Hypocrisy, fraud, dishonesty, dishonor, betrayal, and lack of integrity have put our city in a state of destruction that has never been seen before. 

When Tim Keller was running for mayor of Albuquerque, he represented to the public and city employees a drastic change. He stated that he would hire more officers, and deal with the problems plaguing the city. These promises have now become the problems. 

We all know that the major problem that caused the systemic crime plague is corruption. We all know what the low lives from the last administration did to try to keep the DOJ away, and we all know exactly why they all fled the crime scene when the Department of Justice came anyway. We all know what self serving command staff did to good people that caused so many officers to shut down and or leave. So what happened? 

We will tell you what happened with Timmy.

Like most politicians, the mayor pulled his two faced image laden horse shit on everyone once he got into office. He knew the democrats had an agenda prior to the runoff, and sacrificed integrity for image and ability to pull the wool over the eyes of the public for his political career.

Instead of getting rid of the failed ART bus project, which destroyed businesses along Central Ave., he embraced it, and now supports it!!! This man knew that this was Berry’s last kickback to his cronies on his way out the door and was against it in his campaign but now stands with former city officials like Rael giving press conferences supporting this trash. Within only two days being operational there have been two crashes. 

Does anyone see the constant repeating of history as a problem? Does anyone see the same old crusty do nothing, pocket filling, self important bloated parasites from previous administrations still in the mix as nothing gets fixed? We do, and it is the exact reason why we are heading down the path of even worse times. This is a huge problem, because these punks keep minions and these minions are the same character type as themselves. 

Our city hall eyes have brought to our attention an event that even under the last administration of shit bags, would not have been tolerated, but because of an “image” of completing a campaign promise, now everyone wants to look the other way for the short run. Well, we will tell you this, when you look the other way for some weak short run goal, you set in motion problems down the line systemically in the long run like we are talking about above.

It seems that on this past December 1 there was a domestic violence (DV) report, where a cadet in the Albuquerque police department academy had a DV with her husband. This DV stemmed from a possible inappropriate relationship, or affair that two cadets are having in the police academy, a la NATURE AT PLAY.

When going through the hiring process with APD years ago you were asked about cheating on your spouse, and lying. Doing so was seen as an integrity issue, because if you would lie to your spouse, you would lie to anyone. That was the way it was put. Also, once in the academy there was a strict no fraternizing policy.

The poisoned seed always leads to the poisonous tree, that only bears poison fruit.

At a time where we needed good solid people with integrity and honor, Keller has retained and hired nothing but a bunch of sub par, self serving punks, with more slimy and dishonorable crap in their backgrounds than the people they pass judgement on every day. Not one of these clowns could go out there in a patrol car, and apprehend a violent wanted criminal. No, they are nothing but a bunch of administrators who build their careers on the backs of others, while helping this mayor create his illusion of being the solution to a problem he is still enabling.

Keeping on the subject, the above domestic violence incident is being scrubbed and swept because APD can not get anyone too take employment here. They are desperate not to bleed candidates and to reach Kellers hiring goals. We think you should know this.

Well, we will say not on our watch pal! No, you will not sweep this incident under the rug, and push people through the police academy, who could possibly move up the ranks, and continue this joke upon the public. Not when you have railroaded employees, who did nothing, and you’ve allowed supervisors with just these types of actions in their backgrounds to retaliate against whistleblowers and good people. Theses are the types of clowns, who have destroyed the police department.

The fact that this incident was not met with swift measures, shows just how much the academy director Byrd is full of shit, along with the command staff of APD and the mayor’s office.

As this administration continues to embrace the failures of the past administration we will continue to smash them out on it, just for the main reason that many of those from the past bunch of criminals still have their hands in the cookie jar, long after we made it clear that they were the problem. Your lives as citizens are being endangered because of politics. The same things are being done over and over, because the same slime bags are behind the scenes, who were behind the scenes a decade ago.

When people who break the rules from day one, in an environment, where they should be so scared to even crack a fart in class, there is a major deterrence and discipline issue, if not, hugely disqualifying character flaw. If they are breaking a series of serious rules from the onset, and lying to people, it will only get worse. Just look at what the previous batch of filth had in their backgrounds over the years and you see what they did.

Spawning and nurturing selfish self serving liars leads to leadership who lies and trashes others who are possibly better candidates than they are. They risk the lives and reputations of others to get what they want. All of this is what APD is famous for.

Keller is fleecing the public with his image horse shit. That is a fact. Things are only getting worse, because nothing was done to punish those from the past, and nothing is being done to change things. The only thing being done is fluff.

Welcome to the City of Albuquerque, where the rules are relative, arbitrary, and only apply when there is an agenda, needed cover up, scapegoat, vendetta, or political goal to reach or an outspoken individual to silence. No wonder why nobody wants to work for APD.

Over the last few years we have all seen it! The demise of our city and state, and it’s nose dive into the pit of hell, when it comes to the safety of our citizens, our school system, and the well being of our true sworn oath takers, who are fighting against the self servers to protect society, doing their jobs every day, maintaining fairness and integrity, and trying to keep from being assassinated in various ways by fratricidal, dishonest, opportunistic, and cowardly city and police administrations, because we all know it is the Simon Drobiks who can do no wrong, while collecting a check, as officers out there in the streets are being scrutinized with microscopes up their asses, while he is being called the hardest working officer... more like running mouth.

We have been very vocal about the very factual problems that needed to be removed from our city... the few city attorneys who carry on former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy’s work as water carriers, court defrauders, perjurers, and poor excuses for human beings, as they only push cases forward to cover for their predecessors, and get them over the goal line, as a check in their win column, rather than doing what is right, admitting wrongdoing, and fixing the situation. We have made it known, along with various others, that the entire upper command of APD should have been outed, and remedies should have been sought for the wrongs that were done to employees, and citizens alike under their administrative fiefdom. What was done by Keller? The opposite. 

This administration knew our stance, and knew what needed to be done, but chose PERSONAL optics over better options. They cared only about feathering their political future nests, and jumped the political bandwagon of political crusades, to paint themselves the solution to problems that were enabled by those they are now in bed with. It is more important to play hockey and football, be “that” jolly good fellow, look cool, fool the public, and hire your buddies and those who will do your will, than stand up, and make the unpopular and just decisions yourself as a leader and man as you said you would. 

People are not stupid, and as one astute reader put it, they need to work on their memories, and information gathering. We agree. This is one reason we link out stories to related past articles with hashtags, and links at the bottom of each article. 

What is now happening has reached a very disturbing level. Former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White was indicted on embezzlement charges almost immediately by the NMAG with pomp and circumstance. The story is below.  We will watch this investigation play out, rather than comment but it is evident that some targets face way more rapid and vicious attack upon allegations than others at a very disproportionate rate here. Meanwhile, former asshole police chief, and now resident coward in Memorial Villages Police Department, Raymond D. Schultz, is still at it. He is promoting tech gear,  after what he did with Taser here by “greasing” no bid contracts for them with the city, then taking employment with them. This piece of trash was able to flee to Texas after the DOJ came, to continue with his scams and gimmicks. We wonder what “rewards” this pig will get for pushing these new products. This is a slap in the face. For one clown who violated SOP 51 times that we know of, they blame the entire system, in order to protect him, with excuses and an accountability of a child’s mindset. Where Deputy chiefs, and police chiefs can conduct privately sanctioned investigations on officers they want to politically railroad, in order to illegally gain information, abusing their positions and federal privileges... Where the entire upper command staff of APD can trample the crime scene at the death of a prominent attorney, who was suing them as they threaten officers to leave the scene, while they make evidence disappear, and former Deputy Chief Allen Banks can threaten and intimidate officer witnesses who he did this to in an ongoing court case that their testimony better match his or else... Where homicide detectives can frame innocent people with murders, put them in jail for 10 months, and make the real murderer a witness against the innocent person, release that murderer until the trial enabling him to shoot more people while he is out free... Where police chiefs are assisted, and tipped off by federal investigators, in order to assist them in avoiding federal scrutiny... where the internal affairs unit is run like the Stasi Police where they whisper about everything... where officers are told not to discuss controversial issues... where officers can point guns in the faces of other officers, and it is covered up... where court employees hired by their judge husbands can attempt to run over other women court employees they are jealous of in the car parking garage, and it is whitewashed... WHERE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS JUST THE FUCKING “TIP OF THE ICEBERG,” CHIEF GEIER’S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS WAS PARTIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM.” REALLY!?!? The fucking honor system? That has to be one of the most idiotic explanations there is. It is an insult and a slap in the face. The only people who operate on the honor system at APD are the ones getting retaliated on for stepping up, the ones doing the right thing, or the ones railroaded for doing their jobs. What a joke.

Keller’s “honor system” is probably why his senior advisor for public safety James B. Lewis pulled up stakes, and walked away from this administration. It’s probably the same reason why Keller’s assistant mayor Gary Lee split after only 5 weeks without an explanation. They don’t say much about this do they?

While we are dealing with an out of control crime wave, and the fact that New Mexico is top in the nation for children suffering from hunger! for the second year in a row, the city is now secretly housing over 5000 immigrants, who illegally crossed over the border. Our Eyes have told us that 5000 immigrants are being housed at EXPO NEW MEXICO, and the FAIRGROUNDS. The city is providing police protection, food, and facilities, while claiming that no city tax dollars are paying for this. Officers are being ordered not to tell anyone about this, or speak about what is going on. This situation is way bigger than Keller and gang are letting on. More lies and deceit for political purposes, so politicians can look good on the backs of our citizens, while talking out the sides of their mouths about how concerned they are about public safety. You would think he would be a little bothered that the city administration clipped his balls off, and neutered his investigator with the recent press release covering for Simon Drobik’s conduct, which by the way, the State Auditor has now asked for the files of. All of the sudden, the Attorney General, and State Auditor hold a joint press conference involving former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White, and the Auditor calls for the Drobik files.

Hmmmmm.... will State Auditor Brian Colon really decide controversially against Mayor Keller? Knowing what we know, and who we know are friends behind the scenes, coupled with the lack of action against two people, like former Police (turd) Chief Raymond D. Schultz, and Mayor (punk) Richard J. Berry, who are both, not only responsible for the destruction of the Albuquerque police department, and city of Albuquerque, the lost trust of the public, and city employees, the lost integrity of the city administration, the ruination of good lives, and a ripple affect that has spilled over, affecting the entire state, involving their cronies at state level, within government agencies, the judiciary, corrupted city and state attorneys, and depleted staffing levels of many police departments state wide. This is all a direct result of their wanton and willful, intentional, and malevolent actions. They put the city in this position, and left us all with driven up crime by emboldening criminals. They forced good citizens, and businesses to leave the state through their criminal selfish and cowardly actions. They ran away. This has been how many years now and nothing has been done. But for far less, they can now conduct political dig and pony shows, and act like they are cleaning up corruption. They should start with the biggest criminal enterprise in the state. The administration and former administration of the City of Albuquerque, the City Attorney’s office, and the top levels of the police department for the last 10 years. With Schultz and gang still operating, any actions taken are only political dog and pony shows. The result is that bodies can be found in the streets every day, and the answer is playing on the computer to predict where criminals will go. The old proactive approach of proactive patrol worked better, but officers are terrified to do their jobs, and have no faith in their back stabbing command staff. All a result of the lack of action by the same clowns claiming to have the answer to fixing the problems.

Colon will either clear Drobik for political points with the current crew, or condemn him, to use it for a future run against Keller. There is no other motivation, knowing the mindset that permeates these politicians. That is a fact.

Nothing gets done around here, unless there is something in it for the politician doing it. NOTHING! And mostly it’s nothing getting done.

Good bad or otherwise, we will continue to call out these pretentious posers on their fraud on the public.

IT REMAINS UNANSWERED

Today, The Honorable Judge David K. Thompson, division 4 District court judge did the right thing.

Today, the Albuquerque police department got more egg on its face, but more so, a murdered civil rights attorney, and her family came a little closer to justice.

We all remember November 18th, 2010, when Attorney Mary Han was found deceased in her home. We remember the top Albuquerque Police Department brass showing up to the crime scene, ordering officers to violate standard operating procedure, as former confirmed liar, DCOP Allen Banks told officers in charge of the scene to leave, as he and his gang of clowns turned the scene into a disgraceful circus. We remember people like TJ Wilham showing up, when they had no valid reason to be there. We remember the accounts of former police chief Raymond D. Schultz receiving phone calls from those on the scene but using his wife’s phone to return those calls, AND WE REMEMBER FORMER DISGRACEFUL ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY KATHRYN LEVY WORKING SO HARD TO OBSTRUCT, AND MUDDY THE TRUTH WITH HER MOB LAWYERING TACTICS. We remember all of it and we remember them all scattering like the cockroaches they are when the light was shined on them as their tactics to fend of the scrutiny of the DOJ failed.

Almost 8 years ago, and those who have caused all of this have left this city, and hundreds of lives in turmoil and wreckage, but today it was proven that when you take the home court advantage, and variable control out of the hands of corrupt public officials, there can be some progress, and the right thing can get done.

For decades, those within APD, who were charged with running the police department, claimed they knew best. They still do. They claimed “their way” of conducting investigations was the best. They claimed to tell the truth. They claim to conduct fair investigations. When challenged, after being caught obstructing the truth, tampering with witnesses and evidence, and directing numerous preconceived investigations to their desired outcomes, they claimed their proprietary knowledge made them experts in the field, and nobody should challenge what they say. They claimed over and over again that their verdict is the only verdict, because they say so, without ever really backing their conclusions with the truth, or untainted or complete evidence and testimony. Every single high profile case involving APD and the city Attorney’s office has been tainted for over a decade. It is all still coming to light now, and anyone who stands up to them is attacked, extorted and retaliated against.

Below, we are going to show you excerpts from the 96 page order Judge Thompson filed overturning the Office of the Medical Investigator’s determination of suicide regarding the death of Mary Han, to undetermined. The judge in this case ripped the OMI and APD a new one for failures on multiple levels.

For years, we have been providing evidence of how the command staff at high levels within APD have been bullying officers, and committing crimes as they tampered with cases for their own political agendas. Below yet more evidence of officers who did the right thing, but were threatened by then deputy Chief Allen Banks. You can see for yourself the culture and mindset of Banks. This has been corroborated by countless claims and complaints made by current and former employees of APD. Many cases are still plagued to this day with this type of mindset, yet nothing has ever been done to punished these scum bags for their criminal behavior. As a matter of fact, they have been rewarded with pensions and new jobs as police chiefs in cities like Round Rock Texas and Memorial Villages Texas. To this day we still do not have an answer to the open investigation into the Taser scandal involving both Allen Banks, and former disgraced Albuquerque Police Chief Raymond D. Schultz, aka Ray Schultz aka Turkeyneck.

We would like to commend the above officers, some of which had to leave the department out of fear of retaliation, for having the fortitude and guts to stand up to punks like Allen Banks, and this filthy administration, by telling the truth.

If you read this blog, you can see how many of these cases will be tied together forever, as Mrs. Han was working on lawsuits involving prostitution, that may have spilled over into human trafficking, involving many high profile police brass, judges, politicians, and the connected wealthy. Because of this, Taser, and countless other corruption issues, the question is how many more “it remains unanswered” issues are out there? How many cases were tampered with, just because they wanted to, or because they wanted to hide their actions?

Today, we know that Albuquerque NM may be one of the most corrupt cities in the country, with no accountability, and no oversight by outside authorities. For this reason, it is apparent that nothing will get better, until orders like this are followed up with criminal investigations, that result in convictions for corruption. People like Banks and Schultz still have pending investigations they are part of, yet nothing is done. Just imagine if an officer or citizen threatened, or intimidated a witness about their testimony. The book would be thrown at them, and their whole life would be OBLITERATED. In New Mexico the district attorney’s sit on corruption cases like Raul Torres is doing in the James Geha case, or they clam up and refuse transparency as the NMAG is doing in the Taser / Schultz case.

How many more cases like this need to happen before someone responsible for holding these cretins accountable reaches down, and grows the set of balls needed to start charging the officials who betrayed public trust, got people killed, destroyed our city, and residually continue to prevent forward progress through rebuilding, like the viruses they are.

Folks, the damage done was so bad, and the indifference towards it is beyond comprehension, because selfish individuals do not consider it an issue. This is because it does not adversely affect them and their little worlds.

Unrepairable, willful, malicious, intentional, and criminal acts were committed by the previous administration and it is being permitted now by this one. Those responsible were allowed to run away to collect pensions, despite evidence they committed perjury, tampered with cases and witnesses, and defrauded courts. Many of them are now working in high paying jobs in other departments and cities. Ask yourself how many people get to wreck a city, then get rewarded or have other employers ignore their past?

That remains unanswered and that is unacceptable. A woman was found dead. That woman was exposing corrupt behavior. The scene was tampered with, and destroyed. It was intentional, and the stage was set from there. If the last ten years in not proof that this place needs to be dissected and disinfected with aggressive retroactive and proactive civil and criminal proceedings, then it is over.

The time for being pussies, and not cracking shit open, because of how involving and daunting it may be is over. The excuses of it being a never ending rabbit hole, is a betrayal to public trust, and the public’s hope in justice.

Everyone here is disgusted and sick to the point of being enraged about the lack of action.

It is time for federal monitor Ginger to recommend harsh action, and Judge Barak to call for an audit of everything APD for the last decade.

We are all sick of “it remains unanswered.” That’s nice speak for they lied, omitted, dodged, fled, ran away, and got away with.... and it is all unacceptable.

This is an excellent and genuine comment, and we appreciate that. It is free of agenda, and lays it out pretty well. It brings up points that people want to discuss, considering the history of malfeasant politics in our city, and it shows the frustration at hand. This is what we like here. We appreciate the bluntness. It is way better than the slimy, agenda driven, passive aggressive shit attacks we get here, from those that disagree because their ego, political plans, or cushy assignment prospects were dashed to pieces on the shores of life’s many disappointments.

Nobody here is on anyone’s nuts. Rest assured of that. This was all about denial of access, and cover to those responsible for the state of affairs of our police department, and city. It was about taking away that access, and exposing corruption. As much as things may appear one way or another, considering the perception and vantage point. One thing is for sure... the dynamics will be changing, because promises were made to clean this up, and make things right. This is our objective too. The Eye is organic and operates as so. It is beholden to nobody.

The problem in our city is people who think they are more important and worth more than you, us, and everyone else around them. These absolute vermin have destroyed the city with this mentality and their criminal actions. Those who stood by, and watched are guilty, and those who “got theirs, and took off to avoid the heat, and accountability when the DOJ arrived are just as guilty too.

The secondary problem, are the pests who want to hear themselves talk with their bloviated calling of the shots, and predictions as they say. They have predicted nothing, and they too are cowards, as they run their mouths from well insulated positions, or already have locked down high dollar pensions. You are also going to see the false cheerleaders, and blow jobs coming out of the woodwork too. We will be doing our best to preempt all of this or call it out for what it is, and outline the motive.

Going back to Berry’s election, we know for a fact that during his campaign he told many that if elected, he would toss Ray Schultz in the shitter. That is a fact, but something happened. That “something” is always the gutless, parasitic cretins who think they are power brokers, sitting behind the scenes cutting deals, or calling in favors for political support, or other issues that may be needed down the line to get what they want, or support their agenda. These are the people we are observing now. In New Mexico, this picture is large, but when it involves criminal activity it is racketeering. It is the reason why Brachle was not indicted for shooting a fellow officer. It is the reason why the Albuquerque Journal supported Dan Lewis and Brian Colon at the same time. It is the reason why they then changed their tune, and supported Tim Keller, when the other two were called out on certain issues, and it was evident Keller was going to take it. It is the reason why Ray Schultz has not been indicted. It is the reason why Nate Korn of Kaufman’s West Army Navy gave campaign donations to a candidate Lewis, when his wife is a political appointee of Republican Governor Martinez, and he himself supported Martinez and Berry, while being Ray Schultz’s main cheerleader, and dirt doer at the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board while he was there. It is the reason why Darren White, who is a shameless Susana Martinez water carrier gave a large sum of money to a Lewis in the mayoral election. It is the reason why there was a campaign of disparity in treatment of officers during the Scheme Schultz himself devised to keep the DOJ out of our city while painting people stains on the badge when these people are the biggest shit stains on humanity. It is the reason why criminal officers were covered for, and allowed to retire, while others had cases fabricated on them out of retaliation, animosity or to defraud the DOJ, for doing their jobs, or trying to raise a child. Albuquerque has been one big fucking racket for way too long, and sometimes fucking up co-conspirators best laid plans is the path to reconstruction. The police department suffered from all of it, and now you and your family are suffering from the fallout of officers who shut down, to avoid being victimized by a malfeasant, malevolent, self serving administration, out to cover up their corruption on the backs of any target of opportunity; hence our out of control crime rate, that correlated directly to illegal and unethical actions taken out on the police department out of desperation by former Police Employee Ray Schultz. (We will not call that bag of puss a Chief any longer.)

The people that you do not know about, who lurk about like cowards, torpedoing lives, and destroying the very thread of everyday life in our city, for their own advancement, do so out of greed, power, and sex. This is the problem. One of them knew all too well how serious this was when he got on an airplane, and left the city the day after his criminal administration was toppled, and he had no more cover. That fat red faced drunken bitch is now in Indiana. Indiana! How funny is that? How the fuck do you end up in Indiana from Albuquerque? You pack your bags and run like the bitch that you are in the middle of the night to follow your wife who is the only one left employable in the family. That is how.

You will hear the same people bring up the Eye and Berry from Berry’s first election win. They were the same people that contributed thousands to him, BUT they were the same hypocritical spineless cowards who remained silent for eight years as we tore this administration a new ass weekly, with every bit of intel we could muster, without giving up our sources. They were the same people who “got theirs” then got the fuck out, and left the mess for everyone beneath them. How many people would still be here if certain bits of information had not been released. Three evolutions of upper command staff turnover happened under Berry.

Everything is here in the archives. We were lied to, and we dealt with it with viciousness, and ferocity that you do not see in many other cities coming from a blog. This blog was started under the Marty regime. We all know what went down during those days. Berry knew it, and although you may think he got away with something, that pathetic clown will probably run away too. Just compare his photos from eight years ago to one taken today. He looks like a bag of ass, and all of his hair fell out. Bad things people do have a way of catching up with them. The stress, and lack of a reputation will take a toll on that boy forever. We do not envy him.

So, knowing that the stakes are very high here, there is not much room to be dishonorable, or revoke campaign promises. With that said, we do know how hard things are going to be, and it’s only been a week.

Things are going to be difficult, because one of the groups we discussed above will come into play. There is major assburn over Garcia being kept on as deputy chief, and the bringing back of retired APD commander Harold Medina. As a side note... Medina couldn’t even raised his right hand for his swearing in ceremony properly. What cop, let alone someone who was promoted to the level of commander does not know that you place your left hand on the Bible, while raising your right hand to be sworn in? Harold Medina does not... That’s who! How embarrassing is that?

The look on Keller’s face as Medina raises the wrong hand and ignores the Bible is priceless?

Things are also going to be hard, because there is not many. The pool of good leadership material is thin. You will see where the rubber meets the road, and who is in it to win it in time, because word is that a few are angry they weren’t promoted. We will see who sticks around to fix things, and who takes their ball and goes home. Honestly, we don’t want to see spoiled self centered brats kept on. A handful of dedicated loyal individuals can do the jobs of dozens if they know they are backed, and there is mutual trust between the officers, the citizens, and the command staff. As we see it, it is the command staff’s obligation and responsibility to regain the trust of both the officers and citizens. If you want to call yourself a police executive, you better understand what comes with that. Schultz, Eden, Huntsman, and the rest of the previous filth had no concept of that.
Although there are things we disagree with going on, we will deal with it, but we will not throw grenades at it, without a baseline to go on, because there are good officers depending on things to change drastically for them in a good way. If that does not happen... If officers get shit on we will address it. The same goes for all city employees and our citizens.

The fact of the matter is that Keller’s apologizing for complete assholes, who shot people with ashtrays, lotion bottles, cell phones, spoons, or who were just plain unarmed, for crimes ranging from nothing, to petty misdemeanors is called owning it. The fact that people were shot when they did not have to be, or as they were being talked down, and about to comply, like Boyd and Ellis and having to listen to jackasses on police audio recordings exclaim “ oh fuck fuck was that me?” when their gun goes off, then observe a whole entire city attorney’s office, and police department justify a negligent discharge of a firearm after a fathers kid is killed... THAT is the problem here. You can not deny that there were several unjustified shootings in our city that denies belief. How do you justify shooting someone standing on their own front porch from across the street, in the back, when they have a spoon in their hand, and the officer knows it is a spoon, then promoting them. How do you justify skipping over officers for promotion, just because you do not like them, when they have stellar records or better yet railroading them off the job to distract from upper command staff public corruption? How does a shoot get justified where an officer knows an object in the hand was a spoon, but the excuse was that the officer felt he may go inside, and get a gun? It does not work that way. That is not an imminent threat, but this was one of many unarmed shootings this officer had, and another one of the many ridiculous excuses that people are sick and tired of hearing. How does a mental patient get killed in his own back yard by the police when he is unarmed just because an officer bit off more that he could chew physically, and precipitated the situation? How does an officer shoot an unarmed suspect in the back, stand over him and shoot him again and lie about there being a gun in his hand and not get indicted for murder? There are use of force cases that need apologizing for, and actual prosecution of, and there are use of force cases that look like absolute shit, but are justified. People understand this, but the previous administration under Ray Schultz had blurred the line so badly that nobody, even the officers trust anyone, and that is no good. It is the reason why we are here. Some apologizing needs to be done on both sides, and the administration carries most of the weight on that. The competent officers know they didn’t fuck up. They know who the fuck ups are, and they don’t want to be around them either. If officers are cringing at some of these things, something is wrong.

You will never hear a good cop complain about the field, fighting criminals, dealing with drunks, ignorance, or anything related to police work out there in the trenches. The constant enemy of the good street cop is the self important, micro managing attention whore of a police executive who uses them for a stepping stool. That is going to stop. The failed leadership that betrays the rank and file out there every day, doing what they themselves can’t do, don’t want to do, or are too good to do will always be held accountable by us, because that is what destroyed our city.

The citizens have been duped by New Mexico politicians for decades. This has been done on the backs of employees, officers, other politicians, and the citizens themselves. As the song goes, you can’t always get what you want, and this is true here. Now THEY can’t always get what they want, because even though there are still unavoidable tentacles of influence throughout the place, there are also more Eyes. After all of this, and everything that happened, betraying the good for selfishness will never be lived down, if it is the result of intentional malfeasance. There will be stumbling and growing pains, but mark these words, there will be accountability. That is pretty much the climate we are in, and everyone knows this because of what happened, so mimicking a Berry regime is not likely.

Another reason we went this route was because the Mayor had a background in accountability based government. He conducted audits and knows what Berry and Schultz did and what they are. He was also none of the above when it came to the politically connected who are responsible for what happened here through their direct actions, or affiliations. We also decided this because he had a background in government an had the best plans for action.

You know what we do. We do not betray, nor do we stab backs. We react to deception. We only ask that the right thing is done. We ask that the wrongs be righted. Nobody is a peasant. Every wrong needs to be addressed. We ask that an honest attempt be made at all of this. This is all that can be expected. We are a week into this now. Let’s see what happens. All does not happen in a week. This will be a process. We will be watching, and so will our Eyes.

Feelings will get hurt. We can almost promise that, because we know who the posers are, plus you can’t appease everyone. We know who sat back, while the injustices were taking place. We know who reserved endorsement, until weeks before the runoff. We know those same frauds are standing in the crowd behind the Mayor, like they have been there all along, and we have their names, and facts to back it up. Those people are the ones who’s feet will be held to the fire when they decide to take the political, or low road approach to doing the right thing. We are also tired of union officials walking around like they are a boss, or bragging that they have the mayor’s ear. You know who you are. Get out your insulated booties mister “bro” because your shit is no longer going to be tolerated either. Joey boy learned it the hard way and you can too. If we smell any selfish agenda we will put it out there.

All in all, what we are saying is give it some time, but keep a close eye on everything. It is all we can do right now as things start to settle in, and get rolling. Taking care of Lou Golson, making the commanders give up the incentive pay, and filing an LEA90 against former Lt. Brachle’s certification were outstanding first moves. We will continue to keep eyes on the appointments, along with circumstances as they unfold. We want to see things made good, and safe for all of our citizens, officers and firemen.

We do not know how we will feel tomorrow, let alone 4 years but we will see, and so will those who choose the wrong choices.

No one person is Albuquerque’s savior. It is up to all of us.

Epitome of the worst of Hypocrisy. Illegal campaign contributions in the Lewis campaign, when he wants to cry about the ethics of others point to those behind him are Schultz cronies. 2 complaints with multiple violations filed on Dan Lewis that the media is failing to tell you all about.

Dan Lewis decided to board the Santolina band wagon, in reference to the lies being spread on Tim Keller, and now it is backfiring on him, and shining the light on others.

We have seen this administration destroy this city, with the help of an in place infrastructure.

When Berry was elected, he decided to keep Ray Schultz in place, when he should have fired him, because he obviously saw Ray’s manipulative connections within the media, his underhanded methodology, and his corrupt ways as a plus for his agenda. Those ways still thrive.

Others saw Ray as a boost to their bottom line too.

It seems that there was a second complaint filed on Dan Lewis for ethics violations involving his company Desert Fuels, and their company’s owner contributing to his campaign, when they are city vendors. They want to play games with the categorization, but his company has a contract with the city, and that is a fact.

Above is a supplemental to that complaint, with a growing list of contributors who also have conflicts, because they are city vendors. This is an issue, because Lewis is not only a mayoral candidate, but a current city councilor.

Dan wanted to point fingers. You know what they say about pointing fingers Dan? We do. When you point a finger... four more fingers point right back at you.

They have showed that those who support Dan are looking for the same of what the previous administration gave them; favoritism to the point that they would break the rules to get what they want... especially that little cretin, number 7, who is the BFF of Ray Schultz, owner of Kaufman’s West Army Navy, and who has been hooked up over the years with lucrative contracts by Ray, as both he and Ray ran amok on the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board, violating the civil rights of employees for political favors, or just plain because they could. Standby though, because that shit is about to catch up to these fellas, as there is a looming investigation pending into something that is going to open cases for every year these cowards have been pulling strings up there, with the help of individuals involved in government positions.

Pretty soon, calling in political favors, judicial misconduct, fraud on the courts, witness tampering, perjury, official corruption, permission of perjury, and getting away with it will be a thing of the past, because a bigger Eye than us will be on it.

Everyone had a chance to make decisions to do the right thing. Everyone is sick and tired of them choosing to do their thing. Now the decision will be made for them... first by the voters, then, by the judicial system.

Do not let Berry and Schultz cronies continue to have influence through their cultivated plants anymore. Rip their influence away from them. Lack of access means the loss of control of the variables these filth need in place to protect them.

It is evident that the Albuquerque Journal, along with many others who supported Berry and Schultz are now seeing cover, because they realize what is coming with the changing of the guard.

How old are you Pete? Really?! This is exactly what we are talking about. You started firing shots over the bow months ago, and it has been obvious. We just let it go. You said nothing, as we outted Lewis, and stated why Colon should not be mayor, but the minute we share a post, you put up about Pedrotty, you lose your shit over it. How much more obvious does it need to be Pete? For years we have called this administration out over their culture of playing victim, after being scrutinized, and called out. What do you do? You cry that you were threatened! Please detail the threat here? You, along with everyone else were told about personal agenda in this. We did not start our blog after deciding not to run for mayor of Albuquerque. No… we started this blog way back in 2006. You were around back then right? We know you were, because the photos below are the crew that worked directly under you.

As for your snide comment on us checking with anyone for approval about what we say, you know where to go with that. We will speak our mind, and we are beholden to nobody. We have been doing this for years, in case you have not noticed. You are the one who has had handlers. You are the guy who has been beholden to those who would have you do something against your grain. We have not been, and never will be. This city has been submerged in a culture of institutional public corruption, stemming from way back when you worked for the city. It has led to the criminal enterprise we have here today. You, nor James Ginger, nor Brandenberg, nor anyone in the DOJ has called them out as one before we did. We have. We have, for years, and neither you, nor anyone else has called for anything to be done about it until you wanted something, so please mister hand out, please tell us what we gain by what we do? One more thing. Keller choosing to run for mayor is not abandoning his position. If he feels he can make a bigger impact as the mayor, it is noble. Would you fault someone for taking a job then promoting to better a situation? We think not, because it would be sour grapes, and you sound like sour grapes. This will not be a mayor by proxy, because people just want more than they already have, when so many have nothing. We hope we have made ourselves abundantly clear.

Revisiting the Albuquerque Urinal

Have you ever had that bathroom that you just hate to use? You know, the one that smells like feces, urine and vomit, with floors that are so sticky that they almost pull your shoes off as you walk across it to relieve yourself. Does that remind you of anything? It does to us. You know why? Because there is a newspaper here in Albuquerque so disgusting, vile and perverted, with it's offices filled with people so contaminated with personal agenda, involved in colluding with city government, and obstructing the truth that it is blatantly evident. That newspaper is called "The Albuquerque Journal," and it's what bias journalism is all about. The latest bile to come out of this bought and paid for political rag is below. Lets analyze this filth, shall we? As you read both this the Urinal article, and the information here, notice it is the Perverted Urinal Editorial Staff AGAIN, carrying water for, and protecting the current out of control administration, and attempting to intimidate and influence the outcomes of personnel board hearings in true criminal enterprise fashion. To make sure everyone is up to par on why we shine light on the out of control city corruption and explain to the uninformed just how they carry out their actions we have attached the FBI glossary definition of "criminal enterprise."

The city has a myriad of current civil rights lawsuits, criminal proceedings, and a Department of Justice consent decree being launched on them. The mayor lies every time he opens his mouth. Police Chief Eden has been caught lying at these very same personnel board hearings. Former APD Police Chief Raymond D. Schultz is under a grand jury, and federal investigation for bid rigging, concerning TASER INTERNATIONAL, and other incidents and acts, finally, after having officers framed, thrown under the bus for doing their jobs, lying at several sworn testimonials, and costing the city millions in his efforts to obstruct the DoJ from conducting their investigation. We had the mayor's blatant veto of city council's plea for the DoJ to come in, and now we have the "Albuquerque Journal Newspaper" continuing to blatantly collude with government, to guide the winds of politics, and public opinion in their favor, in total disregard for all of our rights to due process and fairness, and as citizens of the United States. From this point forward, as before, we will refer to this filthy newspaper as the URINAL, because anything that comes from something that promotes corruption, bullying, trampling employee and citizen rights, violating civil rights, intimidates hearing officers, and promotes an environment where you will be publicly ridiculed for listening to all of the facts, and making a fair decision that is not favorable to this administration, because you have discovered that this administration was the one who acted inappropriately, maliciously and criminally, you are no better than something that people defecate, urinate and vomit into, among other things. You get out of it what you put into it, and we all know what is at the Urinal.  

The warped minds at the Urinal Editorial Board call someone winning their arbitration hearing because of city misconduct, and corruption being given a "free pass." That's amusing. We call that the wheels of justice in motion, and DUE PROCESS. Like it or not, everyone in this country is entitled to due process rights, and to be free from those who conspire to violate those rights. The Urinal should make themselves aware of this, because being involved in it is prosecutable. Whether you agree with a hearing officer's verdict or not, it is an employee's RIGHT to have a fair objective hearing in appealing their termination. Cop, clerk, janitor, zookeeper, it does not matter. Ironically, the Urinal fails to tell you that this board is a board unfairly comprised of three members picked by the Mayor, and only two picked by the city unions, that makes a decision based on the recommendation of a hearing officer under contract by the city, who have been operating without a contract which essentially means that "if you do not rule in our favor we will let you go." That is called duress. Current hearing officers Bingham and Siegel made some very bad illegal decisions that can not be legally explained, looking at the evidence and testimony presented. It was obviously so bad that only a minority of water carrying minion board members clung to backing it, despite having so much political influence being held over their heads. This is a fact. We all remember when Robert Perry threatened Zane Reeves to change his verdict in the Perea arbitration. When Zane refused, Perry fired him. Judge Nash rectified that situation without even deliberating, and Mr. Reeves was made whole. He is now back on the board. Processes are in place to protect everyone's rights. The police chief, Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer have no respect for these processes. We know for a fact that the city attorney not only has no respect for process, they actively sabotage that process by lying, hiding evidence, intimidating witnesses, pressuring the media, omitting facts, and delaying. We have known all along that the Urinal has no respect for process, only for the almighty dollar, and staying in the graces of the political machine that "greases" their wheels. There is no honor at the Urinal. Those responsible for promoting the type of rhetoric, and disregard for human and civil rights, through the constant cover they provide to this administration are no better than rest stop bathroom floor particulate.  IF THE CITY WAS SO CONFIDENT THAT THEIR CASES AGAINST THOSE THEY FRAMED WERE SO RIGHTEOUS, THEY WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PUTTING THEIR HEARINGS ON IN FRONT OF ANY PANEL, CHOSEN BY ANYONE, AND VIDEOTAPED ANYTIME. INSTEAD, IT IS THE OFFICERS WHO HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH HAVING THEIR HEARINGS VIDEO TAPED BY ANYONE IN FRONT OF A STACKED, AND BOUGHT HEARING OFFICER, AND HALF MAJORITY OF A BOARD OWNED BY THE MAYOR, WHILE THE CITY FIGHTS TOOTH AND NAIL TO KEEP THE CAMERAS FROM RECORDING THEIR WITNESSES FROM BEING CAUGHT IN LIE AFTER LIE, THEY DELAY, AND OBSTRUCT, AND HAVE THE ENTIRE PROCESS IN THEIR FAVOR, INCLUDING THE FREE PASSES GIVEN TO THEM CONSTANTLY, WHEN THEY ARE IN BLATANT DEFAULT OF THE GUIDELINES THEY SET FORTH THEMSELVES. 

The Urinal dug deep to 2012 on one officer, and discussed the termination of Steven Hindi, but what they did not tell you were the facts, and the reason for this "all of the sudden article" that reeks of agenda.  The Urinal is notorious for printing stories without the facts. The Urinal likes to speculate, and edit out anything not conducive to promoting the agenda of this administration, the administration that goes like this.....

Susana Martinez, the governor and her BFF, advisor, hand that works her mouth Jay McCleskey, who is under federal investigation, Mayor Berry, who aspires to replace Susana and Robert Perry, who is the one behind the scenes orchestrating things. The new city attorney is no surprise..... a Susana political appointee. Observe how former public safety officer Darren P. white got his pot growing company Purlife approved by the state to grow. Darren is related to Perry. Darren White's partner in his security firm is a Mr. Linthicum. Mr. Linthicum is a hearing officer at the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy, where they freely admit to editing hearing officers findings before presenting them to the board. Mr. Linthicum was the same hearing officer who was going to scrap the case against APD police academy director Jessica Tyler until he got caught. Mrs. Tyler and Mr. Linthicum worked together at BCSO and when Mr. Linthicum's past along with the conduct of a few Attorney General's office employees conduct comes to light in the very near future, many more cases involving conspiring to violate civil and due process rights are going to further rock this administration and the NMLEA BOARD. These are no conspiracy theories. They are fact and, evidence that should lead to federal indictments involving hearing officers, police chiefs, city officials, business owners, and vendors. IPRA former Hobbs PD chief JD Sander's LEA90, and see what disparity in discipline is all about. His case was washed out while Ray Schultz still "had the ear" of then board co-chair Nate Korn, owner of Kaufman's West Army Navy, who's company has received several no bid, sole source contracts with APD through Raymond D. Schultz. It must be another coincidence, misunderstanding, or another free pass that Raymond D. Schultz is now working for that chief right now, while under investigation. 

These people think they are above the law. Case in point being Darren White, who admits to now being a Marijuana user. There is a question on the federal form 4473 for gun purchases and for gun permits that disqualifies you from both, if you answer yes to that question. Darren holds a NMLEA cert. How can a person under the influence of a narcotic carry a firearm, or be a certified police officer when, if you have a drink while armed, you are committing a felony? Is using Marijuana habitually not a moral character issue that opens you up to revocation of your state certification to be a police officer?  Apparently, in the state of New Mexico if you are friends with the Governor you can have your pizzaaahhh and eat it too. 

But, back to the facts that the Urinal left out. To record someone, and then include them on a police report, you need their information. To obtain that information you have to run them. Hindi was to always use his lapel camera. Writing a report to state that is what you did and what is on your lapel video is not an abuse of NCIC. Officials from the Albuquerque police department ordering the destruction of that report is a felony, and it is tampering with evidence. The Urinal should have done the investigation that the Eye did. No, their omissions are intentional. That is a fact. 

Regardless of your feelings for a person, everyone has rights. To violate them in one instance, while fighting for those of chosen others, not only is wrong, but makes you a hypocrite. 

So... As the Hypocrites sit around on their worthless back sides down at the Urinal Editorial Board, devising ways to insulate Mayor Richard Berry and company from scrutiny, shield him from accountability, and protect him from exposure, so they can keep their inappropriate relationships with high ranking city officials, in order to insure their enrichment through more guaranteed contracts and influence, they really need to think before opening their big fat mouths, and consider who is really getting a free pass, because it is not the low hanging fruit that they constantly attack like the cases in the listed article. The people getting the free pass are the police chief, Gordon Eden, who lied under oath in the exact same Dear hearing they are talking about in their article. That is just one of Eden's free passes, and another little detail the Urinal conveniently left out. You can find a photo of the other right here on this blog. Gordon Eden sent out a blatant threat, meant to intimidate employees to stop talking to the DoJ. That is tampering with a federal investigation, but Eden got to call it a misunderstanding. The city Attorney, Jessica Hernandez got to call the federal monitor James Ginger's accusal of her obstructing the reform process a misunderstanding too; another free pass. Ray Schultz is still skating down in MEMORIAL VILLAGES TEXAS POLICE DEPARTMENT on his free pass. Kathryn Levy is collecting her retirement free pass, and Robert Perry gets his six digit free pass every year, after bullying citizens, taunting protestors, tampering with hearing officer decisions, then extorting hearing officers, (yes, extortion) and having his son drive him intoxicated to the scenes of police shootings to harass officers and violate their civil and due process rights.  How about Lieutenant Greg Brachle's free pass to shoot his own officers, and his free pass to his relationship with one of them that will shortly come to light, and may have had a hand in why this happened. Now those are some free passes that the Urinal must have conveniently missed. All of this, and not a peep about why the former APOA president is still employed after being charged, or the up and coming trial for former detective Sandy, blatant omissions due to their adverse effect, and embarrassment on this administration, therefor ignored by the Urinal. 

At this point citizens need to boycott a business like the Urinal, who feeds them lies, libels targeted individuals for political agendas, and cowardly promotes back door agendas for their own benefit and access. READ THE ALBUQUERQUE FREE PRESS, AND CONTINUE TO SEND YOUR INFORMATION TO US AND THEM. WE WILL MAKE SURE THE TRUTH SEES THE LIGHT OF DAY,  AND THE UNJUST ARE EXPOSED.

VOTE NO FOR BRIAN COLON AS MAYOR

Most of the Mayoral candidates agree on one thing. Roof police Chief Gordon Eden. A police chief who is a proven liar, should be tossed into a dumpster just like they do with filthy politicians in Europe. Gordon Eden is not only a liar. He is being investigated by a federal grand jury. He has stonewalled reform, and sent out an email, latently threatening employees about cooperating with the Department of Justice. How this clown has not been let go already, is amazing, but we are talking about the Berry and Martinez administrations. He needs to be indicted for perjury, and tampering with a federal investigation. Both of these administrations are busy sabotaging everyone around them, while keeping their water carriers in place to protect their interests. This criminal enterprise knows no political boundaries, when it comes to the almighty dollar. We are not going to tolerate a light handed, or passive aggressive approach to removing them.

We like to post information, and let you make up your own minds, but now we are going to flat out advise everyone to VOTE NO FOR BRIAN COLON AS MAYOR OF ALBUQUERQUE. As a matter of fact, we do not believe in even letting this disguised operator even get his political airplane out of it's hangar. For the record, we are going to lay it out now. Brian Colon works for the Robles Rael and Anaya law firm. His buddy, Luis Robles is Ray Schultz's personal attorney. As a matter of fact, Robles has his hands in a lot of lucrative things that this corrupt administration is involved in, and he benefits well from it. Luis Robles assisted Ray Schultz with one of his schemes to keep the DoJ at bay (Doyle Woolever case) while he made directly conflicting representations as he represented officers in the foothills shooting of James Boyd. We all know Robles profited well with city contracts under Schultz, and is chums with the very people who have destroyed, and continue to destroy the city and state. Little Luis Robles also has a contract with the state for $4,000,000 for civil defense litigation. Yea, that's right... FOUR MILLION.

We here at the Eye are sick and disgusted of little weasels lining their pockets, and feathering their nests on the backs of people who are betrayed, like the good citizens and employees of this city and state. We are just as sick of people associated with these selfish scum standing by, and betraying their constituents, out of loyalties to friends, for favors or monetary gain.

As everyone comes right out, and rightfully so states that our failed, impotent, weak, pathetic, and willfully malfeasant police chief needs to go, Brian Colon wants to ride the fence with this comment:

"On day one (as mayor), that is the first meeting I have (with Eden) Anyone who has devoted themselves to public service deserves to have a sit-down with their new boss. Colon said. “To get political points by by saying his head is on the chopping block is not my approach That's not to say I can see any conversation where it ends well, but he deserves that professional courtesy."

Well Mr. Colon, many police officers have been railroaded by this administration, and it's lying leadership. Eden is the main part of it. Eden did not devote his life to anything but money, political water carrying, and favors in return for political appointments, and high paying jobs... none of which he was qualified for. He is a poser, fraud, and incompetent leader. He has been handed everything he has. A lesson for you Mr. Colon.... A person who devotes themselves, has no problem staying in one position, in one state to help it's people. They do not bounce around from job to job, taking state, federal and private positions, then leaving the state to chase the almighty dollar like a gypsie. A person who devotes themselves does not lie to the people who depend on them. They do not run away from criticism. They do not send out others to face what they should be facing or post videos on Youtube to avoid answering questions. They do not lie under oath. They do not intentionally misrepresent their experience. They do not get defensive, and act like a scorned little school girl, when reporters put them on the carpet for their lies. The devotee, makes sacrifices. The devotee stands up for what is right, regardless of being fired for doing it. Gordon Eden is none of this. He is nothing but a pussy who does what he is told by the mayor and Governor Susana Martinez, the one who put him there. So, Mr. Colon, we do not need a mayor who can not reach down, and show the balls needed to call these criminals out, and give them the chances they all gave the innocent who just happened to be in the way of their political steamroller. NONE. 

So, If Brian Colon wants to give these creeps what he calls "a professional courtesy," Brian Colon will be given the same chance we give those he wants to be nice to. NONE. 

Brian's comment reeks of the same old "free pass given" sentiment, that one's title grants them special treatment, because of who they are. Political appointees paid thousands for being corrupt lying pieces of shit, should get them thrown through the front doors of their office buildings, not their asses being kissed.  

Albuquerque needs drastic change undertaken by someone with the guts to go to asymmetrical  war with people who only understand enough is enough, when they are grabbed by their collar and kicked in their ass on the way out the door. No..... smiles and friendly bullshit are not going to cut it. And if you are associated with the problem, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. 

ONE MORE POINT TO PONDER..... BRIAN COLON IS FRIENDS WITH NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY HECTOR BALDERAS. AS AN ATTORNEY FOR THE LAW FIRM REPRESENTING RAY SCHULTZ, IF YOU THINK RAY WILL BE INDICTED IF COLON IS ELECTED MAYOR... IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. WHY IT HASN'T HAPPENED IS ALREADY A QUESTION THAT NEEDS TO BE ANSWERED. AND CLAIMING IT WILL LOOK INAPPROPRIATE FOR THE AG TO DO HIS JOB, BECAUSE HE MAY RUN FOR GOVERNOR, AND IT MAY APPEAR BIAS, IS WORSE THAN MALFEASANCE. IT AMOUNTS TO A POLICE OFFICER  NOT ARRESTING SOMEONE BECAUSE HE WANTS TO PROMOTE. THAT IS NOT DOING YOUR JOB BECAUSE OF POLITICS AND SELF INTEREST.  WE ARE NOT TOLERATING SELF SERVING AGENDAS ANYMORE. ANYONE WHO SHIRKS THEIR DUTIES OUT OF SELF PROMOTION IS NOT THE SOLUTION AND NEEDS TO GO. 

THE ONLY LOYALTIES HERE ARE TO MONEY, POWER AND SEX. Until we find someone "devoted" selflessly to clean this mess up, who is connected in no way at all with the root cause of the mess here, things will not change. Brian Colon is not this solution. Do not vote for Brian Colon this November.
