The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. IN THE SPIRIT OF LEAKING MATERIAL CONCERNING THE LACK OF INTERGRITY WE ARE NOW POSTING JESSICA TYLER'S LEA-90 BECAUSE WE ARE TOLD SHE AND EDEN AND MAJ. MONTANO CONTACTED THE SHOOTING SUSPECT FROM THE PHO DOUBLE HOMICIDE AND WERE CLUELESS ON WHAT TO DO WHILE THEY WAITED FOR BACKUP AS THIS SUSPECT KILLED HIMSELF...

Plenty of blame to go around. One thing is certain VINCE HARRISON is rat fink wanna be cop piece of trash.no wonder this was tossed. His dirty hands and his big mouth that fits big republican agendas in it was working overtime. There's no way you can have outside henchman with political ties conducting employee career assassinations like this. Don't get me wrong, she needed to be fired, possibly charged, but they weren't smart about it.

They hired Berry's own favorite private investigation company do it,,,Berry's own favorite. It's not Manny's fault RCI used Vince.

So according to this story, the chief was rolling around as if he was certified to be a cop on the streets. Is he? Has he been through the academy? Did he graduate? Is he certified? If not, why is he on the streets? If he's not supposed to be on the streets, why is he being allowed to do so? If he's not supposed to be on the streets, when will he be disciplined for doing so? If he's not supposed to be on the streets, when will the rank and file stand up and protest en masse?

Anonymous said...

10:10,

You are talking about Eden and the House of Pho shooting. He is certified, end of story.

Back on target with the Tyler LEA 90 complaint.

Anonymous said...

So now we know the truth about Tyler. I would like to know the truth about the car stop, I find it hard to believe that they didn't know what to do. Montano has plenty of experience, so before I believe the entire story, I need a little more proof.

All that needs to be known is that the three of them stopped the suspect, and NONE of them ran video. So much for obeying their own rules. It is obvious that the shithead command staff believe they are above the rules. This was an in custody death, and they made sure it was not coded that way, so the shit did not hit the fan.

And at a recent city council meeting that scum bag, lying, Jessica Hernandez told City Council that she does cut back door deals in order to make sure officers that are deemed problem officers by the (get this) Police chief do not come back to a city job. That was an outright lie. The back door deals that have been cut by the city attorney's office are cut early when they know the administration has committed acts against the civil rights of the employee appealing their termination, and in order to protect the corrupt individuals who carried out that attack. The Gil Vijil case was a prime example of this. They knew they were going to get smashed so they paid him off. They offered to pay Dear off too, but they don't want to tell you that. They never wanted that to get out. They just paid off Steve Hindi because they did him dirty too, and they got caught at his hearing when the IRO investigator lied. The IRO was scolded for their untruthfulness at Hindi's NMLEA hearing. It was obvious she was put up to it, as all of them are, by the city attorney. Hindi was a political hit done for Robin Hammer. So, any officer who lets these liars off the hook after smearing their name, then taking a buck as the city attorney makes themselves look like they are the ones cleaning things up,should think before doing so because the lowest forms of life on earth are using tax payers money to sully their name, build their political careers, obstruct criminal investigations, and fill their pockets. These cowards then get to walk away after giving themselves raises. Perry, Berry, Levy, Hernandez, Schultz and dozens of other subhuman pieces of dog shit are the dishonorable, lying, criminals responsible for all of this, and they will be settling dozens of the other active lawsuits that are just as deadly. All of this started to protect one clown, Ray Schultz who is collecting hus retirement and double dipping in another state. All of them ran away and continue to run but we still have a fool and liar police chief who cries like a baby at every police press conference who feels he is qualified to point his finger and call others unqualified or unfit to be a police officer. The likes of Eden, Schultz and the rest of the command staff would sound just like Brachle if they had to deal with a career repeat offender one on one by themselves. They would have their guns taken from them, and probably be found lying there, crying louder than they do at press releases. Think about it. None of them could handle themselves in the shit, but they sure are quick to judge everyone else. I have never seen a bigger bunch of dishonorable cowards in one place in my life.

The jist of what is going on is that LAW ENFORCEMENT IN NEW MEXICO IS NOTHING BUT A BIG FRAT HOUSE, where personal animus prompts vendettas, grudges and harrassment. The maturity level is that of high school. The perverted acts are covered for, and tolerated based on who the violator is, and who and what they know. Barely anyone is qualified for their position, because politics takes over, and everyone is appointed. This is what happens when people who are unfit to work anywhere are hired as a police officer, then pushed up the ranks, while being schooled in how to be the most treacherous lying deceiving hypocrites to ever betray an oath while stealing a pay check in order to fuck over as many people to get the biggest pension they can steal. And everyone they screw gets steamrolled by their cronies at the dial of a phone, and nobody gives a shit because New Mexico really does not matter. Judges, hearing officers, the courts, Police chiefs, Mayors, city council and the list goes on. They only care about themselves and will walk on anyone to get what they want.

You could charge admission to APD instead, where civilians can learn all about Nature At Play.

Well to be fair, the only text is the headline, and the bulk of that talks about Eden. I also noticed every person commenting seems to be more interested in Eden, than the story about another example of a corrupt and systemic problem.

As to his certification, I can see where he was a state cop in the 1970's. He is in his early 60's today and has served in largely political appointee and specifically, administrative positions since being a cop. From what I can tell, he may, or may not have maintained his certification over the years. There are scenarios in which he could have been required to become certified anew, meaning, he would have to pass the physical component again. I question his physical ability, frankly, thus, the question. It looks like the only renewal test for most is a firearm test, however. We all know how important that is. Job one, it appears. Not sure how that correlates to preservation of life, but hey, what do I know?

The point remains the same though. If he's not up to the task, he shouldn't be in the position of having to perform the task. Sheriff Joe is 83 years old, for example. I don't often, if ever, hear of Sheriff Joe working the streets. Normally, his focus is on the bigotry side of the business, when he's not too busy costing the taxpayers significant sums of course. I'm suggesting the chief at APD should do the same, minus the bigotry and without the cost to the taxpayers, and his subordinates should be driving that point home, since his superiors clearly are not.

If he violated policy, someone should be holding him accountable. If no one has the balls, then you need to start blaming yourselves. If you're not willing to get fired, or have your career destroyed in order to do the right thing, then you have no business complaining about jack shit.

Alabama Governor facing impeachment after having an adulterous affair. Meanwhile in NM, APD leaders Eric Garcia and Anthony 'The Playboy' Montano continue in their high ranking positions leading the APD. Wouldn't engaging in extra martial affairs or sleeping with subordinates indicate conduct unbecoming of an officer or a lack of good moral character? What do you think Mr. Vice Chair Chief Kassetas?

New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board is the only licensing group in New Mexico that does not have any standards for hearing officers. That' right no standards. That is why they hire people like "let me cover up for Jessica Tyler" David Linthicum. Another hearing officer is "let's make money by violating state and federal law and profile non natives" Pete Camacho. The newest hearing officer is a current real estate agent! Police officers deserve better treatment. We are a profession not a circus. Taxation, Workforce solutions etc all require a law degree with several years of practice to be a hearing officer, but not at NMLEA. This is wrong and needs to be changed immediately. Any officer who has been suspended or revoked by the NMLEA Board should file in district court to have their hearing officer report tossed out. Stand up and make it right, police are professionals, we deserve professional treatment.

Anonymous said...

Every single hearing officer at the NMLEA is a water carrying, criminal scum bag, who were criminals when they were cops, and are criminals now. I am hearing official corruption charges are coming for 4 of them for rigging hearings, and tampering with findings. We will see. Schultz was involved in it, and it may be connected to the ongoing investigation on him. As for the above statement about those lowlives being cops, that was for lack of a better word. They were uniform wearing, parasitic, check collectors. If we were in Korea, we would be tossing them from the rooftops of sky scrapers and watching them splatter like eggs on the pavement below. Then we would piss down on them, have a champagne toast, and go home for a great night's sleep.

The LEA board, Schultz, Berry, Perry, Eden, no bid contracts, Taser, Nate Korn, the Albuquerque Journal, Susana Martinez, Jay McCleskey, Darren White, and dozens of other cowards are behind this whole criminal enterprise.

@ 9:58

There may be cops that are professionals, but APD is not among that group. Professionals police themselves. You want professional treatment? Behave like professionals then. Police your own so the public doesn't have to do it for you. That's what real professionals do. Cops at APD just whine and cry and blame everyone but themselves for their own failures. That's not professional, that's amateur hour. You made the bed....

Remember the DOJ report where it was noted that not a single cop took action to protect a victim or hold the bad cop accountable? Yeah, that's not the actions of a professional. Claiming to be professional doesn't cut it ether. You need to walk the walk. Sadly, I don't see a single cop at APD walking the walk. All I see are the typical rants like are found on this rag blaming anyone but the cop. Man up and accept responsibility for your own actions and stop behaving like petulant children. Only then can you begin to evolve towards a professional environment.

4-10; 8:27am:

EXTREMELY well said! You post a very articulate reply to the bed-wetter at 9:58. Professionals don't whine about "lack of respect". Professionals know that "respect" is earned, not a result of putting on a uniform and a badge. APD is not an environment for professionals and its members do not qualify to be regarded as professionals, nor respected. APD is like a gigantic out of control juvenile fraternity.

I call BULLSHIT on 1:45.... APD officers have for years had to deal with the real SHIT of society. The officers of APD should continue to hold their heads high and know that there are a lot more people behind them than against them. People that are coming forward now to file lawsuits are just in it for the money. Where were these so called family members when their SHIT BAG relatives were not taking their meds, or not doing as their probation or parole officers told them to do? Not dropping the gun when ordered SEVERAL TIMES by an officer to do so? AND SO ON............ It is so easy for them to cry now plus most of the families know deep down that they would be better off if the SHIT BAG was dead since they are worth more dead than alive. Hang in there officers of APD

EDEN IS RIGHT, the DC's can "walk" and why should the Council withhold their bonus. That's the problem, those DC's are there only for the money and not because of their love for APD, like it should be. For once, Eden is right. Morale would increase 100000% if Roseman, Garcia, Gonterman, Montano (he is), would retire. We are in the hands of the DOJ thanks to their following and kissing Schultz's ass. I hope Schultz gets charged for his involvement in Tazer Inc.

Contrary to your Fantasy Land delusions, ABQ citizens and visitors alike have had to deal with the SHIT called APD! As a native, APD has ALWAYS been a concoction of SHIT! With that said, APD officers should hang their heads in SHAME because you can't even police your own. No honor, and no integrity. How does that saying go.....remove the wood beam (in-house corruption) from your eye, before concerning yourself with the stye in the public's eye. In addition, to the Dan Kleins and Pete Dinelli's who have so many solutions now from the sidelines. Where were you Dan when you were a SGT? How many APD criminals did you help clean up? Better yet Pete, you were a Chief Deputy DA and the Public Safety Chief. Did you prosecute any APD vermin during your tenure with Jeff Romero? Furthermore, did you terminate the employment of any APD vermin under your watch? ABQ voters don't be amused with the half-ass efforts of Dan Klein and Pete Dinelli, they are just chicken hawks with a political agenda.....

Eden's comments just show the amount of arrogance that exists with APDs command staff is overwhelming. Eden thinking that if those losers leave, no one can take their place just shows how out of touch they really are.

Anonymous said...

When it comes to montano....good riddance. But as it's been said before, name one APD LT or Commander that is qualified professionally or morally to step up. And it's obvious with the Tyler pick that we can't trust Eden to make good outside picks. So what does that leave APD with..........another few years of crap

I heard that this hypocrite did ANYTHING to advance at BCSO. I heard that she participated in the destruction of other females and now pulls the female card. I hear there is another one just like her at BCSO, a captain that can't pass a urine test. Anyplace else she would have been fired long ago. Everyone should get one chance at beating an addiction, but if they fail to fix the problem, then they need to be held accountable.

You words per minute typing skill is getting better. I see the spelling of sheep and chickens got you a little bit between posts though. You know a little too much about bodily fluids. You are a toilet seat at tingley park. I make enough money to buy your mother and father on the black market, and have them mow my field in corrales. You can come there and watch. I will have your father serve you warm cups of piss. You would like that wouldn't you? If you need a job I will pay you one pop tart a day to clean the hair on my horse's ass. You can have all the warm horse shit you want, for free to sleep on. It will be warm and cozy, although a bit moist. I can rent you one of those olde timey clothespins for your nose, in case you have trouble with the odor, but something tells me you will be right at home with it. I can order a goat for you too, if that would tame down your anger. If not, I could give the bull a bottle of viagra, and lock you in the pen with him, after I dress you like my little pony, and strap you to the breeding post. Would you like that? Think about it between aneurisms and your bouts of irritable bowel syndrome. You are losing it, but I can see you plan more responses, because you left those little dottie things after your paragraph. Good luck with that. You are humiliating yourself. I would just like to tell you that, but I know you are just one of those people that has to learn for yourself. However, keep it coming, I enjoy seeing true animals such as yourself, who have lost nothing, show how much true class those who have lost family members to truly wrongful police shootings / murders have, when they speak of law enforcement, acknowledging that not all officers are "pigs," as you say, when people like you suffered only a traffic ticket. Get some help before you wind up down on the farm. Say hello to your two dads... Perry and Berry. Did Rob or RJ give birth to you? Because.... If Rib did it may be the effects of fetal alcohol poisoning that you are suffering from.
