The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Entanglements cont.

Some very interesting posts came in over the last day and deserve to be highlighted.  First, the term "Tasergate" has been picked up in the media. Credit for that little doosey goes to our frequent, and sometimes hated, poster known as the "Tremendous Regulator." So before KOAT's Doug Hernandez tries to claim it as his idea....well it wasn't.

Also, we've been flooded with emails regarding other parties who seem to have their priorities entangled with Berry's objectives to keep the truth hidden and reality obscured.

One such party is Robert Caswell and his company Robert Caswell Investigations. You see this is a private investigation firm that the city has contracted with for years. Yet we were forwarded the following, Eye-raising information. It seems, 2013 was a very VERY good year for RCI:

Why would there be a 371% increase in fees paid? And during an election year? Hmmmm....

Then of course there is the matter of Kaufman's West owner, Nate Korn. You see aside from being a huge supplier of equipment to APD, Mr. Korn is also the vice-chairman of the NM Law Enforcement Academy Board. Mr. Korn is frequently the acting chair of the board. So while today's paper was quick to assign blame on AG Gary King and his involvement with the fiasco at the state's police academy, let's be real, Mr. Korn has been the one pushing for the reduction in curriculum and what can only be described as sheer fandom of state academy director Jack Jones.

Hey Kent, we have Eyes on your game; if it's good for the goose, its good for the gander.... We don't see Gary King having any financial relationship with APD unlike Korn. In fact we applaud AG King for his scrutiny of APD last summer which truly was one of the first, most objective, and honest of analysis of one of APD's most repugnant incidents. Read it here if you missed it: http://www.nmtelegram.com/2013/08/16/ag-mary-hans-death-should-not-have-been-ruled-a-suicide/

RCI are all dirty hacks for the mayor and the Republicans. Great job Eye finally exposing them for the political hit men they are. The mayor uses them to ruin the careers of those who don't conform or pay up.

We need a Breaking Albuquerque (or Broken Albuquerque) series as a sequel to the Breaking Bad series. There's too much drama to limit it to a 2-hour movie. Then the State can give them the film tax credit for doing the series in NM. Truth is stranger than fiction and there's certainly enough information on this blog to make it a series and a big hit with the viewing audience as a follow-up to Breaking Bad and it’s based on a true story of what REALLY happens here.

Were you the target of RCI?

RCI investigated Tellez from APS police around allegations of using non department ammo. Whoop d fucken do. Imagine if Schultz was held to the same scrutiny??

Keep the focus on Walz, the biggest dirtbag of all of them. If it weren't for him steering the coverups and keeping the truth out of the paper half of these scuzballs would be in jail.

In addition to the city hall payoffs his brother Jerry gets and all the ad revenue from his BFF Rj Berry, Walz is getting kickbacks and insider $$$ deals too.

FOLLOW THE MONEY. What does Walz's "investments" and bank accounts look like? He isn't just on the Journal payroll.

Then there's all the affairs. Colleen Heild was promoted to investigative reporter after her affair with Walz. John Robertson's wife was the next Walz conquest. Seriously, John you just let that happen in exchange for your BS promotion? Now Walz is banging Teri Cole (not really a conquest for anyone), the executive director of the Chamber.

Get an honest MAN running the Journal who's an actual journalist and not some predatory poon-hound, money hungry, status whore and this city might have a chance at turning itself around!!

We, the citizens pay RCI over a million so they can catch 3 low paid bio park workers stealing less than a thousand. Giving Perry a chance to go on TV and pound his chest and say how they are going after these workers. Of course no charges are ever filed it is just bull shit PR that the local media drinks like kool aid. Give them a video and they play it for weeks.

Give them Tasergate, the city attorney and his family, the Walz family and the media does nothing. Correction, Tasergate was broken by KRQE but where is the follow up? The city never did respond, or at least it wasn't in their report. And KRQE never did ask Brandenburg, Gary King, Hector Balderas, the USA etc what they were going to do.

Yes. The Women of Caswell have been tailing me for so long that, in a weird way, some of them seem like old friends.

Hahahaha... RCI.....
They couldn't find their asses with both hands.
Maybe THEY should be subject to some countersurveillance? Something is telling me there is going to be some real butthurtness over this topic.
Hopefully the feds will rip all of these people to pieces over their misdeeds.

2013 WAS a very good year for RCI. But 2012,02011 and 2010 were pretty damn good years for them, too. That's $2,146,082.51 of TAXPAYER money paid (given) to a private investigator over a span of four years. Why does the city need the services of a private investigations company and what are WE, THE TAXPAYERS, getting out of that expenditure? Doesn't the other money suckhole (APD) have trained personnel to "investigate" part or all of what RCI is being paid for without the additional expenditure of $2 million +?

RCI contracts are not subject to competitive purchasing procedures because of Albuquerque Code of Ordinance 5-5-20(Q)on Exemptions to the Purchasing Ordinance: "Purchases necessary for the investigation of criminal activities, which, if
purchased competitively, would compromise an investigation as determined by the Chief of
Police in writing." All Chiefs have determined that RCI is blanket-covered under this exception to procurement code transparency requirements.

Way off subject, apologies - whatever happened to Lynette Doofy Whoresington? She used to be a source of entertainment here. Did they finally send her to the fat drunken puta place?

3-8, 2:22pm: You apparently have access to more information on this than most of us. How is Caswell "milking" the city, what do they do to make them worth the money to the people who are actually paying them? Sorry, I don't know any Vince and don't question your opinion of him, but as a source of the money paying for this, I think that some accountability needs to be made to assure the source(s) of all this money is being used to the benefit the people who "elect" rather than the benefits of the "elected".

AFSCME won in State court when RCI invoked Garrity. RCI still does it.
ONLY AN ACTIVE COP ON CITY PAYROLL ON THE CLOCK CAN THREATEN YOU WITH GARRITY
If they say Garrity and you talk you ARE NOT protected!

Anonymous said...

RCI and Universal both give Garrity warnings but only a law enforcement employer can give Garrity warnings. Any warnings by RCI or Universal are not compliant with the law.

APD won't comment on the shooting because the Chief's out of town. How the fuck do you take the job of police chief then be out of town the next week. No wonder why this place is a mess. Not one person knows how to run things.

RCI cracks me up with their tin can Lawyer attitudes.
I don't know what's funnier, their trying to write their reports like lawyers or them thinking they are the CIA.
These people crack me up playing.

These politicians and their creeps have been playing their intimidation and intel muck gathering for a little too long. I wonder what they are going to do when they pick the wrong target and that individual steps it up a notch. What a bunch of touch and go, passive aggressive punks.

I see Eden took a page out of Schultz's play book for the release of the brake pad shooting by being nowhere in sight when the story broke. That, or the administration told him to take that trip out of town while they compose more bullshit lies and coverup for why one officer shoots, and the guy falls behind a bush and the rest continue to do a mag dump on a threat that they can't see. I'm sure they will be coached to say they saw what the first cop said he saw, then say they shot because they thought the gunfire was coming from the suspect. Isn't that how it's covered up Mr. and Mrs. City attorney. Isn't that what you teach Robless? How to violate someone's civil rights and get away with it? Isn't that how it's said?

This isn't that big of a city that the chief has to do so much traveling, but it's funny how it's always the excuse for not answering the tough questions. Maybe he's off at the Liars Convention.

I wonder if the chief gets $500 dollars to decompress and get out of town every time a big scandal is about to break.

There must be a KKK rally in the garden of Eden? Anyone have a road map to it? Anyone?

Hey TR, here's Lie #6 from Eye on NM. Ramirez isn't his real name. That's his stage name. His real name is HUFFMAN. He's working the Hispanic angle just like Berry did with Cumbre Construction. Chris HUFFMAN is a phony baloney con man. Lies about his real name and happy to lie for a jerk off like Banks.

Stealing city property and remodeling your home with it and using the people under you, that you supervise, to do the labor must be acceptable to the mayor. And also acceptable to the director of the library. After an "investigation" where statements were given by staff that this supervisor of the maintenance dept.was doing these illegal activities, he gets promoted to another department instead of getting fired and losing his pension. AND THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF THE LIBRARY, JULIA CLARK, CAUGHT HIM STEALING YEARS AGO AND TOLD HIM, PLEASE DON'T DO IT AGAIN!! IN OTHER WORDS DON'T DO IT TO WHERE I CATCH YOU!! This guy is still employed because he was a supervisor. An underling peon would have been fired.

It was such a joke it was laughable. Talk about the scripted lines they vomited all over each other thinking that we are stupid again. Put your clothes back on Ramirez and Banks. You are looking pretty shriveled. Thanks for making it clear that the news media is nothing more than a propaganda machine for this corrupt government. You have to understand their game. They come from the school of “if you tell a lie long enough it becomes truth.” That no longer works. Have you noticed that the TV stations are overloading the public with how aggressive and great their investigative teams are in their commercials? It’s obvious Ramirez and Barker. Now the public knows what a fraud you are as investigators. Basically, they are getting people to think that they will help when in fact all they are going to do is give the information back to the criminals. Just goes to show you that the only real place to get the news is the EYE. Don’t be fooled people. This place is so corrupt you can’t trust any media outlet, lawyer or government employee, at least for now. But the times are a-changing. Thanks to all the moles at the City for your help in getting to the truth. Truly noble and appreciated.

The reason why he gets promoted is because he’ll fit right in! Don’t you get it?

You are either against this corruption OR you are a target.

I have had the misfortune of having a few tort claims and have had good experience with the RCI investigators. I believe the two that interviewed me were retired 34s. Whats all the heartache about. Just saying

Anonymous said...

come on EYE. Boriiiiiiing. How about writing intel on the fed trial on the Torres shooting and the victory APD had a few weeks ago in Federal Courts. The media didnt say much so how about the EYE standing up for cops who are on the street!

Anonymous said...

"The KKK...King, Korn, and Kassetas..."

Sounds like a new Salsa Dip from the Jolly Green Giant.... HO HO HO.... D O Jaaaay!!!!

The heartache is the large amount of money paid out in 2013 (Election year) as compared to other years. Add to that the city totally ignoring Ray Schultz and Tasergate. RCI is only used to go after the low level worker and the enemies of Berry. Everyone else gets away with corruption at city hall.

10:10

Why don't you stand up for the cops and write a letter to the editor praising them? Takes your name, do you have the balls to give praise? Hell praise them here and post your name to it. Don't ask the Eye to do everything for you. Be an adult and speak up.

APD didnt know Torres was violent? BS Why was he a fugitive in the paper if he was just a nuisance
