Everyone has the right in The United States to peaceful protest no matter what the issue. Peaceful not RIOT!

The riot at The Donald Trump Rally was a disgrace to The City Of Albuquerque and The State Of New Mexico.  You may ask yourself where was Mayor Berry denouncing the RIOT?  Where was Governor Martinez, was she with the rioters throwing snowballs and beer bottles? 

A message to the rioters, if you want to fly The Mexican flag, then take it back to Mexico!  If you plan to stay in The United States after sneaking in and living off all the free benefits this Country provides to you at the cost to all legal citizens, take that Mexican Flag and shove it up where the sun doesn't shine!  Where was Chief Eden during the RIOTS? Hiding under his desk? 

Why did you Eden allow our Officers to handle a Riot MANY WITHOUT PROPER EQUIPMENT?  Our Officers stood their ground protecting those attending the rally while they were pelted with rocks, bottles, and fire bombs.  Rioters injured several Officers  and a horse while destroying Police Vehicles and Windows at The Convention center.  Eden why don't you stand in front of us and let us hit you with rocks? Better IDEA, JUST RESIGN YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THE UNIFORM. 

We at THE EYE could not believe only one arrest was made.  Anyone who threw a rock or anything at an Officer should of been arrested on Felony Charges of Assault or Battery on a Police Officer.  Were the Police ordered not to make arrests?  We at THE EYE are completely disgusted. Thank you to all Albuquerque Police Officers who once again put your lives on the line for us.

APD; Where the bad apples are the high hanging fruit.

We here at the Eye are constantly being sent information regarding the out of control corruption plaguing the city of Albuquerque. This time... we are only going to fill in the holes, while you, the reader, are given the information needed to form your own opinion, and see what is going on and why.

Attached, are documents outlining an attack on a woman, police officer, and mother, that occurred over three years ago. That case was dismissed on the grounds for a right to a speedy trial. Although everyone is believed to be innocent, until proven guilty, people do not get broken or swollen noses, lumped heads, fractured eye cavities, and bruised necks and arms, all at once, by sitting at home, watching their children.

The person accused of this crime was able to obtain a job as a hearing judge for Work Force Solutions, shortly after being charged with this felony. Funny thing is, he left the fact that he resigned, in lieu of being terminated from the Albuquerque Police Dept., for being indicted from his employment application for this job. Lying through omission? Now everyone in this state should know that this person has been hearing cases to decide wether or not former employees should be granted unemployment benefits.

An LEA-90 was filed on the defendant in this matter, back in 2013. The LEA board has been known for much disparity in their handling of cases concerning bias, and disparity in doled out discipline, based on who is the target, and who they are connected to, or know. Three years has gone by without any action on this person's certification, while other officers across the state have been revoked for much less, in a fraction of three years. This is interesting, because these hearings operate based on preponderance of the evidence, and APD's stance on the record in these matters is one in which they believe that you are still guilty civilly, and that merely having your criminal case dismissed, or not pursued, does not mean that what you were accused of did not happen. Obviously, not in this matter. Gordon Eden has stated that there are officers on the job that shouldn't be there, but he sits on his hands concerning certain cases. That is a fact. Do not be surprised to see where this is going people.

There is a pattern within APD of covering for those who promote the administration's agenda, are friends with high ranking city officials, OR WHO KNOW THINGS, ESPECIALLY BAD THINGS THAT COULD HURT THOSE ABOVE THEM. Knowing things is extremely helpful.

If you read the reports, you can see where the defendant was dropped off at Marble Brewery "with some friends" at 15:00 by the complainant. Those "friends" were Alex Catsis, who is a sergeant in APD SWAT, Troy Luna, who was with APD, but is now retired, and with HIDTA, a government drug trafficking enforcement agency, and Joseph Christman, who is currently a commander with APD, one of the next in line for a deputy chief position, and friends with CAO Robert Perry.

Our Eyes are telling us that individuals within the department have been very supportive of this individual, as they have been with Lieutenant Brachle, and officer Kieth Sandy.

Our Eyes are also telling us that the defendant in this case has a backup plan, in case he does not get his job back with APD. That backup plan involves obtaining employment with CIT inc., the counseling and training "non profit" that is operated by Troy Rodgers, and Leah Kelly Acata who is a current APD officer. That company was recently denied a contract with the city, for conflict of interest. This employment would have a job description of counseling officers, and training them in CIT (crisis intervention) matters. Again, read these reports, and see if you agree that this is how things are supposed to be.

The cozy relationship this twisted organization has had with certain reporters will soon be outed, as we here at the Eye continue to connect the dots. Standby, as we will be addressing some very disturbing issues in the not too distant future.

Some apples may be a little harder to reach, but our ladders are getting longer and longer.

Keep reading our humble Eye, and support the Albuquerque Free Press, the only paper not sanctioned by a bitter City CAO. Stop remaining silent. We encourage all employees to speak out, and post your comments. Let them all know that their behavior is over, by continuing to spread the damaging truth. It is not disrepute, when it is true, no matter how this dictatorship wants to spin it.

The Town

On Friday, February 5th, 2016, 298 miles Southwest of the Community of Memorial Villages, where the catalyst, and top culprit of several malfeasants responsible for the city of Albuquerque's corruption problem, Raymond D. Schultz now resides, the FBI took out the entire top tier of the Crystal City government all at once, leaving a complete vacuum, and demonstrating that "YES" the federal government is capable of showing up en masse, to demolish cretins where they are elected, hired or appointed, regardless of the "Saddam Huessein vacuum effect theory" it could have on the government agency involved.

In this impressive raid, the FBI arrested what would amount to here, as Mayor Richard J. Berry, and CAO Robert Perry, along with the third in command, and two city counselors; the five top city officials. When you read this story, you can not help but notice the similarities to what has been happening here. Lets compare shall we?

The individuals listed in the federal indictments were charged with "using their official positions to enrich themselves by soliciting and accepting payments, and other things of value." Kathryn Levy and former chief of the Albuquerque Police Department Raymond D. Schultz, along with several others including Robert Perry appear to have committed several linked acts in order to profit from the no bid Taser contract, promote it, or cover up the fact that it happened. The actions were so egregious that the city Inspector General, even under duress, had to admit that there was wrong doing, and that she was told to "soften" her report on Schultz's actions in what a rational person would say would "make it easy" on him. And of course in Schultz's email to Taser, he stated that he made it easier for them to get their no bid contract by "greasing" the deal with city council so the contract would "sail through." 

This was all done as former assistant city attorney ran interference for Schultz, and devised every plan she could to keep the Department of Justice from commencing their investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department on levels that defy the comprehension of just how dishonorable, illegal, and disgusting her acts were in doing them. The documents in this Texas case make accusations of bribery, extortion, and turning a blind eye, which pales in comparison to the proof that exists that Schultz, Perry, the Mayor and those in the City Attorney's office, tampered with cases, tampered with, and destroyed evidence, intimidated witnesses, retaliated against witnesses,

attempted to terrorize, and intimidate city officials, city employees, and citizens, lied under oath in criminal, civil and administrative hearings, not once but habitually through out their entire time of service. They have retaliated, looked the other way as state documents were forged, retaliated against whistle blowers, threatened city workers not to speak to the DoJ at the advice of individuals contracted by the city, who have worked for Taser international. These individuals have, over years of plotting, developed an elaborate system of control to keep their organization running. They have become so arrogant that they continue arrogantly through new city attorney Jessica Hernandez, to pull the same antics. 

Though Albuquerque makes the city of Crystal look like a tea party, the similarities in these cases are amazing, right down to their city attorney manhandling a citizen as happened here when CAO and ex assistant city attorney Wheeler and his buddy CAO Robert Perry became involved in a dust up with an amateur reporter in the city's underground parking garage at Civic Plaza. That Texas city attorney was indicted. These two fools are being sued, and one resigned. The CAO was given another raise by the mayor. Someone knows something though, and maybe it is the prey this time, like the gazelles in the African plains when the lions are circling, or the tuna in the Atlantic, when the Great Whites are circling. 

However you want to look at it though, everyone connected in this wicked web, from the nefarious and disgusting ex city attorney, to Schultz and his minions, have all fled as soon as the heat was on them. The entire top level of APD retired starting the minute they confirmed the fact that the DoJ was coming. Now, due to the vacuum of skilled corruption brokers, the information officers are stumbling with public comment, (lies) the chief started hiding behind youtube videos, to prohibit scrutiny through questioning until the pressure of being called a coward forced him out from hiding, and the mayor had to give CAO Perry two raises just to keep him, because we all know that Perry is the other half of things here. He is the one who constructs the schemes, threatens people, intimidates employees, and can't control himself.

The latest scandal involving the IPRA requests may just be the icing on the cake. You see, when you conspire to conceal evidence involving civil proceedings, or partake in that destruction, you are guilty of committing felonies. When you do these acts to cover official public corruption, like what Ray Schultz did to officers Doyle and Woolever, then you defraud the courts, and promote perjury to further cover your tracks, like Kathryn Levy did in that case, you conspire to promote official corruption, and conceal it from discovery. When you coach a police chief how to word statements, lie, and manipulate testimony to scapegoat an officer, while devising plans to stall proceedings, and play games to cover for the fact that you accepted gifts, and made it possible for your co-conspirators to enrich themselves in pay to play deals, and kick back schemes, while an entire police force was provided substandard equipment, as you blame an officer for an inherent issue you knew was plaguing the Taser cams, (Wire pulling loose) you are willfully, and maliciously violating civil rights. In Albuquerque we can have all of this. 

We can have conflicts of interest like Nate Korn sitting on the LEA board up until recently. This person has benefitted from numerous no bid sole source contracts that we have discussed here more than enough times. Every case Schultz and Levy had their hands in to push events in their direction were directly dealt with, or influenced by Korn. And might I remind everyone of the ARAPA business set up by Schultz's "friend" Karen Fischer, who used tax paid start up funds to kick start her business (Albuquerque Retail Assets Protection Association) then through the Schultz created loophole, came back as a consultant to run this business. This was all about feathering their nests and not getting caught.

If these people would have only done the right thing, none of this would have happened. If they would have stayed consistent in their conduct, not an eyebrow would have been raised. Had they only told the truth, there would be no lies to painfully keep track of, and get caught in when they can't. Had they left people alone, they wouldn't be hunted. As these malfeasants took every step, they failed

to realize that there are those who were watching them, and those who became their unpaid consequences. They failed to realize that there is a price for everything, and a balance in nature. As taken from the referred to article; Richard Durbin Jr., the U.S. attorney for San Antonio, told the Associated Press that he hoped the indictment would help restore some public confidence in the local

government. This is all people are asking for. It is not hard to understand. If convicted, each official faces up to 10 years in federal prison and as much as $250,000 in fines. That would be light considering, what was done here, and the lives it has taken a toll on, and taken. From the death's of Boyd, Torres, Ellis, and Gomez being treated like mere nuisances that could get these corrupt officials caught, to the unprovoked attacks against whistle blowers, who wouldn't go along with things, to the scapegoating of employees to deflect blame away from themselves, and the hiding from their accountability, when caught, they have to realize that nobody is immune from what happens when you hurt people, and there is nothing more cowardly, disgusting, or criminal, than someone who hurts others for profit, then cries victim when caught, especially when you are the biggest game in town, with the deepest pockets full of money that is not yours to hide behind.

Think about this one statement alone, by the former special agent in charge of the Albuquerque Field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation: "New Mexico is the Capital of Corruption of the United States. I've never seen anything like it in all my years at the FBI. Corruption is pervasive at every level ofgovernment". FBI Special Agent in Charge, FBI Field Office-Albuquerque, Thomas C. McClenaghan, January 2009, in an interview with KRQE Channel 13 News. If that statement is true, and there is no reason to believe otherwise, because it was uttered in the middle of all of this and the proof is public knowledge, the investigation will be the biggest of it's kind in the history of this country for one of the most forgotten states in the history of this country. Maybe it got so out of hand because New Mexico only mattered to those who lived here. Again, one city gets demolished for extortion, illegal gambling, and looking the other way, making it easy for their cronies to commit crimes while taking bribes, but here we have city officials collecting blackmail files on individuals they wish to extort, destruction of police reports, destruction of evidence, destruction of city equipment, and theft to conceal evidence, witness tampering, witness intimidation, illegal attorney conflicts of interest, conspiracy to violate civil rights, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, fraud on the courts, violations of federal whistle blower laws, attempted malicious prosecution, violations of city

ordinances concerning contracts, bidding, and employment with vendors, kick back and pay to play schemes, retaliation, hostile work environments, intentional misuse of tax payers funds to cover up this conduct through city attorney funded representation, perjury, permission of perjury, and conspiracy to commit perjury, bribery, breach of public trust, falsifying government documents, false swearing, falsifying police reports, case tampering and obstructing a federal investigation, all for one coward who did anything he could not to get caught, with the one common denominator in all of this who did whatever she had to to make sure he didn't get caught. Looking at all of this, we still haven't scratched the surface of the help they all had at state level, when it came to keeping a lid on all of this. 

People are scrambling, and our Eyes are telling us that Schultz is still actively in contact with those here, out of fear of justice catching up with him. As a matter of fact, while every other police department in the Southwest placed memorials to fallen officer, and hero Daniel Webster on their official police department Facebook pages, despite not having their police chiefs being recent retired APD alumni, Ray Schultz and former APD deputy chief Allen Banks from Round Rock, Texas police department decided to be cowards and hide, ignoring the death of this officer who actually served while they were here out of fear of their filthy and cowardly past following them to their new homes. Ironically, these two liars and cowards get to start over after running away, while everyone here is stuck in the mess they created. God bless you Dan. you will never be forgotten by those who matter.

With federal and state level investigations going on, we would ask that everyone with knowledge of this corruption, past or current, please take the time to step up, and do the right thing, either anonymously, or in person. Write letters. Send Emails. Make Phone calls. Unlike Current Chief Gordon Eden, continue to contact and talk to the DoJ. Email the federal monitor. Send tips to the NMAG's office, and Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington DC. Everything is important, whether or not it was when Schultz was an officer, or through out his career, it all matters, because you do not become like this guy over night, and criminal enterprises take time to build. You just may have the next piece to the puzzle. Dismantling an organization like this is done one weak link at a time. Just as criminal enterprises take time to build, sometimes it takes time to exterminate them. Be patient and persistent, and Albuquerque will be the next Crystal City.

The media can cower to the threats to black out negative reporting on high ranking city officials, but they can not silence everyone. Read the ABQ Free Press, and New Mexico In Depth. Continue to leak intel incriminating the corrupt through any channels necessary, including emailing the EYE, and understand that turning a blind EYE is as bad as being one of them. Jessica Hernandez, Celina Espinosa, Tanner Tixier, Simon Drobik, you all can be a very public part of the problem here, or you can be the solution by knocking off your self promoting behavior, and sticking to your job description. Your choice.

Robert "THUG LIFE" Perry Gets ANOTHER RAISE: It Pays to Be a Thug!

We all have heard about the great deal former Secretary Of State Duran got on her criminal charges, after all she is a somebody. 

Enter Rob Perry the City C.A.O. You nobody's may remember in 2013 Mayor Berry gave Perry a $33,000.00 raise.  Here is some news for all of you nobody's struggling to make ends meet. Our EYES  tell us that Perry just got another $ 8000.00 DOLLAR raise bringing his yearly salary to $188,198.4 dollars a year or $90.48 dollars an hour. 

We at THE EYE are disgusted by this.  Police, who the Mayor cries how much he cares about are still working without contract and have been for years.  Police bonuses have been stolen by their administration.  City employees are making around ten to fifteen dollars an hour!  

We don't have the stats for Fire or the private sector but we would love to hear from you. Have you had almost a 25% raise over the last five years?  Don't forget  Perry's huge salary is in addition to all the perks that go with the job. Does Perry have a take home car? Does Perry have a City Credit Card?  This is the proof that Berry and his team could care less about the employees that make the city run or the economy of the city and its people that struggle to make ends meet.   

Now let’s turn our attention to Councilwoman  Diane Gibson. As reported by KRQE ch13 Gibson wants The State Legislature  to pass legislation to allow local communities to make their own gun laws.  Gibson wants a ban on certain guns that she feels we nobody's should not have.  As we have reported on THE EYE the Police cannot protect us nobody's, all  they can do is pick up the pieces. The Police want to protect you but the sad fact of living in Albuquerque, is they cannot. So Diane after you take our guns, our means of protection for our family, what  are you going to do after the next tragedy ?  

Diane are you going to stand in front of the media and use that age old line, my thoughts and prays go to the family of nobody.  We at THE EYE are sick and tired of this political line. Diane why don't stand up and say this should of never happened in  the first place, and we politicians are at fault!

Ghost of Christmas Past....

 Tis the season once again to look back and reminisce, remember, and reinforce memories of why we here in the Duke City have the mess in front of us that we have. Memories seem to run short, get clouded and sadly enough... get forgotten.

The internet is unforgiving and the Eye on Albuquerque is making it's list, and checking it twice. We plan to make sure that when 2015 comes, it is a year of long overdue accountability for the naughty and not nice. While those responsible for this mess are  nestled all snug in their beds with visions of BLOATED PERA CHECKS and KICKBACKS dancing in their heads, the lies, and past treachery arise from the dead.

Stink Stank Stunk

The former cause of this mess and resident coward in hiding, ex disgraced police chief Raymond D. Schultz, has chosen to recently poke his worthless head out. It must have been that uncontrollable urge to let out a lie or ten. Yes, it is amusing that we do not see hide nor tail of this turkey, but when we do, it is another colossal tale of untruthfulness that he spins with a strait face. You would think this confirmed liar would stay under his rock, but the lack of attention must have gotten to him. You see, this irrelevant little cancer is taking issue with accusations against him that he personally involved himself in a criminal investigation pushing for charges against Del Norte school principal Sandra Jo Sloan back in June of 2011 Why is this interesting you say?

Timing is the reason. Knowing how this administration works, and how they have done things since there was even a twinkle of a DOJ investigation, all you need to do is look at the patterns, behavior, reactions, and compare it all.  One thing is consistent. They all lie then hide when caught or to avoid being caught up further in their lies.

After piquing our interest by this unexpected and odd surfacing, we here at the Eye decided to ask why. After that, we then asked Who, What, When Where and How? Then the twisted scam revealed itself, and how something that was once all about one selfish coward enveloped everyone around him, until it destroyed an entire police department, a city and numerous lives.

Something like a Department of Justice investigation just does not all of the sudden happen. There is rumor, speculation, and leaks over time as it approaches. Questions get asked, and people make phone calls, especially the fearful possible targets of such an investigation. It builds up until the point is reached to where all the speculation is either confirmed or dismissed. That day was Tuesday November 27th 2012, the day Kenneth J. Gonzales announced much to the chagrin of Mayor Richard Berry and FORMER police chief Raymond D. Schultz that they were going to launch an investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department. Knowing that this was a possibility from at least August 1st 2011, when the city council voted 5 to 4 for a DOJ investigation, but was then stalled and obstructed by Berry's veto, Schultz and this administration did everything they could to obstruct, if not totally roadblock the investigation by planning, conspiring, and contriving schemes, intimidating and tampering with witnesses, and cases, abusing the judicial system, destroying and or hiding evidence, maliciously prosecuting, or attempting to maliciously prosecute cases and lying under oath themselves or directing others to do the above before, during, and after the launch of the investigation. Since this was a boiling topic before the city council vote, this means there was warning going back to mid 2010 after the killing of Kenneth Ellis III, that the city council may push for a Department of Justice investigation into the Department. Looking at this time frame, we have from mid 2010 until the completion of the DOJ investigation on April 10, 2014 to fill in the pieces.

In November of 2010 prominent Albuquerque attorney Mary Han was found murdered in her home, and the crime scene was handled in such an unacceptable and unprofessional criminal manner that the Attorney General admonished the department for it's actions that day. Mrs. Han had just dissolved her partnership with her law firm partner, and was in the process of investigating numerous claims of civil rights violations involving many alleged prostitute contacts with APD personnel. While all of this was going on, the murder of 11 victims found in the West Mesa of the City of Albuquerque on February 2nd of 2009 was already a cold case. Word was that Mrs. Han was on to a possible prostitution ring. In June 2011, former UNM professor Chris Garcia aka "Burque Pops" gets arrested for running the internet prostitution ring, SOUTHWEST  COMPANIONS. None other than Lieutenant at the time William Roseman holds a press conference announcing the arrest. One media outlet reported that the membership base reportedly includes individuals from a cross-section of society, and Darren White was actually quoted as saying "There are probably some very nervous people out there right now." How about that? Our Eyes have told us the hard drives seized from Burque Pops contain the names and IPs of several high ranking politicians, city and state officials. Would this be enough to make ghosts out of people? We think so.

The Burque Pops case gets dismissed, and APD moves onto another investigation. As the city council of Albuquerque prepares to vote on bringing in the DOJ to investigate APD on August 1 of 2011, Keith Sandy of the Vice unit sensationalizes the arrest of former District Court Judge Pat Murdoch by arresting him at his office on Tuesday July 19, 2011 just prior. In August city council voted yes on the DOJ investigation and the Mayor Vetoes it. Pat Murdoch's case gets tossed out too.

In February of 2011, APD officers Doyle and Woolever apprehend an armed fleeing felon wanted for murder and numerous violent felonies without resorting to deadly force. They are cleared by their commander. As the city council DOJ vote draws near Schultz devises a second distraction tactic, and reopens an investigation into officers Woolever and Doyle, subsequently terminating them. While all of this is going on Christopher Torres is shot and killed in April of 2011 and Alan Gomez is shot in the back and killed while unarmed in front of his home in May of 2011. Remember how we told you things just don't happen. Apply this philosophy to city contracts and bureaucracy and they really don't just happen. It takes time. On January 17th of 2013 Tazer inked a 1.5 million dollar open ended contract with the city that was greased by Schultz in his own words. That plan was in the works since July of 2011, when APD got their first Tazer shotguns. In November of 2011 Doyle and Woolever are fired and Schultz, Jason Peck along with others are subsequently caught in lies involving the case and investigation. Now add in some more diversions and distractions and we are full circle now with what brought our attention to this matter in the first place, Schultz's meddling in the prosecution of a School Principal and several other matters to protect his own hide and the hides of his friends and people he owes favors to. Now we know exactly what they mean when they say "following orders from whoever tells us what to do" It is as clear as a bell now.

Christmas Present

In the custom of staying consistent in the only thing those running APD ever stay consistent in; extortion, retaliation, blame deflection, and ruining lives, and lying,  investigators from the same units are again directed to guide another investigation into another preconceived direction, by corrupt officials in order to cover for individuals, promote their agendas, and keep their track record of justified murders not getting prosecuted. Yet again, another shiny object is thrown out there to take attention away from the corrupt and prosecution of those deserving it; the Brandenberg investigation. It seems old Turkey Neck Schultz schooled his underlings well in the art of subversion and treacherous tactics. They have learned from the best how to abuse their positions to keep the cover ups going, and to deflect attention. Nothing has changed, and the officers in this case even admit how eerily similar their investigation was to the Murdoch case. It is evident that individuals running APD have turned the agency into a Criminal Enterprise worthy of most in depth criminal investigation since the Knapp Commission.

They have lied to the media, the courts and to the citizens. They have devised intricate plans and proceeders for optimizing the spread of lies beneficial to them by releasing such information only on the first three days of a week and never on a weekend. When the information to be released is damning to their agendas, it is released on a Friday late in the day and they hide from being interviewed or asked questions. All of the water carriers who have proven themselves loyal to this regime have been protected, promoted or rewarded for the water they have carried.

As we reach 2015, we here at the Eye want everyone not to lose sight of the big picture here.
