The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Proof APD is Falling Apart Under Schultz

The picture above is of Joey Sigala, our local jailbird. Mr. Sigala is the former president of the Albuquerque Police Officer’s Association. It is only a matter of time before we post a similar picture of Schultz and the rest of the boys.

Sigala was arrest for Domestic Violence after he allegedly accosted his estranged wife. Sigala was booked on several felony charges. Is it a felony to commit perjury under oath? Ray... Allen...

Hahaha; pack your bags boys…You might want to include some chocolate and nylons for your “business” travels.

Is there any doubt that Ray Schultz is corrupt and is allowing different forms of corruption to exist? You decide…

Correction, Apd has fallen apart under Schultz.

Word is people are already rolling on eachother like the rats they are. Maybe the better people within the union will cut deals and send the flagrant criminals down the tubes. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

As much as I dislike both of them the wife has a warrant and walking around. What kind of investigation went on. We will end up paying Joey for this mistake.

Schultz you have egg on your face for this mistake. Warrants say we "shall" arrest. We don't have a choice.

Hey DC Banks, how are you going to explain your order to reinstate an applicant who failed the polygraph two separate times and was not allowed to reapply EVER? Is it because he is the son of a former Captain? How will you explain this?

What comes around goes around.

Sigala's fall is indeed tragic, but only strengthens Berry and Perry's hand whose ultimate goal is de-certification of APOA. The next phase is State Police finding criminal conduct and embezzlement of APOA funds by Sigala and his wife. Schultz will then say APOA is beyond repair and decertification is the only real option. Gloat all you want about Joey, but who is watching out for the rank and file interests now that APOA is being discredited.

Anonymous said...

To 8:53. Only union members and the FOP can decertify a union. The PEBA and the Peace Officers Employer Employee Relations Act cover the terms of employment for cops. An employer cannot deprive an employee of due process or Garrity Rights. Please be informed (talk to a union lawyer) before you try to get people paranoid for no reason. An Honest Union is what works best for every honest cop and we have a lot of honest cops to keep with APD.

Anonymous said...

Let the FOP take over

8:53, nobody has been watching out for the rank and file in case you haven't notice. No contract. Poor representation. Poor promotions. Poor policies.

One step forward and two steps back I see. But, nonetheless, this all happened under schultz's and berry's watch, let us not forget.

If Joey's wife has a warrant then let her be booked during her strip routine! Maybe she will get more tips to help support her habit. Hell, god knows the EBT card doesn't cover percs these days! Joey, your number is up. Good riddance you mutha f*cker! Hope you enjoy your federal charges as well from robbing us all blind! BTW, I hear it takes a lot more than cash to get your 57 in prison! Enjoy!

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!!!

"“That’s something we’re looking into,” the chief said Thursday, adding that he also didn’t know whether Joey Sigala was ever offered counseling by APD. “I’m not aware of any formal intervention, and the March incident wouldn’t necessarily have generated any. I’m not sure who in the chain of command was notified of that incident. I believe I was out of town at the time.”

How is possible this chief never knows anything?!?!!! Really, one of your employees is involved in something that could lead to termination and criminal charges and you actually say your unaware of it!!? That the EWS didn't hit!?! LIAR!!!

Whose the Captain's son that got a chance at 2 polys? You need to call the media it names and info. That blew up on BCSO remember.

This is a prime example of how the dept and its' admin is failing by creating and enforcing "new" policies. Aside from a handful of senior 34's, the dept for the most part is far "younger" and immature than I could ever remember it. Here we have a guy who had 8 yrs on, but was a relative rookie when he took office. That's a lot of power to give a kid. But hey he was "college edumacated" and also well-connected IN and OUT of APD, right? Then, you have Sgts w/5-6 years of experience, Lts w/very little more... and then voila, newly (politically) promoted COMMANDERS @ the 10-12 yr mark. WOW!!! Does this cycle ever end??? Did anyone (berry/schultz) even look at their performance records??? Oh that's right, APD doesn't expect accurate performance evaluations because God forbid "they" have to account for less than marginal performance by people such as Dodi, right?
APD's policies in recruiting, retaining, and promoting personnel allows for many of its' failures. And when young 34's see command staff and "supposed senior" members literally getting away with... (fill in the blank). Can you then blame the young 34's @ APD for making the same decisions or "errors in judgement."

Great quote by Schultz in today's Journal. "I didn't know ......" "I believe I was out of town"

This is your chief of police in his best spinzone. Deny knowledge. This either means Schultz is a fool who doesn't know how to run his department, or Schultz is a scammer who is covering his own butt. Either way he needs to resign or retire or be fired so we can get a chief who does know what is happening.

The news is reporting this morning that a high profile officer (Past (resigned under a cloud of charges of embezzlement) President of the APD officer's Union APOA), Joey Sigala, who was arrested two days ago was known by the department to be having domestic violence issues (the neighboring Rio Rancho police have been called to his home 3 times, he was never arrested).

APD DC Feist stated, "Since these incidents occurred at his home and would only effect him as a private citizen, we are not going to bring it into his professional life."

Sigala was arrested for false imprisonment and aggravated burglary, he is currently NOT charged with domestic violence, even though he hit his wife in the face and threw a cell phone charger at her.
He then took off in his APD issued patrol car, was in uniform, was displaying his badge, and was carrying his gun at the time.

The way I see it, APD knowingly ignored severe issues with one of their officers and when he was forced to resign under serious allegations effecting the entire department (still being investigated), they did nothing. They allowed him to still carry a gun and a badge. APD has no, nada, concerns for the safety of the public.

The EWS that you speak of is NOT intended to help city employees but rather to mark or "red flag" them for future discipline termination. I have no sympathy for city employees who double as drug addicts or criminals, but for those others who have lesser issues it is in your best interest to seek help from your primary physician. The EWS is a joke, especially when dept heads excercise "plausible deniability."

How do they have an EBT card to fight over? EBT is public assistance. Investigate that!

Love the article in the Journal this morning. "Schultz said he didn't know. That's something we're looking into. He didn't know. I'm not aware of. I'm not sure. I was out of town at the time." CLASSIC!!!!!!!
I guess joey (filiberto) knows too much to be used by schultz to make schultz look good. I guess if good ol joey had a clue on how to be a cop and was on duty doing his job, when he got hemmed up, then the chief would have thrown him under the bus. Seems the chief only has lies to tell about real cops and only knows things about those he wants to slander and wreck for his own purposes. "schultz who had a close working relationship with sigala" NO SHIT! They worked together to bury officers. We'll see that come out when people start rolling.
If I recall, shouldn't this clown have already been on admin leave? Didn't the chief already state that if an investigation into the allegations of embezzlement AT THE APOA was started, he would put those under investigation on admin. leave? Didn't he say this to city council? Wasn't light brought to this issue and those accused namely joey, a month ago? If the chief took action on this out of control narcissistic wife beater, placing him on admin leave a month ago, taking his UNKARKED POLICE CAR, DUTY WEAPON and PARTIAL POLICE UNIFORM this would not have happened. In the very least it would not have been done by some armed idiot wearing a partial police uniform, driving a city police vehicle. Another fine example of how schultz does what he wants and takes care of, covers up for, and runs interference for his associates. God willing, the State Police will partner up with the FBI and take all of these jokers down after their investigation takes them on a spider web of illegal activities.

I think it's funny that you try to lump your Union corruption in with the city administration. The administration is not in "cahoots" with the union...in fact...they would love to see it burn. Who wouldn't? Public Sector Unions are evil. Sorry, but this black eye is all yours.

I'm not pilling on Joey here, Lord knows he has enough to deal with already.

I will speak to the EBT card fraud and abuse though. There are A LOT... I say again a lot of Law Enforcement Officers/Firefighters/Correction Officers and many other well compensated "professionals" who are abusing, defrauding, and ripping off the WIC, food stamps, welfare, medicaid, and medicare programs not because they NEED these vital programs, but because nobody verifies or follows up on all of these claims or where or who these children(s) mothers live or who they live with, and, or who or where the babies father/mothers are employed by.

I've personally witnessed the following scenario, just one of many:

Mother of child(ren) comes into file a claim for benefits and she has Baby Phat shirt on, freshly done nails/hair, her smart phone(Iphone) rings multiple times (4 different ring tone songs), she claims to have no job, and,or not knowing the where abouts of the childs father, she exits and gets into here fairly new SUV equipped with nice tires and rims the license plate is that of a firefighter designation plate and in the window is a big union firefighter sticker.

A lot of assumption going on here I know, but you know what happens when anyone tries to launch and investigation or question the validity of any of these abuses? That's right it's shut down or moved on because usually a majority of these cases have family or friends on the inside running cover for them.

Funny, how he never knows anything until it suits him. Then he can dig back into a person's past to try and find dirt on them. I hope Joey brings them all down. KARMA you MF's!

To the media, city council and concerned citizens:

Ray Schultz is a no nothing. He knows nothing of what is going on at APD and as such he needs to be replaced by a chief who knows something. It is time we flood the mayor's office with demands for Schultz to be fired and replaced immediately. 768 3000. Or you can call 311 and ask to be transferred to mayor berry's office. This is the only way we will get the change we need at APD. Going to city council meetings is fine, but it is the mayor who hires and fires. Swamp his phone lines until he hears our voices and fires this horrible police chief.

Anonymous said...

I know APD Chief Ray Schultz doesn't know anything, he tells us that everytime something bad happens. But can someone tell me how Joey Sigala and his wife get EBT cards? They make over $50,000 per year and he goes to jail for grabbing her EBT card? Something stinks. Of course Ray doesn't know anything so don't even ask. Don't go to Fiest or Banks either because they will point fingers at everyone else (listen to the Bregman cross examination of the Russell Perea firing).

And Berry keeps all of these fools? Berry will be unelected in a year and a half all because Berry could not fire Ray Schultz.

The State Police need to take over this investigation too, because schultz will probably have them fuck it up purposefully so that he gets off. Fuckin sham it is. Every one of these motherfuckers are crooks thieves liars and criminals. I hope they all fall hard on their faces. I like how schultz and ball washer feist tip toe around what they say about this asshole careful not to hurt his feelings or provoke retaliation in the form of revealing incriminating evidence involving all of them. Funny how Kindle was fired but this trash bag is on admin leave. Funny how schultz calls officers criminals but has nothing to say about this guy, and wants to leave his personal life out of it. Fuckin dirty ass bunch of punks. Can you two fraud chiefs be more obvious that you are terrified of this big mouthed coward? You all should have kept business seperate because contrary to what you believe, YOU WILL NOT STOP THE INEVITABLE, THE REVEALING THAT YOU ALL HAVE CONSPIRED TOGETHER. IT IS GOING TO COME OUT, AND SAYING YOU WERE OUT OF TOWN AIN'T GONNA FLUSH.

As far as the DV charge. That's not listed on the criminal complaint. He must have been charged with Misdemeanor DV. If so, that would be on the report. Misdemeanors are not listed on the CC when you have felony charges.

Every reporter should smoke their asses on this and keep this story hotter than hell.

Here's a test for the media, next tuesday ask Schultz how many sworn officers there are in APD as of that day and ask him how many of those officers have assignments to the Field. He gets a memo with this data every week and has before the meeting. Just ask, you'll be shocked with the truth or, more likely, lied to.

I am by no means a fan of Joey Sigala, but the sad part is that everytime an officer puts down another officer no matter what they have done, it fuels the fire for the chief, mayor and CAO to get rid of your union. Someone wrote that it cannot be decertified..well it can. Berry pays big bucks for his union busters he has on payroll. The negative comments here and on the Fans FB I would hope are not coming from other 34's. Yes, we all know what he is accused of doing and there is no excuse for any of it if he is guilty....but when a 34 makes a bad comment about him or other media featured 34's, it really makes everyone look bad...discreation is the better part of valor.

It's funny how someone here (5th floor 11th floor Union lackeys fat boy) tells everyone to stop with the personal insults when that fat little joey sat around day after day talking shit about everyone and anyone he could on the department. He never had a good word about anyone. All he did was sit around, and make fun of officers, discuss sensitive information, gossip, lie and laugh about the misfortunes of others. Well now it's his turn. Karma is a bitch. And don't feed us all that line of bullshit about how bashing this idiot hurts everyone like he is the son of God who has suffered for all our sins. Give me a fckin break. He has been damaging this department and it's officers from behind the scenes all along. It is about time this lowlife was removed from his position. The shame is that there are people still backing this crud from within the union and department because they are involved. Sometimes you have to burn down the whole town to rebuild. If that's the case, then so be it. Burn it and dig it up do that not one roach gets away, then rebuild and start over. Hopefully the state police realize that they have the tiger by the tail with all of this and they bring it all down. This is what you get when you let a pudgy self centered immature child run a union that requires a seasoned street cop to run. Not one of these clowns has spent more than 5 years on patrol in a rough area. Not one. Filiberto never was a cop. He has no idea how to defend something he doesn't understand. He is a fraud. Soon he'll be a convicted fraud.

At 1:13 a.m. Decertification takes a lot more than just a few paid for goons starting a petition. It takes a lot more. what is going on????

"Target 7 uncovered that she has an outstanding warrant from Santa Fe involving a shoplifting case of more than $2,000. But APD is defending its decision not to arrest the woman on Wednesday, when they showed up after Lauren Sigala claims Joey Sigala struck her."

But...
NMSA 30-16-20 (b)(3): Whoever commits shoplifting when the value of the merchandise shoplifted is more than five hundred dollars ($500) but not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) is guilty of a fourth degree felony

"A felony domestic violence, a petty misdemeanor would be not something that we would look at a victim for," said APD Deputy Chief Paul Fiest.

So she has a felony warrant but isn't arrested for it. Fiest represents that she has a petty misd. warrant which appears to be false. Fiest also represents she's a victim of felony domestic violence yet she's not charged with any thing under the Crimes Against Household Members Act. Is Feist really this stupid? Really? Or is there something else going on....?

Why do these comments remind me of the ones made after Darren resigned? People here said that Schultz would be next, they knew things that could bring down the people in power...

Yet, here we are, a new scandal and I predict the same outcome. When all the dust clears, it will be business as usual. The primary result is, a little less respect from the public, which is sad because the majority of the police officers are honest, hard-working people trying to make Abq a little safer.

Berry and Schultz own the APOA, just wait and see. Your concern that Berry wants to decertify might be on track, but if Sigala and others stole thousands from the membership then it should be decertified and recreated with better safeguards.

You are willing to accept criminal activity within the APOA to ensure it is not decertified, that doesn't make sense.

Let's take this a step at a time, finish the NMSP investigation and either clear these guys or indict them. If there is criminal activity then the APOA should be decertified by it's members and reconstituted with better safeguards of our money.

Go back to your playpen poser. I will believe the union has a set when I see them giving press conferences independent of the nazi regime. You'll get credit when you are publicly calling out the liars and pointing the finger at them like they do to the officers of APD. You'll get some credit when you start publicly spewing some facts about their corruption like they falsly do about everyone they want to attack. Until then, shut your fuckin pie hole. More shit is coming at that union. You all kept your fucking mouths shut while all this was happening. You delayed the investigation. You failed to represent officers. The take home car bullshit and your contract case are what is called doing your fucking job. That is what you are supposed to do. It is nothing special, like you all portray as some kind of accomplishment. I am sick of hearing how you all help officers. That is your job. I don't go around crying about how I handle radio calls and write 42's. You are the crybaby. The union blows. Period. You all walk around whispering and cowering in the shadows. You are all afraid of retaliation. If you had any balls you would let them retaliate, record their corrupt asses with every encounter, and hang them in civil court with every threat they utter. Your word "cant" should be spelled "can't", your word "dought" should have been "doubt", your word "dear" should have been "dare", your word "there" should have been "their", your word "dam" should have been "damn" and your word "his" should have been "this". Although only the Union memebership can de-certify, Berry and Perry can declare an impass and call on the membership to reconstitute or select another union to represent the rank and file and refuse to negotiate until a new collective bargainig unit is formed. The goal is to delay and avoid a new contract and force rank and file to accept lower wages and fewer benefits. City Union negotiator John Martinez is a union "ball buster" and the best the City could hire. Berry is paying his firm a $500,000 year contract to bring the Unions to their knees.

What about a coverup regarding the death of a female attorney, an Asian not liked by schultz?

City declared an impasse over a year ago, which is way, or one of the many reasons we're in court.

Wow, It seems there is a disgruntled union official on here bashing officers for speaking up. He is talking like the coward supervisor that he is. Typical ignorant supervisor talk. Typical of someone who shouldn't be a supervisor, let alone a union official. Seems this malcontent has taken a page out of the chief's book. You threaten officers for having an opposing view at your fraud of a union meeting? You threaten them for showing up? It seems that you are emulating the same behavior of those you are supposed to be representing the officers against. You need to be fired. Fired from the union and fired from your position on APD because you promote the intimidation of and retaliation against whistle blowers. The union is doomed with collaborators like you at the helm. Tell us all what has changed now? Now the union threatens and attacks it's own officers? For a union official to be negatively talking about officers and calling them crybabies, and telling them to quit...Well...you can be thrown out of the union for that. In fact, if that is your opinion of things, and you voice that crap towards those you are tasked to represent, the state can have your worthless hide thrown out. Everything you have said is what a company man supervisor says when they don't get their way. Yea, I think we all know who you are now. Just another flunky working on the inside for the 5th floor. Drink some more Kool Aide and let the administration run you like puppets. Total change is in need here. I would rather have no union rather than one operated by people like the above hot headed moron. It is bad enough that the officers of APD are fighting a war against their administration. The shame is that they are fighting a two fronted war with double agents in their union. You say the officers are hurting the cause by speaking out. What has the union done by NOT speaking out? I'll tell you. They have procured positions for themselves. The above commentator said it well....Keep whispering because you are gutless. I have never seen a place where it is more like 1940 Nazi Germany and people are afraid to stand up for what is right.

I violate the ten commandments daily, God does not exist.

I also let people slide on charges I had control over, but if there was a warrant I knew I had no leeway. A warrant is an order from a judge so I would either arrest or take them to the booking window or take them to the judge's courtroom. A professional officer knows he can't ignore a judges order.

Coverup? There's no coverup just like Joey didn't commit any crimes (insert sarcasm).

There was no cover up on the Han case. She committed suicide. Let it go

Joey definately has something on the Chief and most of the 5th floor and we say a lot of other higher up's. That is why he was taken care of by getting his cushy slot. If it had been anyone else that officer would have been doing desk duty at a Sub or down in Records. Check it out and see where all the other 34's recently in trouble were put while they waited out the BS investigations. And those 34's weren't guaranteed overtime either like Joey was.. Wonder where Joey will get assigned when he gets his job back because the victim won't show for court...

Anonymous said...

You're right we do sometimes let people slide on warrant but not on a high profile case. Thats the game breaker. You don't think Joey going to use that fact against us later and it goes to her credibility. SORRY ASS HOLE

At 9:29. Prove it

Holly shit, there are some pissed off people here. I think some just post angry bullshit to get a reaction out of you...I see a lot wrong with what took place in the past managment of the APOA. Some of you though you have every reason to feel angry do not have the facts. Please don't let the poor ethics of the past dictate our future! That being said I hope you use your voice to make the association better than it has ever been! This is only going to be accomplished if you get involved and get your hands a little dirty! It was a great thing to see the past leadership fade away! Use this as an opportunity to get involved and be heard! Some of you have good reasons for being angry and a lot needs to change! Be apart of the solution! It would be great to see 100 people at the next meeting, asking questions, or to see a group of people who just care enough to give there opinion and concern out in the open! We have lost heart as a department and are so divided. This is not how anyone goes into battle! Not everyone will be happy with everything but if you don't speak up than your opinion will just be another faded post on a blog that doesn't really matter or affect change! As for me I'm done reading this crap!!!! It's more depressing that watching the news!
Kudos to May 13, 5:42

Democrat Jennifer Romero understands that a prosecutor’s office — the office that holds average citizens accountable for their actions — must be transparent, accountable and hold everyone to the same standard under the law.
Romero would end the incumbent’s questionable practice of taking police shootings to a special investigative grand jury that has been criticized by civil rights lawyers and others. Romero says she doesn’t like “a secret system with the police treated differently” and would use the preliminary hearing track to “clear the innocent and examine what went wrong in questionable shootings.”
She also would address the Metro Court pre-trial interview system that has the office still losing a third of its DWI cases by dismissal. She says she would stop what she sees as the practice of over-charging cases (domestic violence as kidnapping, drug possession as trafficking) and going after certain types of crime to justify grant funding.
Romero says she isn’t a career politician. In fact, this would be her first political office. “I’m a lawyer, and all I want to do is get in there and clean up that office.”
The Journal recommends Bernalillo County Democrats vote to put Romero in the DA’s Office. The winner has no Republican opposition in the general election.

at 11:28 - Maybe you were at the scene. Who cares really. What matters is that lately the public has been made aware that APD hides information and then blows smoke and that includes Han. No need to get personal unless you put your name to it "anonymous".

"You're the cops"? Is that you TJ? How is City Hall treating you? You happy, buddy? Because you sound pissed.

Levy lies, Perry lies, Berry..well he's just a frkn idiot, but the biggest liar of all: Raymond "I know nothing" Schultz. Yeah then we've got Olivas lying, Sigala lying, Banks lying, Beth "I'll get to it" Paiz lying, Feist lying, Steven "excessive use of force" Warfield lying...no wonder APD is all fucked up...it's led by liars....

Motto of the APD leadership: All you need is one good lie to change the world.

Anonymous said...

The argument makes no sense. Its a high profile case thats the game breaker. Yet you want fair treament for officers accused of wrong doing....all high profile cases. Cases where Joe Citizen would walk..so should an officer. There can not be two standards...that includes high profile no profile....citizen/officer...on and on. Until we get that straight everyone will continue to suffer ASS HOLE.

You are right on all accounts. But there is no fairness at all. We are all in the fight then you have cops doing crappy investigations and not following state statute.

Lets not even mention Nadine and everyone else being handed cush jobs.

It is going to be interesting to see who rolls on who . Everyone involved in this from the top down are despicable individuals who have diabolically plotted against everyone around them for the last few years. People like that are usually the first to throw everyone around them under the bus when the going gets tough, no matter how much those close to them kiss their ass, coddle them and tell them everything is going to be alright. It is a matter of survival and they don't have the fortitude to stand or fight it any other way than to collapse and make a deal screwing everyone. This is very well deserved, a long time coming and spot on. The person or persons who think that a union has different laws than any other entity because of bullshit bylaws, is smoking horse shit. Buying all that crap is negligent and criminal, and that isn't even getting into what was overpaid. Why someone would even make the disgraceful excuse that this reprehensible behavior is ok, is a disgrace and shows that there is more to be weeded out. Joey bought rollin ronnie suits? Are you kidding me? What are they? sissies for eachother? What kind of man accepts gifts like that? Did joey go with him, sit in the dressing room and tell him whether or not each suit he tried on looked nice on him, or which ones made his ass look fat? What a joke. Seems these guys don't have a leg to stand on.

Anonymous said...

Those of you that use your police vehicle for reasons other than job related duties, or look things up in the system about people you know, or any other kind of abuse of job related benefits, would be just as likely to abuse the benefits given to you if you were the president of the APOA. I think most of you are not pissed off just because things were taken advantage of, but more at the fact that you didn't get to take advantage of it as well. Now, a bunch of you will sit there and say that using your cop car to go to the grocery store while you are not working, isn't as bad as what the president of the union did. Well, wrong is wrong. No matter what. If you have it in you to abuse those little incentives with no conscience, you have it in you to take adavantage in the same manner as he is accused of.

Anonymous said...

2:57,

This is the defense the 5th floor poses??? I don't know anyone who uses their car for grocery shopping. And comparing a stop at the circle K on the way home to stealing $265,000 just makes you about the biggest asshole this side of those involved in stealing from cops and their families. Why is it that the administration and their henchmen get caught red handed every time they lie, violate rights, and break the law, and they then attempt to deflect blame or redirect attention to those who either catch them or the rank and file who are doing more work in a day than their self serving fat asses do in their pathetic political careers?
At this point I have more respect for a criminal than I do the Administration of APD and this city. At least you know where you stand with teh crominal and the criminal has more guts to face you head on than these pukes who hide behind their titles, rank and cronies.

The difference in your pathetic analogy is that your offense of using your vehicle off duty is an administrative infraction that was once allowed. The taking of union monies is CRIMINAL and I don't believe criminal behavior is ever allowed. Stupid! Your argument and who you are defending really shows how pathetically disgusting you are. It also shows the petty nature of those involved with defending this administration and their conspirators. Sorry but I don't think any officers would be wearing orange jumpsuits for stopping off at the market to get a gallon of milk for the kids on the way home. Your amigo wore one though, and soon you and your friends will know what it's like to wear one too.

If you are going to open your mouth, make it count. Don't just stink up the room with your hot halitosis breath.

1st i look up all potential dates on my computer, then i go pick them up in my free car just to impress them. is this bad? joey did far worse! he even bought ron suits cause ron doesnt make enuff from his retirement checks. i hope u dont throw stones in ur house?

2:57......go google embezzlement of union money and see how many union people have gone to jail. Nice effort to distract. Stupid ass logic......waaaaaaaa u cops take ur cars to Smith's.....that's 27-0.......not. And while we're talking about merit, what exactly are Olivas's qualifications that enable him to be called, or call himself an expert? He's an expert in bullshitting that's what. And lying and rolling on fellow cops.

Hey 7:08, don't be talkin about my Chik FilA buddy Slopez like that! Just because he still a tv, some, cash, n stalked women doesn't make him a bad guy. I'm sure everything he's doin with that gps shit is 10-4....

Regarding Tera Chavez, it's the same MO. Call in a suicide and then flood the scene with cops so nothing gets done, shit gets destroyed.

This guy was charged. Why is he still employed. Why has schultz not fired him. Every cop who has been charged has been fired. Things are becoming obvious if not blatant.

Anonymous said...

The way schultz operates, this guy will have his pay check direct deposited to his jail books.

Anonymous said...

I wonder how many times Joey had been called in for a random piss and breath test while he was APOA President???? Just saying.....

Anonymous said...

Wait until the 11th day after his arrest, he will be terminated.

Dirt Merchant said...

When is this guy getting terminated? The media is a bunch of pansies. HE was indicted and still not fired. WHY? Why is an indicted criminal allowed to still be employed as an officer when every other officer indicted was terminated. I am not defending him, but look at Kindle, that guy was fired faster than a lightening strike. Something's dirty in Dirtytown.

On 9/6/09 at 03:30 hours Joey Sigala's Wife went to her neighbor, Sgt. Ty Morgan's residence to tell Ty that Joey had held a handgun to her head and beat her leaving visible marks that Ty stated he saw. Rio Rancho Officer Rogers Met with Ty and wrote the report. The Rio Rancho PD incident number is (09-6675). RRPD took the report at 04:30 pm. Ty Morgan is a squared away sargeant who is well respected. In the police report it is stated that Ty notified his chain of command, at which time Joey's wife fled the residence back to her home with an open container of beer. That open container of beer was photographed by the responding RRPD officer for corroboration of the story that she had stopped by the Sergeants home to discuss her battery over a beer.

Here is where things get fixed for Joey. Commander Warfield was the NW area commander over Ty Morgan. There is no doubt that a sargeant like Ty documented the matter with a memo up the chain. The Chief's henchman and dirt burier, Doug West was head of internal affairs. Why was this not investigated? There is no way an incident like this did not reach the chief's office. There is no way the chief did not know. This was a significant event. A man that was head of the APOA was accused of placing a HANDGUN TO THE HEAD OF HIS WIFE.

CONNECT THE DOTS......
Now Warfield gets promoted to DCOP. Chief Schultz denies knowledge of Sigala's domestic past with his wife. They are handling Joey's situation now with kid gloves, tiptoeing through eggshells. Why is it that everyone who is connected with the dirt in APD gets pushed up the chain or groomed for future positions? WHY?

joey, just wanted to let you know that you look good in that jumpsuit. It wears you well. You fuckin punk.

Now your punk ass should live by your own words. Take no financial support because you are a stain on the badge and don't deserve it, like you said about other officers. Of course you will take more money from the union for your defense though. Hypocrit parasite criminal.

Was this person fired yet? I remembering the chief saying that he would put anyone under investigation at the APOA on administrative leave at the onset of an investigation if one was started. The investigation was started and weeks later this person was still not on leave. As a matter of fact nobody was placed on leave until this guy went home and broke the law. Now this guy is charged and not fired. What does he have to to to be fired, kill someone? Are you kidding me?

Anonymous said...

9:42...you're not suggesting that Schultz shows favoritism or arbitrary treatment are you? Noooooooo, not Schutlzie!!! No joke, you are right. The entire thing is a mockery. Mark WIlson gets in a minor DV and is fired. Christian Baker gets in a DV and is put in court services. Hellloooooo.....

Still employes huh? I guess they are going to wait till his wife refuses to cooperate then give him a month suspension broken up into two 80 hour blocks like the other asshole nutjob who was arrested. What a cess pool APD is.
