Watched the news recently also, It seems that turkey neck made another arrest of a surrendering suspect. Are drunk helpless imbecils who surrender, the only suspects that he can arrest? Schultz screws over real cops,and lies about them to the media while hamming it up over bullshit arrests that will either get thrown out or plead down. What a great leader. Yea right. Fraud. "He ordered him out of the property" Schultz would have wet his panties if he had to go hands on.

As things stand now, I wouldn't put anything past Ray to try and make himself out as an asset for the people of this city and this Mayor.
Until I see some hard evidence, which I highly doubt we ever will, as far as I'm concerned Ray used his power to set this whole recent arrest of his up. He has already proven he is devious enough to pull a stunt like this.
