The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Here’s the Real Kicker

Recently in the Journal (read it here) article, it was reported that two APD officers allegedly kicked a bad guy on the head. Our Eyes tell us this wanted felon has a history of abuse and being a racist bigot with alleged ties to the Aryan Nations Brotherhood (white supremacist and neo-Nazi). We wanted to review this story and ask a few questions like, if this occurred on February 13, 2011, why is it barely released now? Now, meaning that Schultz is in the water wearing a custom pair of concrete boots with crocodiles up to his derriere. The Eye may have an answer.

To answer the question we must look at the circumstances and the situation, at the time that this occurred. Schultz was caught up taking care of White and his fiascos. Also, the Tera Chavez family lawsuit was settled for $230,000.00 dollars. Tera Chavez was allegedly murdered by former APD Officer, Levi Chavez. Tera had warned family and friend if she was found dead; it would be her husband Levi Chavez who killed her. The reason, because she refused to participate in Levi Chavez’s alleged scheme to stage the theft of his ford truck. Tera claimed that Levi Chavez was assisted by his “APD buddies” in the alleged theft. Levi Chavez was a lateral entry into APD.

Schultz was referred to as “Santa Schultz” because of all of the money he kept giving away from the City’s funds. Anybody remember the television show, "The Six Million Dollar Man?" Well, let put it this way; Schultz could tears in the Six Million Dollar Man's eyes with all the money he has spent of your tax dollars.

If this case is as bad as it is made out to be; shouldn’t it have been released back in February? Our Eyes behind the badge tell us that the officers; entire chain of command reviewed the video and found that the strikes were within APD’s policy and training, given the situation and the circumstances. The Eye understands that the video was also reviewed by the academy/training staff who all concurred with the officers’ chain of command.

Is waiting five months a convenient time to release an incident appropriate? The officers’ do not deny anything and documented it in the police report. It does not appear like there is anything here, the officers could have shot this offender and moved APD’s total to twenty shootings.

This brings us to what is really happening here. Schultz is constantly looking for distractions; this case only serves to shield Schultz from being a target of the public. Once again, and the readers may be tired of hearing this, but it is a fact; Schultz is ready to push these two officers under the bus to save his own hide. Schultz was convicted in federal court of retaliation/civil rights violations. These are real federal offenses; yet Schultz received nothing for his malice acts. The disparity in treatment in APD with Schultz is horrible!

It is obnoxious knowing the truth and listening to Berry constantly praising Schultz. Of course Berry praised the last looser he had on his team too. Berry must enjoy the tantalizing taste of “crow,” he keeps serving himself a mountain of the ugly black bird.

Ok, yeah Darren's gone, has another 'civy' job somewhere else.
WRONG.

He ain't gone till he's gone. Like another state. He is still around, still meddling in the affairs around here and still has his hand in the political cookie jar. I can just see it; Ray gets canned, then Darren Dirt and McCleskey find HIM a great job or contract like Darren got for himself. Ray can then triple dip and still be living in the lap of luxury like Darren Dirt and Peach Dream.
These people are sickening.
And the republicans who protect them and think that this is okay and that the sniff test is fine should be ashamed as well.
Don't hide behind your so called ethics and 'Holier than now' bullshit.

Eye, the media dregged up this kicking incident, they're not off the hook...anything anti-cop these days is what the media is foaming at the mouth for. Sickening.

There is not a politican that can handle Schultz and White. Face it this state is corrupt and all the politicans on both sides are involved. Gov. Martinez campained on cleaning up the corruption, what a joke she has become. Where is the State Attorney General hiding ? There is plenty to go after Schultz and White but the A.G. does nothing. I guess he is looking for a way to clear White of Trutouch so he can save his own ass.

Schultz rolled this out for DOJ.

"See? It isn't me! I'm a great chief. It's these damned animals out there shooting people, posting crap on Facebook, jacking off with prostitutes and kicking skinhead's skull in. See they're the problem. Not me The 34s need to be retrained. I can do it. I'm a great chief. Just give me a chance! Please, DOJ? PLEASE??"

It's official. We have a WEASEL for a chief!!!

Since officers cannot speak out in defense of themselves for everything that the public is slandering them of, then why in the hell isn't Schultz or Sigala?

Oh, nevermind, I guess we all know the answer to that. Neither one of them have any balls.

I know who was there, and that was Peaches. She didn't seem to be having that great of a time though. All she did was sit in the corner and had one seizure right after the other. It was a good thing she didn't drive that day!

The Union needs to Cowboy up now. Everytime Schultz degrades an Officer in the media Joey, Fred, or John need to counter. Schultz has already made his mind up on discipline and we sit by and wait. Joey you need to start enforcing every bit of the. CBA that includes SID. We complain hoiw. Schultz picks and chooses his discipline and we do the same. We need to live by the CBA we voted for it and it should be enforced.

To the first commenter, you say he deserved it? Youare the exact example of the crap that has been hired in that department. They will just take anyone over the age of 21 now, won't they? There is great responsibility that comes along with the "power" that is given to these officers. Yet instead of being a good example of how to be responsible, they have all of the higher ranks showing them how to abuse it. Bad "parenting" if you ask me. Hold these "parents" responsible for the ill examples they are being.

Comment to the above post calling officers "crap".

Until you know both sides of this story, I would not call those two officers or any police officer "crap". You try walking in any police officer's shoes for one day. You probably didn't like how you were treated once by an officer, and now you categorize them all. Open your eyes on what is going on here.

I was not calling ALL officers crap. I've defended them most times against close minded people. I don't expect a smile with my ticket just as much as I don't expect to be let off just because I smile at them. Truth is, if you are being pulled over, chances are you have broken the law. I understand that officers need to expect absolutely anything and that horrific incidents have happened during a routine traffic type of stop. I don't deny that lives are being put on the line. I also don't deny that officers get bullshit complaints called in to your department with hopes of having a case dismissed. But I do believe a crappy cop is the type to write that if you resist arrest you deserve to have a can of whoop ass opened on your head. That type of stuff is why the DOJ is getting involved or even contemplating that action. Because I'm not naive enough to believe that all who wear a badge are good honest human beings. Those officers who put theist heart into their jobs, or at least do their jobs honestly and with integrity, I APPLAUD YOU AND HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR YOU!

The majority of our officers at all levels are great cops. Sad this blog focuses on those few officers who are bad.

In fact there are damn few that are bad. Are the young new cops feeling entitled? Are the old cops feeling ignored? I know many and have nothing but respect and support for them.

Once in a while, it would be nice to have a good thing to blog about. Once, say good things about how these awesome men/women are fighting crime, helping victims, the thousands of calls NOBODY talks about.

The fact we non-officers feel safe walking and living here, should be reason for alot othis anonymous BS on the web to stop. It probably never will and sadly the good ones take a lot of crap due to a few bad apples.

Regards.

It occurs to me that every officer is trained to collect and report information. For those of you who truly want to be part of the solution, without reprisal, why don't you collectively create a time-line of events depicting unethical and illegal actions, including the perpetrator, and anonymously present it to the DOJ.

1:29. Who feels safe? I don't, and it has nothing to do with the good cops (96%) but everything to do with the low lifes trying to outsmart the law. A million dollars of scrap metal stolen and sold last month, for example. The drug dealing and prostitution going on at my over-55 apartment complex in the north valley and management looking the other way. County officers ignore complaints because they think it is a bunch of demented old people calling when actually there are not many old people living there anymore. I will feel safer once I learn how to use a firearm and have a license to carry. I am almost 70 but still kicking.
