The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. LOL @ the My Daddy commercials for APD recruiting.

How bout a new one....something along these lines (the truth).

My Daddy is a coward who doesn't uphold the Constitution. My Daddy doesn't have an ounce of integrity within him because if he did, he would be black-balled to station reports or serving subpoenas. My Daddy is now being investigated by the DOJ! LMAO!

What 34 is my Daddy?

APD: Another Public Defamation
APD: Another Public Debacle
APD: All Police Disgusted

The DOJ needs to read the eye to get some good leads...

Let's all hope the DOJ doesn't conduct it's investigations like the FBI has or nothing will be done and lots will be looked over

You are now going to see the mayor and chief try to use every cop they can as a human shield. If you thought the chief set up cops, and threw them under the bus before, wait till you see his smug mug on television spinning shit like crazy. Here's some advice chief. It's too late for your lies. Everyone has your number. We all know you are full of shit. Everyone is fed up. Just imagine the shit that's going to come out of the woodwork like a pandoras box about you when everyone starts talking, and boy are they going to talk. Maybe retirement is the intelligent choice now. Keep playing your few bad apples hand. Everyone knows what you have done and it's all going to come out. You, the mayor, CAO and your lying deputies are the rotten apples. Your IA investigators are going to spill the beans when questioned about the orders you and Feist have given them and Miller's comment about being told to do illegal things to officers is going to come out. Once the dirt comes out, I'm betting this civil probe turns criminal really quick for the 5th floor. It's about time.
Your use of force patterns and customs and how you have promoted deadly force over alternative methods is going to be your undoing. Officers are fed up and they are going to tell the truth because now you can't retaliate. They will find out how it has been taught that officers will only use deadly force when confronted with deadly force. It's also going to come out about what you did to those officers. All of your dirt is backfiring. Strap in asshole, the rollercoaster is just starting.
WELCOME DOJ!!!!!!

I watched the news coverage of the DOJ press confrence with schultz standing there red faced, with blinking eyes looking scared to death saying that he is taking it as a challenge to take APD higher......

Well chief.....
Why don't you do us all a favor and resign because APD will never get off the ground with a boat anchor police chief who lies like he breaths. Your non verbal cues say liar, scared and phoney. Yea, you looked afraid today. Very afraid.

Mr Perez,
You nailed it. When you enter APD you will find a treacherous maze of those trap doors, hidden rooms, false walls, and a great big Pandora's box that are going to amaze you like no other. Please put the 5th floor under a microscope and don't pay attention to their smoke, mirrors, dogs or ponies. Interview EVERYONE, officers, supervisors and commanders, active and retired. You will find that the problem is the administration and a few bad apples at the very top.

Mark my words, the drumbeat here is that APD Officers are the problem. The officers will bear the brunt of everything.

The 5th floor will be the new bff of the DOJ. The DOJ is not going to do a thing to senior leaders. This is the SAME DOJ the refused to prosecute the Black Panthers caught on video staniding at polling places intimidating voters. Protecting based upon political sensibilities is their forte'. It is well known that corruption and incompetence simply cannot exist where the LEADERS of the city and department are skilled and honest.
But rest assured, APD will be the first case in history of thug, corrupt, and terribly trained officers, who are unworthy of their stirling and stellar leaders on the 5th floor.

The other ones who will be utterly blameless in the DOJ report are the thugs of this city. I cannot think of a single person shot by APD, who i am not very pleased is not out on the streets anymore when my loved ones are. Every single one was a violent menace. But DOJ will not mention a thing about Albuquerque having a culture that glorifies the gangster, dope culture, and some subcultures here that happily celebrate every kind of violence they can. There's a reason "Breaking Bad" is set as happening here.
People from everywhere know Albuquerque to have two cultures, a sane, normal, active, intelligent, artistic one. And of course, that well known violent one.
Ask people from other places, they won't tell you APD is nuts, they tell you Albuquerque is nuts. Thats just a fact. Every 6 weeks we have a story of unbelievable violence here that would be a once in five years story elsewhere.

No, this administration will not be blamed, the violent jerks who APD thankfully shot and the culture that made them will not be blamed.
Everything will be hung around the necks of the officers and Sergeants. The 5th floor will be exonerated, and the dead menaces to the city will be beatified for sainthood.
Officers will live in fear, and stop working. And soon, everyone can enjoy the new crime wave.

PS; if APD is so bad, and Schultz has been a DC, or a Chief for close to 10 recent years, does anyone think that just maybe.... ohhh nevermind.

@10:37- That's absolutely. Correct.Albuquerque itself plays a major role here for just the reasons you list. It's what the spinners refer to as a "diverse " culture. When I first moved here the big crime story was the sicko that took a key and cut the baby out of a random woman that he kidnapped! My family back east freaked and wanted me to leave. History is that I didn't until 3 yrs ago I moved to east mountains because.of my job I haven't gone further..I work for the city of Albuquerque....counting the days till retirement!

And those new APD be a hero commercials are horrible... How much is that costing us....

Did anyone smell shit at the press conference? I swear, Schultz and Berry looked like they had a load of it in their pants. Maybe that's why they were standing instead of sitting.

All of schultz's photos since look like he's horrified. I wonder if he slept last night. Probably not a wink. Pity.....
