The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. NO LONGER THE HUNTSMAN... NOW THE PREY.

Anyone who knows a little bit about how nature works, knows that the above photo, or lack of what is in the above photo speaks volumes about what needs to happen here. The only exception is the prey lacks any innocence.

Some people just never learn. It is a known fact that we have many eyes in many places. Many of these eyes contact us with information that the corrupt never want to see the light of day. A lot we post, or forward to the appropriate authorities through our channels.

Our eyes recently brought us some very disturbing information concerning the Albuquerque Police Department brass. Extortion, retaliation, and blatant disregard for the presence of the Federal Department of Justice is as prevalent more so now, than it ever was.

Since his appointment, APD Deputy Chief Bob Billy Badass Ballbanger Huntsman has fancied himself quite a tough guy, and enforcer for his BFF Police Chief Gorden Eden. This end aged, bald, sunglass wearing weakling, and political appointee swags around the place, enjoying the worship and ego stroking of kids who do not know any better, while acting like a thug, henchman, entourage boy, intimidating civilians, and covering for his tactical buddies. If he's not holding Gorden Eden's hand at meetings and press conferences, he can be found enjoying one of his many meals through out the day, with his gal pal, female minime Jessica Tyler, as they reenact the reality show Diners, Drive Inns, and Dives in the many Albuquerque eateries we have here. Must be nice. Understaffing at an all time worst, cops busting their asses out there, but the command staff plays the traveling foodie roadshow daily. No wonder why nobody wants to work here. APD is the poster child for the "do as I say" philosophy.

It was brought to our attention that it was Bobby Boy's idea to pin the Mary Hawkes gun on Dear as a throwaway, until the breaks were put on that scam after an investigator found reference to the small auto pistol on internet social media concerning Hawkes.

Recently we posted a deposition where Huntsman stated that lapel camera footage can not be edited. We all know the truth about that.

Now we have been told that Bobby Boy got his panties in a twist, and may have allegedly saw fit to threaten a certain person involved in accountability within the city. This appeared to have been done in part cryptically referencing weapons, and advising the watching of one's back. Hmmmmmm....Could the heat be getting to a few? Is there stress down at the APD main? We know so. Someone may need to face witness intimidation charges. Rats always lash out when they are cornered.

One thing is for sure with APD command staff. They will do anything to keep a lid on things that they do not want to get out. They've never deviated, nor will they, for this behavior has been the culture of APD for decades. The difference now is that incriminating information and evidence is leaking from within APD, so much now that it is only a matter of time. Employees still deal with this every day, the former District Attorney dealt with it when she was retaliated against, and the public deals with it at every City Council meeting.

Because of the pattern and practices of this out of control behavior we are discussing, there is word that the Feds have opened an investigation into the above threats and Bobby Boy. One has to ask what the hell is going on when the leadership of a police department becomes extortionists? What kind of leaders threaten women? What is next, the kidnapping of civil rights advocate's children, because they are speaking out about the corruption? We already know what they do to employees who go against them, or their sex, greed, and power culture. Maybe the feds are catching on that there are so many foxes in the henhouse, that it is now a foxhouse.

Folks, we have never stated anything other than the Federal Government needs to hit this place like it is an ISIS stronghold, with indictments for the past and present actors of this administration for what they have done, and continue to do. As we go into a new year, this needs to be the focus. There is an election coming up, and now is the time to mop these scum bags up. All candidates for office need to know that eradicating these parasites is a priority. The DoJ needs to make these bullies the Prey now.

Lets throw some chlorine into the 2017 pond, shall we. Stay tuned, because we have a lot that we will be posting after our sensational holiday break. We will be addressing the travesty of an article that Berry bought in the Washington Post as part of his horse shit governorship ramp up, and we will be addressing the issue some have with the DA allowing the New Mexico Attorney General to prosecute the murderer of Officer Daniel Webster.

2016 was another rough year, but we hope our eyes in the field, our readers, and our citizens had a great Christmas, and have a Happy New Year! Lets kick these assholes out in 2017! To our officers, hang in there and stay safe! Your malfeasant self serving bosses have less than a year left at the trough.

No, Berry, you are not inspirational, unless you are giving lessons on how to be a self serving, coward, liar or a groundhog.

Keep the faith, and stay tuned!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ALBUQUERQUE AND NEW MEXICO?

Just where should we begin?  We now have a Secretary of State, Duran, accused of misusing campaign funds to gamble. We have an out of control crime rate in Albuquerque and a broken Police Department with no morale. A little girl snatched off the street while the 911 operator tells the parent to stop chasing the abductor who has her child; the abductor is now free to strike again. High ranking at the Police Department telling you everything is fine. And last but not least, two failed superintendents we the “nobody’s” paid thousands to just so they would leave for their misconduct. Albuquerque is plagued with the mentality that all of this is acceptable and it is NOT.
Our EYES tell us Duran is now in rehab with Bonnie and Clyde being treated for a gambling addiction. If this is true she should do the right thing and resign immediately. She should also stand up and face her punishment which should be the same as the rest of us “nobody’s” would get if we committed a crime.  We all know that will never happen. Watch the politics begin because who she is; she is politician unlike us “nobody’s.”
We have shootings almost nightly. We have murder after murder, we have gangs running the streets stealing whatever they can get their filthy criminal hands on. We have carjacking’s; we even had a taxicab carjacked by a woman armed with a frying pan. We have our major interstate shut down by punks that think it’s funny to drive reckless and pull guns on us “nobody’s.” When these people are caught (if they are ever caught) and stand before a Judge; all you’ll have to do is look at them and you will know they are on drugs. Don't believe It; watch the local news. Of course the politicians will not admit to our drug problem with Albuquerque being rated at the top for heroin and methamphetamine abuse. Well, at least we made the top of the list for something.
This next issue will shock you. Millisa Torrez watched as her little girl was snatched off the street by a man later identified as David Hernandez, as he fled in his car. Mrs. Torrez chased after Hernandez in her can while on the phone to 911. The 911 operator told Torrez to stop chasing the car. YA RIGHT!!!!! What would you have done? We think we would all have done the same as Torrez. Torrez crashed her car into Hernandez car. Hernandez fled and Torrez saved her little girl. Police caught up to Hernandez but here it comes, CHARGES WERE DROPPED BY THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT OBTAIN ALL THE EVIDENCE TO PROSECUTE HERNANDEZ.  Hernandez is back on the street able to strike again.  Of course we realize Torrez and her little girl are “nobody’s” just like the rest of us.
Of course all the high ranking at The Police Department will tell you everything is fine, no need for all you “nobody’s” to worry. After all, we get our huge salaries and really don't care about you “nobody’s.” Heck we even give the Mayor 24/7 protection, because he is one of us politicians’ and in their eyes a somebody. Has anyone heard from Chief Eden?  We think he is taking after the Mayor and hiding under his desk.  Heck maybe the same desk.  Maybe Eden needs protection 24/7 just like the other coward?
Finally our schools.  Are you kidding us “nobody’s?”  Two failed superintendents that we the “nobody’s” paid thousands upon thousands of dollars to buy their silence and so they would leave. We “nobody’s” have a School Board that thinks they can meet and vote in secret and don't have to open the meetings to the “nobody’s” that are on the hook for all the payouts and everyone's salary. But don't worry we have a California Company looking for a new superintendent for us.  We in New Mexico are too stupid to look for ourselves and pay a local company to find us a good one. This is just like the Texas Company handling the accounting and license for Animal Humane. We are too stupid to do this and pay a local company and keep the money at home. Now ask yourself why are out of state people flooding local political campaigns with cash during elections. If you think we can't figure that out we guess we are just too stupid.  We at the EYE would like to hear from you.
P.S. School board here is a free Idea.  HOW ABOUT APPOINTING Mr. Moya Superintendent? You know, the same person you have on leave for doing the right thing and protecting us “nobody’s” and our children.
We “nobody’s” voted in these people and we have options. We can always vote them out when the times comes but right now we can force the people we elected to be accountable to us “nobody’s”!

Time to Face the Facts

Berry has proven to be the worst Mayor in the history of Albuquerque. FACT! APD is being negligently mismanaged. FACT! And we the citizens are paying the price for both. FACT!

What to do about this horrific chaos has to be the primary focus of every citizen. Do we try and fire the mayor thus causing and creating more problems to the chaos he has already created? Do we try and push a completely useless City Council to do their jobs? Do we take to the streets like a bunch of wild buffoons and commit civil disobedience? Do we go out and buy a gun and start carrying it strapped to our sides and take the law into our own hands? The frustration among the citizens is horrendous.

Albuquerque is a magnet for every criminal in the country because we have the worst run city and police department in the USA. Proof, well, we don't have to look too far. Just last week here in Albuquerque, an ex-national news anchor was forced at gun point from a motel parking lot back to her room. In the end a gun battle ensued and her husband was shot several times and the offender was killed. Oh, and the offender; he wasn’t from Albuquerque he was just here visiting and abducting women at gunpoint to rob them.

Every single day we all hear it; there was a shooting in the NE Heights, one person dead. An accomplished high school student killed in a drive-by. Body found under a slab in a field on the Westside. The murders in Albuquerque are out of control due to an extremely poor run city and a negligently run police department. We wonder if the FBI is going to help out and find at least one of these murderers. We already know the FBI has assisted APD on employment personnel matters.

Most recently in today’s Albuquerque Journal (READ IT HERE) the featured story is APD’s response time to 911 calls. The story starts out by stating, “More violent crimes, More 911 Calls, Fewer cops.” The bottom line is; when a citizen calls for the police because they have an EMERGENCY they will not see a cop for at least 10 minutes and 43 seconds. A lot can happen in 11 minutes but why would Berry or Chief Eden care? Eden is pulling down $158,000.00 a year to provide the citizens with the worst possible service. Berry is sitting around daydreaming about being Governor.

“I think the (police) chief has us on the right track,” Mayor Richard Berry said in an interview. Mayor Berry in his traditional incompetent manner is promoting further incompetence. APD spokesperson Celina Espinoza stated in part concerning 2014 911 calls, “and those cases require a lengthy police response.” Why would any call ‘require’ a lengthy police response?  It is an emergency call for help; people need police assistance immediately. Incompetence invites and encourages more of the same.  City Councilmen, Ken Sanchez, stated he is “very concerned.” And according the Union vice president, “Nobody’s proud of it,” said Shaun Willoughby, the vice president of the Albuquerque Police Officers Association. “In a Priority 1 call, 45 seconds is the difference between life and death.” But the story did not say the Union was doing anything to help out either. There was nothing in the story that stated Willoughby is standing by officers by putting on a uniform and hitting the streets to assist on 911 emergency calls.  All of this is cheap talk from a bunch of cheap politicians.

Here is a statement concerning Gordon Eden; “Police Chief Gordon Eden previously said he has shuffled officers’ assignments to get more police officers in the field. Earlier this year, he reassigned police officers who were working in records and the crime lab back to patrol.” Eden did not state he put an extra 20 officers on the streets; he stated he shuffled the deck; which means nothing. But here once again, nowhere did it state Chief Eden has been working graveyard shifts in an effort to assist officers with 911 calls. No, Chief Eden has not handled one call for service nor has he ever written a police report; those types of tasks are beneath him. What a leader!

There is a fix for this and it can be accomplished fairly quickly with great results. The problem still lies with Berry and his refusal to admit Eden is the second biggest mistake he’s made. The first biggest mistake was retaining what appears to be a very corrupted former police Chief Ray Schultz. Eden must be fired immediately and a person who knows how to run a police department with the right answers needs to be appointed.

The story ends with this statement; “Police response times were a point of debate in the 2013 mayoral election. Berry’s opponent tried to show the city’s public safety was threatened by slowing response times. That was when the data showed police responded to Priority 1 calls in 10:11.”  In other words we were all warned by Paul Heh and Pete Dinelli before everything went to hell.

Corruption starts at the TOP and Trickles Down

Recently KRQE 13 News reported on a blatant violation by Berry’s selection for the APD Chief’s position (READ IT HERE).  According to 13 News Berry’s Chief Gordon Eden is sporting service bars that represent 32 years of service with the Albuquerque Police Department.  This is a violation of the APD policy.

According to the story Eden was sporting 16 Gold Bars on his left sleeve which represents 32 years of service with the APD.  We all know Eden should only be wearing a half of a bar which would represent his real time with APD; one year.
You will continue to hear it from the Eye On Albuquerque; corruption starts at the top and trickles its’ way to the bottom.  If Mayor Berry allows this type of disrespect and dishonor and Chief Eden is allowed to commit this type of disrespect and dishonor what is the message the lower rank and file are hearing?
The message is clear; I am better than you and I can do whatever I want without any consequences.  The example the old salts told us at coffee was; “This follows the same premise as why officers give citations for minor violations; it prevents or at a minimum deters the person from committing worse offenses.”  If this is true, this means Berry and Eden are or will be headed to commit worse violations.  This also means the rest of the rank and file is learning from the Mayor and APD’s Top Cop how bad behavior is accepted and rewarded.
Berry is the boss and should initiate discipline immediately and set the correct tone.  Gordon Eden should openly admit he was wrong, take his punishment, apologize and go on about his business of being the Chief.
With Chief Eden at $158,000.00 per year; the least he can do is follow a few simple rules and not make them up as he goes along…
We feel obligated to mention the tacky cheap comment made to News 13 by APD’s high dollar PIO.  When asked for a current copy of APD’s uniform policy, Espinosa replied, “You know how to file a public records request.” That type of cheap and demeaning behavior may be acceptable in the “City Different” but it is considered unprofessional and trashy here in Burque.
Doesn’t anyone have any morals anymore?  Kudo’s to Captain Gilmore for standing up and saying what all the coppers told us they were feeling.  We here at the Eye Salute you Sir!  Our Eyes tell us Captain Gilmore was a real cop and a real leader.
And then again; there are those who have an alter-ego, right Eden?
