The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. "Kick 'Em When He's Down"- The New Slogan Of Chief Schultz

We decided to continue the previous story about Al Walck. Whether you like him or not, he was a 30 plus year veteran who was loyal to the Albuquerque Police Department. His recent stroke and massive heart attack has left him in a terrible medical state. Officer Walck will no longer work again, let alone work in any law enforcement capacity. Without divulging too much of his medical condition, it is safe to say that he is far from being recovered and may suffer permanent injuries the rest of his life. Officer Walck left the department peacefully. He surrendered his letter of resignation and left with pride and dignity.
Recently, Officer Walck's mailbox contained a very suspect letter. A letter from the New Mexico Department of Public Safety advising Officer Walck that Chief Schultz had submitted his name to the Law Enforcement Board, recommending his complete
decertification. What a surprise for someone who is trying to move forward that the Chief has to give his "one last jab". He could not let his personal feelings towards Al Walck go. The Eye wishes it was surprised by the Chief's actions. Unfortunately, nothing about Chief Schultz' disrespect of an officer surprises us. Chief Schultz is constantly acting on emotion rather than intelligence. It is so interesting that Chief Schultz is more caring towards criminal offenders than to his own officers, his lack of support is worse than the department has ever seen. It is time for him to leave.

What a disgrace. What use is it to send a letter there other than an insult? The guy just retired and is physically unable to be an officer. I hope he sues. This is obvious that it is personal.

Walck screwed himself when he tried to cut a deal with White and Schultz over what would and would not go into the report about Peaches and her "accident" at Montgomery and Juan Tabo.

Don't make him out to be some brave soldier. He sold his soul thinking he'd get a few more years on the force and a lot of overtime (worked at home) for playing ball.

When Walck went there, they knew they had him. Now Al's got nothing.

Full court press with liar Banks and we didn't forget you Warfield. Warfield just because you weren't mentioned by name its coming better find that uniform in your trunk. You lief to the jury and got away with it didn't you.

Schultz is an immature pratt. Enough said.

How about Shultz certification for violating his own officers civil rights. The union contract doesn't mean anything to shultz or the city.

Warfield is a POS. Always has been.

You can say Al tried playing politics with lost but he didn't lie. Banks

The sad thing is that the wrong people have heart attacks, suffer strokes and develop cancer.
Karma should work in much more efficient ways, and towards the deserving. One can only hope what comes around goes around here.
We have one of the biggest hypocrits at the helm. He wants to hire more compassionate caring officers, as if he even knows what those words mean.
Who needs Ringling Brothers with this show in town!!! This place is Bananasville!

Oh, please don't talk about Schultz in this manner! He is my hero - did you hear the story when he helped catch some bad guys stealing copper wire? His bravery is astonishing.

It is difficult for most of us to pity Walck, as he is the same guy who did so many wrong during his career. Also, one has to wonder if the decertification efforts are a result of Walck failing to notify the APD of some of his prior conduct, or pending litigation. Sad, but the truth is this guy is by no means a victim.

Just how much will Camacho cost the taxpayers? I APD has to pay him $$$$$$ will that be enough for Berry to finally send Schutlz packing? Ray is a horrible steward of the taxpayer money and he needs to be held accountable for it. Can't wait to see what Judge Nash decides this week.

Every single arrest that APD makes needs to make the news. There are SO many hard working officers out here that make several GREAT arrests each day and they are never in the news. But we have a Chief that literally stumbles upon two crooks and IT'S the lead story of the day... DISGUSTING.....

Shultz sucks, and Perry swallows.

What I want to know is what the heck did Camacho do to piss off Shultz so bad that Shultz was able to team up with the District Attorney Office to go after him for second degree murder. And then after that failed Shultz was so pissed off that he went after Ahrensfield for being his only witness. The handling of this case needs to be looked into. Sounds like the culture of corruption that the transition team try to warn Berry about but Darren White alter those. Put all the pieces together people and you have one ugly puzzle.

You are so off base about Commander Steve Warfield. I had the opportunity to work for the Commander several years ago when he was a Lieutenant at the Crime Lab. Steve Warfiled is a stand-up individual who cares about his people in a special way. I watched him go the extra mile many times with Sergeasnt Carol Olesak after she was recovering from a near fatal gunshot wound. Warfield showed compassion, understanding, and a willingness to help her as she sometimes struggled during her recovery. Everyone at the Crime Lab & Evidence Unit respected Lt. Warfield for always lending an ear to all our concerns. Trying to embarrass him by posting an anonymous comment tells me you clearly don't understand the man behind the badge.

Camacho didn't cost the tax payers anything. He just wants his job back to work for the tax payers for his money. It will be schultz, levy and the rest of the insane clown posse with their stubborn arrogance, blatant disregard for court orders, and disobedience of verdicts against them, that cost's the city millions when they get their feelings hurt by getting caught doing wrong, and then refuse to do the right thing. THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS, THE COURT SAYS HIRE HIM BACK, AND SCHULTZ REFUSES CAUSING MASSIVE PAYOUTS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T WANT TO LOOK BAD. TOO LATE FOR THAT PAL! There are chief's on other cities that have no respect for what this guy is doing to this place. They continue to spread lies, and disinformation. Levy says in the paper that his cert is no longer any good. Yea, that's because you caused that. When you cause that as a direct result of your actions (due process violations and illegal termination)
you have to make that plaintiff whole again. That is the truth they don't want people knowing. There is only one person costing the city millions, and you all know who that is.

These idiots continue to get slammed in every civil case they are DEFENDANTS in, yet they refuse to hire back someone who won their case. Why you say? Because of poor schultz's pride and ego. How many times do you have to hear, "The chief won't be wrong" Well here's a wakeup call. In your controlling nazi imaginary world that might be true, but the courts say otherwise, and so do the jurors, the officers, and the citizens of this city. Pack your bags, because it's just begun.
Strap the FK in and stand by!

It isn't going to end. The Chief will continue to cost the City and the Mayor has no courage to rid the City of him. Figure you hve got another couple years of he same.

Good luck Beth on getting Ray's position. Understand you have only one thing on your mind and that is to take Ray's place. Try not to waste the taxpayers money.

if you can't kick a man when he is down when can you kick him? The police understand this truism when dealing with the public. If you cops were clever enough to stomp your victims off camera you could get away with it. I am surprised the Police Academy doesn't better train you on how to turn off cameras and microphones when you abuse citizens.

A California school system has chosen to replace the entire staff of a school there. WHY? Because they were all involved in immoral unethical behavior. I think that is a great example of what needs to be done now with the Albuquerque police department chief, and his deputy chiefs.

Two chiefs were just found to have lied under oath at a departmental arbitration hearing against an officer. That officer has now won his arbitration for reinstatement.
In essence, these liars who are sworn officers are worthless as officers. It doesn't matter because they obviously just went through the motions when they were sworn in as graduates of the police academy. They are nothing but uniform hangers. If an oath means nothing to these arrogant individuals whom I won't even call thugs, because of their pathetic mental, and physical status in the scheme of things. I think cowards is the perfect description of these individuals who resemble turtles without their shells. These worthless pathetic half sissies wouldn't even look those they set up, and wronged in the face in a common ground situation. Hell, they won't even look you in the face when there is a group of them.

Being a cop is something you choose to do because you want to do it. You dont become a cop so that you can have perks, have your ass kissed. Run from the street with only a few years under your belt as a worthless street cop, only to achieve a position where you abuse your authority and influence to cut the throats of officers who are doing the job that you ran from and which would be your worst nightmare to return to. If these malfeasants are doing this to employees as head administrators of a governmental agency, I would be horrified to see just whatthey did over their whole careers that went unchecked. Just what did they do to people during their brief abbreviated patrol career on the street. The entire careers of these cowards needs to be audited and evaluated for what may have been gotten away with.

They'll shuck and jive, laughing it off. Go ahead. Do that fools. but know this: You've all fucked with the wrong bull. Your Oz is falling apart. What doesn't fall apart, will be systemantically dismantled under the color of the constitutional law you you have not only failed to uphold, but have violated, and desecrated to inflict harm upon any individual who you felt like using for your twisted purposes. Your Babylon is over.

I remember I used to have a job working for a horrible boss, so I quit that job and found a better job. I'm much happier now, and I dont have any need to bad mouth my former boss because I'm happy. I guess what I'm saying is: If you dont like your job or your boss or the politics, leave...its that simple. The City will keep on operating without all the disgruntled police officers. Crime will continue to occur in ABQ, some of the bad guys will get caught, and some will get away...its just the way it works. But you, disgruntled officer, arent the sole difference maker here in ABQ...if you leave, no one will notice. Your job isnt that great, your pay isnt that great...there are plenty of other opportunities for you. Onward and upward.

Banks lied under oath--Guess he gets fired. Feist knows he lied and isnt going to do anything about it. What you gonna do Banks? Guess your better than tho attitude kinda parked you hu.

What does Ray Ray say about the new video of the officer taking a suspect into custody? I watched the entire video and see nothing that remotely resembles unreasonable force, and that is without sound or knowing the story. What is does say is 1) the police have a dangerous job, 2) sh*theads don't cooperate with the law, 3) downtown is still probably way out of control, 4) if Herr Schultzie doesn't stand up for this officer he should be canned. Oh heck, we all know he should be canned anyway, get it over with!!

Read the metro C4 section of yesterday's Albuquerque journal...
All I have to say is wow. Sounds like the integrity and credibility of two Albuquerque police department deputy chiefs is now ruined. As if they had any in the first place. What is a department worth when the entire top command structure is Giglioed in court and can't testify because their word is certified as worthless. for every arbitration these two will be involved in from now on, the question will be: Have you ever lied under oath? Case dismissed! This is only the beginning of litigation of this type against these individuals and already they are defeated. Schultz's record is just as bad. Only one more to go and that one is already locked in. Don't these idiots realize that you can't surmize, assume, guess, and make shit up as you go along. Watch these clowns still be so stupid as to try to appeal an arbitrary decision to district court with their records. They will get massacred by any jury with an ounce of common sense who have lived here for the past year. STAINS ON THE BADGE. EVERY ONE OF THEM ARE STAINS ON THE BADGE. LIARS WITH NO INTEGRITY. It is said that to know what your enemy fears the most, just watch what he does to his enemy.
Truthfulness is all these hypocrits use to fire someone when they have nothing and they even base that on THEIR own lies. How Ironic is that? Liars calling people liars. Well now everyone knows to consider THAT source, not as if they already didn't know that already.

Welcome to defeat. Evil is going to be pushed out of Albuquerque.

You people of the City of ABQ really need to demand that this man be displaced from his position. Use the media, demonstrations, whatever it takes. He has run your department to the ground along with the lives of too many officers. He has no conscience whatsoever. He obviously doesn't realize how short and precious life is and to spend it day in and day out trying to manipulate people and destroy people is very sad. What good thing has he done for anyone lately????????????????

2/6 20:12,

You call a skinkead suspected of killing kidnapping robbery and everything else a citizen. I would like to see what you would be calling him when he chose YOU as his next victim. You should be thanking those cops for taking him off the street, but instead you want to run your ignorant mouth about something you know nothing about. Maybe after your next positive run in with one of your citizens you'll still think the same. You show your wharped mentality with your words.

Oh, Look! The supporters of the Saddam Hussein regime are back on here spreading their nonsense again. And they are crying about people complaining. It is obvious that the administration has their buddies posting as if they have support. They must have called their mommies because mommy is the only person that would support these little darlings. Everyone else knows that they are crap. The only person who supports a lieing dirty administration is a lieing dirtbag. I talk to people every day. They all think APD is dirty. They do not think the officers are dirty. They think the top brass is the dirty mess here along with the mayor and his cronies. Just putting it in perspective. Just sayin!

I think Hsu will get in trouble for not arresting that guy. And from what I read there was a Supervisor on scene... Who was the Supervisor????? Anyone that gives an officer that hard of a time HAS TO GO TO JAIL..... End of story... Let's see what happens to Hsu........ Will he be on desk duty FOREVER and found that he did nothing wrong?? Then when Schultz needs to deflect bad press will Hsu's incident be brought back up and will he be fired??? HMMMMMMMM???
