The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Rio Rancho Police Chief expands training by taking a page out of Albuquerque’s playbook

According to the Journal Rio Rancho’s new Chief of Police, Michael Geier, has stolen Albuquerque’s playbook (READ IT HERE). This is not possible because if Albuquerque used that playbook the City of Albuquerque would never be in the situation it is in.  The APD has failed to properly train their police force which has led to the fall of a once great department.
The concept of training police officers in the art of dealing with people in crisis is nothing new for law enforcement and goes hand-in-hand with the use of force issues.  If Ray Schultz’s preppy new academy would have trained these officers properly this deadly course APD has embarked upon would not exist.
When an officer is trained to react inappropriately; tragedy is inevitable.  Instead of using the art of dealing with people in crisis, the officer responds violently to certain situations. An example is a mentally ill person in crisis who is not compliant.  The officer becomes angry and reachs for the greatest power they have been trained with that they have at their disposal, mace, tazer, baton or a firearm.  This is not warranted the majority of time.
According to Geier, the key is staying on top of current issues.  We here at the Eye agree to a certain point.  It would be better and more effective if a police department headed off issues before they become top current issues.
Berry and Schultz spent their time ruining the City’s police department.  It will take many years to rectify all the damage caused by the donkey duel.  Too bad Geier was not APD’s Chief but then again we know anyone with brains was a clear threat to Schultz, Perry and Berry.

Are Schultz & Berry (or poor training) responsible for the mishsndling of Omaree Varela's case-when two APD cops were sent to help after the 8 yr old desperately dialed 911, but cops just blew it off due to the gang connection stepfather Casaus had along with his cousin being Steve Casaus, the APD cop who ran yhrough a light killing a young woman and almost her sister. Poor training leads to corrupt judgments? The incestuous nature of APD/gang relationship needs pruning, and consequences, not rewards ( Officer Dear makes how much$?

Clearly Taser doesn't have multi-million dollar contracts with Rio Rancho DPS or else they would be doing the same thing as Albuquerque. This all has to do with a immoral company bribing and immoral chief of police and what do we get? Everything is Taser in Albuquerque and Ray Schultz now works for Taser. Ray never trained half of APD in crisis intervention training. Ray wanted everything done by Taser, because Taser owned Ray.

This is criminal yet we have not heard from the DoJ or Attorney General. It is plain to see but will they cover for Ray and Taser? Or will they hold them accountable? Damien Martinez what will you do?

It is such a shame that the sneaky back stabbing creeps like Schultz and the rest of his minions like Feist keep strangle holds on departments like APD to the point that they sabotage anyone coming up the ladder on their own merits because they are cowards and they see them as a threat. Shitty individuals in police departments in high ranking positions notoriously act like this because they know that they could not have achieved their positions without being given the promotion. Some of the good ones do make it to the rank of commander, but then they are stagnated because they will not dishonor themselves by falling in line with the dishonorable cruds, weaklings and cowards above them. This is a fact and it is usually the reason for the problems we see here that also manifest themselves in other departments. It is a shame that we have such pathetic cowards running an agency that should be lead by the noble and courageous. I thing it was an outstanding career move for this ex APD commander to leave the cess and snake pit of APD before the cowards tried to taint him like they have done to others who thought for themselves and aphave done the right thing. This commander was AOD's loss and a huge gain for RR.
They lose a guy like this and hire a damp limp noodle as a chief so that they can continue to control, direct, conceal, and defraud everyone into thinking they are doing something right. We all know better.

Cowards, self servers, liars, perverts, and lazy assed pieces of shit with personal agenda are the scurge of law enforcement everywhere.

Once again the Journal proves they'll believe anything. The only thing DoJ liked about APD is COAST and CIT. Both these programs Geier ran when he was at APD. He took his great knowledge of what works and is expanding it to a City that is actually growing. He isn't waiting for an issue to get out of hand then forming a task force to evaluate it for thirty grand in costs.
How many years did we say he should have been a DC? The Chief? Why is it that Rio Rancho and Albuquerque are next to each other but they have half the crime, half the taxes, lower paid but happier cops, and public schools that are top in the state. Maybe that's what you get when you address an issue when it starts.

Rumor mill is churning about take home cars again. They wanted to take ours away if we didn't live in the City. Then they let the top brass live where ever.
Seems Eden thinks the garden might belong outside of City limits, we all know the DCs dont live in the City. It's time to look at where the Commanders live. If another Chase happens on a weekend everyone in charge isn't just off the clock they're half an hour away or more? Who will take control on scene? Another Sgt? Civilians at dispatch (no Command Staff there)? Maybe TJs group of shooters and suspensions can be in charge? It's ok, Perry will show up.

APD will not recover until the entire 11th and 5th floors are replaced. They have destroyed a once great dept.

On a brighter note, at least that moron Sheriff Houston will be gone in a few months. All the troops are jumping for joy and can't wait. His two kiss a8ses have already jumped ship, but the sheriff is kissing as much butt as possible trying to make friends, so he's not so hated. Too late.

It is funny how the punks and bigmouths in law enforcement who make their co-worker's lives miserable say "take it or leave it, find another job if you don't like it, get used to it, life's not fair, If you don't like it, take a test and promote" while life is good for them and they are getting their way, while stepping all over everyone on their way up the ladder, but when their little rose garden gets napalmed, or their Cheerios gets pissed in, they are the first to cut and run for the fucking hills. The first time they don't get their way they are harassing people, retaliating against people, committing crimes to get back at people and pointing the finger at everyone else but themselves. 8:32's message really rings that bell, but when Paiz, Feist, Mason, Buckner, West and Schultz pulled the greatest and fastest disappearing act known to man after their little conspiracy to obstruct the DOJ from stepping in failed, It was proof positive of everything they are accused of. Only a punk starts a fight and runs away, right Ray.

One can't help but believe that when the president of a union has had countless disciplinary actions taken against them by the department, and faced possible termination of employment, and or revocation of their LE cert, but gets a slap on the wrist for their latest indiscretion, right after this contract was signed, then this happens, SOME KIND OF UNDERHANDED DEAL WAS MADE. It would be really shitty if one person wrecked an entire police department and union to save their own ass. Oh... But if you don't believe this can happen, just look what Ray Schultz did to an entire city.

How about a class for citizens on how to deal with all the 10-40 APD officers running around and hooked on Steroids.

To many wearing a badge that shouldn't.

Talk about "bad faith" union negotiations by Berry and Perry and Management Union Negotiator John Martinez. They sit down for months, do not budge on "union time" and get the Unions to cave in on a practice that had been allowed for decades. Berry, Perry and John Martinez no doubt knew they were going to sue long before the new contracts were signed. How sneaky and vindictive these people are. John Martinez had the ethical and moral obligation to disclose to the Unions they were going to sue to collect the so called back payments all the while the City had no intent on paying all the raises that were negotiated. The Unions made sure on getting Diane Gibson in a runoff and not spending as much money and time on the Mayor's race. Lets see if Gibson and the Democratic majority condemn the Berry's unjust enrichment lawsuit and demand a dismissal of the case and actually try and do something. Don't hold your breath on that one. John Martinez is getting paid well over $500,000 to destroy the Unions and he is doing a good job.

Let me see if I get this right, a single cops action costs the city $8,000,000 no problem and no discipline. Six cops of the APOA do what they're aloud to do and cost a few $100k...and the city sues. gee, no agenda there....

Hey, APD. I am goddamned sick and tired of being the centerpiece of your sting operations, your piece-of-meat-on-a-stick. I know APD is under staffed but it is a violation of my civil rights when you and your Fusion center buddies act like I am a whore forced to perform for you.

You rob me of my humanity. But don't worry. DOJ found no corruption in your department.

Yeah right.

I had a dream last night that all of these corrupt parasites in this city and state took a Malaysian Airline flight over the Ukraine instead of all of those innocent people. It is disgusting that the people that cause this get to take vacations, go on cruises, stuff their disgusting faces drink their asses off, laugh and giggle, and collect overblown paychecks for doing nothing but wrecking the place while those who have had their family members killed, tax payers who have had their money stolen to fund this shit, and those that have been fucked over deal with the fallout.

Hopefully every possible candidate that would stumble on a fictitious Albuquerque Police Department Recruiting Ad in any newspaper, magazine, website, or whore house wall will find this site and do their research to see how this city and administration plays sneaky underhanded games to sabotage the welfare of their employees. APD is the most treacherous and unsafe police department to consider employment with, and it has nothing to do with the crime rate, criminals or neighborhoods. It is the idiots beside and above you that you have to worry about, especially those running it. They are criminals.

Looking at the complaint posted on krqe's website, if they have half of the evidence listed, someone is going to go to prison. I don't know what is so hard about showing up for work every day, and accepting an honest day's pay for an honest day's work, then going home to your family that none of these people can just do that. All the drama, worry, and now the karma catching up with you just is not worth it. That is just the complaint. I am guessing there will be depositions. That is when it is going to get really interesting. That is when people get caught lying. Bad days ahead for a few.

What do you think Ronald Reagan would say about the barrier between the Albuquerque City Council and the Citizens?

Rio Rathole? Top tier public schools, hospitals with no wait times in the ER, half the property taxes, cleaner water, job growth.... you can keep your Albuquerque. After all Schultz says your #1, gave it an A+.

No, you are wrong. I kiss your mother. Goodnight sweetheart. Give Ray Perry and Kathy a kiss for me will ya! I have big fingers. They hit the keys wrong sometimes. Look on your little querty keyboard and figure it out mister erudite. Your mother likes my fingers too. My big fat sausage fingers. She can't get enough of them. All ten of them. I am her massage man. King Kong ain't got nothin on me!

7:57pm - Here we go again with the juvenile "your mother" shit. My mother has been dead for over two years. Isn't there some law about digging up dead people to have sex with them, even if it's just "big sausage fingers" pumping around in the dead person's crotch bones? It would be truly interesting to know what she says to you, little childish retarded person - sometimes I say something to her and she doesn't say shit in response to me. Maybe it's those irresistible big fat sausage fingers? I think you should get some professional help to deal with your morbid fantasies before they become reality for you and you find yourself in a deep hole with just your fat fingers full of pelvic bones. Think about it . . . and think about why you think making insulting comments about anyone's mother gives you any power or another 1/4" of pecker, you pathetic little dingle-berry.

Oh yea.... Your mother!

Then when you are done you can go to walgreens. Ya schmuck.

6:25am - every comment you post, no matter what the subject, just continues to reaffirm and expose more of the feeble and childish mentality of you and your brethren. "Ya schmuck"? What kind of bottom-feeder even talks like that? You should hurry on over to as many Walgreens as you can hit this weekend - those disposable enemas with an ear fitting are 2 4 1.

7:25 is what happens when you survive an abortion attempt. Only you know they sell disposable enemas. Go wash your mouth out with some buckshot please. Thanks.
