The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Why is it hard to just say LIAR?

The double standard still applies. We were recently sent copies of a complaint filed that may on its face, to some seem minor, but knowing what we know.... it is not. BECAUSE, IF IT WAS YOU, it would be a different ball game and we all know this involves another "CONTRACT" with the city.

We have seen the games being played concerning no bid contracts, Taser, Redflex, and APD equipment contracts being awarded to buddies of Ray Schultz. This investigation was intentionally stalled, because it may lead to bigger issues, like laws being broken to get a contract.

One thing is for sure, a liar we knew was a liar, is now being called a liar right here on paper. Read page 3 paragraph 2. The CPOA recently called former Albuquerque employee Robin Hammer a liar. They said she uttered an untruth. We say, call it what it is; a lie. She lied. They not only accuse her of lying, but they say she tampered with an investigation and changed findings to cover for some "unknowns in APD. Well, we have our suspicions who those unknowns are. As you read these documents, you will see that an employee at the dealership involved in this was fired. Hmmmmmm.... It seems there is always collateral accountability for everyone connected to the filthy things that go on, except for those connected to this administration. Just who was the chief during this awarded contract? Would it be called an "untruth" if it were you?

How is it that the CPOA can not find out who the unknown subject is who assigns vehicles to officers? They can find a needle in the haystack when it benefits them. Well, we guess if you can lose hard drives and cell phones, you can lose anything.

The cancer spreads.

Hammer, Rob Perry's pal, had control of APD administrative investigations for nearly 3 years. How many other cases did she conspire to manipulate to suit his whims? You got it right Stealth, this is another scandal as big as TaserGate, RedFlex, Kaufmans and the Urinal.

And now this clown Harness writes this letter full of manipulations, omissions, more flat out lies and expects us all to believe everything is fine and dandy?

Another BIG question here is, where does APD and the CPOA get the authority to bypass the State Legislature and set up their own little fiefdom where they make up the law - two tier system - as they go along?

You 34s, across this State, may as well toss out those traffic citation forms because defense attorneys are going to make you look like bumbling fools in court all thanks to your Chief, his buddy B.S. and this imbecile Ed Harness.

It appears the Board members knew their acting Executive Director was involved in conspiracy, false testimony, and the production of false public records before they had their first meeting in March of 2015, but yet allowed Hammer to remain in control of investigations for 8 months until she was replaced by Harness in November. And there is no doubt, it's a small office, that all of the CPOA investigators also knew of Hammer's nefarious activities.

Now, 10 months later, we have Harness admitting he was briefed on his predecessor's unlawful actions from the moment he walked in the door to take his new position and is just now informing Mr. Arasim of what was known and when.

This makes one wonder if there is a statute of limitations involved in the CPOA's - that was reformed to be independent of the Mayor's office, APD and the City Council - strategy of deny, delay and obfuscate by using the Settlement Agreement - paragraph 188 - between the City and the DOJ that was not legally binding until it was approved months later (June 2, 2105) by the Federal Court.

Is there anyone at the CPOA with integrity?

This shit has been going on way too long and still nothing has happened to any of these clowns. Nothing ever will happen to them. The system works for them as it does for regular folks SLOW................................ It's an absolute joke.

Harness and his puppet investigators will do what it takes to save their butts from getting kicked by the CPOA Board. The Board is a joke. Charles Arasim is a wacko. Look at his record (DV and disorderly). All cops need to be aware of crazy Arasim. No telling when he will flip out. The whole thing is so TVpathetic.

Yesterday the APD monitor ripped the Admin a new one in a "special report".

The monitor's next report will cover this new Admin Order that flies in the face of paragraph 188 of the CASA, NM Motor Vehicle Code and the CPOA's City Ordinance should be epic.

Not surprising Edward 'demonstration tags never expire' Harness, Esq. moved halfway across the country. ABQ is the only place he really wouldn't have to use his law degree while wielding it.
