The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Breaking: Judge Griego Removed from Bench

Details are a little sparse but our Eyes tell us that Metropolitan Court Judge J. Wayne Griego has been removed from the bench by the Supreme Court. We can't help but believe that the rally outside the courthouse played at least some part in the court's decision. The Center for Family Justice started their rally calling for a grand jury investigation into Griego's shenanigans just yesterday and have reportedly gotten 250 signatures on a petition calling for a grand jury investigation.

We believe that a grand jury investigation is not only warranted but necessary even if Griego is permanently removed from the bench. Our judges and elected officials should be held to a higher standard not a lower one.

Unfriggin believable! The incestuous court took a stand and got rid of the bad guy! I hope the SC has removed him permanently, not just for a period of time and I hope there's enuf sigs. on the petition to call for a grand jury panel to indict his ass.

Good bye Griego, good riddance to bad rubbish!!

so the supreme court is going to let him go because of the light shining on the situation. that's a good thing. but, will they put him in front a grand jury?? probably not! everyone needs to sign the cfj petition - it asks to have this crooked judge brought before the grand jury.

Thank god someone is going to do something to this corrupt judge! The dirty politics in the courts, DA's office, Mayor's Office and the APD Police need to stop! Someone needs to start holding these people accountable for their actions! I hope this is a look at things to come for all the above.

Thank you Supreme Court. Go after them all!

In a civilized world (the other 49 states), Griego would be indicted and be facing jail time. But our DA sees no need to prosecute this slime. Is she afraid to open a can of worms? Is there some sort of black hole downtown that everyone will fall into if the law is enforced equally? How many politicos in Albuquerque are actually above the law?
A change in leadership is long overdue here.

Damn if a dumb officer can get taken before a the GJ for the Daskalos affair please tell me the same will happen to Griego...I mean how many counts of tampering with public records do you need to have or does having a JD give you a pass????

It's about time. As an officer in his courtroom I have watched as he has worked back room deals with attorneys and forced them down officers throats. In one of my cases in particular he pre-arranged a plea bargain with the defense and told me that if I wanted to challenge it I could go to a bench trial (but I would lose). -NICE- I for one will not shed a tear to see him gone.

* * * IT AINT OVER YET * * *

He's a devilcrat (democrat), He'll play the race card and insist that it is he, not the public he serves and is accountable to that is the victim..

And in typical New Mexico political fashion he'll claim that this was all a BIG MISUNDERSTANDING
and given a free pass like Marty,Manny,Ray (Sanchez) and the rest of the democratic party criminal merry men ! ! ! ! !

Ding-dong the witch is dead...

Griego removed!!! Now hopefully his ex-assistant can get the justice she deserves. I hadn't know that she was the fall guy(gal) then fired, for this scumb-bag freak.

Interesting though, he's still going to be able to practice law??

What's the big deal, he will make more money working in private practice, representing gangsters, going to strip clubs, among other things, life couldn't be better hahahahahahahahahahah about time

Good guestion! SC should yank his license to practice law, also...playa' can't be trusted--so give his assistant back her job, or better yet sue his crooked ass since he'll be making more $$$ as a slime-ball lawyer in the Gorence tradition!!

From CFJ: 840 signatures in hand and another 340 committed at this point. Thanks to all for the help. We'll continue until we get enough for the grand jury. Will post our schedule soon. We had a great time today explaining to many attorneys that we had the right under the constitution to get a grand jury convened without the say-so of Kari Brandenberg! The dirty underwear is out hanging on the line and soon it will be flapping in the wind for all to see!

The ones with balls, that's funny!!!

Now they need to remove all those corrupt City of Allbuquerque officials from the Mayor down to his corrupt directors.

Curiously the DA says that they arent gong forward with charges -- the judge let slide hundreds of misdemeanors for family and friends. Ben Kirby only let one misdemeanant slide.. food for thought. And dont tell me that a cop is supposed to have MORE respect for the law than a judge.
Speaking of judges -- how bout' ol' Brennan doing us proud once again!!

The Center for Family Justice will have the petition to indict Griego available today, 3/14, from 3:30 to 6:00 pm at the Steve Schiff Post Office on Candelaria just east of Eubank. We will be in front of the Frontier Restaurant in the UNM area on Sunday, 3/16 from 11 am to 3 pm. Hope to see you there! Kari doesn't get the last word on this one. We can't trust her to do her job. The NM Constitution gives us, the PEOPLE, with enough signatures the right to put Griego before a grand jury regardless of what Kari thinks. Let's do it!!

We now have 1160 signatures in hand and commitments for another 380 - a total of 1540 altogether! The public is really responding to the outcry for justice when it comes to former judge Wayne Griego. CFJ
