Our Eyes have told us about some new developments involving Berry’s
#1 boy, Ray Schultz and Taser (When we said #1 you thought it was Eden; no,
Eden is number two). The New Mexico State Auditor, Tim Keller, released his
finding at a news conference today.
The issues with Taser were reported by Ret. Sgt. Paul Heh
back in March of 2014. Heh’s letter called for a formal investigation and was
sent to US Attorney Steven Yarbrough, then State Auditor Hector Balderas, Attorney
General Gary King, and Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg. A
year has come and gone and finally a competent State Auditor (Tim Keller) has
stepped up to the plate and has done what is right. Keller has asked to US attorney to formal
looking into Taser their dealings with APD and then Chief Ray Schultz.
Paul Heh was interviewed regarding this complain in April of 2014. The case is being turned over to the Attorney General’s office. We will keep you posted as the TRUTH is revealed.

Notice how Gilbert answers the questions by saying it is a shame if Schultz felt that way. YOU KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING LIARS. Perry said he did nothing wrong when this first came to light. The mayor said he was the best thing that ever happened to APD. The city is complicit in this. They purposefully delayed this investigation.
Schultz should face numerous add on charges for all of the things he did to obstruct this investigation and the people he framed to deflect attention away from himself. This is a whole other facet to this scam. This is not just Tazer. This was years of planning. He had partners in this, along with co-conspirators. This bid fraud has been going on forever and Schultz is the one that tweaked every one of these bids. Schultz's whole scam is doing for people, then cashing in on these favors later on. He makes sure he has people in place to carry out his dirt. Paul Feist at the LEA board whispering into hearing officer's ears. Nate Korn putting in the word to fuck officers, then acting like he had nothing to do with it, while he fights to the mat to protect Sander's certification when he was up for revocation and should have had it stripped from him. Now Schultz works for Sanders.
Robles can cry all he wants that his best friend Ray, who let him ride with swat and teach at the academy did nothing wrong, and then we will discuss what Robles has done. Have Gilbert go on the record saying that the type of conduct that Ray has been guilty of will not be tolerated.
Wait it out in another country for a week until it cools down like he dies with all hot cases.
Then come back and say that he is going to let the investigation take it's course, and if they find wrongdoing, Ray will have his day in court. He will say everyone is innocent until proven guilty. That is the beautiful thing about our legal system. He will say that he is not going to point any fingers, then dodge the hard questions. He will say that it is premature to judge at this point. He will say that Schultz hasn't even been charged yet. He will say that these are only recommendations, and anything else he can think of to delay making a stand like a man because he is a coward and liar. He will continue to make excuses fir Schultz until they are all co-defendants.

In early April 2015 I contacted The State Attorney Office to follow up on the complaint I filed in March 2014 on Mr. Schultz. I was told at that time was all we can tell you is the matter is still under investigation. Now less than a month later we have this result. I am proud of our New State Auditor, Tim Keller for stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing. I am sure that our New Attorney General, Hector Balderas will also step up to the plate and do the right thing for New Mexico and Albuquerque. I have just a few questions for Mr. Schultz. 1. Do you or your friends that are involved with you own stock or have owned stock in Taser ? If the answer is yes, when was it purchased, before or after contracts were signed and stock prices went up ? Just asking. Should we be looking at insider trading ? 2. How many GOOD POLICE OFFICERS did you destroy to make yourself look good in the media, Officers that were found NOT GUILTY in a court of law, or charges never brought for lack of evidence ? Just asking. 3. Were you and the persons you are involved with being paid by The City while you were on you all expense paid vacations paid by Taser ? Just Asking. Now for a question for Mayor Berry. Did you have knowledge of this, or are you involved in it ? I guess the real question is , where are you Mayor Berry ? The Police Department and City are falling apart and the top administration are all at a party! I don't know about the rest of you but I am sick to death of hearing, we are taking steps to make sure this type of thing never happens again. Rest in peace AL. Justice is yours.
The new State Auditor has said that charges SHOULD be brought and filed against Schultz. Now the question is WILL THEY BE.. We will all just have to wait and see. This should be interesting.

Schultz had his guys railroad Doyle and Woolever to keep the feds out, and take attention away from his schemes not only with Tazer but other vendors and people that would personally pay off for him in the future. Then they tried to paint Dear a liar when Schultz left to discredit any attack on the illegally procured Taser equipment being faulty in order to cover up the fact that Schultz greased a deal for substandard body cameras with a flaw that everyone was complaining about. (The wire pulling out). This is why they lied when Eden said they didn't know if there was video when they did know. They were stalling for time by saying they were sending the unit out. This is cover up after cover up. These people have not only conspired to do what they did, but they framed several people to avoid detection and cover it all up. They conspired to do these things, and the same Deputy City Attorney has her hands in all of it. This is no coincidence either, because she is one of the city officials who went away on taser junkets to places like San Diego where they attended the Stingaree night club party. Here is another twist. In the case of the two fired officers, Robles was used by Schultz as a city expert, and he flubbed his testimony stating that he was not given all of the facts needed to properly decide on that case. Look into all trips taken by Schultz and see who has gone with him.

Manny Aragon was released from Federal Prison back in December 2013. Manny was also accused of something similar to what former Chief Schultz is- bid rigging. I wonder how much time in prison Schultz will be spending? Manny spent about five years behind bars. Here is where I think the Republicans and Democrats need equal punishment- bid rigging. Schultz "greased," the bid to procure a contract and bragged about his influence while receiving compensation as a City employee. Schultz will probably be spending the next two years in court- criminal court (Federal) and the next five years in a Prison. How can there be honesty in procurements when city employees such as, law enforcement Chief of Police "grease" contracts? Looks like Schultz should have wised up after Manny was convicted. I guess sending people to prison doesn't always deter future criminals, but at least those that do commit those "grease" crimes will have to go to prison. Looks like, Schultz won't get to enjoy his affluent retirement or semi-retirement afterall.
Under the leadership and direction of Schultz, the Department of Justice investigated due to mass bullets being fired on suspects or criminals. Schultz it appears didn't set a good quality of voice in leadership and had been too occupied "greasing" contracts for himself. Setting the tone is what leaders can do. Schultz tone was that of killing, bullets, use of force and "greasing" contracts for himself. I think Schultz is going to go down in history as being one of the worst, corrupt Police Chiefs in Albuquerque history deserving of a full Department of Justice investigation and now an Audit by the State Auditor and prison for Schultz.

Schultz party is already falling apart. When his command staff officers are already running to the media to put all criminal blame on Schultz, it is just a matter of time for these same command staff officers to run to Balderas to cut a deal.
Schultz is going to find out quickly that those commanders he thought were loyal to him are going to turn evidence against him.

Now there's an idea. Class action lawsuit can now be filed by any shareholder in Taser for failure to disclose those employees deemed to be public figures in SEC filings. The only requirement is that said employee could reasonably assume it would have a negative impace on the stock had it been disclosed.
It doesnt matter if the pope himself is an employee, you dont disclose you hired a public figure and all shareholders can sue.
In addition any shareholder in any mutual fund can disclose... PERA held mutual funds which held Taser! Where does PERA stand on recovering some losses and sending a message about public corruption and pay to play in our state?

Have tried for almost 6 years to get ANY agency to regulate/investigate/prosecute APD; bit all tossed the hot potato (including the DOJ, who wants to minimize the mess by just focusing on excessive force, and would prefer that citizens hire lawyers to do the work)
Human lives are far more sacred/important than shady contracts,, but no one cares about the murder/theft/snitch rings that dirty cops rran.
