This is very befitting, because The statements that come out of the mouth of the Albuquerque Police Department's Public information Officer Celina Espinosa sound like they come  directly from the moon and outer space. Case in point, is the issue below, where Eden claims staffing is not the issue with the out of control crime rate, and Celina Espinosa swears to it.

NEWS STORY OF EDEN LYING AND SQUIRMING.    

In Albuquerque, almost a car an hour is stolen, because it is the victim or the court's fault according to APD Police Chief Gorden Eden. Gorden blames the courts, the jails and victims. Just listen to the below interview to see the arrogance coming from a Punk in uniform... a non cop. By the way, where are your sleeve hashes Eden! Ha ha ha!  Eden could not effect a solo arrest on an armed, and capable felon if his life depended on it, yet he sees fit to put forth an opinion, no legitimate street cop worth his badge would agree with. Chief Eden is a soft, weak, pathetic, lying, crybaby. As this punk who dodges anticipated, heated city council meetings when controversial topics come up lies to Caleb James from KOB News, look at how he tries to posture up. Listen to his defensive and evasive replies. Look at his hands in his pockets like an unprofessional. It is pretty pathetic, but so are all of Governor Martinez's political appointees, whether direct or indirect. 

Looking at Gorden, we can understand why the crime rate is so high. Would you respect a police department with that bleach blonde, lying weakling as the leader? Would you stop for an officer who was chasing you for robbery, when you know the self serving leaders of his corrupted  police department would scape goat him, frame him or fabricate a media fireworks display out of his justified actions in order to either cover their public corruption or paint themselves the solution to a problem they created and perpetuate? No! No, you would not, and that is the problem. It is two fold. 

Because of the actions of this administration in all facets, officers have shut down. Criminals were emboldened by seeing a department that eats their own to protect the criminal upper echelon, and the good officers do not want to be the next target of a desperate, lying administration under investigation. We all know what a rat can do when cornered. Most jumped ship when the DoJ came, but the rest are the ones still lashing out to protect their investments. The lack of response times, coupled with the manpower added to this morale issue completes the equation. Everyone wants to dance around the FACT that officers are terrified of the cowards running the show here. 

Real officers take the job to do what needs to be done, in order to protect those who can not protect themselves. They do the most with the least, regardless of resources available to them, because being a cop is something they want to do. They deserve an administration that provides a fair work environment, not one full of top heavy, self serving cowards, criminals and perverts who only care about their agendas, and who will betray them at the blink of an eye. 

Maybe Eden forgets about the Message he sent out, latently threatening employees about cooperating with the Federal Department of Justice? We did not. That is tampering with a federal investigation. Eden blamed an employee for it like a coward, but we will not lose track of his lies.

In keeping with their practice of controlling information flow in or out from the line officers, or anyone for that matter concerning this administration, who would probably be candid, and blatantly honest to college newspaper students, Celina Espinosa wants to unburden officers, or "take the load" ( Ha Ha Ha ) from them, of fielding lengthy interviews. She wants to do this because she has all the time to do so and because it's her job to make their job easier. What a crock of shit! Funny, are not the records division and PIO extremely busy too? Haven't they claimed they were sooooooo busy, they could not comply with many IPRA requests? Pretty interesting, but it sounds to us that this was just another shut your mouth, and let us lie email. Our eyes recently brought us some very disturbing information concerning the Albuquerque Police Department brass. Extortion, retaliation, and blatant disregard for the presence of the Federal Department of Justice is as prevalent more so now, than it ever was.

Since his appointment, APD Deputy Chief Bob Billy Badass Ballbanger Huntsman has fancied himself quite a tough guy, and enforcer for his BFF Police Chief Gorden Eden. This end aged, bald, sunglass wearing weakling, and political appointee swags around the place, enjoying the worship and ego stroking of kids who do not know any better, while acting like a thug, henchman, entourage boy, intimidating civilians, and covering for his tactical buddies. If he's not holding Gorden Eden's hand at meetings and press conferences, he can be found enjoying one of his many meals through out the day, with his gal pal, female minime Jessica Tyler, as they reenact the reality show Diners, Drive Inns, and Dives in the many Albuquerque eateries we have here. Must be nice. Understaffing at an all time worst, cops busting their asses out there, but the command staff plays the traveling foodie roadshow daily. No wonder why nobody wants to work here. APD is the poster child for the "do as I say" philosophy.

It was brought to our attention that it was Bobby Boy's idea to pin the Mary Hawkes gun on Dear as a throwaway, until the breaks were put on that scam after an investigator found reference to the small auto pistol on internet social media concerning Hawkes.

Recently we posted a deposition where Huntsman stated that lapel camera footage can not be edited. We all know the truth about that.

Now we have been told that Bobby Boy got his panties in a twist, and may have allegedly saw fit to threaten a certain person involved in accountability within the city. This appeared to have been done in part cryptically referencing weapons, and advising the watching of one's back. Hmmmmmm....Could the heat be getting to a few? Is there stress down at the APD main? We know so. Someone may need to face witness intimidation charges. Rats always lash out when they are cornered.

One thing is for sure with APD command staff. They will do anything to keep a lid on things that they do not want to get out. They've never deviated, nor will they, for this behavior has been the culture of APD for decades. The difference now is that incriminating information and evidence is leaking from within APD, so much now that it is only a matter of time. Employees still deal with this every day, the former District Attorney dealt with it when she was retaliated against, and the public deals with it at every City Council meeting.

Because of the pattern and practices of this out of control behavior we are discussing, there is word that the Feds have opened an investigation into the above threats and Bobby Boy. One has to ask what the hell is going on when the leadership of a police department becomes extortionists? What kind of leaders threaten women? What is next, the kidnapping of civil rights advocate's children, because they are speaking out about the corruption? We already know what they do to employees who go against them, or their sex, greed, and power culture. Maybe the feds are catching on that there are so many foxes in the henhouse, that it is now a foxhouse.

Folks, we have never stated anything other than the Federal Government needs to hit this place like it is an ISIS stronghold, with indictments for the past and present actors of this administration for what they have done, and continue to do. As we go into a new year, this needs to be the focus. There is an election coming up, and now is the time to mop these scum bags up. All candidates for office need to know that eradicating these parasites is a priority. The DoJ needs to make these bullies the Prey now.

ALBUQUERQUE'S INFERNO

Per capita, heinous crimes are out of control in our city, and we have a mayor to blame for it.
Monday, another cretin perpetrated yet another crime that not only shocks the senses, but is just unimaginable. Three young children were murdered in cold blood at their home. A home is somewhere where a child should be safest, but here in Albuquerque, for the second time this year children were killed in savage fashion. This time, a mother fought almost to her death to try to save her children from being killed. Her children were killed, and she was critically injured. There is a biological father grieving. There is no one to stand trial, because the killer shot himself, and he is dead. There is no one to stand trial. Think about that. There is a father, and a broken mother, there are friends and family, and an entire city who are devastated, and lost, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We have witnessed an amount of public corruption so out of control in this city that it has driven the number of officers to an all-time low. The Albuquerque Police Department has hired only 3 more officers, if you look at the real numbers. Comparing the retirement rate, the terminations, and the officers quitting, (YEA THEY'RE NOT TELLING YOU ABOUT THAT) and compare it with the amount applying to, and being hired on with APD, and you have a whole 3 officers above their last manpower evaluation. Mayor Berry, and his liar Police chief Gorden Eden will tell you great things are happening, as the city burns, because people can not rely on the police department or its miserably failed leadership. Citizens call the police for help, but instead get a security service as a first responder, yet, there is nobody to stand trial.

WE HERE AT THE EYE WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND THE IPS SECURITY OFFICER, ALONG WITH ALL OF THE APD POLICE AND FIRE FIRST RESPONDERS WHO RESPONDED TO THIS TRAGEDY.

We have a mayor who hides like a coward from everything going on here. He cowers like a gutless punk from scrutiny, unless he controls the variables, as he recently did when he charged $45 dollars a head, to attend his horse shit state of the village address, purposefully disenfranchising the poor in this city, and restricting attendance in order to keep out the outspoken. This same mayor has blatantly gambled with two things that you never should gamble with; your tax monies and politics, as he started construction on a transportation project, assuming guaranteed federal funding, that he may not get, which will cause a huge financial shortfall, leaving construction stopped, and businesses screwed, but his cronies's pockets are full, as he is guaranteed kickbacks down the line, when favors are returned after he leaves office, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We all know what former Police chief Raymond Daniel Schultz did to this department, it's employees, and the public, what he did with the Taser scam, and what his co-conspirator, former Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy has done. Now we are seeing more proof of her crimes in the current whistleblower lawsuit, concerning former records custodian Mr. Chavez, yet there is nobody to stand trial.

We have seen the current city attorney, Jessica Hernandez come out running her mouth, only to be humiliated with the facts, as she started her new job as the new replacement head mob attorney for this filthy, corrupt, malfeasant, administration. Her office has been sanctioned, and fined for bad faith acts. They continue to hide, and conceal facts from the public, defraud courts like Levy did, and treat people with disrespect, and hatred, just because they are being called out on their shit, as they continue to snub, and make a mockery out of the federal consent agreement settlement, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We have seen hearing officers at the New Mexico Law Enforcement academy board be blatantly influenced by former assistant chair Nate Korn to make decisions in favor of Raymond Schultz's agenda of retaliation, manipulation, and attention deflection, to fool, and derail the Federal Department of Justice Investigation, so that Schultz could get away with his numerous, and various kickback schemes that he had completed,(some with Korn) and still had going on. We have seen the council to the NMLEA board resign, when a letter surfaced, exposing him tampering with hearing officer findings going back years. This caused the new board counsel to have to state recently that they believe the hearing officers really didn't know what they were looking at all of those years, as they destroyed lives, while covering for criminals in rigged administrative hearings. We know better. None of this is oversight. It was all intentional. It was all planned, and it was well orchestrated by everyone who mutually benefitted by their criminal behavior and collusion. So, now there is a choice, because there is no more tolerance for this shit, and the time for covering for the intentional, and malicious actions of these individuals by them being let off the accountability hook with excuses of ignorance and stupidity is over. Instead of politically positioning themselves to avoid a political, civil, criminal, and media shitstorm, they should be admitting to it, owning it, and making it right, because if they do not, we will, and it will be worse when we release what we have. Yet, still, there is nobody to stand trial.

Fat Fuck Scott Greenwood comes here to bilk the city out of Hundreds of thousands of dollars with his knee scooter, and poodle, while watching pornos, and drinking cocktails in the Hotel Andaluz, on the city dime. Imagine that sight. After all, he did absolutely nothing but provide evidence in the Jeremy Dear case that indeed the city does politically witch hunt people. Where is that fat fuck now? Again! There is nobody to stand trial.

Billy Badass Bob Huntsman shows up at the crime scene of this latest tragedy, acting like a complete asshole, as the heat is coming down on himself and Eden for the corruption here, from every conceivable angle, proving it is still business as usual..... Yet there is nobody to stand trial.

And where is Mister red faced, scotch sponge, bloated tick, Rob Perry? He is a self perceived badass. Where has this little coward been with his little powder blue polyester suit? He shows up at crime scenes with political cronies, and tramples evidence. He incites demonstrators, like an immature, unprofessional thug, and he is currently facing a civil lawsuit where he is now held personally responsible for his reckless actions civilly, after permitting, and assisting in the public corruption that has plagued this city for years. Petting puppies, are we? Having his family members drive him around, because he's been tasting? Maddogging employees, while hiding behind everything he can, like the gutless pussy he is? His Eva Braun to Berry's Hitler is entertaining as both cowards hide in the bunker, while the light is shined on them. After all, it was only about enriching themselves on the backs of the entire city, and the innocent people they fucked to get it. But still, there is nobody to stand trial.

As we move into a new year, the mayor actually had half the sack to say “Last night in the city of Albuquerque, we suffered an unimaginable loss." No shit. This mayor is not fooling anyone with his fake tears. The city is having this happen on a daily basis because of him, and his corrupt, self serving band of scum bags. Omaree Varela, Iliana Garcia, Victoria Martens, multiple shootings a week, homicides every week, out of control motorists, three days of arsonist activity, and millions of dollars in damages, shot up ATM machines, Rapes, Robberies, and a plaguing drug epidemic. What is their answer? Blame everyone else! Everyone, but those in this administration suffer unimaginable losses daily, but this mayor, and his hypocrites are the ones who have the audacity to cry a tear of sympathy for what they want the public, and media to perceive; their oh so aching hearts for those over what they are directly responsible for. Behind closed doors, Berry and his Elitist dick heads trivialize the lives of everyone the perceive below them. They are responsible for this, because they have promoted intentional, unethical criminal behavior within APD, that resulted in no more respect for it's officers, and an attrition rate that is outstanding. Time and time again they blame the rank and file. The officers are leaving, because of Berry and his administration, and because of this, children are being killed. This is happening because, as proven, the criminals know cops can not get there in time, they do not respect the officers, and they fear nothing because of it. You have embolden the criminal element here, because the criminals know the administration values themselves, their bank accounts, and what is between their legs over backing their officers. Albuquerque is a sanctuary for the career criminal, a hunting ground for them. The officers are terrified because you have used them to protect your syndicate. They know better than to trust this administration. They know better where they stand with criminals than they do with this self serving criminal enterprise. The truth is, there is no proactive policing. The new officers hired under Eden are clueless, and look like does in headlights when you do see them, just like muppet mouth Gorden himself. As the citizens watch you pine for sympathy over what emergency services has to see, they should be educated on the hypocrisy. Berry could give a rat's ass about a cop or fireman. A real cop or firefighter takes the job to deal with these things, because they want to, in order to keep the innocent from having to. Berry has proven his disdain with his actions and lies. FMB. The only time this creep mayor pops his balding, Grecian Formula 44 mustached head out for is to take advantage of a tragedy. Go fuck yourself RJ, and take Susana with you. And Perry, you fuck, it's really an unimaginable loss, that raise you get every year, huh?


Oh, and we are making a list, and checking it twice. We have seen some really unexplainable decisions being handed down, that suggests collusion with some judges and this administration. There will no longer be an attitude of untouchability, because nobody is beyond reproach when it comes to corruption. We may have to address some judicial misconduct in the very near future, or in the least, make sure some betrayers of the robe get dethroned come retention time.

As millions have been paid out in lawsuits, criminal officers, command staff and political figures, behind the scenes manipulators, and others have all been covered for, and actually rewarded. Many of those responsible have left, but we are dealing with what they have intentionally created, and we will be dealing with the fallout for decades. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO STAND TRIAL.

Reading the above, noting the patterns, and observing the reoccurring usual suspects, you can see why the city of Albuquerque is in the 4th ring of hell, because this filthy administration is constantly the 4th and 9th rings. These creeps think they know more than they do, and they don't even know what they don't know.

We make excuses for no one. What we do here is put things into perspective. After looking at this, there is only one person responsible for what happened Monday; George Daniel Wechsler. He murdered those children, and shot there mother, but the response to what happened is the cake that APD baked for the DoJ. We all know how the saying goes with having your cake and we all know how APD wants to have theirs and eat it too. That is not going to happen, because the proof is in the poor policies of APD. No more blaming others. No more deflection. All of this was facilitated by those listed above, and more. Our city suffers and people feel unprotected because of the cowardly self serving parasites who have sucked our city dry.

You, Bob Billy Badass Huntsman, Red Face Rob Perry, and your master RJ Small Fruit Woodhead Berry better think about stepping down , and assisting the DoJ as witness instead of Defendants.

BREACHING PUBLIC TRUST FOR PERSONAL GAIN

Breaching the public's trust is unforgivable, but doing so to further your personal gain and stay in the good graces of a malfeasant and proven incompetent administration is a failure to a community that is being crapped on almost daily.

Diane Gibson and Brad Winter want to accuse the federal monitor of chucking bombs onto the process of reform, while casting doubt on his assessment? Remember Mayor Berry vetoing the city council vote to have the DoJ conduct this process? Maybe they should remember the constant roadblocks, and lies thrown out there by this administration in order to sabotage the DoJ investigation, like the email from Eden latently threatening employees over their cooperation with the DoJ in the final phases of their investigation. We here say that the time has come now for enforcement through punishment. There is a culture where these politicians have short memories when it comes to the past and their actions. They forget what they did yesterday. This administration buys cooperation through appointments. Was it a coincidence Winter was appointed to his APS position? There will be no reform as long as the selfish keep throwing illusions, influence and lies, in the way of the truth so that they are not the next enemy of this corrupt administration.

As we have said, the manipulators are hard at work attacking their critics. Berry and his administration play the passive aggressive word game of "we want to do the right thing, but they make it so hard," blame and redirect game, while playing the victim as they have their allies, who are indebted to them, or who will benefit from their cooperation, attack their critics. This is how they have played it for years.

Two of the most corrupting influences of government are money, and personal interests. Government is empowered to guard against the exploitation of their people. In Albuquerque, government has failed. It has intentionally failed. Replacement needs to come at all levels. and facets. ANYTHING SHORT OF A TOTAL HOUSE CLEANING ISN'T GOING TO MAKE A BIT OF A DIFFERENCE.

To know their game is to know these cowards. The tentacles of this administration reach out. They are all over the place. Every time you see someone back this failing administration, all you have to do is conduct a background check of associates to see they are directly connected and their motive for support is personal gain.

We think severity against this administration has not come close to terminal velocity.

In the spirit of a downright wanton disregard for transparency, honesty, and forthright effort for reform, the City of Albuquerque mob attorneys, lead by miss ambitious sour puss face Jessica Hernandez, and henched by the APOA, with crooked, double talking, two faced attorney Fred Mowrer, decided to exhibit the audacity they are well known for while doing what they are known for best, when the the critical truth presents itself; they try to silence it.

We here at the Eye ask you to read the order issued by U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Brack, putting the kibosh on that shit immediately. No doubt there was major disappointment down at the Cult of Co-Conspirators on the 4th, 5th, and 11th floors Downtown, when Ginger's ass ripping hit the Eyes of the world yesterday.

"Lost and Forfeited Opportunities" is the last Appendix in Ginger's Special report, and it is appropriately enumerated as as letter F. That is perfect, because as Mayor Berry ordered Eden and Schultz to always give themselves, and this administration an A, we all know they are all
F-ers. The last Albuquerque mayoral election was a lost and forfeited opportunity. Lost and forfeited should actually be at the tops of their birth certificates, and the birth certificates of a bunch of other culpable individuals who have fled, and a few that are still lingering like Jessica Hernandez's metastatic origin Kathryn Levy, the lynchpin, and mother of all liars who's modus operandi still lingers around this administration like a hot fart. As we have always said, deviation in patterns is where you can find vital signs of an issue. Before DoJ, this administration was in a furor to scapegoat officers, while lying and concealing evidence to say that officers were untruthful, and fire them, when indeed they were truthful, and reported their actions. They thought this would benefit them in keeping the DoJ from coming in. Now we have an administration that is covering for officers who lie, while lying and concealing to protect them when they failed to report their actions. They now think this will benefit them by stalling and fooling the DoJ into going away, or until they get to their pensions or next kick back scheme, pay to play, or investment scheme. We say Ginger is right, but it is more devious. It is intentional.

Reading Ginger's report, you can see that the Federal Monitor has had to deal with the same shit from the city as defense and civil attorneys, oversight investigators, the media, wronged employees, and citizens have had to deal with for years. Now is the time to force THEM.
