U.S. ATTORNEY JOHN C. ANDERSON RIPS THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF THE MAYOR, POLICE CHIEF, AND CITY ATTORNEY THAT WE RECOMMENDED BE FIRED YEARS AGO WITH UNPRECEDENTED CLASS AND FACTUAL BASE. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOU’RE GOING TO ENJOY THIS!

Every once in a while, you come across some really good leaders with guts. These leaders know how to address those that are malfeasant and wrong, without stooping to the levels of their trash.

For the last decade, our city has really been declining at a substantial rate. We have seen the police department lose many officers, after the administration burned many good employees out of retaliation, malice, and politics in order to make themselves look good. They burned people who did nothing wrong and they burned people who shed light on the wrong. Like we have always said, you can paint a turd gold, but it’s still just a turd. Well, look at the turds now.

Let’s give you a little back story. You can read all about most of this in our past articles. 

City attorney Hults is one of a few attorneys who has been with the city attorney’s office since the days of the sloppy, disgusting, notorious, former assistant city attorney Kathryn Virginia Cravens Broomhilda Levy. You can look her up here on our blog. There is tons of info about how she has taught her underlings including hag Hultz the craft of being mob attorneys for a politically, ethically, morally, and criminally corrupted city administration. Keller inherited them and assimilated with them. 

Below is a letter Albuquerque City Attorney Hultz had the audacity to send to a U.S. Attorney. Let’s put things into perspective. Mrs. Hultz is working for the City of Albuquerque. She is toilet cleaning level when it comes to the office she sent this letter to. You can read it below.

In true democrat, and now Marxist, radical left wing, information bending fashion, the above letter is no better than what self serving liar local politicians in Portland and Seattle are doing by saying that their protestors are peaceful, and the officers are storm trooper gestapo. 

This left wing rhetoric is getting old because it is the ultimate in selfishness. Listen to what we are about to say..

The behavior of left wing politicians like Keller, and all of these state and local democratic failures in this country, where crime is out of control, and violent domestic Marxist terrorists are attacking businesses, monuments and the police with impunity is all for one reason. Every democrat politician lying to you about what is going on benefits from it, orr think they will. Anyone defending this immature ludicrous behavior is benefitting from it. 

You see, the divisiveness is being driven by these politicians, and the left wing media for their own benefit. Keller no doubt has his dippy blond hollow hipster head filled with delusions of being picked for a nice cabinet spot with the Biden administration if he keeps polishing the knob as hard as he has been. 

If you look at all of these politicians across the country, the narrative is exactly the same with all of them. It is calculated, and they all mirror each other’s rhetoric. They even time their press releases, and coordinate their responses like Keller, the city attorney Aguilar, and Geier did in our last article. It’s actually predictable and pathetic. 

What is more foul is that certain attorneys, who should be working objectively as government attorneys, are taking a political stance, and backing their handlers, because they know they will have their job much longer, and get rewarded for carrying their water, if successful in fooling the public. These malfeasants ignore the law and ethics in order to get their master’s ball over the goal line by any means necessary. 

This should not be tolerated, because these pigs are ruining the very thread of what America was built on, and stands for, by supporting a socialist agenda being pushed by violent Marxist terrorists trying to burn down police stations and federal court houses, all because it works for THEM. 

People, if you don’t know, you should educate yourself that the Democratic agenda is to get rid of the filibuster, to add several more radical liberal judges to the Supreme Court bench, to add DC and Puerto Rico as states, in order to get more overwhelming liberal representation into the House and Senate, and to take over the presidency. This will ensure that you will never see another Republican President, because after that, they will get rid of the electoral college, and allow voting for all felons and undocumented citizens, who will all vote for democrats. You will essentially have a totalitarian government, that will take everything you work hard for, and give it away. These people are disgusting pieces of shit control freaks, and it is all for them to fill their pockets. ITS ALL AN ACT. It is the pinnacle of cowardice and gluttony. If you thought government getting more into your life was bad, just wait to see what will happen if these radicals get in control with the people they have behind them. Just wait until you see what they will take from you and your family. Wait and see how you will no longer be able to have an opinion, and if you do, how you will be violently attacked for it, then arrested when you defend yourself. It’s all for their jobs. 

Never has it been like it is now where weak ass cowards are fearless to speak lies, and bully people in a gang. His is because they have been emboldened and protected by self servers. 

Bernalillo County D.A. couldn’t bring justice to Victoria Martens, or even properly prosecute that case, but uncannily went after Mr. Baca for shooting a violent protestor who tried to kill him, then performed legal gymnastics, trying to bend the explanation of self defense in the matter as not being applicable because his violent attackers accuse him of starting it. How’s that for being innocent until proven guilty? Two women try to block the man from entering a protest, then attack him as he retreats, then several others come over and chase him, saying they are going to kill him, while bashing him over the head with a skateboard. 

If that does not make you sick, then know that what these assholes are trying to do to this country, our grandfathers and great grandfathers fought against. These disrespectful cowards, who never served their nation quote at times, and hold in regard people like Mao Zedong, and they do it so easily. That is what is disgusting. 

Remember that democratic leadership is restricting houses of worship more than any other business, an during this forced closing of everything, they have put 199 businesses permanently out of business, and closed 381. They will conveniently blame the economy on the president though. 

Get ready for their October surprise. We’re calling it. They will start the covid shit back up before November, with another dramatized issue they will blame the president for, as they close schools, and call for mail in voting, so they can trash all of the ballots from republican districts, and have dead folks fill out ballots. Remember folks, these clowns never let a good crisis or go to waste. They will violate your rights to have a peaceful life, and not be bothered, but they will not tell protestors to go home because of this pandemic. They won’t even admit the spike came from protests. As a matter of fact, health card officials in most jurisdictions aren’t even allowed to ask if testing subjects or positive case individuals participated in protests. Why? Because all of this benefits the Democrat agenda. 

When you point fingers and use demagoguery to rile people up, or get them to look at you and say “for he is a jolly good fella” and it is misinformation, lies, or it is playing on people’s fears, like saying the government is coming for you in secret cars with secret police, you are just a piece of shit self serving asshole. We know a lot of people seeing this want to tell these local dickheads off, so we are going to do it. 

We respect class and tact, that shows intelligent leadership, integrity, courage, fortitude and craft just as much as the next guy, but sometimes you just have to take the gloves off, and do what needs to be done, and tell people to shut their lying fucking mouth when they are lying. If you want to speak the truth, then speak up, but if it is not the truth, then someone needs to have a woodshed coming to Jesus moment. 

One of those such moments came to us by way of one of our eyes today, and it is epic. You have to read this document, if not for the cold hard truth it tells, but for how it is written. It is footnoted with factual bases for every rebuttal, allegation, argument, and counter allegation. It is pure epic surgery on the cancerous tumors that plague our city and impede progress. This letter folks is raw testament to what it is like to have the facts in your hand to dispute lies put out by hollow, self serving cowards with a political agenda. 

People, you have been fooled by those in city government in Albuquerque for years, and here is the evidence of it, by yet now the federal government. How has the city customarily handled this type of scrutiny? Like we have always PROVED... THEY CIRCLE THE WAGONS, LIE, MAKE UNTRUTHFUL COUNTER ACCUSATIONS, AND THEN LASH OUT AT THOSE LEVELING SUNLIGHT ON THEIR HORSE SHIT.

U.S. Attorney Anderson, for the District of New Mexico laid it out, along with the liars running our state with their lies and rhetoric like Himmler Heimlich and Keller. 

Read his response to that trash letter above, and we’ll leave it at that. The letter, and the facts backing it should make every American sick of the punk ass shit going on in our country. They should know how to vote the next time around. 

 Keller and this administration are an embarrassment with their pandering. You endorse the chaos, and likes of the clowns in charge of Chicago, Portland, and Seattle. You Confucius’s of politics are ruining the country. The proof is in the numbers. Lying about federal law enforcement in order to create racial divisiveness for political gain should have criminal, civil, and job related certification issues for attorneys, and political figures who do so.

This isn’t a schoolyard we are all in, where you can gang jump people like you did to the sheriff for looking to fix our crime problem, and frankly, you bitches are lucky it isn’t a schoolyard. We doubt any of you soft asses even know what that experience is even like... you privileged candy asses. Maybe if your parents didn’t fail in instilling honor and integrity into your soggy bodies the Feds wouldn’t have to come here to do your job for you.

STOP BLAMING THE DOJ FOR THE DISGRACE THIS PLACE IS. PUT THE BLAME WHERE IT BELONGS.

There is a trend of blaming the DOJ for what some say “having their boot on APD’s neck.” This is nothing but bullshit from people with short memories, and a warped sense of reality of what the real reason is of why things have gotten out of control in the city of Albuquerque.

Over the next couple weeks we will be doing a coming to Jesus series of posts relating to refreshing everyone’s memories about what set Albuquerque in motion down the slope of tragedy it has gone and who is responsible, buy why it won’t end. The only people that are solely to blame are the people who were in leadership roles, and some who are still in leadership roles, along with the past and present city administration. Their slime bag schemes of taking care of their buddies, and fucking over anyone in their way caused all of this. And yes we do mean quite a few officers who partook too.

This started a decade ago under former coward police chief Raymond D. Schultz, his infrastructure of mob attorneys, a filthy mayor who joined his gang, and an ingrained culture of corruption that was founded in cronyism, unfairness, criminal behavior, dishonor, and terrorism. 

You may ask us why we are rehashing old news, as you say. The reason why is because everyone here either does not pay attention, or they have very poor memories. This needs to be done because it is happening all over again, with a new wave of the same clowns who came from the sane molds with the same ideology.

This needs to come out because the next Mayoral election needs to be dominated by a leader who will eradicate the unfairness and treachery that has plagued this city; one who will not blame everyone else, or fear doing what is right, regardless of how it appears or affects their political standing within a group or political party of self promoting parasites. 

Ten years ago, while Shultz and his gang of cowards were sweating it out over the DOJ coming, they started a “stains on the badge” campaign of disinformation and lies against dozens of officers while lying in the other direction to cover for several officers and command personnel where true evidence actually pointed to their guilt. They did this to deflect attention from themselves and the truth getting out about them by using lies the perpetrated on their scapegoats. One tiny example was when former deputy chief (side piece at the Taser Stingaree Nightclub event mister want some black in ya?) threatened a police officer witness who testified against him at the Mary Han civil case, where he Lied. He should have been arrested for perjury and witness intimidation, but again like all of the others, he wasn’t. He is now the Round Rock Police Department Police Chief. You can find the facts surrounding all of that here on this blog.

The core group of scum bags at the time were worried about getting nailed for several allegations stemming from illegal contracts, and pay to play schemes, to being involved in prostitution rings, and coverups, and eventually the possible murder of a prominent Albuquerque Attorney, Mary Han. 

From evidence room scandals, to the west mesa killings, botched murder investigations, framing people for things they did not do, burning ears off with Tasers, cases where murder suspects got off, or were freed, because they were wrongfully charged by the same incompetent investigators, to unjustified shootings... poor leadership, that in turn caused a poor training atmosphere, lack of trust, and the retention and protection provided to disgraceful, dishonorable, individuals, who were responsible, solely because they were friends, or relatives of friends connected to those in control caused all of this. The blood is on their hands, and we are going to step it out because it’s happening all over again. 

Stand by for a series of stories concerning individuals, policies, practices and a culture that has lead us to another record year of murder, and see the apathy behind the scenes that will set you off, as this administration is more concerned with image, and having fun, while your relatives get slaughtered. Hell, APD personnel can’t even be sent on business trips without making it a personal all expense paid tour and circus while citizens are back here getting murdered and there are no cops on the streets. 

Our only suggestion last election was that the injustices be addressed, and the unfairness be ended. This has not been done. That was all we were concerned with while lowlife self serving cowards within the police department and elsewhere were concerned with feathering their nests and lining themselves up for lucrative positions that have nothing to do with the greater good and everything to to with their bottom line, filling their pockets and making their lazy ass lives even easier while everyone else continues to struggle.

Keep in mind as you read the next few weeks of how officers left this department in droves back in 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 and 2016. These were not the drones, who collected checks. They were the spine of patrol out there in the field and the core of correct training. They were guys like John Corvino, who built this place, and were a fixture here. Search our blog to see what they did to him, if you need any proof that APD is famous for eating their own and ruining the lives and professions of competent assets, because someone less qualified is threatened or just needs a scapegoat, or because that person blew the whistle on their corruption. 

They did not leave because of the DOJ coming. They left because of what the Albuquerque Police Department Command staff was doing in response to the DOJ coming. It wasn’t good. Officers left the APD because they could not believe what Ray Schultz, and his mob city attorney Kathrine Levy cooked up, in order to derail a DOJ investigation. These two along with many others like Darren White, knew that if the investigation happened, their criminal activity would be detected and they had high command level meetings on how to make that not happen. 

In response, to a looming federal investigation Schultz did what most filth bag, cowardly and  corrupt government officials do; they set up the people under them for the fall. They lie and protect themselves at all costs, along with those close to them that may be valuable in saving their own ass. This is what caused all of the problems we are having today, and the proof is in the stats as crime skyrocketed, while proactive policing plummeted. Furthering the above problem are inexperienced, unqualified, and incompetent leaders, who overreact, and make up idiotic unrealistic, rules and SOPs in order to overcompensate, and of paint themselves some kind of solution that they and their cronies created. 

Nobody is going to put themselves in front of an indiscriminately firing gun, so officers shut down when they saw Schultz and the corrupt city attorneys office protecting officers in the Ellis shooting, and the incident below where an officer Tased a mental patient 10 times within two minutes. That man died. Officers knew that if they were not on the in crowd politically, they too will be used as cannon fodder, and scape goats, as in several other high profile cases where Schultz and the city attorney’s office were caught lying in. Several officers faced discipline and termination based of preponderance, and were railroaded by liars when they did nothing wrong, and did not cause a death, while several others like these were covered for, and faced no discipline at all because of who knew who. Ironic, isn’t it.

THE BIG ILLUSION

Take note of the above link because we are going to shed some light on coincidences in cases like this where the same variables pop up in reasoning for why these people were protected while others were railroaded for doing nothing. Reasons why Schultz never commented on this and who he was friends with that is related to the officer in question and how it radically different from how he went overboard lying to hang innocent officers. This all set a culture of fear and uncertainty within APD among the rank and file. 

AGAIN, LETS KEEP IN PERSPECTIVE WHY THE DOJ WAS COMING. THERE WERE SEVERAL HIGH LEVEL SCREW UPS ALONG WITH HIGH LEVEL CORRUPTION GOING ON HERE FOR YEARS. LETS ALSO PUT IN PERSPECTIVE THAT MANY MANY OFFICERS WELCOMED THE DOJ BECAUSE THEY WERE FED UP OF THE CORRUPTION, CRONYISM, UNFAIRNESS, DISPARATE DISCIPLINE, AND BACK STABBING. THEY WERE TIRED OF A REGIME OF PUNKS AND COWARDS WHO CONSTANTLY PROTECTED THEMSELVES AND THEIR CRIMINAL BUDDIES BUT SCREWED EVERYONE ELSE JUST LIKE FORMER MAJOR GONTERMAN DID WHEN HIS UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO.

THE DO AS WE SAY ARTICLE

The DOJ rightfully came, because the actual problems were the individuals posing as the solutions. This is going on now, just as it was, if not more so now, because Keller kept the cancer in place, and is more worried about image. He is making it worse. It didn’t take an hour of APD’s antics to make the DOJ take notice. No, it took years and many of the top brass were not always at the top as the bad shit was going on, and they rose to the top by being covered for.

People blaming the DOJ should shut the fuck up, because they do not know what they are talking about. The only thing the DOJ is guilty of is not making arrests for public corruption, and being soft on dealing with a defiant command staff. They should have indicted Schultz on public corruption charges, and they should be demanding results on the New Mexico grand jury convened on the Taser scandal, because everything going on now is residual of one individual who cowardly set things in motion to protect himself causing a collapse in the police department that resulted in an emboldened criminal element. 

Later on we will discuss Mayor Tim Keller’s actions that have enabled this crime wave to continue, and those he chose to employ, promote, protect, and hold on a pedestal that have the same values as the past administration, but act as though they too are the solution as Albuquerque continues to burn. 

We hope everyone is doing well, and we would like to give our condolences to the families of all of the crime victims. 

While Keller wants to break out the feather dusters and kid gloves to deal with the worst of the worst because that approach makes him more politically marketable, we will be looking for a new mayor who knows how to deal with violent crime on its own playing field, honorable, professionally and decisively. 

FAST AND FURIOUS... GONTERMAN STYLE. THE ART OF NEVER LEARNING YOUR LESSON, AND THE APD UPPER COMMAND STAFF'S DELIBERATE NON-COMPLIANCE

What we are going to tell you today is proof that the administration of the City of Albuquerque, and the administration of the Albuquerque Police Department go out of their way to cover for ranking brass, the politically connected, and those they want to for their own agenda based reasons. In the same light, the same administrators go out of their way in the opposite direction to put the screws to individuals they see as expendable for their political purposes, to deflect attention away from their own public corruption, to sway public opinion in their favor, manipulate the media, and directly thwart reform thorough the DoJ consent decree process.

While all of the above is occurring, those within APD who have proven time and time again that they can not handle the authority bestowed upon them, continue to wear out their welcome.

Over the last few years we have seen not only rocketing crime rates, but the sheer shocking types of these horrific crimes fester unlike never before. We are finding bodies just lying dead in our streets. We are finding beheaded corpses behind shopping centers with their genitals cut off. Mothers, and their children are being shot to death on the front lawns of their homes by lunatics. Helpless children are found raped, dismembered, disemboweled, half eaten, and lit on fire in apartment building bath tubs, with their internal organs thrown on the roof and in freezers. Yes, they didn't tell you that all of that. As a matter of fact, Celina Espinosa, the mouthpiece for APD lied, and said preliminary investigations were conducted by "detectives" over initial abuse allegations concerning the Victoria Martens murder case. Our highways get taken over by roving bands of reckless Mad Max drivers. Children are killed in auto accidents on their way to and from school. Punks wield machetes in supermarkets. Family pets are shot in the streets. Finally, this week a man is found with his hands nailed to a fucking tree in the Bosque by the Rio Grande River. Where does it end?

While all of this is going on, Police Chief Gorden Eden, and Mayor Richard GhostBERRY is nowhere to be found. Not only that, but they are in full lash out mode against the Media, Judges, and all critics of their malfeasant, criminal, and cowardly behavior. Through lies and manipulation the administration of this city have proven that they are criminally unfit to run the place. They have proven that they only care about pumping up their pensions, and getting out of here to reap the kickback benefits from their political handlers, like our pizzah party governor, or companies they illegally directed business towards. Make no mistake, this administration, their enablers, and those who have done their dirt for them, by following their orders, are not stake holders. They have no stake in the place. They could care less about fixing the place, because they broke it. They kept their mouths shut, broke the law, defrauded courts, the public and the media, then they either took off, or are in the process of stacking their last three years, or are waiting for that promised promotion, before retiring, so that they can milk every single drop out of the place, like a parasitic tick, before they take the money and run. In 5 years the entire command staff has turned over almost twice. The place is a laughing stock worldwide.

A LESSON NOT LEARNED

In May of 2014 Major Gonterman stated “It was a mistake, and I have learned from that mistake. I have taken responsibility for it,” Gonterman said. “Since that time, I have become a use of force instructor, and a less lethal technology instructor to train officers to use the minimal amount of force necessary to make an arrest. I am also trained in crisis intervention.” Gonterman stated this in reference to a 2002 arrest where he burned a man's ear off with a Taser while making an arrest. Gonterman gets to make what he calls is a mistake, but what we all know was an intentional case of malicious use of sadistic brutality, where a man was contact drive stunned on his ear, to the point of causing 3rd degree burns, and loss of the ear. It is ironic, because this Major has a reputation of retaliating against officers, and hypocritically frying officers for way less than he has done, as you will shortly see. After all, he has since become an instructor to tell officers not to do what he does.

Looks like no more barbecues in the Federal CASA.

Well... Well... Well... In the spirit of a downright wanton disregard for transparency, honesty, and forthright effort for reform, the City of Albuquerque mob attorneys, lead by miss ambitious sour puss face Jessica Hernandez, and henched by the APOA, with crooked, double talking, two faced attorney Fred Mowrer, decided to exhibit the audacity they are well known for while doing what they are known for best, when the the critical truth presents itself; they try to silence it.

We are not surprised at the above, who had the balls to ask that federal monitor James Ginger's Special Report, mentioned in yesterday's Eye article, be edited (BY THEM) because the truth hurt so much. We here at the Eye ask you to read the order issued by U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Brack, putting the kibosh on that shit immediately. No doubt there was major disappointment down at the Cult of Co-Conspirators on the 4th, 5th, and 11th floors Downtown, when Ginger's ass ripping hit the Eyes of the world yesterday.

"Lost and Forfeited Opportunities" is the last Appendix in Ginger's Special report, and it is appropriately enumerated as as letter F. That is perfect, because as Mayor Berry ordered Eden and Schultz to always give themselves, and this administration an A, we all know they are all
F-ers. The last Albuquerque mayoral election was a lost and forfeited opportunity. Lost and forfeited should actually be at the tops of their birth certificates, and the birth certificates of a bunch of other culpable individuals who have fled, and a few that are still lingering like Jessica Hernandez's metastatic origin Kathryn Levy, the lynchpin, and mother of all liars who's modus operandi still lingers around this administration like a hot fart. The power of the above title means more than you know, because there is a golden opportunity to not lose, or forfeit any more opportunities to take the gloves off, hold accountable, and punish these dishonorable malfeasants. These creeps only understand aggressive enforcement, because they are bullies, and this is now what needs to happen. It should have happened long ago, but better late than never. The passive aggressive ring around the rosy needs to be over. No more barbecues. No more pizza parties. No... just getting to go to bed without your pudding. No! These delinquents need a federal belt across their collective weak asses, and a sentence to a locked room for a few years. When someone is indicted... when someone loses their career... when someone loses their pension... when someone loses their reputation... when someone loses their bank account... when someone loses their home... When someone gets their door kicked in with a federal search warrant... When someone gets shackled....THE SHIT WILL END! It is time for the taxpayer paying the price for the actions of these criminals, and their limitless public corruption defense fund to end. This administration has the mentality of children. They only make it appear as though they are doing what they are supposed to do when someone is watching over them. They need to be dealt with as such. In the case of this administration, no government is better than what we have. Yes, it's that bad. You all paid the city attorney to write this garbage that actually and ironically, if approved by the judge, would have kept you from seeing the truth. And if you think this was bad, just wait till you see what is coming down the pipeline for these cowards.

The City's argument is even trash. Wrong is wrong. Changing SOPs has no bearing on the moral compass addressed by Ginger.

As we have always said, deviation in patterns is where you can find vital signs of an issue. Before DoJ, this administration was in a furor to scapegoat officers, while lying and concealing evidence to say that officers were untruthful, and fire them, when indeed they were truthful, and reported their actions. They thought this would benefit them in keeping the DoJ from coming in. Now we have an administration that is covering for officers who lie, while lying and concealing to protect them when they failed to report their actions. They now think this will benefit them by stalling and fooling the DoJ into going away, or until they get to their pensions or next kick back scheme, pay to play, or investment scheme. We say Ginger is right, but it is more devious. It is intentional.

The leadership of APD are failures. This sums it up:
"At present, in our judgement, APD does not have sufficient organizational capacity to guarantee that use of force investigations of all types confirm to professional standards and CASA mandates"

APD Leadership is deficient, incompetent, arrogant, arbitrary, capricious, duplicitous, two faced, fraudulent, compromised, malfeasant, and criminal in their behavior. They are intentionally bucking the CASA, and if they did have a semblance of competency, they lack the honor and integrity to choose to do the right thing anyway, so reform with these assholes at the wheel is futile. The ship will sink, unless we toss the rats overboard.

In light of some current court cases and this mess, City Attorney Hernandez should be barred from representing the city in the reform process and fired. She is a smug, ambitious little princess, who should be relegated to babysitting that bloated, parasitic tick of a CAO Robert Perry.

Since we all know this administration's penchant for retaliation, concerning those who hold them accountable, like politically attacking district attorneys with malicious prosecution, retaliating on whistleblowers, employees who go against their culture, and citizens who go after the city for various injustices, we wonder what they would like to do to the Monitor and his team, along with the federal judge. Yes, they are that stupid and foolish.

Reading Ginger's report, you can see that the Federal Monitor has had to deal with the same shit from the city as defense and civil attorneys, oversight investigators, the media, wronged employees, and citizens have had to deal with for years. Now is the time to force THEM.

To know what one's enemy fears the most, watch what they do to their enemies. It's time for a little medicine to be administered. The DoJ needs to declare weapons free on this administration.

We have also been told the APD Sargent who scared the living shit out of his wife after she confronted him about an infidelity, is now occupying that same cushy CHAIR RIDE TO RETIREMENT that Lieutenant Brachle enjoyed as he was protected, and ushered to retirement. This Sargent has a little over a year to get to retirement, and the powers to be plan to get him there. Lips are sealed on this incident, as far as the city goes.

Berry probably should not run for election or re-election.

We here at the Eye will post links to relevant stories concerning events in our environment involving corruption, information leaks, malfeasance, retaliation, hostile work environment, harassment, and game playing, while also commending good work, and progress, from time to time, among many other issues. Today, for the second time this week, we would like to commend another officer for his tenacity in fighting for what is right, and having courage. Congratulations Jeremy Romero! We know, nothing will replace what you have lost, and the time wasted stressing over these scum bags, but it is good to see a win for once, in a stacked system, where those doing these sorts of things to people have gone virtually unchecked and protected, while defrauding the courts. In Jeremy's fight, he has perfectly outlined how one act of treachery committed against a good man, out of childish, criminal vindictiveness, can have a ripple effect throughout a period of time, multiplying it's negative effects on the victim, and those close to the victim, like ripples in a pond, or domino effect.  This is a very important case, because this behavior is the norm here at all levels in the City of Albuquerque too. For this man, doing the right thing resulted in a chain reaction of further bad conduct, compounded by more lies, conspiring, and gang behavior to cover for filth, who know better, and have no place holding the positions they do. There are bullies in this state, who perpetuate their coward ways, and attacks, by making phone calls to their network of cowards, and we will be naming all of them. There will be no more hiding for you gutless vermin.

We urge our readers to check out the above link to the Santa Fe New Mexican published yesterday. See the story, and get an idea of how long it takes justice to work it's way through the lagging, failing, (sometimes intentionally delayed to attempt to protect the careers of the guilty) system, for the individuals in this state who have been maliciously, and willfully wronged.

There are current whistle blower lawsuits in the pipeline involving IPRA requests, and falsifying documents to cover for this administration, while defrauding the courts, and attempting to appear proper in the eyes of the DoJ. Those battles are ongoing, and like this case, will show the blatant arrogance, and disregard for the rights of others by the usual suspects, who have ruined lives for their own personal gain.

There is a core group of people responsible for taking all, from a few, for their own personal advancement and gain. The days of attacking those who fight back are over, because the numbers of the fed up are growing, and they are educated in the ways you have connived, cheated, and lied to get away with your actions. You are filthy rats.

There will be some welcomed criminal accountability coming very soon. Get your flip flops and toothbrushes cowards, because you will need them. The endings to these stories need to go further than civil payouts. There needs to be severe criminal accountability for these actions. When these culprits are taken from their homes, placed into orange jumpsuits, and made to live in a cell for a few years, while THEIR families are forced to deal with the justifiable embarrassment, lack of income, and reduced quality of life, there will be a drastic shift in behavior. Or..... Much more fleeing. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
