The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. 2013 Nominations...

2014 is just around the corner. And while we'd like to wrap the local paper in its own cow chip award, we think that'd be uncool even for manure. But with a day left, give us you nominations for the year's most unreported but most newsworthy items. Or even the most repugnant which is usually the case here Albuquerque....

This comment is unrelated to the post, and I apologize. I just felt the need to vent about dispatch. I am so sick and fed up with the badge bunnies feeling like they have something over the officers. I am a spouse of an officer and hear stories about the dispatchers flirting through their computers and when the officers don't reciprocate back they get the shitty calls, or don't get to take their lunch break. Go find your own husband you fat cows! Leave the officers to do their jobs. They get shit on enough by the public they serve, their admin, and now have to worry about a moral dilemma the dispatchers put them in.

How about the zero reporting on the APOA attorney and the IRO (also an attorney) conspiring to violate a city ordinance (law)?

It's all on camera here....

The latest Journal Piece of work on Banks.....

This about tops it. Growing up, and being raised the right way you were taught that you are to stand up on your own two feet, and be your own person. Nobody makes you, you make yourself. What you see is what you get.

As I sit here sipping my Satellite coffee, and reading this two day old rag I found on the floor with some marble mouthed mall cop on the front page, It takes everything in me to resist from throwing up in my mouth. I won't though, because it would ruin the taste of this fine cup of Night Sky Roast. I will definitely be taking this issue home to pick up dog shit with.

Reading this crap makes me sick and pisses me the fuck off. It is also embarrassing that someone would spill their bullshit, and play on people's emotions by trying to find things that strike nerves in order to falsely bullshit people into a sense of familiarity with oneself. What torques up the mind even further is the idiots who fall for this fake sentimental bullshit campaign. And there is absolutely no coincidence that they happen to be looking for a new police chief is there? Watch these clowns come out and keep this fool, claiming it's what everyone wants and it's a win win because it is going to save the city so much money now that they don't have to conduct a costly search. OOPS.... They won't use that one now because they just read it here, and know that we are on to them. (We all know every one of those sissies read the Eye)

When one says they became something for a reason, one is usually found doing something related to that reason years down the road. This is not the case here. Only in APD can one person go through every unit in the department in half of what is most people's careers, and have that called an accomplishment. To me, that is nothing more than being a professional hang out, playing in units as a hobby. It takes more than 2 years to learn the ins and outs of any unit, then get situated to the point that you are competent in prosecuting cases in that area. And even then... you are still always learning. Don't give me the well rounded shit either because where does the produce come from the investment if someone leaves a unit after being trained before even getting to implement that training in the field. TALK ABOUT WASTING PEOPLE'S MONEY. Free training, and the building of a bullshit resume with no expectation of a return on the investment! Someone who goes through 10 units in 15 years is not doing their job. They are playing on the city dime. How long has this guy even been on the street as a cop in patrol? Less than 10 years??? I know officers with 30 years on the front lines out there on the street, and they paint this guy as the best thing since sliced bread.

Any "supposed" leader who walks by someone being wronged with their head hung, looking at the floor, letting the wronging take place, is not a leader. Not only are they not even worthy of being the leader's piss boy, they are a coward. And if you are complicit in that plan, you are a piece of shit. And trust me mister man of the hour, you are going to be called out on that real soon.

Not one person on that 5th floor, either now, or in the last 5 years is worthy of wiping asses, shining boots or mopping floors.

But we are all a bunch of malcontents aren't we? Officers with Bravery records a mile long, working out there, putting evil motherfuckers who would bitch slap any one of these so-called 5th floor leaders behind bars. Civilian employees who have to put up with the nature at play antics condoned by these creeps, citizens who speak up and get labeled conspiracy theorists, "activists with an agenda", crazy, and generally have their character and credibility attacked for speaking up wanting respect, dignity and the truth from a bunch of documented liars.

Be careful what you wish for pal. They don't call this place the land of entrapment for no reason.

Mower,APOA leadership, all to be investigated, the Feds won't have mercy.

Several issues : accountability for the $741,000 APD received in Nov 2012 from City Council for "drug crimes", and why two months later they disbanded the Narc Unit; accountability from APD officer Kevin Morant as to how/why he sabotaged the Orojel murder case (after he was held partially responsible for wrecking the Korean couple Yi's murder case along with former Det. Fox, which cost almost 2 million so far );accountability from APD as to how Christopher Chase was able to seize a patrol car and rampage through the city; accountability from APD as to how many actual drug crime arrests they make every week ( not just the "out-of-town" dealers they dramatically arrested at UNM three days before they got that $); accountability for why Albuquerque has such a high density per capita of gang members in the nation if A PD claims to be a competent agency; etc., etc., etc.

TO PATRICK at ABQURINAL:

Let's see if you can do a little work for once. I know being a real journalist by definition means you can't work at the Lange/Walz rag but I'm gonna toss you a bone to see if there's a shred of reporter in you. I know the AJ aint exactly the San Jose Mercury where shit they do on a regular basis gets NATIONAL reporting, but maybe, just maybe you have a cell of initiative in you....

The city and APD LOVE, absolutely love to keep records on their employees. You see it's how they cover their asses. If property is issued out, the person getting the property signs for it, and if property is returned, the person receiving it signs for it. And if the property is discarded, then there's a form for that also. Things like cell phones, guns, basically anything with a serial number gets tracked. The bigger the item, the more paper work. Things just don't disappear. So, lets say for instance, an employee is issued, oh I don't know, a car, then there's a paper trail. And if a car is damaged, then there are more paper trails. Paper covering repairs, paper covering investigation as to what caused the damage, findings of those investigation, people who made decisions on those findings. All sorts of nasty little details that just don't go away. Because the city loves to keep files on people those files show each and every car that has been issued to cops in the city. And of course all of these records are subject to FOIA requests. So if one were to look at the documents covering all the cars issued to a certain 21 year officer, who grew up on South Broadway, who tried to play ball but never had any game, and likes to play with his iPhone, you might see some very interesting history concerning a car issued to this fine fellow. Assuming of course the documents are still there, because you know how certain documents seem to disappear... But if it's there, maybe the damage sustained on this car doesn't match up at all with the version of events described by its driver. Kinda like Adam Casaus's version didnt line up wth his version of what happened on Paseo. But in this case, everything was hush hush, wink wink, because we all know it would be a crime if an apd officer drove and crashed his unit drunk right? Right?

Don't say we didn't tell you. And if you don't find this story, then don't worry, we'll still think you suck.

I look forward to the APOA's reaction to the DOJ consent decree. I can guaranfuckentee that the APOA will be resisting all from the DOJ! Fucken criminal organization protecting maggots in uniform!

I really want to spend a day at Satellite coffee trying to figure out who TR is. But I figure someone will recognize me and rumors start that I am he.

Banks is only where he's at because he's got a little black in him... He's like Obama he's black when he needs to be.

Banks admits to having certain photos when it is convenient and denies having the same photos when it isn't convenient. VERY interesting.

Hey "lot keeper" great point worth investigating! Do you also notice that every time a high ranking official gets into a predicament with their city issue car the Fleet Manager Randy gets another "Employee of the Month" award. Read this months awards, there's Randy again with another job well done award "wink wink". Its gotta be hard to cover up these incidents time after time and NOT be awarded.

12/29 9:20pm In response to your uninformed malicious accusations against the dispatchers I would like to clear up the air. I am one of those fluff bunnies or whatever you called us and I am not fat! Sometimes I will send something complementary to an officer over the computer like "You sure look sexy with your pants all wedgied up your fat butt" or "That Taco Bell sauce on your shirt makes me wiggle on my chair". But if they don't answer back I don't take their lunch for it. here is a thought for you - how many times have the evil dispatchers taken your hubby's lunch time away from him match up to times you have planned to meet him for lunch?

Anonymous said...

Ahhh dispatchers, how nice to have cheap easy sex to help us release the stresses we build up. Parking lots, substations, alleyways, they will take care of us anytime. The real test is nailing one of those coveted supervisor dp's. They are true freaks. Plus no other dp's get to mess with you anymore.

True Story!

The DP supervisors are the true freaks! Especially the newly married ones! ;)

I have often wondered why Randy Chavez keeps getting employee of the month awards for doing nothing other than sitting in a cubicle finding nice salvage cars and trucks for his friends at auctions. But now it makes sense covering up serious crashes by the chosen ones is a full time job. Well earned there Mr. Chavez! Hey by the way when is your city issue truck up for auction its already two years old and its due for an upgrade by now? I could sure use a 4X4 diesel truck to drive from the city warehouse to lunch daily.

There goes another brick from under the foundation of my life - I had believed since forever that dp's only mated with other dp's. I just don't want to live anymore . . .

Anonymous said...

Leave the DP's alone they work hard. Just go to work do your job and go home. Being a 34 isn't that hard it's common sense.

Anonymous said...

DP= sespool. no thank you!! I would never fathom the thought of falling into their juvenile game of attention seeking behavior with their smiley and winkey faces. Cmon we got into this line of work to hold some sort of standard of professionalism. Grow up ladies, most of us are happily married. How bout you go to work to do your job huh??

@ January 1,2014 @ 1600
Way to show a fine example of what the 34's wife was talking about.

"being a 34 isn't that hard it's common sense" says the DP from behind a desk with cheetoh dust on her fingers.

ahhh the sounds of dissent. Exactly what will assure 34s and cabq employees dont get the raises/recognotion they deserve. Keep fighting withe each other keep bringing each other down. Everyone is looking at each other wondering why things are so bad when you shold be looking up. You guys and gals should be saying to the city council, "I fear losing my job but I fear losing my life even more on streets where there isn't enough officers."

Shit your husband gets lunch breaks still? Most officers I know on swing shift don't get lunch breaks at all because calls are holding over 120 mins. What area command and watch does he work so I know where to bid next April.

Yeah, so what's new?

1-1, 8:53pm - obviously you think you made some planet shattering point with that enlightening comment, but stupid me, Ah jes kaint throw a rope round it. Could you try again? In all honesty, this is just a meaningless effort to make you feel like you have anything to say that matters to anyone other than you and the crawly things that the fish bite on.

Anonymous said...

For the record I have powdered sugar dusted fingers right now not cheetoh!!

The most unreported issue is OFFICER BURN OUT! What is being done to address this? NOTHING, what is being asked of officers? MORE!
