Every once in a while, you come across some really good leaders with guts. These leaders know how to address those that are malfeasant and wrong, without stooping to the levels of their trash.

For the last decade, our city has really been declining at a substantial rate. We have seen the police department lose many officers, after the administration burned many good employees out of retaliation, malice, and politics in order to make themselves look good. They burned people who did nothing wrong and they burned people who shed light on the wrong. Like we have always said, you can paint a turd gold, but it’s still just a turd. Well, look at the turds now.

Let’s give you a little back story. You can read all about most of this in our past articles. 

City attorney Hults is one of a few attorneys who has been with the city attorney’s office since the days of the sloppy, disgusting, notorious, former assistant city attorney Kathryn Virginia Cravens Broomhilda Levy. You can look her up here on our blog. There is tons of info about how she has taught her underlings including hag Hultz the craft of being mob attorneys for a politically, ethically, morally, and criminally corrupted city administration. Keller inherited them and assimilated with them. 

Below is a letter Albuquerque City Attorney Hultz had the audacity to send to a U.S. Attorney. Let’s put things into perspective. Mrs. Hultz is working for the City of Albuquerque. She is toilet cleaning level when it comes to the office she sent this letter to. You can read it below.

In true democrat, and now Marxist, radical left wing, information bending fashion, the above letter is no better than what self serving liar local politicians in Portland and Seattle are doing by saying that their protestors are peaceful, and the officers are storm trooper gestapo. 

This left wing rhetoric is getting old because it is the ultimate in selfishness. Listen to what we are about to say..

The behavior of left wing politicians like Keller, and all of these state and local democratic failures in this country, where crime is out of control, and violent domestic Marxist terrorists are attacking businesses, monuments and the police with impunity is all for one reason. Every democrat politician lying to you about what is going on benefits from it, orr think they will. Anyone defending this immature ludicrous behavior is benefitting from it. 

You see, the divisiveness is being driven by these politicians, and the left wing media for their own benefit. Keller no doubt has his dippy blond hollow hipster head filled with delusions of being picked for a nice cabinet spot with the Biden administration if he keeps polishing the knob as hard as he has been. 

If you look at all of these politicians across the country, the narrative is exactly the same with all of them. It is calculated, and they all mirror each other’s rhetoric. They even time their press releases, and coordinate their responses like Keller, the city attorney Aguilar, and Geier did in our last article. It’s actually predictable and pathetic. 

What is more foul is that certain attorneys, who should be working objectively as government attorneys, are taking a political stance, and backing their handlers, because they know they will have their job much longer, and get rewarded for carrying their water, if successful in fooling the public. These malfeasants ignore the law and ethics in order to get their master’s ball over the goal line by any means necessary. 

This should not be tolerated, because these pigs are ruining the very thread of what America was built on, and stands for, by supporting a socialist agenda being pushed by violent Marxist terrorists trying to burn down police stations and federal court houses, all because it works for THEM. 

People, if you don’t know, you should educate yourself that the Democratic agenda is to get rid of the filibuster, to add several more radical liberal judges to the Supreme Court bench, to add DC and Puerto Rico as states, in order to get more overwhelming liberal representation into the House and Senate, and to take over the presidency. This will ensure that you will never see another Republican President, because after that, they will get rid of the electoral college, and allow voting for all felons and undocumented citizens, who will all vote for democrats. You will essentially have a totalitarian government, that will take everything you work hard for, and give it away. These people are disgusting pieces of shit control freaks, and it is all for them to fill their pockets. ITS ALL AN ACT. It is the pinnacle of cowardice and gluttony. If you thought government getting more into your life was bad, just wait to see what will happen if these radicals get in control with the people they have behind them. Just wait until you see what they will take from you and your family. Wait and see how you will no longer be able to have an opinion, and if you do, how you will be violently attacked for it, then arrested when you defend yourself. It’s all for their jobs. 

Never has it been like it is now where weak ass cowards are fearless to speak lies, and bully people in a gang. His is because they have been emboldened and protected by self servers. 

Bernalillo County D.A. couldn’t bring justice to Victoria Martens, or even properly prosecute that case, but uncannily went after Mr. Baca for shooting a violent protestor who tried to kill him, then performed legal gymnastics, trying to bend the explanation of self defense in the matter as not being applicable because his violent attackers accuse him of starting it. How’s that for being innocent until proven guilty? Two women try to block the man from entering a protest, then attack him as he retreats, then several others come over and chase him, saying they are going to kill him, while bashing him over the head with a skateboard. 

If that does not make you sick, then know that what these assholes are trying to do to this country, our grandfathers and great grandfathers fought against. These disrespectful cowards, who never served their nation quote at times, and hold in regard people like Mao Zedong, and they do it so easily. That is what is disgusting. 

Remember that democratic leadership is restricting houses of worship more than any other business, an during this forced closing of everything, they have put 199 businesses permanently out of business, and closed 381. They will conveniently blame the economy on the president though. 

Get ready for their October surprise. We’re calling it. They will start the covid shit back up before November, with another dramatized issue they will blame the president for, as they close schools, and call for mail in voting, so they can trash all of the ballots from republican districts, and have dead folks fill out ballots. Remember folks, these clowns never let a good crisis or go to waste. They will violate your rights to have a peaceful life, and not be bothered, but they will not tell protestors to go home because of this pandemic. They won’t even admit the spike came from protests. As a matter of fact, health card officials in most jurisdictions aren’t even allowed to ask if testing subjects or positive case individuals participated in protests. Why? Because all of this benefits the Democrat agenda. 

When you point fingers and use demagoguery to rile people up, or get them to look at you and say “for he is a jolly good fella” and it is misinformation, lies, or it is playing on people’s fears, like saying the government is coming for you in secret cars with secret police, you are just a piece of shit self serving asshole. We know a lot of people seeing this want to tell these local dickheads off, so we are going to do it. 

We respect class and tact, that shows intelligent leadership, integrity, courage, fortitude and craft just as much as the next guy, but sometimes you just have to take the gloves off, and do what needs to be done, and tell people to shut their lying fucking mouth when they are lying. If you want to speak the truth, then speak up, but if it is not the truth, then someone needs to have a woodshed coming to Jesus moment. 

One of those such moments came to us by way of one of our eyes today, and it is epic. You have to read this document, if not for the cold hard truth it tells, but for how it is written. This letter folks is raw testament to what it is like to have the facts in your hand to dispute lies put out by hollow, self serving cowards with a political agenda. 

People, you have been fooled by those in city government in Albuquerque for years, and here is the evidence of it, by yet now the federal government. How has the city customarily handled this type of scrutiny? Like we have always PROVED... THEY CIRCLE THE WAGONS, LIE, MAKE UNTRUTHFUL COUNTER ACCUSATIONS, AND THEN LASH OUT AT THOSE LEVELING SUNLIGHT ON THEIR HORSE SHIT.

U.S. Attorney Anderson, for the District of New Mexico laid it out, along with the liars running our state with their lies and rhetoric like Himmler Heimlich and Keller. 

Read his response to that trash letter above, and we’ll leave it at that. The letter, and the facts backing it should make every American sick of the punk ass shit going on in our country. They should know how to vote the next time around. 

 Keller and this administration are an embarrassment with their pandering. You endorse the chaos, and likes of the clowns in charge of Chicago, Portland, and Seattle. You Confucius’s of politics are ruining the country. The proof is in the numbers. Lying about federal law enforcement in order to create racial divisiveness for political gain should have criminal, civil, and job related certification issues for attorneys, and political figures who do so.

This isn’t a schoolyard we are all in, where you can gang jump people like you did to the sheriff for looking to fix our crime problem, and frankly, you bitches are lucky it isn’t a schoolyard. When Tim Keller was running for mayor of Albuquerque, he represented to the public and city employees a drastic change. He stated that he would hire more officers, and deal with the problems plaguing the city. These promises have now become the problems. 

We all know that the major problem that caused the systemic crime plague is corruption. We all know what the low lives from the last administration did to try to keep the DOJ away, and we all know exactly why they all fled the crime scene when the Department of Justice came anyway. We all know what self serving command staff did to good people that caused so many officers to shut down and or leave. So what happened? 

We will tell you what happened with Timmy.

Like most politicians, the mayor pulled his two faced image laden horse shit on everyone once he got into office. He knew the democrats had an agenda prior to the runoff, and sacrificed integrity for image and ability to pull the wool over the eyes of the public for his political career.

Instead of getting rid of the failed ART bus project, which destroyed businesses along Central Ave., he embraced it, and now supports it!!! This man knew that this was Berry’s last kickback to his cronies on his way out the door and was against it in his campaign but now stands with former city officials like Rael giving press conferences supporting this trash. Within only two days being operational there have been two crashes. 

Does anyone see the constant repeating of history as a problem? Does anyone see the same old crusty do nothing, pocket filling, self important bloated parasites from previous administrations still in the mix as nothing gets fixed? We do, and it is the exact reason why we are heading down the path of even worse times. This is a huge problem, because these punks keep minions and these minions are the same character type as themselves. 

Our city hall eyes have brought to our attention an event that even under the last administration of shit bags, would not have been tolerated, but because of an “image” of completing a campaign promise, now everyone wants to look the other way for the short run. Well, we will tell you this, when you look the other way for some weak short run goal, you set in motion problems down the line systemically in the long run like we are talking about above.

It seems that on this past December 1 there was a domestic violence (DV) report, where a cadet in the Albuquerque police department academy had a DV with her husband. This DV stemmed from a possible inappropriate relationship, or affair that two cadets are having in the police academy, a la NATURE AT PLAY.

When going through the hiring process with APD years ago you were asked about cheating on your spouse, and lying. Doing so was seen as an integrity issue, because if you would lie to your spouse, you would lie to anyone. That was the way it was put. Also, once in the academy there was a strict no fraternizing policy.

The poisoned seed always leads to the poisonous tree, that only bears poison fruit.

At a time where we needed good solid people with integrity and honor, Keller has retained and hired nothing but a bunch of sub par, self serving punks, with more slimy and dishonorable crap in their backgrounds than the people they pass judgement on every day. Not one of these clowns could go out there in a patrol car, and apprehend a violent wanted criminal. No, they are nothing but a bunch of administrators who build their careers on the backs of others, while helping this mayor create his illusion of being the solution to a problem he is still enabling.

Keeping on the subject, the above domestic violence incident is being scrubbed and swept because APD can not get anyone too take employment here. They are desperate not to bleed candidates and to reach Kellers hiring goals. We think you should know this.

Well, we will say not on our watch pal! No, you will not sweep this incident under the rug, and push people through the police academy, who could possibly move up the ranks, and continue this joke upon the public. Not when you have railroaded employees, who did nothing, and you’ve allowed supervisors with just these types of actions in their backgrounds to retaliate against whistleblowers and good people. Theses are the types of clowns, who have destroyed the police department.

The fact that this incident was not met with swift measures, shows just how much the academy director Byrd is full of shit, along with the command staff of APD and the mayor’s office.

As this administration continues to embrace the failures of the past administration we will continue to smash them out on it, just for the main reason that many of those from the past bunch of criminals still have their hands in the cookie jar, long after we made it clear that they were the problem. Your lives as citizens are being endangered because of politics. The same things are being done over and over, because the same slime bags are behind the scenes, who were behind the scenes a decade ago.

When people who break the rules from day one, in an environment, where they should be so scared to even crack a fart in class, there is a major deterrence and discipline issue, if not, hugely disqualifying character flaw. If they are breaking a series of serious rules from the onset, and lying to people, it will only get worse. Just look at what the previous batch of filth had in their backgrounds over the years and you see what they did.

Spawning and nurturing selfish self serving liars leads to leadership who lies and trashes others who are possibly better candidates than they are. They risk the lives and reputations of others to get what they want. All of this is what APD is famous for.

Keller is fleecing the public with his image horse shit. That is a fact. Things are only getting worse, because nothing was done to punish those from the past, and nothing is being done to change things. The only thing being done is fluff.

The demise of our city and state, and it’s nose dive into the pit of hell, when it comes to the safety of our citizens, our school system, and the well being of our true sworn oath takers, who are fighting against the self servers to protect society, doing their jobs every day, maintaining fairness and integrity, and trying to keep from being assassinated in various ways by fratricidal, dishonest, opportunistic, and cowardly city and police administrations, because we all know it is the Simon Drobiks who can do no wrong, while collecting a check, as officers out there in the streets are being scrutinized with microscopes up their asses, while he is being called the hardest working officer... more like running mouth.

We have been very vocal about the very factual problems that needed to be removed from our city... the few city attorneys who carry on former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy’s work as water carriers, court defrauders, perjurers, and poor excuses for human beings, as they only push cases forward to cover for their predecessors, and get them over the goal line, as a check in their win column, rather than doing what is right, admitting wrongdoing, and fixing the situation. We have made it known, along with various others, that the entire upper command of APD should have been outed, and remedies should have been sought for the wrongs that were done to employees, and citizens alike under their administrative fiefdom. What was done by Keller? The opposite. 

This administration knew our stance, and knew what needed to be done, but chose PERSONAL optics over better options. They cared only about feathering their political future nests, and jumped the political bandwagon of political crusades, to paint themselves the solution to problems that were enabled by those they are now in bed with. It is more important to play hockey and football, be “that” jolly good fellow, look cool, fool the public, and hire your buddies and those who will do your will, than stand up, and make the unpopular and just decisions yourself as a leader and man as you said you would.

They know this, yet they say it anyway. The rest of the other options put the blame on everyone else, but the one person who submits a fraudulent time sheet... the officer stealing the money. This is a slap in the face. For one clown who violated SOP 51 times that we know of, they blame the entire system, in order to protect him, with excuses and an accountability of a child’s mindset. This would be almost unbelievable if it wasn’t for the location of occurrence.... Albuquerque New Mexico! And do you know where shit like this comes from? In a police department where APD makes their use of force expert in the murder trial of a cop killer, a Lieutenant, who performed cunnilingus on employees, inside city offices, on city time, acts like a arrogant punk, and can’t keep his pants up... where officers beat their wives almost unconscious, poach wildlife, lie, shoot unarmed people in the back, then get promoted... where female officers can access NCIC, and give victim addresses to the defendant and suspect, so that he can kill the victim... where police brass can threaten federal witnesses not to cooperate in DOJ probes... where the command staff of a police department can surreptitiously videotape a federal monitor, and release only a portion of the tape they think makes the monitor look bad in order to extort a good report of APD from him... where Two former police chief’s are documented liars, numerous times in statements and testimony, with one of them under investigation for a pay to play scandal, yet nothing is done... where 60 plus officers can use steroids, but the investigation that involved burglaries, beatings of officers, and citizens for payment of money owed for steroids between officers was wiped under the rug, because one of the main players was a politically connected family’s son... where officers can shoot other officers 8-9 times, and be covered for, until he reaches retirement.. where IA commanders can tamper with investigations, and not be fired... where officers can get blow jobs inside the loss prevention room of Walmart by Walmart loss prevention employees... where officers can have sex on duty in their patrol cars... where fat disgraces to the badge, who retired as a failed commander, covered up an officer drinking, while armed, and on call, then gets rehired as a Deputy Chief... where officers who were fired for drunkenly firing their gun into the air barefoot, in half uniform, until the slide locks back are rehired... where former deputy police chiefs can direct their husbands to unlawfully, third person record police personnel conversations, so she can direct a retaliatory campaign against said officers, and nothing is done... where upper command police staff can conspire to frame their own officers, to keep from getting caught being involved in multiple corruption schemes... where police Majors can burn off people’s ears with Tasers, then cover up the thefts of their own guns from their negligently unlocked police vehicle, yet override punishments on officers who have had their equipment stolen from their locked units, giving them double the punishment they got, (none) (Gonterman) when he himself lied about locking his unit, (he did not) and the officers told the truth... Where Deputy chiefs, and police chiefs can conduct privately sanctioned investigations on officers they want to politically railroad, in order to illegally gain information, abusing their positions and federal privileges... Where the entire upper command staff of APD can trample the crime scene at the death of a prominent attorney, who was suing them as they threaten officers to leave the scene, while they make evidence disappear, and former Deputy Chief Allen Banks can threaten and intimidate officer witnesses who he did this to in an ongoing court case that their testimony better match his or else... Where homicide detectives can frame innocent people with murders, put them in jail for 10 months, and make the real murderer a witness against the innocent person, release that murderer until the trial enabling him to shoot more people while he is out free... Where police chiefs are assisted, and tipped off by federal investigators, in order to assist them in avoiding federal scrutiny... where the internal affairs unit is run like the Stasi Police where they whisper about everything... where officers are told not to discuss controversial issues... where officers can point guns in the faces of other officers, and it is covered up... where court employees hired by their judge husbands can attempt to run over other women court employees they are jealous of in the car parking garage, and it is whitewashed... WHERE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS JUST THE FUCKING “TIP OF THE ICEBERG,” CHIEF GEIER’S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS WAS PARTIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM.” REALLY!?!? The fucking honor system? That has to be one of the most idiotic explanations there is. It is an insult and a slap in the face. The only people who operate on the honor system at APD are the ones getting retaliated on for stepping up, the ones doing the right thing, or the ones railroaded for doing their jobs. What a joke.

Keller’s “honor system” is probably why his senior advisor for public safety James B. Lewis pulled up stakes, and walked away from this administration. It’s probably the same reason why Keller’s assistant mayor Gary Lee split after only 5 weeks without an explanation. They don’t say much about this do they?

This is all a direct result of their wanton and willful, intentional, and malevolent actions. They put the city in this position, and left us all with driven up crime by emboldening criminals. They forced good citizens, and businesses to leave the state through their criminal selfish and cowardly actions. They ran away. This has been how many years now and nothing has been done. But for far less, they can now conduct political dig and pony shows, and act like they are cleaning up corruption. They should start with the biggest criminal enterprise in the state. The administration and former administration of the City of Albuquerque, the City Attorney’s office, and the top levels of the police department for the last 10 years. With Schultz and gang still operating, any actions taken are only political dog and pony shows. The result is that bodies can be found in the streets every day, and the answer is playing on the computer to predict where criminals will go. The old proactive approach of proactive patrol worked better, but officers are terrified to do their jobs, and have no faith in their back stabbing command staff. All a result of the lack of action by the same clowns claiming to have the answer to fixing the problems.

Colon will either clear Drobik for political points with the current crew, or condemn him, to use it for a future run against Keller. There is no other motivation, knowing the mindset that permeates these politicians. That is a fact.

Nothing gets done around here, unless there is something in it for the politician doing it. NOTHING! And mostly it’s nothing getting done.

DYSTOPIA, THE CRIME LAB RACIAL DISGRACE, AND THE RAPE KIT BACKLOG. HOW MUCH MORE UNFAIRNESS DO WE ALL HAVE TO TOLERATE? THE MEDIA REMAINS SILENT, AS JUSTICE IS SERVED FOR A HEINOUS ACT OF RACIAL BIAS IN THE ALBUQUERQUE WORK PLACE

Once upon a time, in the city of Albuquerque, the land of workplace crime, conspiracy, fraud, fratricide, sexual promiscuity, sex in the work place, threatened wife killings, no bid pay to play contracts, railroadings, civil rights violations, cronyism, public corruption, failed leadership, wanton and willful misconduct, intentional obstruction of justice, fraud on the courts, wrongful shootings, murders, malfeasance of office, selfish self promotion at the cost of a city and its people, perjury, out of control murders, rapes and sexual offenses against children, there was a lawsuit filed, and that lawsuit was kept very quiet, because of it’s impact on things.

The lawsuit we are going to talk about is very important, because it impacts two major issues in our city that create a ripple effect, as everyone is getting very fed up of the situation at hand.

In a time of prosperity there should be no place for fractions of the examples of poor conduct that has plagued our city for over ten years. Considering we are in a precarious time where small mistakes can cause harm, we know big ones can cause irreparable harm, or even reverse any progress that may have been made. Intentional actions of wrongdoing is far worse. Ignoring intentional and willful misconduct, or the punishment of it, out of political favor by ANYONE, amounts to enabling it. That includes the media.

We all know about the horrendous crime scene backlog at the Albuquerque Police Department. No doubt, the disgusting behavior we are about to tell you about did not help it. And of course, as with all of our stories there are a few filth bag miscreants who got to retire, and walk away like the rest of the cowards and COCKroaches.

Back in 2016 Judge Malot, of Albuquerque District, court was assigned civil case number D-202-CV-201605356. The case was filed by Furman G Sizemore PhD, a black man. Mr. Sizemore was the senior Forensic Scientist at the Albuquerque Police Crime Lab.

The above lawsuit was filed based on racial discrimination, when two of the three scientists who work at the APD CRIME LAB were given raises, increasing their pay to $42.00 per hour. Sizemore continued to make $10.00 per hour less, because he was not given one. During all of this, John Krebsbach was the Crime Lab Director. He is no longer there of course. He retired.

During the trial last week, it came out that John Krebsbach testified that he called Sizemore an idiot, and that he was the worst supervisor ever, although he had gotten good reviews for 12 years. Krebsbach would not accept any of Sizemore’s credentials backing his deserving of a raise, but did accept Mike Haag’s and Bill Watson’s. Haag and Watson were the other two Scientists who did get their raises.

Our Eyes told us that the case testimony revealed that Bill Watson is not qualified for the job he was hired for, but is a friend of Krebsbach. He is paid $87,000 annually. Our Eyes said that there was proof he did not pass proficiency exams in a timely manner, but the department lied and qualified him. Testimony further revealed that Krebsbach did not want to hire Sizemore when he was on Sizemore’s interview panel, and Sizemore was refused advancement three times. It sure looks like there was some bad feelings over Krebsbach having to hire Sizemore, and Sizemore being more qualified and educated than Krebsbach’s cronies!

Our Eyes told us that an email from former APD Crime Lab Analyst Donna Monogue was shown in the courtroom in which she called the Plaintiff in this matter a nigger. That right there should result in a lifetime career change to toilet cleaner forever. Of course Monogue retired.

Jay Stewart is the current Crime Lab Director. Our Eyes told us that during testimony in this case, he downplayed all of Dr. Sizemore’s credentials, training and education, stating that he doesn’t think he is qualified, or should be a supervisor, but when asked about what Sizemore does, Jay did not know.

Our Eyes told us that ironically the year before his raise, Mike Haag got a “does not meet expectations” on his eval. Our Eyes also told us that information about Haag running a private business in which he charges $250 per hour during work at the APD Crime Lab.

Who will APD blame the DNA and latent backlog on now that they can’t blame it on a black man? We wonder if Dr. Sizemore had lost because of the city attorney defrauding the courts, like they have done so many times before, if the city would have dumped the entire blame of backlogged rape cases on this man. We all know how they like to find a scapegoat to lie on to save themselves from scrutiny.

We here at the Eye wonder how many more educated and qualified people will come here bringing expertise and experience, only to have their lives ruined, or to be tortured by those who are less qualified than them, or threatened by their accomplishments, simply because they are not on the inside circle. Does this sound familiar? It should, because it has been going on for years and dozens of innocent employees have suffered because of it. No wonder why we can not attract anyone to come here, and most employees are leaving.

We would have been highly impressed by the city administration, along with the city attorney’s office had they stepped in, settled this, made it right, and punished the offenders properly. It is no surprise they didn’t because all of the suspects were in place during the shitty Schultz ride, and they were being defended by those in the city attorney’s office who were brought up by former city attorney and liar Levy. This did not happen, as the city attorney’s office seems hell bent on carrying the water for the past administration’s cases. This is why we believe in retroactively cutting out the cancers, and fixing the past. Until the past trespasses are addressed this place will continue down a dystopic path for employees and prospective employees. It truly is disgusting.

The verdict, as seen in the below documents was an overwhelming victory for Furman Sizemore, and for anyone who has been unfairly targeted by people like this. We here at the Eye are fed up of this, and would like to congratulate Doctor Sizemore in his win. We hope the punitive damages are seven digits.

Krebsbach retired, but is on a board that gets grants for the lab, our Eyes reported. We have all seen how things go down this path. We all know how money talks when it comes to this place and those who look the other way.

We here at the Eye find it interesting that such a severe case like this was ignored by the media here in Albuquerque. It would seem very weird if we were not educated, but we are educated in what is happening. Many on the other side of things wish we were not so educated but they can keep wishing.

A while back, we said that we appreciated fairness in reporting, and that we were not going to tolerate stacking the deck, or putting the thumb on the scale, in order to ignore relevant topics, or ignore doing the right thing, just because it may not be popular politically, or fit the agenda of a few.

Why has this not been reported on in the media? Maybe it is the department influence on media personnel.

It has been brought to our attention that a certain APD PIO likes to text Albuquerque reporters to give them shit for reporting on issues that do not shed a good light on the department. This PIO may have networked his way into not being dispensable by the new administration. That is all fine and dandy, but now we will post the below photos and ask you if this is the reason that certain things get reported on and certain things don’t?

We’ll let our readers be the judge. Maybe they’ll know who that car belongs to, where it’s parked, and who the two character are going in and out of a property with one of them going to it at all hours of the day and night is. Hint. One is male. One is female. One is a reporter. This is only a fraction of the intel and media we have concerning this issue right here and it is being posted to show why it may appear the media is bias or conflicted severely. We bet absolutely no APD CADS have one single log out here for all the dates and times we have.

We have one question. Where the fuck was the Chief Administrative Officer Serita Nair at when one of the only persons of color at the Crime Lab was being tormented, and why did this administration not step in, and fix it, instead of trying to defend it by letting it go to trial. We say walk the fucking walk. If you want to act like the shiny happy passive answer to the problems here you better roll your fucking sleeves up and get dirty. You can’t have your cake and eat it too. You do not get to act like you have the answers when you do not have the fortitude to step the fuck up. And we surely are not going to let this pretentious dog shit persist.

To the targets of our articles addressing our writings with their excuses of time limitations and other nonsense for both past and present conduct concerning the disgusting behavior of employees and supervisors that went unaccounted for, unpunished, and covered up, you can shut the fuck up. I KISSED A GIRL...ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORING... WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, HAPPENS IN APD. ANOTHER ROOT REASON FOR A MESS IN A CRITICAL UNIT... ALL OF THIS, WHILE PEOPLE ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOBS WERE TRASHED, AND THE NEW ADMINISTRATIONS DIRECTION FOR THE FUTURE. FAILING TO RIGHT THE WRONGS, WHILE CONTINUING TO REWARD THE MALFEASANT WILL BRING UNPRECEDENTED SCRUTINY UNTIL IT IS ALL ADDRESSED.

Over the years we have received mounds of information detailing how Schultz kept scrutiny off of himself, and those he benefitted from, or wanted to protect, by using those he disliked, or could care less about. He made one critical mistake. We’ll let him try to figure that out, but right now, we are going to discuss another case that was going on as Schultz was destroying the city back in 2011-12. This case centers around IA case number IA case # I-136-12.

The above debacle stems from a Las Vegas trip a few Albuquerque Police Department records employees went on where IA discovered some sexual escapades went on. This trip happened back in July of 2011. Now you would say this is none of IA’s beeswax, but it did become their beeswax when this information came out, because of how it spilled over into the workplace causing mayhem.

We are all well aware of the antics that went on over at APD records where unrelated civilian employees and police supervisors deployed cunnilingus tactics on duty, in closets, and stairwells of the APD Main Building. We are also aware of a battery, where an employee claimed they were punted in the vagina and punched. This conduct is pretty bad for any workplace, but for a police department, it should be incomprehensible, and upon proof of occurrence by an objective investigation, it should result in termination. Most times it has not under past administrations. Disgustingly enough, acts of employees doing their jobs and risking their lives have proven fatal to their careers, and at times lives, because the administration used employees to cover for corruption.

We are no longer going to accept that the past is the past when the same shit is going on, and those in place are failing to address the past trespasses simply because they render them unimportant to them or their agenda, especially when high ranking city officials are still lying. More on that later.

By allowing those that “owe” to stay in place, or possibly be promoted to higher vacated positions, nothing will change, because the rotten culture responsible for this stays in place, and those that are owed still have critical inside access.

Anyone who has had to deal with Raymond D. Schultz under critical circumstances, knows he is nothing but a pathetic narcissistic, dishonorable liar who lies like it is second nature. They also know that this slob enjoys when people kiss his flabby pimply polyp filled ass. There were cases where this clown actually fired people because they didn’t beg for his forgiveness.

We all know of the culture of “nature at play” in APD, and how officers and certain employees could pull their pants down while at work, never fearing repercussions, unless you were not in the ‘in” crowd. These perverts faced no repercussions, while employees doing their jobs were railroaded for the most minor of things in the course of doing their job. These employees weren’t milking the system, lying, devising ways to spew DNA all over the workplace, while getting paid, covering things up, and or generally making the workplace an uninviting, hostile shithole of deviates to work around; pure torture for an honorable person who just wants to do their job, support their family, and go home.

The below documents are being displayed to show how a culture of disparity in discipline, and utter disregard for fairness at an utmost disgusting level has permeated our city, and how it always seems to stem from the police department, and or the usual suspects. We here at the Eye were almost in disbelief at the punishments given out by the City, and APD administration in this case, considering the other high profile cases that were going on at the time, and the fact that the DOJ was entering the city. What is more amazing was how Schultz actually fabricated cases on multiple employees during this time, but treated this incident like it was just a minor blip on the radar screen.

There were many cases during the last decade that were utterly egregious and embarrassing. Many were covered up. There were many other incidents that were nothing, but Schultz and the usual suspects made them something they were not through lies and manipulation.

The problems are spilling over into today, and many of the problem individuals are getting promoted. This is just one on the list that we are getting to, and we are addressing it now, because we are hearing that one of the targets in this investigation, who is a supervision, is being groomed to be next in line to be promoted to the position of Executive Director of Support Services for APD as former Director Bill Slauson’s replacement. Bill Slauson retired.

Below is posted a cross section of over 200 documents we have on the investigation into civilian APD personnel over what we can only describe as an out of control sex scandal by adults who know better, that turned APD main building offices upside down. This obviously spilled over into all other aspects of records concerning APD. We all know how much of a hard time everyone has been given over the years concerning the inspection of public records. We are wondering how much the below listed antics impacted APD’s ability to get things out in a timely manner.

We listed the below documents to show the impact of poor conduct in the workplace and how it affects the agency, public and families involved. It is also has an extreme effect on morale within the department. Officers have told us they know that they will be hung for uttering a curse, or having to use force that may “look” bad, while actions like these will be covered up. Morale right now in APD is horrendous, because officers, and actually everyone for that matter, are fed up of the lies and covering for the lazy, and wrong, while the workers and righteous have to worry about being used like what was done to those over the last decade. There is no trust, and it is evident that politicians do not for the good of all, but for the good of what will keep them in office, or make them more popular. There is no more room for pretentiousness and a ostrich “head in the sand” mentality, because it is getting worse.

Some crime may be down, but do we know if citizens are just so fed up that they are just not calling 911 to report anything, because of the non-existent response times. One thing is for sure, the homicides, and amounts of violent and bizarre crimes are out of control. Still, officers and candidates for police positions do not want to come here, and it is only going to get worse.

The answer is not hard. This can be fixed, because we have heard viable solutions, but none of it is being enacted, and it starts with fixing what was done to re-instill trust with the public, and officers, and get rid of the problems. While doing this, the past transgressions need to be revisited and where exposure lies for those responsible, severe punishment needs to be sought.
