Suspect at large... Suspect at large... Suspect at large... The “honor system” has failed. The fleecing of our city and state is over. The chance was given, and now we need a different kind of mayor. NMSP doing what APD can’t.

How many murder suspects are at large? Most of them. That is how many.
While the city is burning, City Council held a meeting to approve $250,000 to be given to the immigrant issue, complete with a mariachi band in chambers serenading them. Are you kidding?!? We wish we were kidding, but the detached clowns in charge of running our city (into the ground) were serenaded, as they approved, what we knew was going to be approved, to cover the tax monies they already spent, because we let that cat out of the bag. They collectively shit their pants when we let it out that they were already spending money to deal with the immigrant issue, and were lying about the magnitude of it as they ordered Albuquerque Police Officers to maintain a no disclosure policy, and not talk about what was going on inside the fair grounds and at Expo New Mexico in our last article. They are always trying to get out ahead of their lies, but we will not let them fleece and pacify the public anymore while they make poor decisions that only benefit them. We are all about helping the unfortunate when intentions are pure and you do not lie about it.

We need an unconventional mayor, who is beholden to nobody, and has an unconventional background... one that may have come from a law enforcement field, and is about doing what is right. We need a candidate unlike any other... someone with a different outlook... someone who has been there, and is in touch with crime, their front line rank and file officers, and the community... a person who will not pull punches... who will rip out the cancers, fire a shit ton of liars, criminals, and malfeasants who are responsible for what is going on. Again, we need another turnover of an administration. We need a leader, who is not afraid to make a stand. We do not need anymore businessmen, politicians, previous government contractors, snake oil salesmen, liars, or wolves in sheep’s clothing. We need a candidate who knows that fixing the problem starts with dismantling the problem from the top down, and admitting the problem comes from the top, instead of taking the “if you can’t beat them... join them” mentality, the minute they get in office and feel the need to have their hand held by someone, instead of being a man, standing on their own, and calling the shots. The fact that Keller was the last best choice is sad. There is a real leader out there, and we should be looking to find them, instead of waiting for the next one to stumble into the fray for the same old wrong reasons. We need someone who has it in their heart that they want to fix what has happened. That person is out there, and it is not going to be some novice, egocentric person consumed with being mister cool guy, and his buddies who sit around saying “we’re going to run this state.”

Non leaders fail to recognize the fact that the people who matter respect integrity, fortitude, and the ability to admit a mistake, over a pretentious fake, who thinks they can appear to please everyone, while they act like they are always right. People will move on, and get over a mistake, faster than they will being lied to.


CITY COUNCIL FUNDING STORY

While the homicide unit is overworked, and bodies are strewn about our city like styrofoam cups at one of Mayor Keller’s frat keggers, the Mayor engages in soccer shit talking on twitter, while wearing his promotional T-shirts, for yet another playboy photo op, or a T-shirt grab at a beer house. One thing that is constant is the hipster mentality about everything the mayor’s office does. From supporting only the most popular hangouts, to self promotional behavior that is all about a “good time,” while avoiding the elephant in the room. It is enraging, considering the amount of people suffering.

Mayor Keller wants to use today’s popular catch word “inclusive” when describing his favorite hangouts, where he likes to invite the populace to imbibe, and get one of his “onealbuquerque” shirts, when in fact he is being “exclusive,” by only sending business to his regulars. The devil and the hypocrisy is in the details, and the actions to not follow the words.

If you think all of this is like a bad dream, it is because it is. Many dreamed of up front, objective, fair and equal leadership with this new administration, and we have gotten nothing but more fake, hollow talk, avoidance of accountability, and covering up of corruption, while nothing that was done wrong has been addressed, and good old buddies are being taken care of.

It only gets worse. Here is another preempt for the citizens being fed shit. Below is a tweet from Mayor Keller. In it he is trying to get out in front of what has happened this week. It is all a bunch of political posturing, and fake horse shit politics, because here is the truth.

The above screen shot of the Tweet put out by Keller is him trying to portray the fact that the citizens of Nob Hill got so desperate about their safety, that they went over his head to the state for help. That is correct. They know that everything coming from APD is all talk. APD can do nothing to help Nob Hill, and deal with the out of control crime, so they all got together, and went to the state for help.

State police will be sent into Albuquerque now to Address what APD can not. NMSP will be sent into Nob Hill, and other communities within Albuquerque as their own Task force to address the out of control crime that the leadership of our city can not. That is the big plan that Keller plans to tell you about tomorrow. What he will not tell you is that it is not a collaborative effort with “partners” but an initiative put together by the New Mexico State police. The irony is that as crime is out of control, officers of the Albuquerque Police Department are detailed to sitting on the housing of immigrants on property that the State Police usually deals with. City leadership is failing!

And just who is assigned to be APD’s person who will deal with NMSP on this so-called joint effort? The guy who called off a foot pursuit, that allowed a murder suspect to get away, who is still at large... Commander Arturo Sanchez.

A mail carrier was murdered in Albuquerque, and the postal police had to apprehend the murderer. A kid shot up a college apartment complex, and UNM police apprehend him in minutes, with a minute response time. Child homicide investigations are botched by the same notorious homicide detective. BCSO has been putting criminals away daily with outstanding drug busts, and the Feds recently conducted a joint operation, and early morning drag net, where no use of force was used, but numerous traffickers were put away in APD’s own backyard, while APD was given containment responsibility, and now the NMSP has to deal with our out of control crime rate while police tactics and money is mismanaged by the mayor, this administration and the usual suspects in city council. And speaking of city council... Pat Davis needs to be voted out this time around. The rhetoric from this clown along with his support of the failed ART bus project have been enough, and that is the beginning. He needs to go.

This is not a slight on the hard working officers at APD. It is proof that they are under siege by an out of control malevolent, self serving leadership, and have no trust in their administration.

What a shit show this place really is. 

The people responsible for running the City of Albuquerque, and the State of New Mexico must be losing their minds. If they are not, this is all intentional. IT IS INTENTIONAL!

Over the last few years we have all seen it! The demise of our city and state, and it’s nose dive into the pit of hell, when it comes to the safety of our citizens, our school system, and the well being of our true sworn oath takers, who are fighting against the self servers to protect society, doing their jobs every day, maintaining fairness and integrity, and trying to keep from being assassinated in various ways by fratricidal, dishonest, opportunistic, and cowardly city and police administrations, because we all know it is the Simon Drobiks who can do no wrong, while collecting a check, as officers out there in the streets are being scrutinized with microscopes up their asses, while he is being called the hardest working officer... more like running mouth.

We have been very vocal about the very factual problems that needed to be removed from our city... the few city attorneys who carry on former assistant city attorney Kathryn Levy’s work as water carriers, court defrauders, perjurers, and poor excuses for human beings, as they only push cases forward to cover for their predecessors, and get them over the goal line, as a check in their win column, rather than doing what is right, admitting wrongdoing, and fixing the situation. We have made it known, along with various others, that the entire upper command of APD should have been outed, and remedies should have been sought for the wrongs that were done to employees, and citizens alike under their administrative fiefdom. What was done by Keller? The opposite. 

This administration knew our stance, and knew what needed to be done, but chose PERSONAL optics over better options. They cared only about feathering their political future nests, and jumped the political bandwagon of political crusades, to paint themselves the solution to problems that were enabled by those they are now in bed with. It is more important to play hockey and football, be “that” jolly good fellow, look cool, fool the public, and hire your buddies and those who will do your will, than stand up, and make the unpopular and just decisions yourself as a leader and man as you said you would. 

People are not stupid, and as one astute reader put it, they need to work on their memories, and information gathering. We agree. This is one reason we link out stories to related past articles with hashtags, and links at the bottom of each article. 

What is now happening has reached a very disturbing level. Former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White was indicted on embezzlement charges almost immediately by the NMAG with pomp and circumstance. The story is below.  We will watch this investigation play out, rather than comment but it is evident that some targets face way more rapid and vicious attack upon allegations than others at a very disproportionate rate here. Meanwhile, former asshole police chief, and now resident coward in Memorial Villages Police Department, Raymond D. Schultz, is still at it. He is promoting tech gear,  after what he did with Taser here by “greasing” no bid contracts for them with the city, then taking employment with them. This piece of trash was able to flee to Texas after the DOJ came, to continue with his scams and gimmicks. We wonder what “rewards” this pig will get for pushing these new products. And look below.... He is still doing whatever he wants, regardless of laws and regulations. Still no answer from Hector Boulderass on that investigation.

They know this, yet they say it anyway. The rest of the other options put the blame on everyone else, but the one person who submits a fraudulent time sheet... the officer stealing the money. This is a slap in the face. For one clown who violated SOP 51 times that we know of, they blame the entire system, in order to protect him, with excuses and an accountability of a child’s mindset. This would be almost unbelievable if it wasn’t for the location of occurrence.... Albuquerque New Mexico! And do you know where shit like this comes from? The putrified, twisted and corrupted city attorney’s office. They advise these dopes on what to tell the public.

In a police department where APD makes their use of force expert in the murder trial of a cop killer, a Lieutenant, who performed cunnilingus on employees, inside city offices, on city time, acts like a arrogant punk, and can’t keep his pants up... where officers beat their wives almost unconscious, poach wildlife, lie, shoot unarmed people in the back, then get promoted... where female officers can access NCIC, and give victim addresses to the defendant and suspect, so that he can kill the victim... where police brass can threaten federal witnesses not to cooperate in DOJ probes... where the command staff of a police department can surreptitiously videotape a federal monitor, and release only a portion of the tape they think makes the monitor look bad in order to extort a good report of APD from him... where Two former police chief’s are documented liars, numerous times in statements and testimony, with one of them under investigation for a pay to play scandal, yet nothing is done... where 60 plus officers can use steroids, but the investigation that involved burglaries, beatings of officers, and citizens for payment of money owed for steroids between officers was wiped under the rug, because one of the main players was a politically connected family’s son... where officers can shoot other officers 8-9 times, and be covered for, until he reaches retirement.. where IA commanders can tamper with investigations, and not be fired... where officers can get blow jobs inside the loss prevention room of Walmart by Walmart loss prevention employees... where officers can have sex on duty in their patrol cars... where fat disgraces to the badge, who retired as a failed commander, covered up an officer drinking, while armed, and on call, then gets rehired as a Deputy Chief... where officers who were fired for drunkenly firing their gun into the air barefoot, in half uniform, until the slide locks back are rehired... where former deputy police chiefs can direct their husbands to unlawfully, third person record police personnel conversations, so she can direct a retaliatory campaign against said officers, and nothing is done... where upper command police staff can conspire to frame their own officers, to keep from getting caught being involved in multiple corruption schemes... where police Majors can burn off people’s ears with Tasers, then cover up the thefts of their own guns from their negligently unlocked police vehicle, yet override punishments on officers who have had their equipment stolen from their locked units, giving them double the punishment they got, (none) (Gonterman) when he himself lied about locking his unit, (he did not) and the officers told the truth... Where Deputy chiefs, and police chiefs can conduct privately sanctioned investigations on officers they want to politically railroad, in order to illegally gain information, abusing their positions and federal privileges... Where the entire upper command staff of APD can trample the crime scene at the death of a prominent attorney, who was suing them as they threaten officers to leave the scene, while they make evidence disappear, and former Deputy Chief Allen Banks can threaten and intimidate officer witnesses who he did this to in an ongoing court case that their testimony better match his or else... Where homicide detectives can frame innocent people with murders, put them in jail for 10 months, and make the real murderer a witness against the innocent person, release that murderer until the trial enabling him to shoot more people while he is out free... Where police chiefs are assisted, and tipped off by federal investigators, in order to assist them in avoiding federal scrutiny... where the internal affairs unit is run like the Stasi Police where they whisper about everything... where officers are told not to discuss controversial issues... where officers can point guns in the faces of other officers, and it is covered up... where court employees hired by their judge husbands can attempt to run over other women court employees they are jealous of in the car parking garage, and it is whitewashed... WHERE ALL OF THE ABOVE IS JUST THE FUCKING “TIP OF THE ICEBERG,” CHIEF GEIER’S RESPONSE WAS THAT THIS WAS PARTIALLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM.” REALLY!?!? The fucking honor system? That has to be one of the most idiotic explanations there is. It is an insult and a slap in the face. The only people who operate on the honor system at APD are the ones getting retaliated on for stepping up, the ones doing the right thing, or the ones railroaded for doing their jobs. What a joke.

Keller’s “honor system” is probably why his senior advisor for public safety James B. Lewis pulled up stakes, and walked away from this administration. It’s probably the same reason why Keller’s assistant mayor Gary Lee split after only 5 weeks without an explanation. They don’t say much about this do they?

While we are dealing with an out of control crime wave, and the fact that New Mexico is top in the nation for children suffering from hunger! for the second year in a row, the city is now secretly housing over 5000 immigrants, who illegally crossed over the border. Perfect timing when our violent crime wave is out of control, resources are stretched thin, officers are stretched thin, and money is tight.

Our Eyes have told us that 5000 immigrants are being housed at EXPO NEW MEXICO, and the FAIRGROUNDS. The city is providing police protection, food, and facilities, while claiming that no city tax dollars are paying for this. Officers are being ordered not to tell anyone about this, or speak about what is going on. This situation is way bigger than Keller and gang are letting on. More lies and deceit for political purposes, so politicians can look good on the backs of our citizens, while talking out the sides of their mouths about how concerned they are about public safety. They are full of shit.

As all of this is going on, we can still see below just how resistant to transparency Ed Harness is towards the public in the below video. What a disgrace. You would think he would be a little bothered that the city administration clipped his balls off, and neutered his investigator with the recent press release covering for Simon Drobik’s conduct, which by the way, the State Auditor has now asked for the files of. This leads us to the below....

All of the sudden, the Attorney General, and State Auditor hold a joint press conference involving former Torrance County Sheriff Heath White, and the Auditor calls for the Drobik files.

Hmmmmm.... will State Auditor Brian Colon really decide controversially against Mayor Keller? Knowing what we know, and who we know are friends behind the scenes, coupled with the lack of action against two people, like former Police (turd) Chief Raymond D. Schultz, and Mayor (punk) Richard J. Berry, who are both, not only responsible for the destruction of the Albuquerque police department, and city of Albuquerque, the lost trust of the public, and city employees, the lost integrity of the city administration, the ruination of good lives, and a ripple affect that has spilled over, affecting the entire state, involving their cronies at state level, within government agencies, the judiciary, corrupted city and state attorneys, and depleted staffing levels of many police departments state wide. This is all a direct result of their wanton and willful, intentional, and malevolent actions. They put the city in this position, and left us all with driven up crime by emboldening criminals. They forced good citizens, and businesses to leave the state through their criminal selfish and cowardly actions. They ran away. This has been how many years now and nothing has been done. But for far less, they can now conduct political dig and pony shows, and act like they are cleaning up corruption. They should start with the biggest criminal enterprise in the state. The administration and former administration of the City of Albuquerque, the City Attorney’s office, and the top levels of the police department for the last 10 years. With Schultz and gang still operating, any actions taken are only political dog and pony shows. The result is that bodies can be found in the streets every day, and the answer is playing on the computer to predict where criminals will go. The old proactive approach of proactive patrol worked better, but officers are terrified to do their jobs, and have no faith in their back stabbing command staff. All a result of the lack of action by the same clowns claiming to have the answer to fixing the problems.

Colon will either clear Drobik for political points with the current crew, or condemn him, to use it for a future run against Keller. There is no other motivation, knowing the mindset that permeates these politicians. That is a fact.

Nothing gets done around here, unless there is something in it for the politician doing it. NOTHING! And mostly it’s nothing getting done.

Good bad or otherwise, we will continue to call out these pretentious posers on their fraud on the public.

There are no misconceptions here at the Eye about who we like and dislike, and the reasons why. For years we have been kicking in doors on corrupt political shithouses. We enjoy it. 

As many people are exposed, or are connected to others who are pulling shenanigans to fill their pockets with your tax dollars on the backs of society, they like to play the fucking word game. We will have none of this play on words shit anymore. 

We here at the Eye think the word game is for the gutless with something to hide. It is for those who do not have the balls to stand up, and own their actions or relationships with their associates. These people duck and dodge their affiliation with people who would bring negative attention, or stigmatize them, hence taking votes away from them when they want to run for office. They do all of this while they work with people who are part of the problem here in order to get what they want in their little alliances. Essentially, they want to have their cake and eat it too. 

How would you like it if your next Auditor for the state of New Mexico previously cut deals with 
the mayoral candidate for Albuquerque, in order to support that mayor in an election, in exchange
for the mayor promoting one of his major campaigners and buddies to sargeant on the Albuquerque Police Department; a guy always seen right next to him, all of the time? What would you say if that person that was promoted, was found to have been excessive in their use of force concerning a Taser that was used approximately 10 times on a mental patient in a federal circuit court by a judge, and his actions contributed to the death of that person? What would you say if all of this was swept away while others were persecuted in order to keep the Feds from coming 
into the picture? What would you say if this person was a sargeant right now? We will tell you right now. We do not like it, and it happened. 

Here is the meaning of the term “of counsel.”

Of counsel is, in the legal profession of the United States, often the title of an attorney who has a 

relationship with a law firm, or an organization, but is not an associate or a partner. Some firms use titles such as "counsel", "special counsel", and "senior counsel" for the same concept.

The current Democratic candidate for state auditor is an attorney “of counsel” for the Robles Rael & Anaya law firm. His name is Brian Colon. We will tell you why this is important below. Divesting himself of this firm means jack shit as far as we are concerned, when you still work for them and do things for them. We all know how things go around here. 

Remember, Robles gets millions of dollars in state contacts, and the state is refusing IPRA requests showing what for. You can read about this mess below.

NM POLITICAL REPORT NMAG IPRA VIOLATION

Remember how Hector Balderas talked so much about transparency during his election campaign for New Mexico Attorney General? Now Balderas contracts with the law firm who Represented Ray Schultz in order to hide what he is paying them for! And guess who is an “of counsel” attorney for this firm? You got it. The current candidate for NM State Auditor, Brian Colon.  

Colon ran for Mayor the llast time around. it was against the current mayor, and he failed. You can read a lot about it here, by clicking on the links at the bottom of this story. He supported the Santolina project, and if he is “of counsel” for the above law firm. that means they pay him for services. But it is not about that money at all. It is about the INFLUENCE. The type of INFLUENCE that has been destroying our city and state from the inside out. You see, the word game is their way of calling you a fucking idiot to your face, while they pull their slimy bullshit behind your back, all the while having you thinking you have no clue what is going on, while thinking they are all such jolly good fellas. Another facet of this is called the Patron system of government. 

In a patron system of government, you are taken care of, because of who you know, regardless of your qualifications. This leads to all sorts of issues that have been the culture here. All of it this responsible for the problems plaguing the state. Examples are: being covered for, getting contracts or having a blind eye turned to your activities, politically influenced investigations and fraud. None of this is acceptable in the State Auditor’s office, and if you think it won’t happen, just ask Hector Balderas why he hasn’t prosecuted Ray Schultz,  and he won’t answer you. There is your proof right there. 

You see, Colon worked for the above law firm. That law firm represented Raymond D. Schultz in 

the Taser pay to play contract deal where Schultz “greased” the deal in his own words. Yes Schultz, in his emails greased the deal for Taser equipment for millions, between the city and Taser executives.  Colon will use words like divest and “of counsel.” It is all complete horse shit, 
because we all know that Colon is not only friends with Luis Robles of the Robles Rael &  Anaya law firm, but he is friends with the Attorney General Hector Balderas,  who is sitting on his hands purposefully, so as not to cause ripples in this election for anyone! There is no doubt that if an indictment came down for Schultz, Robles would step in... Well... maybe not now. 

Sure, the end game is all of these individuals making tons of money as easily as they can, but the way they do it is through influence and influence in the way of the Auditor General’s office is unacceptable. The slightest whiff of anything like this in that office is unacceptable. 

Because of relationships we know of, along with deals that were cut, and behavior we disagree with, we recommend voting for Wayne Johnson for New Mexico State Auditor.

As our citizens are suffering for what the responsible and unpunished have set in motion, those paid by these miscreants are living it up and laughing in your faces. Enough is enough. 

Wayne Johnson has been wacking some hornet’s nests,  and does not seem to have a problem looking into something regardless of what entitled little snot is connected to it. That is something we can appreciate. 

Of course those under scrutiny will cry foul,  because they believe they are immune from scrutiny because this man is running for office. We say, why cry if you have nothing to hide? 

Today,  there is a trifecta of groupies calling the shots on what will be looked into and what they will turn a blind eye to. So far,  all they have done was attack the low hanging fruit, while ignoring 

the root causes,  and looking the other way on prosecuting public corruption. The Attorney General has offered to take over prosecution on three high profile cases in recent months,  but is silent on Albuquerque public corruption investigations sitting on his desk. 

Watch for the distractions coming soon folks. They are on their way. They just can’t help themselves. 

We would advise that everyone who can vote, get out there and Vote for Wayne Johnson for New Mexico State Auditor. He is the guy who will continue to go after corruption. We think Wayne is a good guy and the man for the job.

TASER, AND THE COURTING OF APD WHORES FOR PROFIT

If anyone had any doubt that the relationship between Taser, Schultz, and this administration was a beer and liquor soaked hedonistic courting of greedy, self serving, scum bags, bent on free trips with side pieces, free food, free liquor, and all the perks of an all expense paid vacation on the backs of tax payers... here you go.

Below are emails concerning events in 2012 and 2013, where former Deputy Chief Allen Billy D. Williams Banks, also known as mister tremendous himself. You remember this guy right? He was the clown who swagged around with his ass up his back, licking his lips, and stuttering. This bonafide liar is the police chief of the Round Rock Texas Police Department. He fled there when the DoJ came, and the heat came down over the no bid Taser contract, after he and Schultz started the finger pointing at each-other.

In the below emails, you can see that APD Deputy Chief Allen Banks initially ordered TWO tickets for the Taser International Association of Police Chief's TASER party in 2012. This convention was held in San Diego. When you register, you have to tell them how many tickets you need. That is, of course, until they request the identity of the person you will be taking with you. It is funny how the tune changed when Taser wanted the identity of pimp daddy's guest.

The individual being referenced to in the 2nd email sent from Taser executive Andrew Grayson, to APD staff is Marcus Womack. In March of 2014 Marcus Womack was promoted to General Manager of evidence.com, after working for Taser for only a year. This happened shortly after Taser acquired the company he co founded, (in 2013) and was CEO of, called Familiar Inc. The carbon copy recipients in the above email are Josh Isner and Rick Smith, of Taser international. Isner is Taser's Executive Vice President of Global Sales. Rick Smith is the CEO, and founder of Taser International. Notice this email was forwarded to former Deputy Chief Allen Banks with the notation "TASER is hoping to meet with you at IACP." Seems top staff at TASER deemed Banks a major player in their TASER / APD plans.

Coincidentally, Andrew Grayson who was setting this all up with Schultz here is the same Taser rep that did the Taser contract in Dallas Texas under almost identical circumstances, and language. We posted part of the article, and a link to the article below so you can see for yourself.

ALBUQUERQUE'S INFERNO

Per capita, heinous crimes are out of control in our city, and we have a mayor to blame for it.
Monday, another cretin perpetrated yet another crime that not only shocks the senses, but is just unimaginable. Three young children were murdered in cold blood at their home. A home is somewhere where a child should be safest, but here in Albuquerque, for the second time this year children were killed in savage fashion. This time, a mother fought almost to her death to try to save her children from being killed. Her children were killed, and she was critically injured. There is a biological father grieving. There is no one to stand trial, because the killer shot himself, and he is dead. There is no one to stand trial. Think about that. There is a father, and a broken mother, there are friends and family, and an entire city who are devastated, and lost, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We have witnessed an amount of public corruption so out of control in this city that it has driven the number of officers to an all-time low. The Albuquerque Police Department has hired only 3 more officers, if you look at the real numbers. Comparing the retirement rate, the terminations, and the officers quitting, (YEA THEY'RE NOT TELLING YOU ABOUT THAT) and compare it with the amount applying to, and being hired on with APD, and you have a whole 3 officers above their last manpower evaluation. Mayor Berry, and his liar Police chief Gorden Eden will tell you great things are happening, as the city burns, because people can not rely on the police department or its miserably failed leadership. Citizens call the police for help, but instead get a security service as a first responder, yet, there is nobody to stand trial.

WE HERE AT THE EYE WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND THE IPS SECURITY OFFICER, ALONG WITH ALL OF THE APD POLICE AND FIRE FIRST RESPONDERS WHO RESPONDED TO THIS TRAGEDY.

We have a mayor who hides like a coward from everything going on here. He cowers like a gutless punk from scrutiny, unless he controls the variables, as he recently did when he charged $45 dollars a head, to attend his horse shit state of the village address, purposefully disenfranchising the poor in this city, and restricting attendance in order to keep out the outspoken. This same mayor has blatantly gambled with two things that you never should gamble with; your tax monies and politics, as he started construction on a transportation project, assuming guaranteed federal funding, that he may not get, which will cause a huge financial shortfall, leaving construction stopped, and businesses screwed, but his cronies's pockets are full, as he is guaranteed kickbacks down the line, when favors are returned after he leaves office, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We all know what former Police chief Raymond Daniel Schultz did to this department, it's employees, and the public, what he did with the Taser scam, and what his co-conspirator, former Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy has done. Now we are seeing more proof of her crimes in the current whistleblower lawsuit, concerning former records custodian Mr. Chavez, yet there is nobody to stand trial.

We have seen the current city attorney, Jessica Hernandez come out running her mouth, only to be humiliated with the facts, as she started her new job as the new replacement head mob attorney for this filthy, corrupt, malfeasant, administration. Her office has been sanctioned, and fined for bad faith acts. They continue to hide, and conceal facts from the public, defraud courts like Levy did, and treat people with disrespect, and hatred, just because they are being called out on their shit, as they continue to snub, and make a mockery out of the federal consent agreement settlement, yet there is no one to stand trial.

We have seen hearing officers at the New Mexico Law Enforcement academy board be blatantly influenced by former assistant chair Nate Korn to make decisions in favor of Raymond Schultz's agenda of retaliation, manipulation, and attention deflection, to fool, and derail the Federal Department of Justice Investigation, so that Schultz could get away with his numerous, and various kickback schemes that he had completed,(some with Korn) and still had going on. We have seen the council to the NMLEA board resign, when a letter surfaced, exposing him tampering with hearing officer findings going back years. This caused the new board counsel to have to state recently that they believe the hearing officers really didn't know what they were looking at all of those years, as they destroyed lives, while covering for criminals in rigged administrative hearings. We know better. None of this is oversight. It was all intentional. It was all planned, and it was well orchestrated by everyone who mutually benefitted by their criminal behavior and collusion. So, now there is a choice, because there is no more tolerance for this shit, and the time for covering for the intentional, and malicious actions of these individuals by them being let off the accountability hook with excuses of ignorance and stupidity is over. Instead of politically positioning themselves to avoid a political, civil, criminal, and media shitstorm, they should be admitting to it, owning it, and making it right, because if they do not, we will, and it will be worse when we release what we have. Yet, still, there is nobody to stand trial.

Fat Fuck Scott Greenwood comes here to bilk the city out of Hundreds of thousands of dollars with his knee scooter, and poodle, while watching pornos, and drinking cocktails in the Hotel Andaluz, on the city dime. Imagine that sight. After all, he did absolutely nothing but provide evidence in the Jeremy Dear case that indeed the city does politically witch hunt people. Where is that fat fuck now? Again! There is nobody to stand trial.

Billy Badass Bob Huntsman shows up at the crime scene of this latest tragedy, acting like a complete asshole, as the heat is coming down on himself and Eden for the corruption here, from every conceivable angle, proving it is still business as usual..... Yet there is nobody to stand trial.

And where is Mister red faced, scotch sponge, bloated tick, Rob Perry? He is a self perceived badass. Where has this little coward been with his little powder blue polyester suit? He shows up at crime scenes with political cronies, and tramples evidence. He incites demonstrators, like an immature, unprofessional thug, and he is currently facing a civil lawsuit where he is now held personally responsible for his reckless actions civilly, after permitting, and assisting in the public corruption that has plagued this city for years. Petting puppies, are we? Having his family members drive him around, because he's been tasting? Maddogging employees, while hiding behind everything he can, like the gutless pussy he is? His Eva Braun to Berry's Hitler is entertaining as both cowards hide in the bunker, while the light is shined on them. After all, it was only about enriching themselves on the backs of the entire city, and the innocent people they fucked to get it. But still, there is nobody to stand trial.

As we move into a new year, the mayor actually had half the sack to say “Last night in the city of Albuquerque, we suffered an unimaginable loss." No shit. This mayor is not fooling anyone with his fake tears. The city is having this happen on a daily basis because of him, and his corrupt, self serving band of scum bags. Omaree Varela, Iliana Garcia, Victoria Martens, multiple shootings a week, homicides every week, out of control motorists, three days of arsonist activity, and millions of dollars in damages, shot up ATM machines, Rapes, Robberies, and a plaguing drug epidemic. What is their answer? Blame everyone else! Everyone, but those in this administration suffer unimaginable losses daily, but this mayor, and his hypocrites are the ones who have the audacity to cry a tear of sympathy for what they want the public, and media to perceive; their oh so aching hearts for those over what they are directly responsible for. Behind closed doors, Berry and his Elitist dick heads trivialize the lives of everyone the perceive below them. They are responsible for this, because they have promoted intentional, unethical criminal behavior within APD, that resulted in no more respect for it's officers, and an attrition rate that is outstanding. Time and time again they blame the rank and file. The officers are leaving, because of Berry and his administration, and because of this, children are being killed. This is happening because, as proven, the criminals know cops can not get there in time, they do not respect the officers, and they fear nothing because of it. You have embolden the criminal element here, because the criminals know the administration values themselves, their bank accounts, and what is between their legs over backing their officers. Albuquerque is a sanctuary for the career criminal, a hunting ground for them. The officers are terrified because you have used them to protect your syndicate. They know better than to trust this administration. They know better where they stand with criminals than they do with this self serving criminal enterprise. The truth is, there is no proactive policing. The new officers hired under Eden are clueless, and look like does in headlights when you do see them, just like muppet mouth Gorden himself. As the citizens watch you pine for sympathy over what emergency services has to see, they should be educated on the hypocrisy. Berry could give a rat's ass about a cop or fireman. A real cop or firefighter takes the job to deal with these things, because they want to, in order to keep the innocent from having to. Berry has proven his disdain with his actions and lies. FMB. The only time this creep mayor pops his balding, Grecian Formula 44 mustached head out for is to take advantage of a tragedy. Go fuck yourself RJ, and take Susana with you. And Perry, you fuck, it's really an unimaginable loss, that raise you get every year, huh?


Oh, and we are making a list, and checking it twice. We have seen some really unexplainable decisions being handed down, that suggests collusion with some judges and this administration. There will no longer be an attitude of untouchability, because nobody is beyond reproach when it comes to corruption. We may have to address some judicial misconduct in the very near future, or in the least, make sure some betrayers of the robe get dethroned come retention time.

As millions have been paid out in lawsuits, criminal officers, command staff and political figures, behind the scenes manipulators, and others have all been covered for, and actually rewarded. Many of those responsible have left, but we are dealing with what they have intentionally created, and we will be dealing with the fallout for decades. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO STAND TRIAL.

Reading the above, noting the patterns, and observing the reoccurring usual suspects, you can see why the city of Albuquerque is in the 4th ring of hell, because this filthy administration is constantly the 4th and 9th rings. These creeps think they know more than they do, and they don't even know what they don't know.

We make excuses for no one. What we do here is put things into perspective. After looking at this, there is only one person responsible for what happened Monday; George Daniel Wechsler. He murdered those children, and shot there mother, but the response to what happened is the cake that APD baked for the DoJ. We all know how the saying goes with having your cake and we all know how APD wants to have theirs and eat it too. That is not going to happen, because the proof is in the poor policies of APD. No more blaming others. No more deflection. All of this was facilitated by those listed above, and more. Our city suffers and people feel unprotected because of the cowardly self serving parasites who have sucked our city dry.

THE LYIN' KING

We were sent an affidavit, completed by former Albuquerque City records custodian Reynaldo Chavez, who has blown the whistle on corrupt former Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy, Schultz, Eden, and many others in this administration, who were tampering with IPRA requests. We have listed the pages of this affidavit here for you to read.

What most do not know about the Taser Axon video system, and those behind it is where the real dirt lies. Most who have requested video from the Albuquerque Police Department involving controversial cases, or any case for that matter, where actions the administration did not want seen would come to light, only received copies of these videos, and nothing else, because those within the city administration think they are slick. What the requestors never knew was that there were, and are audit logs for every video that shows every action taken with that video, from the time it was recorded. Users are recorded, dates and times of downloads, editings, and deletions, along with those who did them are all kept track of, and none of it is ever sent with these videos,  because they do not want you to know this.

If you remember... Schultz, Levy, and a few training officers within APD all went on all expense paid trips to Taser events leading up to Schultz rigging the contract in favor of Taser. Remember The Stingaree Night Club trip in California? Current APD officer Chris Wiggum attended, and Wiggum taught the class on editing of the Taser Axon videos to ranking members of APD. Detective Frank Pezzano of criminalistics is also involved in the handling of these videos. This is  the same detective that former Chief Schultz, and Deputy Chief Paul Feist pressured to lie about the position of fleeing murder suspect Nicholas Blume's right hand in the video connected to the Doyle and Woolever case, as the DoJ was gearing up to investigate APD. Anyone that knows Ray Schultz, knows he has to control everything. Ray knew manipulation of these materials would benefit him. He surrounded himself with those who would do his bidding, and used all resources to enrich himself, sustain that enrichment, suppress detection of his actions, then exit when the heat came down due to the breakdown of this infrastructure, as his staff started to flee. Make no mistake about any of this. All of it was a calculated plan to profit, while avoiding detection by manipulating and controlling information. They are still doing it.

Our eyes within APD tell us that there is a known standard practice when avoidance of IPRA exposure is necessary, APD commanders, investigators, and officers are told to avoid email in favor of texting. They are told to text, then erase all texts.

The Albuquerque Journal (Urinal) continues to collude with the city by stating that the prosecution in the Boyd shooting is relying on unsubstantiated hearsay testimony. Funny. If you think that information has been leaked to the Urinal for favorable backing of the Mayor, and this corrupt administration, here is your proof, because this affidavit is what they are referencing concerning (attacking) the new evidence. Whats more amusing is how the Albuquerque Urinal has made more unsubstantiated, libelous allegations against many individuals, in their effort to support Schultz, and this filthy mayor, than anyone else in this state. As a matter of fact, the perverts, and liars at the journal have made up their own facts in many cases. Their reporting is so contrary to the truth, and reality, that most are turning to other outlets for the truth about what is going on here. They see right through the agenda.

All of this is such a sore subject for current police chief, and resident liar Gordon Eden, that he lashed out in rage, when asked about it today, after the federal hearing concerning the consent decree. Earlier today Jeff Proctor, reporter for New Mexico In Depth asked Eden about this, and was faced with Eden putting his hand ignorantly in Proctor's face, and yelling that he wasn't talking to him, before running off like he always does. When you are guilty you clam up, and run away. This is just more guilty behavior from a coward who lies and hides.

This administration has always attempted to control, and manipulate the flow of information, and when they can't, they retaliate. The Albuquerque Urinal, and Chris Huffman Ramirez have all access, because they are always favorable towards this filthy administration, and they ignore the blatant corruption. Anyone who prints or reports negatively or exposes misconduct, or corruption faces information flow cutoff, stonewalling, extortion, and threats.

There you have it folks. The real journalists report it and we connect the dots, outlining the indictable issues. Schultz's mission was to keep the DoJ out by all means necessary in order to conceal the public corruption. Eden's mission is to pacify the federal monitor, and get the DoJ the hell out of here. THE EPITOME OF HYPOCRISY

For the last year you wouldn't have even known Ray Schultz was the assistant chief of anywhere with the low profile he has been keeping. It seems he is getting a little bold, and decided to poke his head out into the light, despite being under investigation, and this is what we here at the Eye discovered in social media. We think you too will be amazed at this guys hypocrisy and audacity. This is our response to his rhetoric. Although some of his examples may be true about the way officers are being treated, it is beyond our restraint to tolerate it coming from his mouth considering his track record and past.

We all know how conniving Ray is, and what he is trying to do here. Ray is hoping that if action is taken criminally against him for what he did here, those he is fleecing in Texas will support him, feel sorry for him, and not turn on him because of the way he is acting now. Too late for that. He is already working the angle just like Ray does.

To both of you police chiefs,

How dare either of you open your mouths about the degradation of law enforcement in our country, or lie about the real reason why good officers are leaving police departments; especially you Ray Schultz. You actually have the guts to talk about officers feeling like they will be abandoned, terminated ridiculed and prosecuted? You wrote the book on treating your officers that way. Now you want to express your grief over tragedy? You actually have the guts to cry about police chiefs having to retire early because they do not have the fortitude to stand up like a man, and do the jobs they are paid well above their officers to do? Are you really going to take the stance that the media pressure is too much for you police executives? No leader ever cries that pressure is too much to bear when sticking up for his men. And you are right about police chiefs running away. Both of you left your departments while under scrutiny, because both of you are cowards. You do not resign, retire or run when you are right.

And Ray Schultz, you hypocrite and liar. There was a tragedy in your own former police department not long ago where an officer who worked under you as you were the chief was murdered. You and your boss JD, both ignored that, because neither of you wanted your past to follow you. You did not want anyone there to know anything more than the superficial facts of you being from New Mexico, and you did not want them finding out anything about your work history. You knew if you posted a Facebook condolence, it would bring attention to you there. You are a disgrace. After all of the things that you have done, or have ordered done to your officers in the Albuquerque police department over the years to violate their civil rights, I find your words here to be the utmost in hypocrisy, and blatant attempt to be the opposite of what you are; a dishonorable liar. Argue this, and I will provide mountains of evidence of you lying under oath. You say "Law enforcement is an interesting profession, as it is the only job where sometimes you can do everything right, or to the best of your ability, and someone will still not be happy." Then you have the audacity to talk about how the media portrays officers? You must have forgotten everything you have done in your career! The evidence room scandal, the no bid contracts, the Taser scandal that YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNDER GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION FOR. Tell the people of Memorial Villages Texas what you did to your officers in order to keep the Department of Justice from investigating your former agency, and finding out about all of the illegal things you have done. Tell them how you used the television media, and the Albuquerque Journal Newspaper to spread your lies, in order to judge officers you wanted to frame for political reasons, when they did their jobs. Tell your citizens there Ray, about how you directed investigations to frame officers in order to retaliate against them for speaking out against corruption or to distract a federal investigation away from you, then how cases were settled to make it all go away. Tell everyone how you covered for rampant sexual misconduct within the Albuquerque police department, and how you stifled studies and memorandums written to address the problems of this misconduct and officer suicides. You are nothing but a fraud. You could care less about your officers. What you have written here is the exact opposite of what you have exemplified for over thirty years in Albuquerque. You are an embarrassment, and betrayer to the oath that police officers take. You could have cared less about the community, as you sat in countless city council meetings, taunting and threatening older citizens of Albuquerque for justifiably criticizing you over your misconduct. Your dishonesty in countless depositions, and civil cases cost the city of Albuquerque over $30,000,000 in payouts. That is being modest. Everyone under your command, including you, fled a police department in meltdown, as soon as the Federal Department of Justice announced they were coming. The flow of police brass fleeing has not stopped since. No, police chiefs do not run away because their feelings are hurt. They run like you did to avoid scrutiny. What you wrote here is nothing but complete fluff to make the people of that community think you actually care about something more than filling your pockets with their money. The fallout from your malfeasance, has brought the APD attrition rate to an all time high, and they can not get officers to replace the ones leaving the department that you destroyed. They will be going to dangerous 12 hour shifts now, and it will continue to worsen. It is disgusting that you would take advantage of such a tragedy to paint yourself the pillar of justice, and protector of your troops while crying about pressures being put on you, that the likes of you alone created, when all these years you spread lies through the media about your employees, and department. Archive searches show just how much you got away with and deposition records show your compulsive dishonesty. Officers fled the Albuquerque police department as you tried to burn them like firewood to protect yourself. The truth about what is happening, is that officers are trying to do their job. They are caught between the media who spins information and perception against them, the criminals on the street who try and kill them, and coward police chiefs like you, and your politician handlers, who promote yourselves on their backs, by scapegoating, and using them at every turn, to deflect blame away from yourself for promoting poor behavior, and enriching yourselves, by abusing your position and influence, while betraying the trust of the public. Only a coward makes excuses or cries for pity during the tragedy suffered by another agency. A true leader makes change. They surely don't run when confronted, unless they have something to hide like you did. You did not even have the courage to stand up what you did when questioned. You gutlessly took the 5th. So go ahead and try to get ahead of this one by claiming you can't please everyone, calling sour grapes, and your favorite, the one you always fall back on, the disgruntled employee accusation, because there are boatloads of evidence where you were caught lying, and depositions were redone to correct your lies, you lied under oath at hearings, and your former city attorney Kathryn Levy permitted your perjury. It is no coincidence that she resigned early too. You have no defense, and anything you claim to refute this is just more lies.

The truth is that the officers who worked under your regime would rather face criminals with guns, rather then be set up by you, and retaliated against, when they stood up for themselves against you, and your criminal network.

You say that you are fortunate to work for your community? You are fortunate to still have your law enforcement certification, and not be indicted for your actions in Albuquerque, yet. You have never served with distinction, and you do not know the first thing about honor. Your final words are even more ironic as you have made not only mistakes, but deliberately committed dishonorable, disgusting and illegal acts, targeted people, retaliated against employees, and even destroyed innocent lives for your own gain and self preservation. You have owned nothing, and never did. Instead, you ran away twice from Albuquerque when the heat came down on you. You ran to Scottsdale the first time you retired, when the evidence room scandal hit under your watch, then you ran again to Texas as your efforts to stave off a federal investigation into APD failed, as you were piecing together your no bid Taser contract. This was because you were terrified of getting caught. Now, as you enjoy your second retirement like a coward, an entire city is in meltdown because of your actions, and officers are leaving a department you destroyed by doing exactly the opposite of the absolute crap you are feeding the citizens you serve now because you are desperate for a place to work, and know the only place that will take you is the place where you can call in a favor, or where you know somebody, especially after Taser let you go.

Everyone in Memorial Villages will see your true colors, no matter how hard you work to hide it. You are a fraud, and you made choices for yourself that ruined a city. Own that.

Maybe your attorney Louis Robles can speak for you, the same attorney you retained to defend you in the Taser matter, which happens to be the same one who you had on contract teaching at the academy for you for years among other things.
