New Mexico political fools, and the shiny object syndrome. If you are a political threat to the incompetent impulsive leadership of this state, they will attack you and say you will answer for going against them. Sit back and watch juvenile politicians grandstand, use drama tactics, disinformation, and fear to discredit someone who is actually trying to get shit done. This right here is why New Mexico can’t get it’s shit together.

New Mexico politicians need to change their political affiliation name to LOW HANGING FRUIT CLUB. Bullying and going after soft targets seems to be the only thing these thugs know.

If the Governor was a true leader she would exercise tolerance and diplomacy instead of posturing up with her little man syndrome and sending in State Police muscle to strong arm businesses into capitulating to her will. She would try to work out options to assist businesses with still staying viable  while maintaining Covid 19 precautions instead of getting her ass up in the air and vindictively attacking families that own businesses. But that would be if we had sincere leaders who were not part of a bigger political plan to wreck house on our country in order to hijack an election.

The shiny object syndrome is exactly what all of the incompetent politicians are suffering from. In #NMTRUE fashion, politicians like Mayor Keller, Governor Grisham, Senator Heinrich, Stephan Mary Soy Boy Aguilar, and Raul Torrez want to jump the gun, fire up hysteria, and amp people up during already trying times. Way to go assholes. This is why our state is last in everything. We have baby asses running it. 

The clowns leading our state are very quick to point fingers, and call people things they aren’t, then as the facts come to light, proving otherwise, they want to control the variables to direct the narrative, in order to make it look as if they were right, just like what went down with the protest shooting we wrote about. They are doing everything they can to stack the deck in the favor of a violent protestor with a past history of this type of mindset, while claiming they are all out to protect our families. Really? Many don’t need some desk sitting pansy ass two faced, self serving liar to protect our families.

Sitting on your asses, or ordering officers to do so out of political correctness isn’t looking out for the families of citizens. Notice how quickly it’s crickets from Mayor Keller about his biggest campaign slate initiative of hiring more officers, after it became so politically popular to cry for defunding the police. Not that he is fir defunding but he sure isn’t clamoring about still supporting one of his biggest campaign promises anymore. Keller’s civilian response force is defunding the police and it is dangerous. We will see what happens the minute these civilian response teams show up and the person they are visiting has a rifle. They will be calling the police. You will see the redundancy of police still having to be dispatched to the scene with these teams. This “redirecting” of funds will cost even more money in the long run. 

These politicians are all jumping at the shiny objects, and making fools of themselves.  They are shamelessly selling their asses for a political future, and it is funny as shit. It’s actually embarrassing, but in the same breath it is disgusting and intolerable because innocent people get caught up in the middle of these assholes, their agendas and their schoolyard tactics of control and manipulation of everything in their way. To those who know all about this type of behavior, it is very good entertainment to watch these clowns show their asses, but it needs to be addressed in every capacity imaginable because it always ends up destroying innocent lives just like the crime these hypocrites say they want to get rid of. 

Just look at the things that came out this week in the news and social media. 

Look at what is supposed to be political leaders with educations politically stirring the pot, using emotions and very sensitive subjects to stir things up, and cause hysteria. Look at the links and examples below, where the city attorney and state senator fuel conspiracy theories of government men in combat gear kidnapping innocent unassuming civilians. NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Maybe Martin baby soft hands Heinrich and Governor Billy Badass Wu Han Grisham could hold hands with Cuckold City Attorney Stephan Aguilar and Pretty Boy Tim Keller on the plane ride to Portland, Seattle and New York to see what is really going on instead of sitting on their asses here Monday morning quarterbacking people who are reaching out and trying to make things better.

The fact here is that terrorists are coordinating planned and timed attacks on the Portland federal courthouse with the goal to burn it down nightly. The federal BORTAC teams are dealing with insurgents who’s tactics are evolving nightly. I guess Martin who never served in the military Heinrich thinks these guys should be going up against armed violent anarchists in blue jeans and Tee Shirts. Martin Heinrich, a white bigmouth who grew up with money, wants to attack the Sheriff who grew up in the south valley of Albuquerque and spent his life in law enforcement?!? Martin Heinrich needs to shut his lilly white liberal mouth the fuck up, because we remember when this clown said he was against Gay Marriage then flip flopped when called on it. These clown politicians are for something when it works for them. They rarely stand for something out of principle just like we are seeing today. They allow violent protests and attack American citizens who justifiably defend themselves against such violence, they justify the burning of a flag, vandalism and violence under the lunacy of saying they deserve to vent and have their frustration heard under the 1st amendment and they lie to the public about what is really going on as they speak out of their asses with definitive agendas. 

It is amusing how these clown politicians lose their minds after being mentioned for a possible position in DC like Heinrich was during the Hillary Clinton campaign. After that, it is like all you see is desperate lashing out from these punks at anything that makes someone else look better, or that threatens their number one status. Martin Heinrich needs to find out what it is like to be unemployed come 2021, instead of becoming the senior NM bigmouth Senator. 

Police officers are being struck with bottles, rocks, fire bombs, improvised explosives and anything else violent Marxist protestors can throw at them. We doubt any of the political cowards mentioned in this article know what that is like, but these bitches will be the first ones to attack an officer for defending himself or someone’s family the minute they can use it to further their agenda. 

The newly appointed clown police chief of Aurora Colorado allowed protestors to chain the doors of a police station with the officers inside. She let the officers sit locked in there for hours. The leadership mindset there was that the peaceful protestors deserved to vent their frustration, and express their 1st amendment right to protest, but she failed to tell everyone how lucky they really were, because it would have showed their piss poor leadership if the protestors were able to pull off their objective. You see, after they freed the officers, they found multiple stashes of full gasoline cans nearby, that were going to be used to burn the police station with the officers inside of it. Read the article below. It will make you sick, but police leadership like this across the country is being lauded as righteous. It is nothing more than betrayal by self serving creeps.

This second one is an example of how Mayor Timmy doesn’t like to get called out. It is an example of how it was fine when we were exposing all of the dirty shit going on around him during the election but now that he show his two face he wants to censor social media critical of him. That is a response we posted to his coward gang up attack on the Sheriff. It lasted a while few minutes before Timmy shit the bed last night and deleted it. The truth hurts doesn’t it? It’s going to hurt worse come election time. 

Below is the article about Sheriff Manuel Gonzalez going to DC this week to meet with the President and United States Attorney General. We believe the article should be titled BITCHES MOAN.

It is no illusion that crime here is bad, but to say that the sheriff should FOLLOW a police department with a morally corrupted upper command staff that has been that way for almost two decades is absolute insanity and a joke. Keller and his group of recycled morons have failed to clean up this city, or protect the citizens. From the acceptance of the ART BUS fiasco instead of ripping it out, to bring back poor leadership to covering up dozens and dozens of cases of discrimination in the workplace, retaliation, and crimes to the tune of the total of the last administration, enough is enough. 

If the sheriff followed any leadership connected to the city of Albuquerque, he would either wind up in another officer’s wive’s bed, sued in federal court for retaliation, or covered in DNA with used condoms laying all around his fat intoxicated body. Let’s just remember BCSO isn’t the agency under federal DOJ consent decree. 

Keller has played hide and seek, just like former mayor RJ Berry did, but he has been really disgusting with the opportunistic crap, while he dodges standing up, and answering for the bad shit going on, and there is a lot of bad shit going on and it’s coming down the pipeline. 

As for the city attorney? Here is a guy you never hear from, because all of the women ( we use that term very loosely ) trained by former Assistant City Attorney Kathryn Levy are the one’s really still running the city attorney’s office; the same ones we told Keller to fire in order to clean up the administration. The same shit is going on there too. They are still defending discrimination in the work place, promoting cases against employees, out of retaliation for whistle blowing and exposing corruption, hiding evidence, defrauding the courts, omitting facts, and being vindictive, bitter, resentful, and immature; all the things we want for inclusiveness in a city under consent decree under the DOJ. 

This city attorney runs off with his beta soy mouth saying the Sheriff is off on a photo op?  Who the fuck is this clown to make an assumption like that? We hope he has to defend that stupid comment when the Sheriff gets back because not knowing anything about what the Sheriff is doing down there is like talking out of your ass. It’s stupid, foolish, and reeks of the agenda of a coordinated scheme with the mayor to attack the sheriff, because he wants to keep his job next election. This clown talks about rebuilding. Rebuilding what! Rebuilding his defense of dozens of discrimination lawsuits against the city like the sex crimes case below that is in the pipeline. Let’s see how they defend this. He says FOLLOWING APD’S LEAD! Is there anything more laughable than that. The leadership of the city and APD is in the toilet, They couldn’t lead piss down a trough. Geier should be following the Sheriff’s lead to Washington in order to work on solutions instead of circling the wagons and baselessly attacking like juveniles those who have been working to try to clean up the crime issue. This all being done because some slimy coward pukes are fearful of losing their political futures come next election. American citizens are sick and tired of this shit. If the city attorney wants to talk about photo ops, he needs to look no further than his buddy Tim Hollywood Rockstar Keller who appointed him. It’s been concerts football games and soccer games, goatees, tweed vests beards bow ties and beer gardens as the resident hipster mayor has been the king of photo ops. There has been none bigger here. After all though, little Stephen wants to get his nose as far up there as he can, because he wants to keep his job next election. 

People who would be rolled by a drunk vagrant with his feet tied together feel empowered to attack law enforcement officials who have put away the worst of the worst. Stephen Mary Aguilar would shit in his fucking panties if you dropped him off at Central and Pennsylvania, or in the  Kirtland neighborhood of our city, and definitely wouldn’t be arresting anyone because he couldn’t. We doubt this guy had to ever physically defend himself or anyone else for that matter. The same goes for the rest of them, especially Senator Heinrich; a bunch of pussies who would cower if they had to actually face the violence our country is facing with their so-called peaceful protestors. 

And Geier... should we discuss that guy? His response was the most benign of the bunch, but he doesn’t do anything without asking permission from a corrupted, dishonest, and morally flawed city attorney’s office. That’s a fact, and we will see what happens when all of these lawsuits hit. They will prove Keller has allowed discrimination, corruption, and retaliation to run just as rampant as it did last administration. What is disgusting is that Keller’s superficial attempt at surrounding himself with diversity was used to deflect from an image of discrimination by optics only, because these very appointed individuals know this shit is going on, and stand by because they are benefitting from it. The individuals who should still be there saw the writing on the wall, and knew this administration was full of shit. They left. 

For these politicians to claim that casualties here due to protests were less than anywhere else in the country because of their leadership is a crock of shit. Most people here are very laid back. They are not racist. They are trying to live their lives, and provide for their families. The demographics here pretty much ensure that the type of shit going on in the large coastal cities will not happen here. It has nothing to do with their leadership because if it did, their rhetoric is just as bad as the local leadership in the cities that are suffering and it would be happening. It is the people here that do not have time for that crap. 

Before these failed politicians here hypocritically call for the resignation of anyone they need to look in their own back yard and realize they have failed this state. Every other state around us is flourishing and growing and it is because of their failed leadership and corruption. 

The politicians here need to check their mouths, because all of this is going to backfire come election time and after. If they think the babyisms exhibited by their  extremists, and leftist Marxist, butthurt liberal supporters, who didn’t get their way last election was bad, they won’t believe what a fed up America is going to do when you try to force a form of government up their ass, that our grandfathers and great grandfathers fought against and died for. 

Watch these clowns as the election nears, and observe their intensifying, bizarre pandering and choreographed, synchronized schemes as election time gets closer. They are becoming desperate and afraid. Notice how they are all spewing the same lies. Notice how they group together and threaten others who they deem a political threat. Notice how they try to cancel them like Martin Heinrich is trying to do to the sheriff. Notice how all of these babies take the ivory tower, and use emotional issues like “protecting your family” when making up their lies. Most would want federal officers out there against the protestors if their car was surrounded with their families trapped inside by an angry violent mob blocking the road. Heinrich, Grisham, Keller, Torrez, and Aguilar call these thugs peaceful protestors. That’s not protecting your families. Federal agents are not going to families and dragging them out of their homes. They are gathering intel on riot organizers and identifying them. Nobody has been disappeared like these fear mongers would want you to think is happening. None of the truth is making the news. The federal government is having to do the job of failed local leaders using a pandemic and disorder to further their political agendas and job security during an election year. That is treason. It is the failed local leadership categorizing violent protests as peaceful and that puts your family in danger.So much is going to be getting out over the next few months that these hypocrites are going to look like fools. 

In retrospect, it is amazing how all of these politicians were calling for someone to do something about APD years ago, as the DOJ was thinking of coming in. This  AG sat on his hands regarding true institutional corruption, because of how all these clowns are connected here but now that somebody is doing something, it’s frowns all around, because the incompetence of these local elected officials is being exposed at election time. This is a case of clowns calling people out for wearing makeup. 

These politicians are talking about protecting everyone, but the murder case of the mother of two state police officers on the west side had faded into obscurity. Torrez wants to run his mouth but can’t even put the Murderers of Victoria Martens away. How quickly these politicians forget. They are posers who can only deal with low hanging fruit. They talk the big talk, then push the inconvenient things that don’t go their way to the side. They care only about themselves and their futures. Nobody’s lives matter to them. We are glad the federal government has not forgotten the death of this woman because out loudmouth politicians sure have. 

FEDS OFFER REWARD FOR THE CAPTURE OF A MURDERER OUR LOCAL LEADERS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER

It is now being said that morale is at an all time low at APD. Pretty soon there will  e such a deficiency in the numbers of officers out there that there will be no protecting anyone. There is already no proactive policing and less than 340 officers bid for 6 area commands with three shifts each. Do that math. That’s 19 cops per shift per area command, not taking into account days off, training, vacations, injured officers, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, military leave, retirements, terminations, resignations, and FMLA. This is why you are seeing no officers out there. So much for Keller’s 1200 cops and more will be leaving because between city leadership and Law Enforcement Board corruption, it is deadly to be an officer in New Mexico.

Walk away from these clowns. Is it really worth your integrity? Make a stand. Walk away, and advocate against everything you know that was done wrong. Your pal Ross is going to take you down when news of his antics goes public and that is only one facet of what is coming down the legal pipeline. Keller will burn you just like Schultz and Berry did to everyone in their way when the time is right. 

It is only a matter of time when the flood gates open. Isn’t is better to be ahead of it instead of being tangled up in it?  Don’t be known as just another one who did as he was told, while looking the other way. You know better, but you have to live with your choices. The closer you stand to the turd, the more shit you are going to get on yourself.

The media finally smashes some administration ass... 5 bus crashes in 8 days...crime stats, lies and the reason why... 73 murders, and the clowns think their show must go on.

During the mayoral campaign, where everyone pointed the finger at Richard J Berry, and his merry band of criminals, including us, the candidates all claimed they would clean up the mess. One was connected to the one who started all of this’s (problem, Ray Schultz) legal defense team, one was pulling the same shenanigans as Berry and Schultz, and one knew about the in-depth corruption, that caused the mess, because he was the state auditor. That person was Tim Keller. Keller knew all about the fraud, crimes, waste and spending of the previous administration, but like everyone here, who is afraid of addressing the elephant in room once they enter it, they acted like investigations and punishments do not exist, then they joined the club.

Because many politicians only have a taste for looking like they would get their hands dirty, and knuckles scuffed when it’s time to fool everyone into voting for them, we are now suffering from unprecedented violence, once established businesses leaving our city, others getting burglarized into oblivion, and humiliating bus crashes, from a project that should have been bulldozed, even after it was completed. This all should have resulted in those responsible being  investigated for kickbacks, fraud, and waste in spending. God forbid the Kumbuya crowd engage in something so negative as investigations, prosecution, and punishment of public officials for corruption. After all so many of them are connected at so many levels in this village that there is no doubt that one of their own chameleon color changing cronies would get caught up in the dragnet. 

Yes, the previous administration is responsible for all of this, and they should still be held responsible, but this new batch of clowns is just as responsible now. Their constant crying about how they were handed a lemon is old, and just proves what everyone is claiming about this generation, and political ideology.

Keller talked a good game about change, until the Marty Chavez / Rael team got into his head, and he decided the image of what is popular was the bandwagon he should be jumping on. 

While we have a low rider cruiser detail, and a police car low rider, the murder rate is out of control, and after dark it seems this city transforms into hell. This administration can send a few party boys to Detroit to party it up when it should have been for recruiting, and we can have coffee with a cop, while there is an indefinite response time for officers on the street.

City council calls bullshit on crime stats and APD bullshits city council

After looking at that photo, look at the below one, where the CAO looks at Armijo with that “you got it girl” look of satisfaction on her face. Truthfully, we are done with this shit. It’s sickening and the incompetence needs to be addressed. Nobody lost data and nobody needs millions to count beans. It is all a lie and spectacular display of distraction to pull attention away from their intentional fraud. 

Police departments across the country have been manipulating and lying about crime stats for decades to make themselves look good, and for funding. When caught, some police officials were even indicted, but like every other time here they get to say they lost it or there was a mistake and it all goes away.  APD was just another one who was caught. And what did they do? Duck dodge and blame everyone, else like cowards who are still culturally inline with the last administration’s mentality. 

You can read on this blog about the individuals who saw the writing on the wall, when this administration started, and how they pulled the rip cord. Nobody is happy with what is going on. None of it is error or miscalculations. It is all intentional, and a fraudulent buying of time until the next election. We are all supposed to be stupid and believe at a time now when crime stats are crucial, it all ended up in some black hole. We say that everyone should get the message now, and prepare to vote this administration out come next election. The idiots are running the asylum.

MAYOR KELLER DUCKS DODGES WEAVES AND BLAMES OTHERS FOR THE MURDER RATE

Watch this administration as they play the musical chairs with what Commander gets to address what crisis today. It’s like their names are on a spinning wheel. Observe how there is no consistency with who addresses certain topics, or issues, and notice how the police chief is never around just like before. One thing is for sure, we don’t see hide or tail of the two other Deputy Chief’s that were hired. What is that money going towards? APD is now about a bunch of ass kissers trying to outshine each other, and impress the boss better than their counterparts rather than just doing the job.

The fact here is that there is no leadership within APD that can fix the damage. That is a fact.

Good luck to the public, because you are on your own. The proof of that is the mere fact that APD can’t even get a list of 15 names together for the Metro 15 anti-crime initiative they announced weeks ago within a reasonable time. That means with all of this crime going on, these non-cops can’t even pick out 15 of the most shitty criminals to go after just, to get them off the street now. May we suggest taping the list of the hundreds you do have on the wall and throw a few darts at it? Shit, a good field officer can bust off 15 top asshole’s names in just as many seconds. 

This is all a shame, because we all know many had solid solutions were suggested to this administration, that were ignored, because these newbies thought they had it in the bag. Well... proof there again that they had no clue what they were getting into, and who they were dealing with. 

If all you offer the public is lip service, bullshit, babble and mumbo umbo as a commander, when you can’t even run one city block to catch a felon or save a life as you make $90G a year, you just might want to shut the fuck up right about now.

If you are a cop, and you want to work inside, go on tourist trips, burn your time calling out of work to go play, or play with toys in a special unit that does nothing but afford you daywork with weekends off, and time to go shopping on duty, while the city burns, you should think about doing something else, instead of being a useless, check collecting, pension digger. To the good ones who held their right hand up, and swore to do the right thing, thank you!

STOP BLAMING THE DOJ FOR THE DISGRACE THIS PLACE IS. PUT THE BLAME WHERE IT BELONGS.

There is a trend of blaming the DOJ for what some say “having their boot on APD’s neck.” This is nothing but bullshit from people with short memories, and a warped sense of reality of what the real reason is of why things have gotten out of control in the city of Albuquerque.

Over the next couple weeks we will be doing a coming to Jesus series of posts relating to refreshing everyone’s memories about what set Albuquerque in motion down the slope of tragedy it has gone and who is responsible, buy why it won’t end. The only people that are solely to blame are the people who were in leadership roles, and some who are still in leadership roles, along with the past and present city administration. Their slime bag schemes of taking care of their buddies, and fucking over anyone in their way caused all of this. And yes we do mean quite a few officers who partook too.

This started a decade ago under former coward police chief Raymond D. Schultz, his infrastructure of mob attorneys, a filthy mayor who joined his gang, and an ingrained culture of corruption that was founded in cronyism, unfairness, criminal behavior, dishonor, and terrorism. 

You may ask us why we are rehashing old news, as you say. The reason why is because everyone here either does not pay attention, or they have very poor memories. This needs to be done because it is happening all over again, with a new wave of the same clowns who came from the sane molds with the same ideology.

This needs to come out because the next Mayoral election needs to be dominated by a leader who will eradicate the unfairness and treachery that has plagued this city; one who will not blame everyone else, or fear doing what is right, regardless of how it appears or affects their political standing within a group or political party of self promoting parasites. 

Ten years ago, while Shultz and his gang of cowards were sweating it out over the DOJ coming, they started a “stains on the badge” campaign of disinformation and lies against dozens of officers while lying in the other direction to cover for several officers and command personnel where true evidence actually pointed to their guilt. They did this to deflect attention from themselves and the truth getting out about them by using lies the perpetrated on their scapegoats. One tiny example was when former deputy chief (side piece at the Taser Stingaree Nightclub event mister want some black in ya?) threatened a police officer witness who testified against him at the Mary Han civil case, where he Lied. He should have been arrested for perjury and witness intimidation, but again like all of the others, he wasn’t. He is now the Round Rock Police Department Police Chief. The core group of scum bags at the time were worried about getting nailed for several allegations stemming from illegal contracts, and pay to play schemes, to being involved in prostitution rings, and coverups, and eventually the possible murder of a prominent Albuquerque Attorney, Mary Han. 

From evidence room scandals, to the west mesa killings, botched murder investigations, framing people for things they did not do, burning ears off with Tasers, cases where murder suspects got off, or were freed, because they were wrongfully charged by the same incompetent investigators, to unjustified shootings... poor leadership, that in turn caused a poor training atmosphere, lack of trust, and the retention and protection provided to disgraceful, dishonorable, individuals, who were responsible, solely because they were friends, or relatives of friends connected to those in control caused all of this. The blood is on their hands, and we are going to step it out because it’s happening all over again. 

Stand by for a series of stories concerning individuals, policies, practices and a culture that has lead us to another record year of murder, and see the apathy behind the scenes that will set you off, as this administration is more concerned with image, and having fun, while your relatives get slaughtered. Hell, APD personnel can’t even be sent on business trips without making it a personal all expense paid tour and circus while citizens are back here getting murdered and there are no cops on the streets. 

Our only suggestion last election was that the injustices be addressed, and the unfairness be ended. This has not been done. That was all we were concerned with while lowlife self serving cowards within the police department and elsewhere were concerned with feathering their nests and lining themselves up for lucrative positions that have nothing to do with the greater good and everything to to with their bottom line, filling their pockets and making their lazy ass lives even easier while everyone else continues to struggle.

Keep in mind as you read the next few weeks of how officers left this department in droves back in 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 and 2016. These were not the drones, who collected checks. They were the spine of patrol out there in the field and the core of correct training. They were guys like John Corvino, who built this place, and were a fixture here. Search our blog to see what they did to him, if you need any proof that APD is famous for eating their own and ruining the lives and professions of competent assets, because someone less qualified is threatened or just needs a scapegoat, or because that person blew the whistle on their corruption. 

They did not leave because of the DOJ coming. They left because of what the Albuquerque Police Department Command staff was doing in response to the DOJ coming. It wasn’t good. Officers left the APD because they could not believe what Ray Schultz, and his mob city attorney Kathrine Levy cooked up, in order to derail a DOJ investigation. These two along with many others like Darren White, knew that if the investigation happened, their criminal activity would be detected and they had high command level meetings on how to make that not happen. 

In response, to a looming federal investigation Schultz did what most filth bag, cowardly and  corrupt government officials do; they set up the people under them for the fall. They lie and protect themselves at all costs, along with those close to them that may be valuable in saving their own ass. This is what caused all of the problems we are having today, and the proof is in the stats as crime skyrocketed, while proactive policing plummeted. Furthering the above problem are inexperienced, unqualified, and incompetent leaders, who overreact, and make up idiotic unrealistic, rules and SOPs in order to overcompensate, and of paint themselves some kind of solution that they and their cronies created. 

Nobody is going to put themselves in front of an indiscriminately firing gun, so officers shut down when they saw Schultz and the corrupt city attorneys office protecting officers in the Ellis shooting, and the incident below where an officer Tased a mental patient 10 times within two minutes. That man died. Officers knew that if they were not on the in crowd politically, they too will be used as cannon fodder, and scape goats, as in several other high profile cases where Schultz and the city attorney’s office were caught lying in. Several officers faced discipline and termination based of preponderance, and were railroaded by liars when they did nothing wrong, and did not cause a death, while several others like these were covered for, and faced no discipline at all because of who knew who. Ironic, isn’t it.

THE BIG ILLUSION

Take note of the above link because we are going to shed some light on coincidences in cases like this where the same variables pop up in reasoning for why these people were protected while others were railroaded for doing nothing. Reasons why Schultz never commented on this and who he was friends with that is related to the officer in question and how it radically different from how he went overboard lying to hang innocent officers. This all set a culture of fear and uncertainty within APD among the rank and file. 

AGAIN, LETS KEEP IN PERSPECTIVE WHY THE DOJ WAS COMING. THERE WERE SEVERAL HIGH LEVEL SCREW UPS ALONG WITH HIGH LEVEL CORRUPTION GOING ON HERE FOR YEARS. LETS ALSO PUT IN PERSPECTIVE THAT MANY MANY OFFICERS WELCOMED THE DOJ BECAUSE THEY WERE FED UP OF THE CORRUPTION, CRONYISM, UNFAIRNESS, DISPARATE DISCIPLINE, AND BACK STABBING. THEY WERE TIRED OF A REGIME OF PUNKS AND COWARDS WHO CONSTANTLY PROTECTED THEMSELVES AND THEIR CRIMINAL BUDDIES BUT SCREWED EVERYONE ELSE JUST LIKE FORMER MAJOR GONTERMAN DID WHEN HIS UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO.

The DOJ rightfully came, because the actual problems were the individuals posing as the solutions. This is going on now, just as it was, if not more so now, because Keller kept the cancer in place, and is more worried about image. He is making it worse. It didn’t take an hour of APD’s antics to make the DOJ take notice. No, it took years and many of the top brass were not always at the top as the bad shit was going on, and they rose to the top by being covered for.

People blaming the DOJ should shut the fuck up, because they do not know what they are talking about. The only thing the DOJ is guilty of is not making arrests for public corruption, and being soft on dealing with a defiant command staff. They should have indicted Schultz on public corruption charges, and they should be demanding results on the New Mexico grand jury convened on the Taser scandal, because everything going on now is residual of one individual who cowardly set things in motion to protect himself causing a collapse in the police department that resulted in an emboldened criminal element. 

Later on we will discuss Mayor Tim Keller’s actions that have enabled this crime wave to continue, and those he chose to employ, promote, protect, and hold on a pedestal that have the same values as the past administration, but act as though they too are the solution as Albuquerque continues to burn. 

We hope everyone is doing well, and we would like to give our condolences to the families of all of the crime victims. 

While Keller wants to break out the feather dusters and kid gloves to deal with the worst of the worst because that approach makes him more politically marketable, we will be looking for a new mayor who knows how to deal with violent crime on its own playing field, honorable, professionally and decisively. 

The smoking gun that reform is nothing but a sham. The DOJ being defrauded... More of this administration being caught with their thumb on the scale, and the CPOA circles the wagon as we catch them rigging a survey to protect their Director... AGAIN!

Folks, every once in a while, people just get caught. Sometimes they get caught doing no bid contracts. Sometimes they get caught breaking laws, and most of the time they get caught lying. Most of the time here in this lying shit hole of corruption nothing is done about it, because everyone is complicit on both sides, unless you are someone they deem expendable and usually low level. 

What we have here are certain individuals trying to cover their tracks, and regroup after getting caught rigging what was supposed to be an anonymous survey. Well, it really wasn’t so anonymous. As a matter of fact, a list went out to only chosen proponents of the CPOA Director Edward Harness. 

Someone fucked up, and someone got caught! 

The really unbelievable and filthy thing here is the blatant arrogance in knowing they got caught, then admitting they should trash the results, start over, defraud the public and do another controlled, not so anonymous survey, because the first survey was filled out by so many “unapproved people.”

Two things here! Just what is their definition of unapproved people? There was a spot marked on that survey for stakeholders. Just who do they think stakeholders are? We as citizens are all stakeholders, as far as the DOJ definition was concerned. 

We have been saying for a very long time that this administration has been controlling investigations, framing people and playing God for way too long. Now here is one smoking gun of proof.

Look at the list of “approved people” that the list was sent to! A city councilor is on that list as are two reporters.

The city councilor is in a little hot water of his own over two of his family members being in hot water. One of them is an APD employee. Ask yourself this question. How is the Director supposed to be objective in investigations and rulings, when the guy approving him is the family member of someone being investigated, and may have a say on wether or not he is retained?

You want to know why things happen here that defy logic, makes the good people who tell the truth, live life honorably, and try hard to do what is right every day so sick and tired? You are looking at it. The below email is evidence that the public was going to be lied to through a totally bogus, and controlled survey. Not only that, but these board members want to speculate on who told everyone about this. More proof of latent retaliation. They are disturbed we found out. Funny thing is, we do not even know who sent it to us, but we commend them for their bravery and integrity.

We have been telling the Department of Justice for years that the Administration of the City of Albuquerque is a criminal enterprise. It is continuing.

Notice how the media was silent on this too. This was so blatant, but the media looks the other way, because if they confront it, they will be cut off from the access to the information and scoops they enjoy. Again proving much of what we have been saying.

In Albuquerque, it can never be about what is right can it? These motherfuckers will never learn that there will ALWAYS be people with integrity, who will shine the light on this cowardice.

ANYONE who thinks that it is s joke to play games with the truth... play games with peoples lives... play games with efforts to fix this mess, or make money, take care of their asshole friends, or conduct lucrative personal networking by rigging the reform process, and defrauding everyone, needs their life turned upside down, and inside out. They need to feel like they live in a juice blender tied to the front end of a roller coaster. Let’s see if that political favor down the road is worth it.

We thought the letter Gordon Eden wrote to all commanders warning the APD employees to stop talking to the DOJ was obstructing a federal investigation. We thought the emails stating the deal between the city and Taser was “greased,” along with taking a job with Taser after greasing that deal was enough to indict Schultz for pay to play, and we thought surreptitiously video taping the federal monitor BY APD command staff, in order to extort a positive evaluation of APD was enough for extortion charges. Obviously someone is missing it, needs to borrow a set of balls, or just flat out needs someone to do their job for them.

If this isn’t enough to put the brakes on shit, and start another investigation, what is? When is enough going to be enough? It is obvious that this new administration isn’t getting it either. What is it going to take to get some punishment around here?

For what all of this is worth, many people on both sides of the fence knew this was going on, and they chose to keep their fucking mouths shut.

We won’t. Fuck You liars!

Keller, you own this. Do not think you are going to play RJ Berry any longer. Get the fuck up. Take off the cute football jersey, and grow a set of balls. We all know this administration does not have the skin thick enough to deal with what we bring to the table. We have been quiet long enough.

Right the wrongs. Get rid of the crooked. Fix the past. Pave for the future, and forget about the “I” in your personal agendas.

We want to know what the “approved” and “unapproved” people said in that survey that makes the CPOA want to do a redo. If the mayor wants to prove he is transparent, he needs to call for the unedited publishing of the entire survey.

We would like to apologize for our long vacation. We have been working on some very important stories, like the new police use of force bill being proposed in state legislature, and the possible story of a mayor who rolled over his car while drunk many years ago as a teenager, and was arrested for it, and an officer who lied under oath about being part of a political favor to get promoted, after the force he used was deemed excessive, causing the death of a man, among many other leads. It is not going to be a very good year for some malfeasants this time around.

We were serious when we said make the wrongs right, not to continue to reward wrongdoing.

There are no misconceptions here at the Eye about who we like and dislike, and the reasons why. For years we have been kicking in doors on corrupt political shithouses. We enjoy it. 

As many people are exposed, or are connected to others who are pulling shenanigans to fill their pockets with your tax dollars on the backs of society, they like to play the fucking word game. We will have none of this play on words shit anymore. 

We here at the Eye think the word game is for the gutless with something to hide. It is for those who do not have the balls to stand up, and own their actions or relationships with their associates. These people duck and dodge their affiliation with people who would bring negative attention, or stigmatize them, hence taking votes away from them when they want to run for office. They do all of this while they work with people who are part of the problem here in order to get what they want in their little alliances. Essentially, they want to have their cake and eat it too. 

How would you like it if your next Auditor for the state of New Mexico previously cut deals with 
the mayoral candidate for Albuquerque, in order to support that mayor in an election, in exchange
for the mayor promoting one of his major campaigners and buddies to sargeant on the Albuquerque Police Department; a guy always seen right next to him, all of the time? What would you say if that person that was promoted, was found to have been excessive in their use of force concerning a Taser that was used approximately 10 times on a mental patient in a federal circuit court by a judge, and his actions contributed to the death of that person? What would you say if all of this was swept away while others were persecuted in order to keep the Feds from coming 
into the picture? What would you say if this person was a sargeant right now? We will tell you right now. We do not like it, and it happened. 

Here is the meaning of the term “of counsel.”

Of counsel is, in the legal profession of the United States, often the title of an attorney who has a 

relationship with a law firm, or an organization, but is not an associate or a partner. Some firms use titles such as "counsel", "special counsel", and "senior counsel" for the same concept.

The current Democratic candidate for state auditor is an attorney “of counsel” for the Robles Rael & Anaya law firm. His name is Brian Colon. We will tell you why this is important below. Divesting himself of this firm means jack shit as far as we are concerned, when you still work for them and do things for them. We all know how things go around here. 

Remember, Robles gets millions of dollars in state contacts, and the state is refusing IPRA requests showing what for. You can read about this mess below.

Remember how Hector Balderas talked so much about transparency during his election campaign for New Mexico Attorney General? Now Balderas contracts with the law firm who Represented Ray Schultz in order to hide what he is paying them for! And guess who is an “of counsel” attorney for this firm? You got it. The current candidate for NM State Auditor, Brian Colon.  

Colon ran for Mayor the llast time around. it was against the current mayor, and he failed. You can read a lot about it here, by clicking on the links at the bottom of this story. He supported the Santolina project, and if he is “of counsel” for the above law firm. that means they pay him for services. But it is not about that money at all. It is about the INFLUENCE. The type of INFLUENCE that has been destroying our city and state from the inside out. You see, the word game is their way of calling you a fucking idiot to your face, while they pull their slimy bullshit behind your back, all the while having you thinking you have no clue what is going on, while thinking they are all such jolly good fellas. Another facet of this is called the Patron system of government. 

In a patron system of government, you are taken care of, because of who you know, regardless of your qualifications. This leads to all sorts of issues that have been the culture here. All of it this responsible for the problems plaguing the state. Examples are: being covered for, getting contracts or having a blind eye turned to your activities, politically influenced investigations and fraud. None of this is acceptable in the State Auditor’s office, and if you think it won’t happen, just ask Hector Balderas why he hasn’t prosecuted Ray Schultz,  and he won’t answer you. There is your proof right there. 

You see, Colon worked for the above law firm. That law firm represented Raymond D. Schultz in 

the Taser pay to play contract deal where Schultz “greased” the deal in his own words. Yes Schultz, in his emails greased the deal for Taser equipment for millions, between the city and Taser executives.  Colon will use words like divest and “of counsel.” It is all complete horse shit, 
because we all know that Colon is not only friends with Luis Robles of the Robles Rael &  Anaya law firm, but he is friends with the Attorney General Hector Balderas,  who is sitting on his hands purposefully, so as not to cause ripples in this election for anyone! There is no doubt that if an indictment came down for Schultz, Robles would step in... Well... maybe not now. 

Sure, the end game is all of these individuals making tons of money as easily as they can, but the way they do it is through influence and influence in the way of the Auditor General’s office is unacceptable. The slightest whiff of anything like this in that office is unacceptable. 

Because of relationships we know of, along with deals that were cut, and behavior we disagree with, we recommend voting for Wayne Johnson for New Mexico State Auditor.

As our citizens are suffering for what the responsible and unpunished have set in motion, those paid by these miscreants are living it up and laughing in your faces. Enough is enough. 

Wayne Johnson has been wacking some hornet’s nests,  and does not seem to have a problem looking into something regardless of what entitled little snot is connected to it. That is something we can appreciate. 

Of course those under scrutiny will cry foul,  because they believe they are immune from scrutiny because this man is running for office. We say, why cry if you have nothing to hide? 

Today,  there is a trifecta of groupies calling the shots on what will be looked into and what they will turn a blind eye to. So far,  all they have done was attack the low hanging fruit, while ignoring 

the root causes,  and looking the other way on prosecuting public corruption. The Attorney General has offered to take over prosecution on three high profile cases in recent months,  but is silent on Albuquerque public corruption investigations sitting on his desk. 

Watch for the distractions coming soon folks. They are on their way. They just can’t help themselves. 

We would advise that everyone who can vote, get out there and Vote for Wayne Johnson for New Mexico State Auditor. He is the guy who will continue to go after corruption. We think Wayne is a good guy and the man for the job.
