The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Open Letter from Ret. Captain Marty Gilmore

The letter below comes to us from Ret. Capt. David Gilmore. Many of our Eyes have expressed their feeling about Ret. Captain Gilmore.  All have lauded him as an exceptional leader.

Retired Officer John Corvino another victim of a downward spiraling Albuquerque Police Department?

Recently the Journal ran a story regarding a lawsuit filed by Officer Corvino against the APD claiming retaliation.  Officer Corvino's 80 hour suspension was the result of alleged insubordination, bringing the APD into disrepute and releasing confidential information.  The insubordination appears to have arisen from his unwillingness to sign a statement he thought was not factually correct, one that he himself did not generate.  I would think that the training records of the APD should be public information and I do not understand how such information is confidential.  At a quick glance APD's transparency could be called into question, again.

It appears Officer Corvino believed he had a valid concern with respect to the integrity of APD.  After bringing forth the issue of his concern to upper echelon personnel all they had to do was produce the proper documentation demonstrating that the instructors were in fact properly certified.  This would have settled the matter.  APD should have appreciated Officer Corvino's concerns as they could come back to bite APD on the backside in a future civil action.

Officer Corvino worked with me in the Southeast in the late 90's.  I found him to be an honest, hard working officer as did a large number of his peers.  If the actions by APD brass caused the untimely retirement of Officer Corvino it is very unfortunate for the citizens of Albuquerque.

I will be following this issue with great interest.

D.M.Gilmore
Retired APD

Everyone knows John Corvino is a straight shooter......I am a retired LT and always had tremendous respect and admiration for John. If he says something stinks, I for one would tend to agree with John and hold his integrity above pretty much any other,,,,,,,just sayin.......

APD -1
Kari +1

This is much bigger than lawsuits however I believe this will bankrupt the city. How many cases are going to be dismissed because the instructors were no certified to instruct ? How many defendants will be let out of jail because once again the Officers were not certified to make the arrest because their instructors were not certified to teach. Now do you see why ethics training is so important ? P.S. How many times did we tell you Mayor?

AG's Office kicked Dix and APD in their balls. Dix you were way over you're head and it was on recording between you and the sgt. If you thought you were acting like a big man, you got your dick shoved in the dirt.

Watch Levy lie here.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=l90HHQGlyfU&feature=youtu.be

This woman helped Ray Schultz conspire to screw these two cops after they found out that the DOJ was coming and was going to find out about their little criminal enterprise. It is no cooncidence LEVY IS THE LAWYER on this case, the Dear case and the Corvino case. They were frantically trying to obstruct the DOJ from stumbling onto their Tazer scheme by throwing this case out there after these officers were cleared by their commander. Levy instructed Jason Peck to commit purjury during these proceedings, and he was caught lying. Levy references the city's expert witnesses in this case, and how they said it was excessive, but does not tell anyone that THAT was before all of the exonerating evidence that Schultz was hiding came out like the fact that there was a second suspect right there with Blume, he WAS armed with 2 knives and a handgun. Doyle identified Blume as a homicide suspect just before using force on him. When that evidence came to light, Luis Robles admitted that the city withheld important information and his decision would have been drastically different, the other state police retired Major Werrick was humiliated, and disqualified as an expert due to his incredible testimony, their academy expert was never called to testify and the fourth witness changed his testimony and said the force was not excessive. Jason Peck, the Internal Affairs sargeant even recanted and said Doyle's force was reasonable. City attorney Kathryn Levy promoted perjury, violated laws of sequestration by briefing Ray Schultz of witness testimony and lied herself. A full blown investigation needs to be opened into this case and into the conduct of Schultz, Levy, Buckner, Paiz, Feist, Nate Korn, Jason Peck, The APOA, AND SEVERAL OTHERS. When this case failed to fool the DOJ into staying away several key players abruptly retired. Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy was with Schultz at the Stingaree night club and several other functions involving Taser.

The corrupt tentacles of APD run deep. Doyle & Woolever had their terminations upheld by the so called "hearing" officers who owe their phony baloney jobs to the city. I understand appeals are going to District court and then even further up the ladder than that! This bringing APD into disrepute is a catch all excuse it seems. How can an honest cop bring "disrepute" to a crap sandwich like the APD. The APD brass has brought disrepute down upon themselves! The filth runs all the way up to the mayor. Albuquerque, you are a cesspool of corruption and you deserve the kind of police administration you are getting!

Don't worry. Levy will be going down with Schultz.

Levy is the lynch pin in how the corruption is concealed

Yea, I saw that video with Levy, and it is funny how they keep changing the reasons for why they fired those guys every time they get called on the dirty shit they did during that investigation. First it was that they lied about where the criminal's hands were and when that was proven to be false, Levy makes that boat load of bullshit up. Anyone who would think that that officer should have laid over a resisting fleeing felon who was armed to block an officer who was kicking him to force him to comply while another suspect was on the loose near them is totally insane, especially since the criminal was still resisting. This proves that Levy will say and do anything to STILL carry water for Schultz. Everyone knows why schultz railroaded those guys. This case should be reopened to show what this administration did to those officers.

Levy's. Schultz's, Perry's, Berry's, Peck's, Robles, Slopez, Wiiloboy's (and the names go on and on) current and future assets are going to sound good jingling in Doyle's, Woolever's and Corvino's pockets.

I know you guys get all bent out if shape over that criminal city attorney but take solace in the knowledge that she has to wear diapers, is hated, the legal community has no respect for her, her hair is greasy, she hobbles and walks like humpty dumpty, and will be alone forever until she drinks herself into a coma. Money isn't everything like people like her act,

The Captain called this one right. Corvino is to be looked up to.

So does this mean all the 34s who were at Boyd's shooting, Ken Ellis's shooting, and God knows how many others can be fired for not stepping up?!?!? Is Levy on crack????

WHAT NOW DINGELBERRY?

http://krqe.com/2015/05/16/fashion-store-move-latest-negative-sign-for-downtown/

Mayor Richard Fuck Berry, you have singlehandedly run the city into the toilet, and now you hide, and wait out the next two years. Don't you wish you could quit and retire like all of the rest of the cowards who either shit their pants when the DOJ came and ran, or got caught doing something wrong and are trying to run from facing the music for it?

And lightbulb head Tanner Tizzay, it was nice of you to sit next to your daddy, and protect him from Jeff Proctor the other day while he lied his ass off. How does it feel having gordon cock all over your face.

We all enjoyed how you tried to explain away the fleeing of the lieutenant from the academy after that Corvino lawsuit was served on him at his going away party at the police academy. Nothing unusual about it huh? You are right, lieutenants always retire within a week of finding out they are being sued in federal court. It is even more usual how someone brags about butt hurting people, and how it is everyone else's fault and how nobody accepts responsibility for their actions and then that same person packs up, and tries to run away. It must be more usual for someone to brag about how they are going to prove someone wrong "again" then flee in the opposite direction. What I find usual is how quickly some snotty, bald little brat with a mouth that talks out of the side of his head and will never shut the fuck up, is so stupid that he blindly does what he is told, and sticks his smoothe little head so far up criminal administrative ass that it's amazing he dies not suffocate. Does hanging with the wannabes make you feel important, because plankton like you will be food for the next administration coming in after these failures. They will most likely start with the pantywastes like you. It will be most amusing to watch. You were never a cop. You were an ass kissing cabin boy, a shoeshine boy, a piss and towel boy. If you did not get the job of a police officer, you would be handing out bowling shoes or wiping piss off of bus seats. I would rather have Tasia as 82. Every time you get on television with your face is that much more material for when you fuck up and that administration you are so loyal to sticks it up your soft ass. Remember that. While every cop who puts that uniform on every day is out there putting it on the line, you are taking the easy way out, being the house bitch selling your ass, carrying water, and lying for a bunch of douchebags. You are the company you keep. Keep telling yourself you are doing your job. You are not a cop. You want to be a newscaster, hand your badge and gun in, get Caleb James to dress you and go sit on big head Doug Hernandez's lap over at KOAT for some lessons.

@ May 16, 12:13PM

That has to be the best question I've seen in a long LONG time.

But I have to say Levy isn't on crack she is crack. One big ass crack that has been wallowed out by every Perry, Berry and Harry that has walked through her office door.

"Nature at Play" will have it's 'Schultz' rewards...

In the meantime, how are citizens to know who is and who isn't a legitimate 34 at APD?
Is Eden going to go on YouTube with a 'STAR WARS' scrolling list of names, man numbers, unit numbers and photographs?

Watching that video of Levy, am I getting it right that that crazy ass woman actually said that Woolever should have laid over the top of a wanted homicide suspect who was reaching into his pants for a gun, still resisting, and not restrained, to shield the dirt bag from Doyle's kicks?!
Now I have heard it all. That woman has absolutely lost her mind when it comes to covering for the bullshit Ray has done. In case they haven't found out, those officers are going nowhere until they are vindicated. Levy, you have it all wrong. Officers are responsible for protecting the rights of a criminal when that criminal is in custody, not while he is armed, fleeing the police and trying to kill them. Keep fighting fellas. It will all come out. Everyone who let Levy and Schultz do this should be held accountable criminally.

What about the "atta boy" Shultz gave them for their efforts?? That tell's us he changes his tune in a hurry...

http://krqe.com/2015/05/18/video-raises-questions-about-how-apd-and-state-police-treated-suspects-dead-body/

This incident reeks of cover up by Eden and Berry. It displays the torture of a dead body. WTF is wrong with APD and NMSP SWAT? Why wouldn't Eden and Berry suspend these officers instead of covering up for them? Bean bags to the head is deadly force. Stomping on genitals is torture.

Okay Twohig, now go conjugal visit your new homie.

8:04, how should he have done that? Give him hugs? Grab the other cops foot? Play peek a boo? Yell "China?" Play grabass?

What's happened to Lt. Bracle?? Charges? Reprimand? Something? Anyone? Anyone? Guess it's ok to shoot a fellow Officer.

Anonymous said...

Lets get some stuff straight in the Woolever case. Blume did not have a gun had knives the gun was in the car. All charges dismissed I am sure because of Schultz and Karis relationship. Bet she wished she had done that different now.

Anonymous said...

I like Corvino just like I like all the other good cops that APD has. But he replaceable just like all the other cops who have been wronged. That's reality.

Anonymous said...

Most, not all cops have a distorted view of reality. Most think they are above the law, mostly due to a cloudy thinking process. In their minds they are all hero's and despise anyone that feels different. Some see and think differently.

Anonymous said...

Oh okay so lets protect a shit bag turd criminal from a couple a kicks to the shoulder and neck area. So when he gets up he is able to arm himself with a weapon and shoot the officers. Is that what the NEW Academy is teaching the cadets? If so we will be attending more funerals for officers. That Bloom guy and all others that came before and after him deserved everything they got. Bunch of bleeding hearts out here. Bet you all cry at the worthless articles about dogs and cats. Get a life BOZOS...

Corvino was instructing an MOE class a few years back. Fired Sgt Ficky and his crew came in from lunch late to class and Corvino called him out. It was classic. Too bad the Department favors jack asses like Ficky over guys like Corvino. APD has lost it's sense of direction.

Hey Nix, looks like Kari sitting pretty and your career tarnished cuz you were in way over your head. I would fire your and the entire chain of command including Freeze frame.

Anonymous said...

Way to go Jacob, I hope you secure you and your family's future. Very best to you.

6:39 exactly what's wrong with APD. Making a billion excuses for stupid behavior. The Guy was DEAD. He wasn't getting a gun, he wasn't gonna shoot cops, he was DEAD. Sitting still for 20 minutes without blinking is a pretty good clue. What's next?..... You idiots just don't get it. 3 shots to the head with a beanbag when the guy wasn't moving. Who does that? You can't make things up to justify stupidity. There was a time when there was a difference between the good and bad guys. With comments like that, I guess those times are over.

Kari is going to wipe the floor with Nix's face. Nix is going to squeal like his testicles are being crushed in a vise. Berry, Perry and Eden's asses are toast.
