The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Merry Christmas Shultz. There is evidence not used in the Camacho case that the judge didn't allow in, what to do with that information.

I'm starting a documetry of APD can i have it?

Yes, Merry Christmas!! Package that information up and send it to the lawyers of Wolever and Doyle. It seems the Chief's credibility is nonexistent anyway but the more the merrier. Ho Ho Ho Ho. Hang in there fellas. It will be your turn soon.

I would like to ask all officers to forget about the corruption going on. Forget about the likes of Schultz, The 5th floor, The Mayor, Levy and any other individual ruining this city for their personal gain, in their behalf, or for reasons that can't be explained. I understand that these issues are tearing the Police Department and City apart, but lets not forget about what is right. Do not let these people with low morals take up space in our minds today. Lets spend this day with our families and friends. The ones who matter. Do your best to forget all of this for a day. These loathsome, vile individuals have no place in our lives today. They force their way into things every day with the oppressiveness of third world dictators. With disbelief, you look around and think, is Albuquerque part of the United States of America, or does Iran rent this piece of real estate?!? Let it go for a day, or even two. BUT make a New Year resolution to fight these viruses and cancers that plague our city from within. Don't stand by thinking "I'm glad that isn't me" because it will be next time. Step into the fray and do the right thing. It is the only way this cancer will removed. With that being said, I would like to wish everyone out there protecting the City of Albuquerque, The ones in city government who may be outnumbered, and see the corruption, and the citizens who see this mess unfolding in front of them daily, a Merry Christmas and A Happier New Year!

LETS CHANGE THIS PLACE NEXT YEAR.

BAH HUMBUG!!!

Shultz has terminated officers under SOP 1-04-1 B, which is not obeying felony or misdemeanor laws if the have not been indiated or charged with a crime. He believes that the word "information" in the SOP definition falls under a criminal investigation. What shultz didn't know is that criminal information is a legal term and doesn't mean looking at a criminal investigation and making a decision that the officer has broken the law.

Now here we have Shultz with experience as a police officer close to 30 years, 6 of those years as chief, he sits on the law enforcement board but yet does not know the definition of words in the SOP in which he uses to fire officers.

Shultz has done this in this past and this is a violation of due process and I believe that shultz terminated Wolever and Doyle for not obeying felony laws. But as far as I know they haven't been formally charge, they have not been indiated, nor due they have any CRIMINAL INFORMATION from the district attorneys office.

With this being said, the cat is out of the bag and I bet shultz and company will do their best to get Wolever and Doyle indiated. This will show that the DA and Shultz are in bed with one another. These two officers need to keep your head up, it may be a long battle, but in the end you will win.

Schultz has worn a uniform for close to 30 years. Thats it. Time on the job means jack shit. Especially for self concerned individuals who promote with no time on the job. When you leave the street, you are no longer a cop. Being a cop is being out on the street exposed to things at that level and dealing with it. As far as his experience as a cop, that is questionable at best. I don't want to hear shit about years of service if you are a fucking politician for 95% of the time you were employed. There are officers that spent their whole careers on the street doing the J-O-B. They are police officers with the experience of a police officer. Schultz has not been a police officer in 25 years. I know children who have more time on the street than that guy.

so hindi and the dispatcher are together...they don't make the cutest couple. hey hindi be careful with that one remember what she did to the sgt. Chief may be hoping to actually fire you if she cries wolf.

I know Camacho, he's certification is not suspended. The law enforcement board did not take any sort of action against him since he was found not guilty. His certification is just not up to date and current but it is not suspended. Levy stop talking out of your ass like the chief.

I for one, want to thank each and every APD officer out there day in day out keeping the peace, the law, the order, and helping make Albuq. a safer community. APD has had it's share of problems, some officers not taking the Police Code of Ethics seriously, but for every troubled officer, there are twice as many good that all of us citizens can count on to make life better in this community.
I salute you, men and women of APD. And I thank you and wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year. Keep your heads up!!

Brother 34 here....hindi isn't this the same dispatcher levi was seeing before he took your wife away? Why don't you just jump into bed with him...just saying

Cut the petty, school girl crap and focus on the real problems at hand. Your dumb posts are part of the reason the general public doesn't respect L.E and Fire Depts. Worry only about who's in your bed and life will be much less stressful....

Tell us more of the wife swap stories APD...you know the story. The one where graveyard guy pulls up to dayshift guys house and has coffee with the wife? No wonder you guys are so hostile and confrontational with the public, you can't even trust your partner with your wife! You all deserve what you give!

Anonymous said...

As the saying goes you can trust a cop with your life but not with your wife!

A good judge of character said...

......And you can't trust the chief at all....
Hahahaha. How true.

Anonymous said...

yes tell us more stories. so the dispatcher what happened with the sgt? who is the dispatcher that is with hindi?

Anonymous said...

What do any of these posts have to do with Merry Christmas? If you people have an ax go grind why don't you go to them and stop hiding behind your computers.
