The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Berry’s Leadership Called into Question at Transit

ONE of Albuquerque’s Super Bowl Sunday murder cases involves one of Berry’s own supervisors David Ulibarri. You hear people constantly complaining about nepotism and favoritism within the City of Albuquerque, well, Ulibarri will prove to be the ‘poster child’ for this assertion.
According to our Eyes on the inside (yes, we have Eyes at the Transit Dept. too) the Super Bowl Sunday accused murderer was indeed a supervisor for the City of Albuquerque in the Transit Department. Here is what our Eyes have told us. Ulibarri’s wife Bonnie Ulibarri is also an employee at Transit. We are told Ulibarri’s wife “greased the wheels” to get her husband into city employment and to get Ulibarri promoted to supervisor. Yes, we know; it is ironic Ulibarri is an outlaw biker and his wife “greases’’ his way to stardom.

Here is where it gets interesting.  How did a person of let’s say, questionable character and now accused murderer become a City employee and how did he rise above the rest of the truly deserving applicants for the position of supervisor?
Apparently being a known biker gang member and drug dealer did not hurt his ‘opportunities’ to be hired and promoted. According to the story on KRQE When question about Ulibarri and the other thugs, APD’s own LI’L Junior (Tanner Tixier) Stated, “They are known to partake in numerous criminal activities including the sale and distribution of narcotics, and then as a caveat to that they resort to violence to further their drug trade.”

SIDEBAR

Is this the ‘new’ Republican idealism? Suzanna; you really need to reel in curly.

END SIDEBAR

Here we are again dealing with inept leadership. Again, the citizens of Albuquerque look like fools but then again Albuquerque did elect Berry and have endorsed and embraced his bad decision. Way to Berry! Keep this in mind; Berry wants a higher office in the future.

I think that Berry is a very ineffective and incompetant mayor. He has done more to hurt this city than any mayor in the last 20 years. But, to pin this on him? Not fair. THere is no way the mayor is involved in low level supervision within transit.

This amazes you?!
How did a sissy ass coward liar creep criminal like Schultz get to be chief and stay chief with all the dirty shit he has pulled his whole career? If a cop had just one accusation of dishonesty like Schultz's time sheet fraud investigation, they would never go anywhere. Let me correct that. If a cop who didn't engage in the good ol boy club of nature at play, carry the administrations smelly water, lie, cover for scum like Schultz and his boys, blackmail people, keep secret files of dirt on people, tamper with investigations, shitcan criminal cases for buddies, look the other way, play stupid, provide no bid contracts for businesses, change SOPs to call for specific equipment changes in order to now make his buddy Nate the only vendor that could supply that equipment as a sole source vendor to circumvent the bidding process ( ballistic vests, aimpoint gun sights, Spiwak patrol jackets everyone remembers these fiascos right )...... Unless you do all of this, you can thrive in APD, fly up the chain of command and grt that big fat pension.

When someone finally puts the pieces together on this criminal enterprise and it's half assed gang of half sissies and want to be bubble gum gangsters, everyone from the top down will be taken down. This is what needs to happen. This place needs to be crushed into merciless submission, and that will be easy because I have never seen a bigger bunch of soft shelled pussy assed vaginas in my life. The biggest bunch of weak cowards they are. On an even playing field they would be stuck in my boot treads.

Just asking eye, if news reports say "eight year" employee, isn't that before Berry? Not that I am pro Berrywinkle just want to know how many years he has been employed by the city?

Hey Eye , not on subject but just as relevant. Did you see how Belen PD handled "man with knife" situation. No SWAT no ROP and more important no Sandy or Perez, just a few cops with common sense. Belen PD to use recording as training aid. Maybe they should train APD!!!

In reference to Belen, I saw one cop giving commands not 20 and not 50 responding and shutting down streets. Keep it simple stupid APD. The things that make scenes get out of control are the Supervisors looking to get noticed. Supervisors stay in your office and let the cops with common sense run your scenes.

So now Tanner is going to "tweet" play by play. Is he doing this while driving? Hope not, if he is the passenger isn't he supposed to be paying attention and clearing for his partner who is driving? Who thought of this shit? Gilbert from the sandbox. No time to respond to numerous calls, but time to " tweet". As my good friend says, " you can't invent this shit"!!!!!

Give me a break.. How In the hell can you compare Belen to albuquerque. They take one call in 6 months where they use a taser. APD takes hundreds of thousands of calls per year. Tens of thousands of calls involve talking some out of a violent act or using less than lethal force. All of these calls are recorded but of course never put on the news. Those cops did a great job but come on. If any cop had to put up with what APD does on a daily basis they too would slip up from time to time. And before you say APD killed someone innocent, I'll raise the bull $&@? Flag. If these families cared so much about them where were they during the 60 arrests, the violent behavior against others. Why do they suddenly start caring when an attorney shows up and offers them a few mil.

Yes there were only 4-5 cops on scene in Belen. That's because there is only 4-5 cops on the department there you idiot. And only 1 guy was talking because the rest can't form a decent sentence. I've lived in Belen all my life and if you think they don't have the same problems your crazy. They are just lucky the media is too focused on APD to look anywhere else. plus If you look at their backgrounds, mostly of them in that country were either fired or turned away from APD.

And things just continue to get worse. Just look at the "new teams" they are putting in place (doj ordered).

Semantics..., end result is what matters in Belen, no one died. Typical excuse laden response when the truth is pointed out to people like you. Grow up....

4/6@4:15&4/29 the media is focused onAPD because you keep fucking up! . Doesn't matter how many calls or how many on scene just how many use Common sense when on scene. Don't get you ROP panties in a knot just learn how to handle a man with a knife. If u are so gung ho to shoot, volunteer to go to Iraq and before you say you were there remember you are only lying to yourself. The rest of us who were there don't act this way, maricons !

A man with a knife is a man with a knife. How many calls you take is irrelevant at that time. If your so caught up in the previous call or the future calls you are in the wrong buissness. What happened to the Brotherhood in Blue? You shit on the way another dept. handled the situation, cause you handle more calls in the big city. Well that's why you get paid more!!

Really?? You morons are arguing about a man with a knife call?? First of all, that incident is one of thousands that happen in NM on a weekly basis. Second of all the only reason were talking about it, is because the media had a slow news day and aired it. Third, the media loves to stir up controversy and knows there are dumb officers who will take the bait. Grow up rookies and look at the big picture. It's all about what gets attention on the media.. Obviously violent crime in New Mexico doesn't get publicity.

Don't be jealous cuz Belen PD got some PR and you being a crybaby. Give them props cuz they better than APD and din't shut down the entire street and have the entire dept run all over the scene. WAWA
