The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Meanwhile, the Greasing of ABQ Continues....

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words, Greenwood & Streicher LLC

Citizens of Albuquerque, how does it feel to be greased?  Scott Greenwood and Tom Streicher, the two out of state people (Greenwood & Streicher LLC) Berry hired to represent you with the Department of Justice have been “working” for nine months and the tab is going to be $500,000 plus expenses!  Expenses like first class travel, booze, hotel room for their dog, travel time from Scottsdale, steak dinners at the end of their driving day, etc.  The Eye does not see anything in the consent decree that required this type of “outside” consulting.  Tourek and Berry should be ashamed of themselves for being lazy, incompetent and poor stewards of our money. Imagine if these were transit employees enjoying lunch at the Library while on the job?!?  We only hope that the city council puts an end to the Greenwood & Streicher LLC grease job.

This picture might help the City Council end the Greenwood & Streicher LLC contract.  Remember when Scott Greenwood denied that he and Streicher accepted any pay from Taser International, when he appeared before the city council earlier this year.  Several councilors stated that if this was shown to be a lie they would move to end the Greenwood & Streicher LLC contract with Albuquerque.  Even though Taser has attempted to remove all traces of their connections with Greenwood & Streicher LLC your Eye found this from March 3, 2014:

Tom Streicher is making a presentation for Taser on March 3 2014, weeks before Scott Greenwood tells the Albuquerque City Council that Greenwood & Streicher never have received pay from Taser.  I guess they do it for free, sic.  Notice the picture says “GREENWOOD & STREICHER LLC”  TASER TECH SUMMIT.  Notice the audience members have TASER around their necks, kind of like the citizens of Albuquerque and the Taser contract that is around their neck. The Eye wonders if Taser paid any expenses for Greenwood & Streicher LLC, or is that something only the citizens of Albuquerque are charged for?

Will the city council bring Scott Greenwood and Tom Streicher back before them and ask them to explain this picture? If Greenwood & Streicher LLC are doing work for Taser for free, how about extending the same “free” contract to the citizens of Albuquerque for their consent decree work?  Greenwood & Streicher LLC may claim that Taser did not pay them directly, but how about if they paid a third party who then paid Greenwood & Streicher LLC?  Greenwood & Streicher LLC are not appearing at Taser summits for free, that is common sense.  The city council needs to hold Greenwood & Streicher LLC accountable for not being truthful with them about their Taser employment.  You learn this in law school, you have to disclose to your client any conflict of interest.  Has Scott Greenwood forgotten this?  Therefore the city council should help him remember and hold to their promise.

A picture is worth a thousand words, end the Greenwood & Streicher LLC contract now!

One of our Eyes forwarded us this little gem:

That's a nice little niche market our friends from Cincinatti have, first they say "hey PD, you need to become a Constitutional police department by videoing every encounter. And by the way, have we got the product for you!!"

Greenwood & Streicher work for Taser, everyone knows it. That is why Schultz contacted them and put Berry in touch with them once the DoJ announced they were coming to Albuquerque.

How the brain dead city council could believe Greenwood when he said he has never been paid by Taser is beyond me. The proof is there and yet not one member of the city council asked Greenwood to explain all the proof that was sent to them. The pictures, the articles, the seminars, nothing was asked. I sent them a video of Streicher on Evidence.com where he is selling the Taser product.

The city council has been lied to. We all know it. Hell I think they even know it. It's like being in a domestic violence relationship, the city council keeps getting beat up but they hang around hoping Berry, Greenwood and Streicher will change.

End the contract! Call city council at 768 3100, demand they end this rip off called Greenwood and Streicher.

I wonder why one of the "good cops" doesn't do something about this obvious fraud taking place. I guess it might cost a "good cop" a job, so that's probably why no one does anything but whine and cry crocodile tears about stuff like this. Seems like a real cop would do their job, rather than protect it. Where are those good cops we hear so much about? Bueller? Bueller?

The "Taser Twins" will have been paid close to $500,000 to negotiate for Berry for six months. When they first got the contract, it was announced that they planned to represent the city up and until the consent decree is completly implemented , which will take 4 years under the consent decree. At half a million every six months, these fools could be paid as much as $4 miiion not to mention whatever Taser products they will sell to the City of Albuquerque during the four years. Berry supposedly will be gone in 3, but don't bet on it. Berry and Blond Ambition Gordon Eden will say they need four more years to complete the job of reforming APD under the consent decree. But hey, we got gentleman City Council President Ken "I am runnning for Mayor for Sure this time" Sanchez and Fiona Shreck's sister City Councillor Diane Gibson to protect us all.

You do know that the city council is ALSO totally corrupt, right? Right?

Because reports have been automated where you can no longer submit a report without your Sgt and the entire chain approving it. The electronic system has many reports that just happened to disappear. Just ask DC Paiz what the real reason she got fed up and quit was.
Or check it yourself. Case numbers are issued in chronological order. So why can't records produce copies of every case in a batch of numbers.
Swing a cat, get a stat or make one disappear

The city council collectively is simply embarrasingly stupid. They can't connect the dots on a numbered dot to dot child's puzzle. I cringe every just listening to how uninformed & clueless they are. Boy can Perry & Tourek lead them along on a short leash.

Abq Journal. PERA timeout? For the 500th time. Stop using the excuse that people are leaving for PERA. Who would leave a job paying 60,000 year to gain $50 a month increase in PERA. People can't really believe the crap that is coming out of the mayors mouth. If you do, your idiots. People are leaving because they are tired of working for selfish idiots who don't know how to lead. Change PERA, give bonuses, increase pay etc. the only people staying are the people who don't work anyway and are safe from the rule changes coming in waves. When losers like montano, gonterman, huntsman etc stand too increase their retirement by thousands of dollars do you really think they care about waiting 2 extra years for a 2% increase. Wake up people

Hmmm..for 11/18 at 9:45.. that is an expression for someone perplexed by a certain behavior. I feel I have to do this since you cannot(can't) understand why "your" and "you're" are two different words. "Too" is also different from "to". Instead of arguing YOUR point, or defending the Mayors idea to pay you more money, you choose to stupidly attack other people with the wrong topic. HERE'S (see IT'S easy to learn) one valid point you could focus on. Generally speaking, if people are going to INCREASE the amount of thier investment, they would hope to see an INCREASE in the return. PERA is questioning this concept, and they are signaling their intent to fight you on this issue of paying cops more money or re-establishing a RTW program. This is troubling for us in Law Enforcement. Simple, right? So the question remains, which APOA boss are you? The truth hurts I know. You might want to look at how poorly you are handling this major issue for APD cops and get in the fight.

The Taser Twins were paid close to $500,000 for six months work to help negotiate the Consent Decree. When Berry hired them, thsy said they will intend to be involved for all the time it takes to implement the consent decree. The consent decree will take 4 year to fully implment ss the Tazer Twins no doubt will bill upwards of $4 Million n ot to mention selling the City more Taxzer products. Watch Gentleman City Council President Ken "I am runnning for Mayor this time" Sanchez and Fiona Shreks sister Diane Gibson do absolutly nothing to stop these Tazer whores. Watch Berry run for re-election saying he needs 4 more years to complete the job he has started with these fools.

11/18. 1:19. Thought this was a blog not an English class. Who gives a crap if someone puts an extra letter or wrong punctuation on a word, does it really freekin matter. Must be someone from the mayors (oops mayor's) office or 5th floor. I might be APOA but only a idiot would respond like that. I'm am in the fight more than you know, and although the mayor's henchmen try and sensor it's employees, I'll respond to a topic any damn well I please. Hope you don't lose sleep over my grammar.

11/18 9:45. I completely agree with you. Just shows how the city continues to throw money at a problem without thinking it through. Giving attorneys hundreds of thousands of Dollars or cops more money does not stop the few bad cops from causing harm. I agree the DOJ has implemented positive changes but 2 attorneys charging for beer and dog hotels or giving deputy chiefs a bonus won't or didn't play a part. And for 1:19, if your only answer to the criticism is correcting the spelling of other bloggers then your just part of the problem.

11/18, 1:19. Your or is it your'e, a prime example of what is wrong in Albuquerque. Instead of criticizing grammar and opinions, step up and join the movement of change. I can understand why one would think your current occupant of the 5th floor, after all they all think they are perfect. And by the way when you are talking about " thier investment" it's spelled "their". Now I can see why your perplexed.

HaHaHaHaHa, so many people upset after reading about more corruption in Albuquerque. The city council, the mayor, the CAO, the APD, the AFD, most city departments, the district court, are all corrupt because the citizens of Albuquerque want it that way. If they were not happy with the way things are they would have come out and voted in the last election. They would come out and vote in future city council elections, but guess what, they won't! Why? Because the people of Albuquerque are either lazy or stupid, or both!

See? you caught it! You took time to find the mistake like I knew you would. You're learning! You and your tough talk are the leaders of our "Association", I'm doing police work. So step out of the Mayors office and draw some battle lines.

Oh no, no sleep loss here. The only thing being lost is our money while you sit in your cave with your bad cops and thug friends and talk tough half the day. We all know you don't put in 8 hours down there. Why can't you argue publicly with the 5th or 11th floor like this? Oh that's right, you have no need to worry yourselves about the other 700 of us. Right to Work in NM inbound baby! Trust me, as soon as that passes in a few months we can put you away permanently. No more stealing my 6 bucks a month to pay you to make things worse. A new day coming! #goawayapoa

And the big story is that Keith Sandy gets to retire and get 70% of his pay for the rest of his murdering scum bag life. Albuquerque is the absolute shit hole of the United States. The department purposefully delayed the IA so that he could reach his 19th year and buy his last year. The whole department is nothing but a bunch of maggots taking care of maggots. Karma will get each and every one of them in unique and imaginative ways.

MURDERER ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT

Albuquerque - Keith Sandy, the ABQ police officer who gunned down homeless man James Boyd for "illegal camping" announced his retirement from APD today.

"My work here is done," Sandy said. "I really had just one goal when I joined the force, and that was to shoot and kill another human being. I did that, and now it's time to move on to bigger and better killing fields. Booya!"

Sandy's taxpayer-funded retirement and benefits will pay for the rest of his life. City taxpayers will also have to pay the bill for any judgment or settlement the city incurs as a result of Sandy murdering Boyd. Estimates put that amount in the range of $25 million.

"The good news is, my retirement will never be touched no matter how much money my actions cost the city," Sandy said. "You dumb motherf###ers are going to pay me AND pay the Boyds!"

Sandy expressed his appreciation to Mayor R.J. Berry, CAO Rob Perry and Chief Gordon Eden for keeping him on the force long enough to qualify for retirement.

"Anywhere else, I would have been fired on the spot or cuffed, thrown in jail and charged with murder," Sandy said. "Not Albuquerque! This place is f###ing nirvana for corrupt politicians and corrupt cops. It saddens me a little to leave. S###holes like this are real hard to find."

Sandy stated he would take some time off before looking for another job in law enforcement.

"Killing someone and getting away with it is such a rush," Sandy said. "After that adrenaline high, you need a little down time. I'll probably go on a drunken bender and catch up with some of the Central Ave. hookers and meth heads I used to bang before they stuck me behind a desk. Don't doubt for a second that Keith Sandy will get himself another badge and a gun though. Count on it."

Sandy stated he was considering the New Orleans or LAPD for his next killing opportunity. Sandy stated he also had law enforcement "connections" with Scottsdale, AZ and Round Rock, TX if the bigger gigs didn't pan out.

You are a lying pervert. in fact I'm glad Keith Sandy who is obviously your target of hatred because he did his job and I for one am glad he didit so well. it's people like you with your outrageous lies that start rumours and talk shit on this blog that isn't true. JAH ..Just another hater...that's why nothing said on this blog will never be taken seriously by the lamestream media. Nothing ever posted on this blog has ever come to pass. you all were predicting who would become the new chief, for example, when Schultz left. you all said Mike Castro (didn't happen). Then it was Sonntag, didn't happen, on & on...I'm sad to see Det . Sandy retire but I hope he goes out with his head up. He took out not a homeless camper, but rather a homeless trespasser, who refused to take his meds. similar to John Hyde.. I dealt with Boyd on many ocassions and he was scarey, hateful disrespectful, fought with cops, punched a female cop, stalked young children, he wrote his own eulogy. his choice was to never comply and one day because of his untreated schizophrenic illness I am convinced that we would have had more dead officers had this very sick man continued on his path of not seeking treatment for his mental illness. his family did nothing to make sure he was properly cared for, medicated and receiving treatment for his mental illness. They even admitted they knew he was here .His brother said that he was "just preparing" to come to Albuquerque and find him. yeah, right!

Your job does NOT entitle you to become judge, jury, and executioner. You took an oath to protect the Constitution and with your statement you obviously have forgotten that. No one could predict Boyd's future path especially pseudo-psychics like you. Change jobs pal, as you are the symptom of APD's problem, not the solution.

Hey Proctor why are you holding back? You are reporting how Fernando Aragon sent the email to "advise" people of the training his wife's company offers... why not tell the whole story. Why not report what was already revealed here about their past? Why not report how his wife started this business? Why not report the number of people already hurt by their past judgement? Why not report how he continues to hit on every tit with legs?

Anonymous said...

Karma doesn't exist.

And hitting on every tit with legs, that is a new one

11/20@10:42-I'm not a cop, or a male!Epic Fail dude! hahaha ..But I have had direct contact with Mr. Boyd & I can personally attest to his threats, violent behaviour, & threatening demeanor toward myself and everyone I worked with. So STFU unless you know what you're talking about, Jackwad

You use the word "shit" too much . It takes the sting out of your rant...btw I liked the idea of ROP..and Keith Sandy. We have repeat offenders in this city who never see a day in jail because they are unfit to stand trial. I call bullshit on that!

Ask Bruce Werley how he feels about Fernando Aragon? hahahaha

Hey small fruit. Since you clearly haven't got a clue I'm going to give you one. Companies have employees when they relocate. No company is going to look at the employees they want to keep and say hey let's move to a place where your quality of life will be worse, your kids schools will be worse, and crime will be higher. It is a sure fire recipe for how a company will loose the people who make the company successful.
At the end of the day, every city that has grown has done it but having low crime, good quality of life, and at least decent schools.

While it's obvious there's an obscene view To be taken of what's happening at APD/City, the facts would be far more interesting and useful. Like, who is on Administrative Leave, for what, since when, and who should be disciplined but isn't, and why, and on and on, including, when appropriate, who's screwing whom, and who's representing all these people who aren't saying anything and what deals are they making with each other. . .

These are "facts" that could be easily confirmed once someone reports them, and maybe they even get investigated, reported and known to the real people who care. If any. Eye, with a little moderation you could be a good deal less obscene and self-interested and even more open, informative and effective.

Anonymous said...

Sandy is dirty, so let's just be thankful he will no longer be able to protect prostututes he is involved with, drug dealers he thinks are his snitches and public officials he thinks will protect him. He will no longer set people up, tamper with evidence, etc, etc. etc. the rest is too foul to post. If he doesn't get indicted, Albuquerque has wasted our tax payers dollars on this so called reform. The FBI was just here as a "show and tell"

Anonymous said...

How is it that APD has a recruiting problem at all? I'll admit that I for one couldn't hack it in APD, but that's only because I have the need to be physically fit, honest, professional, brave, and hard-working. But, you know, anybody that's not interested in any of those things should be fine. Maybe they should advertise that, in addition to the extended paid vacations they offer to their biggest fuck-ups. They'd have 10 times the run of applicants that Target in Uptown had.

Anonymous said...

11/22 @ 2:08. This assessment is very true. There needs to be more inside reporting of information that is not just regurgitated info that the media has already reported on & we already know. The obscenity really needs to be reeled in. Back in the day The Eye would moderate comments that were flat out disgusting. in it's place was the wording that "this comment has been removed by moderator."

Excusing, rationalizing killing Boyd was a "preventative" measure ,so shooting Mary Hawkes downward through her ear/head was "self-defense"?And silencing Tera Chavez was good for the car "business"?
