leeper. Its funny how the names of the same old buttholes keep popping up. Hmmmmm. Ol Brad didn't want to relinquish his city council seat on August 22, 2015 after he was appointed APS interim superintendent coincidentally right before August 24th, 2015 when Aralant was incorporated. Maybe Brad was pre-rewarded with this appointment beforehand. Makes you think, doesn't it? This is probably why. You see people, this is how it works. They plant their seeds, and think they are the only ones watching their weed garden grow.

Coincidentally, Jack Jones, the former no bird colonel who was the director of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy as it melted down under scrutiny over the last few years, is the Managing Director for Aralant. No wonder why the NMLEAB was running rampant over employee rights from the time just before the DoJ arrived, until now. Jones resigns, an assistant NMAG resigns, after getting caught tampering with police officer hearing cases going back years, and we have seen recent rulings that defy logic. We here at the Eye will address much of this in the future, with leaked evidence of voicemails, emails, and letters, but we would much rather see justice prevail before we launch what we have, as we know many wheels are in motion. How many favors were granted to Berry for this reward?

Anyone who has been taken for a ride, this is why! If it's not about money. It is about sex, and political power. These people are vermin and scum. And as vermin and scum prosper here, we have a vermin scum political rag colluding with them. The Albuquerque Urinal decided to pen a piece in their true Journal Staff fashion. We never post a link to that toilet, but today we will, just to show you the difference in truthful investigative journalism. This is why the Journal gets lucrative contracts with the city of Albuquerque, and the Albuquerque Free Press gets attacked and threatened by the Corrupt COA administration. The Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal is Mayor Berry's PR Firm, paid for by YOU, with YOUR TAX MONIES. We have listed the links to the two stories written below. Read them, and you make your mind up as to who is telling you what is going on and who is feeding you horse shit.

http://www.freeabq.com/2016/10/21/berrys-no-bid-cop-deal/

All of the above corruption issues aside, the above plan is dangerous. At a time when officers are getting attacked, and shot as they sit in their patrol cars, this idiot mayor, and his band of morons want to put unarmed responders on the streets when they can't get citizens to take the job as a police officer because of this corrupt administration. This proves the only thing the mayor and his miscreants care about is their political careers. They just want this nightmare they created to go away by any means necessary, and they do not care if someone gets killed for the sake of their stats.

This scheme is part of Mayor Berry's second 14 point plan, HIS SECOND PLAN! The first 14 point plan didn't work. This one won't either. Seven years of shitty dinners at the restaurant; the cook needs to go folks. Berry is for Berry. The Albuquerque Rapid Transit project is proof of that. Just look at how you were lied to, and this is just the latest and least of the lies. 10 minute traffic delays? More like 45 minutes to an hour. Berry will go down as the worst mayor Albuquerque has ever had. Berry lies to everyone. When he gets caught he hides like the gutless coward he is.

Let city council know where you stand on this. If they betray you like Berry and his administration did, let them know when you vote them out. FMB!

This “pilot project” is tantamount to union busting and privatization of law enforcement, pure plain and simple. https://www.abqjournal.com/…/plan-uses-retired-police-to-fi… What was not mentioned in the Albuquerque Journal article is the original legislation identified a private security company that would have been paid the $1.3 million, with that company having ties to City Councilor Brad Winter. For three years Mayor Berry and Chief of Police Gordon Eden have failed in their attempts to get the New Mexico legislature to change the law to allow “double-dipping” where retired cops could return to work and get paid their salaries and be paid their retirement at the same time. This feckless pair just won’t take no for an answer and now they have come up with this scam to get their way to hire retired cops and are getting help from two equally feckless City Councilors to go along with it. Paying $1.3 million dollars to a private security company for 25 retired police officers to help with law enforcement investigation tasks amounts to $52,000 per employee. Starting salaries for APD sworn is about the same! This is law enforcement work that should be done by less expensive means such as hiring more APD Public Safety aides trained by the academy to work the cases, but the Mayor has no intent on increasing the size of city personnel. The pilot project is fraught with problems, including prosecutions being jeopardized when evidence is excluded for a broken “chain of custody” with evidence gathered and processed by non-certified law enforcement personnel.

You will be answering that from a very bad position.

What a dumb fuc???? Idea.

When the shit these assholes are pulling catches up to them they are going to be some sorry ass motherfuckers. People have done decades in prison for far less. And when it happens I hope it is merciless.

I would hope any retired cop would be smart enough to see through this horse shit and not sign up for this circus.

Any real cop worth their reputation wouldn't piss on Berry

This has to be the stupidest idea that I have ever heard. I for one do not want a former disgruntled APD cop showing up at my house to take any kind of report. There are so many cops in Albuquerque that leave the department while under investigation or that have spent the last few years of their career just being total garbage. There are too many unanswered questions. Who will decide who gets hired? Who will supervise them? Who do use citizens call when they screw up? Who is in charge of oversight? If past is indication of the future, these guys will screw up and then who will be held responsible. Reading the other posts, I know the sworn officers don't like doing the burglary reports, but remember, these idiot rent a cops will be showing up at your houses too.

I cant believe what I am hearing. A retired cop with absolutely no arrest powers or control over the citizens will be going out into peoples homes, taking reports and obtaining evidence. You wouldn't allow someone from any other security company to go into your home why would you let these jokers. I don't give a crap if they are former cops or not. Ive never seen a mayor and chief try so hard and be so obvious when trying to destroy a city and police department.

You can see straight into the future on this one. The "chosen" security company hires 5, 10, 15 retired police who are "qualified" to do the work. Pretty soon when they cant find retired cops, they wont want to lose the money, so they will start hiring people that used to be cops but didn't retire. They when that well runs dry, they will start hiring prior military or people that have some experience in public service. Then lastly they will just start hiring friends and family of people they know/owe. Its only a matter of time before you start hearing reports on the news of these specialized security officers stealing property, using stolen checks/credit cards, and beating people up. If cops that have numerous supervisors and others watching them cant stay out of trouble, then just think what someone who has no oversight will do. Total crap.

Hey moron mayor. Nice of you to say that you are the first one to ever try such a crime fighting plan in the country. This is why.......ITS BECAUSE ITS STUPID.........

Police Union. Having retired from another major police department on the east coast I say this. If you have ever fought against anything, it better be this. It sounds like you are already having a hard time in this city gaining the respect of the citizens back. Just think how impossible it will be if you have security guards showing up at peoples homes. Every little thing these jokers do wrong will be pinned on APD. Everytime they are rude, everytime they do a crappy job, everytime they are late etc, the regular APD officers will get the blame. I have never heard of such a bad idea. If your going to start this program, it needs to be completely under the control of your department and not some company who is only worried about a pay check.

7:58. your forgetting that the security company will take at least 8-10 dollars an hr off the top for each retired officer. That means for a 1.3 million dollar contact, the security company will be making about $500,000. The average security guard will be lucky if they make 17.00 an hour with no benefits. What kind of idiot would come back to this cesspool for that. No badge and no gun just to make what Hilary Clinton says a McDonalds burger flipper will be making as soon as she is elected.

Anonymous said...

Why not just hire the AART company, at least we know it works (I guess)?

Anonymous said...

Just merge APD and BCSO and let the Sheriff run law enforcement.

Any retired officer who would take this job to make Leeper richer than he already is, is not a cop. Any retired cop who would take this job will stab in the back every officer working today. For Sisi, Jack Jones, Leeper apparently they are no better than Judas, give them money and they will sell their souls. Shame on all of them.

Anonymous said...

Is Leeper the one that had his detectives steal property from a storage?? If so, this contract sounds about right. Stealing from the citizens as usual.

That's 100%! Someone needs to pull the IA files (if they haven't been destroyed) on Leeper when he was NE commander. He pulled a shenanigan, I don't remember the details but it was all over the news about ten years ago.

Who are these "retired" cops? Former members of Foxy Loxy's Robin Hoods?
Keep the Gang going guys.

No wonder APD is a mess look at these comments. I thought we were all going to rise above this DOJ and Levy, Schultz, Berry, all going to JAIL, someone do something. Yea right

What ABQ NEEDS, IS THE #DUKECITYOPERATOR! This one man crime fighter, along with his unregistered grease gun/automatic weapon; will save the day. That is until the ATF, BUTT FUCKS HIM!

Everyone agrees on more PSA, safety is an issue, the new peeps wont be armed they will be going into peoples houses not knowing what they are walking into. More PSA's is the answer, cuz PSA's are armed.

Anonymous said...

PSA's are NOW ARMED?????????????????? With what exactly?

Anonymous said...

Where's the Union on this?? That is blatant union busting at it's finest.

Anonymous said...

How is it union busting?
