The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Slumber and Change

Eight years ago the slumbering giant that is the people of the United States was rudely awakened to the reality of Fascio-Islamic terrorism. Sure... there had been a number of indications that there was an organized group of nut cases out there who wanted nothing more than to destroy everything that this country stands for, but we chose to believe we were safe - that we weren't at war for the simple reason that we did not want to be at war.

September 11th, 2001 changed all that. Even the most ardent denier was forced to admit that war had been brought to our shores taking the lives of over 4,000 innocent civilians.

Thus began the finger pointing. A new Republican administration was immediately blamed for not "connecting the dots" by an outgoing Democratic administration that was working hard to protect their legacy. There are a number of indications that the Clinton administration failed to fully understand the magnitude of the threat posed by Islamic terrorists. However, no one before 9/11 believed that Mohammed Atta and his merry band of terrorists would turn airliners into missiles and fly them into buildings killing thousands of Americans.

Of course, we hadn't been living in the Middle East where terrorists regularly straped on explosives - walked into pizza parlors and discos only to kill as many innocents as possible before going off to meet Allah. We were stunned... much of the rest of the world merely waited for our reaction.

Our reaction came swiftly. President Bush declared that if a nation harbored terrorists within its borders, then that nation was itself a terrorist nation. The idea was to fight them over there so that Americans didn't have to die over here. Whether you agree with the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq or not, you have to admit that the strategy worked and at the cost of very few American lives from a historical perspective.

Unfortunately, our successes may be leading to failure. Despite our best efforts, Islamic terrorism has not been defeated. They're still out there waiting for us to return to our misguided slumber. And the politicization of the Iraq War and the resulting changes in Congress and the White House have all but erased the hard earned knowledge earned at the cost of over 4,000 American lives on September 11th, 2001.

Prosecuting CIA operatives who were acting on orders and in good faith that their methods were both necessary and legal, diminishes their willingness to work in the field. More importantly, prosecution diminishes our ability to "connect the dots."

Turning a war in to a police action by mirandizing terrorists captured on the field of battle and expecting soldiers to act like law enforcement, exposes them to danger and us to terrorists. Guantanamo Bay - the much demonized detention facility located safely and securely on the southwest tip of Cuba - is to be closed. The terrorists it holds moved to be held amongst us.

President Obama has shown us his true colors. He is an American apologist who either doesn't know or doesn't understand the nature of our enemies. He believes that he can talk his way out of anything and the public and his enemies into anything.

Make no mistake - we are at greater risk today than we were just eight short months ago.

We're not saying that President Bush got it all right. The Patriot Act went too far, he hung too much on WMDs in Iraq and probably was overly optimistic about our ability to a remove a government and replace it with a democracy - lessons we should have remembered from Japan and Germany. But, President Bush understood the nature of his enemy. Anyone who is willing to die for a cause will ultimately take an unacceptable number of innocent lives while trying to achieve their objective.

Last November, Americans voted for "hope" and "change." Let's hope that change hasn't lead to the same type of slumber that resulted in the deaths of over 4,000 Americans. We owe them and the soldiers that have died in two wars far more than that. At the very least, we owe them and our countrymen the vigilance that is but one of the prices of our freedom. If we forget 9/11 we will be doomed to repeat it.

When you say, "nutcases," that's how I remember being described by those idiot APD cops.... what if the killer turns out to be the brown/red haired guy wearing the Texas Longhorn sweatshirt from 2003. Ok... so after I was attacked... I was shaken.... I marched around the sidewalk holding a sign stating that females should not be the victim of poor police work and intimidation. It was a peaceful march.... no arrests....like the women in black at the courthouse. A month later, Monica Candelaria went missing..... Could I have been the first attempt? A female... right under the nose of the APD... females were being attacked, murdered and bodies dumped. How dare you 909080808088808 APD.... No, I am not the type of person that would qualify for a nutjob, nutcase, nasty women, bimbo etc... I worked 9090880 hard my entire life doing respectful jobs and paying my bills never like you idiots being sued by NMEAF and paying my bills on time!

The 911 terrorists are despicable and deplorable....

People wake up; the extremist Islamic movement will not rest until the caliphate that they dream of is fulfilled. For those of you interested in the subject I highly suggest the book, America Alone by Mark Steyn , ISBN 978-0-89526-078-9. There are far bigger issues in this world that the on goings of the APD, APOA, FOP, COP, DCOP etc….

You fail to understand the fundamental issue at stake. Freedom versus Safety. If you shait your pants every time something bad happens, you leave yourself open to being manipulated. You're more likely to have your life saved by a redlight camera than by any war in Iraq or Afghanistan. Those nutjobs are not a military threat, to the US. They cannot invade our country and take control. They cannot change our laws or restrict our freedoms. They are a international group of criminals and need to be treated as such. The problem is that there is little or no international law and order, aside from what the US military is put in the awkward position of imposing.

Thank you Albuquerque Eye for allowing this blog for freedom of expression. Obviously, like Hugo Chavez there is Martin Chavez who
will try and attempt to create
the impression that your blog is not important enough! It is very important.

How to stop Terrorists:

Get rid of Bozo's like Bakas at the ABQ International airport.

Allow better communications with
APD and Aviavation companies by working on partnership agreements.

Stop forms of government that no longer accept democracy and freedom of speech and those leaders in office who try to overturn term limits.

Eye
Might be time to get an unlisted web site. Just sayin.

No, the Albuquerque Eye doesn' t need to get an unlisted website. Don't be ridiculous. The September 11, 01 attacks were deplorable and despicable. For that everybody can agree! People in Albuquerque don't need to live in fear, but at the same time people in Albuquerque deserve to have a Mayor that knows how to get along well with others and one that would provide Airport businesses and International Flight Schools long term contracts to help keep security and better communications in aviation.

I think because campaign elections are approaching that it is important to take time to think about Aviation security and how Mayor Chavez let Bode Aviation down in not granting a long term contract. I would expect that Airports have long term contracts with the City to help keep security at 100 percent. I would like a Mayor that feels the same way.

Martin Chavez's ex-wife is Coco Posts and below is what Martin's ex-wife has to say about how her former husband handled Bode Aviation. I heard that the FBI might be asking to interview Martin Chavez's former wife to find out more information on extortion at Bode Aviation. As you know, the FBI heavily regulates International Flight Schools such as, Bode Aviation. In order to keep out terrorists, Albuquerque needs to keep airport security 100 percent which means investigating the extortion at Bode and filing charges for criminal intent against Martin Chavez.

Poster #1, you should seek counseling asap. And if you know this person, give his name up to APD.

Anonymous said...

Don't know his name and I don't care to because the low life that
killed those 11 plus women is probably Lorenzo Montoya. I just saw the email about the liver and onions and watermelon and how somebody wrote an email confessing to be the West Mesa killer. According to Schultz, what is disturbing is that none of the females had any clothing on. I wonder if somebody was selling body parts for money? Or, if somebody had a craving for human liver? The APD know who attacked me.... APD does know the name. When I did my silent, peaceful protest for 3 days marching up and down sidewalks back in April 2004, the West Mesa killer had already killed 4 females! My signs were all about protecting females from violence and how horrific the APD at the Police Substation treated me! I am a licensed health care worker and I help people for a living and that makes me feel great!

Anonymous said...

In my humble opinion, whoever gets elected in October needs to request that the Chief of Police assign APD Officers composing of volunteers, reserves, etc... to dig through the garbage where Lorenzo Montoya's garbage would most likely be found at and only the garbage people with the City know that!

Anonymous said...

The new Mayor elected in October and hopefully somebody other than Marty farty will get longer term contracts for Bode and help ensure continued 100 percent security and communication in aviation!

The Semtember 11, 09 was a terrible tragedy and we need a new Mayor.... somebody that won't extort from businesses such as, Bode Aviation!

Hey dipshits, it's federal judges APPOINTED BY REPUBLICANS that are making the rulings that are saying Yoo, Ashcroft, Rumsfeld, Addington, and all the other hacks fucked up.

You can blame the Dems for lots of things, but cleaning up the mess left by Republicans ain't one of them.

Would the City please remove all Marty Farty's political signs because their tremendous eye soars! Looking at the street corners (Marty Farty's local hang out it seems) and seeing ugly Marty Farty's picture plastered is
a car accident waiting to happen!

Eye Soar!
