We may or may not lose some readers over this, but we will not withhold the truth because of it, and we will not keep you from having your opinion. We just can not stomach people being made fools of through manipulation, under the guise of being righteous.

Over the years of the previous administration we have seen Schultz and former ASSistant City Attorney Kathryn Levy lie every single day about what was going on here. We are not going to rehash what we all know Schultz has done here, but we are going to address the legacy that coward left behind; the one that is continuing to permeate the place with filth and violence, and the one that will drag this administration down if it is not addressed and put to bed.

We have outlined, stepped out, and proven in numerous articles how corrupt the Berry administration was, and the methods they have used to deflect and obstruct detection and accountability at all levels.
 We have provided numerous exhibits of perjury under testimony by Schultz, and his replacements
like Eden. We have shown you testimony where they have not lied only once but over and over again.

If you were to lie just once under oath your credibility would be revoked for life but not these scum bags. These filthy vermin get free pass after free pass, and more consideration given to the trash that comes out of their mouths than should be given to a convicted child molester.

You see... our city has been taken over by violent crime, and it is the fault of the past administration, because they have turned everyone on each other as a distraction, while they walked away with full pockets. Their political allies are still trying to do it through their attempts to still keep their claws in things.

The recent decision in former officer Jeremy Dear’s case was a prime example of a judge remiss in his duties of upholding the law... one who cowardly chose to break the law, by adding his own opinion, in order to carry the water for the very same political criminal enterprise who he just helped. In reading the decision released to the media, it is obvious this judge lacked the balls to make the right decision, and decided to give more credibility to criminally malfeasant public officials who lie to the people and media, while defrauding the courts, than to a labor board who saw through lies told by Gorden Eden and other commanders.

Remaining consistent is the key to going after corruption and many lose sight if this by letting emotion take over. You can not give credibility to the proven incredible like Schultz, Eden and the city attorney’s office for one thing, because of a blanket feeling of distrust of police officers that is actually the result of an out of control culture of corruption allowed from the top, while calling for punishment and accountability for their criminal acts that put the city in this position. In essence, you can not put the criminal on the witness stand as a competent witness, when they have all been found to be corrupted liars, because it fits what you want to happen as a desired outcome. If you do, you are no better than they are.

Those within the previous administration, some still here, and some still in the city attorney’s office tampered with evidence, fabricated evidence, permitted perjury, lied, defrauded courts, and betrayed the definition of a government attorney and public servant to serve their own agendas. When caught, those responsible for punishing these fucks decided that they didn’t want to hurt any feelings where anywhere else in the country the prison sentences and plea bargaining would have already been over. Extortion. Intimidation, RICO, RACKETEERING, pay to play, kickbacks, fraud, waste, and countless other federally chargeable felonies just go unanswered for. Only in New Mexico!

Bear with us, because you, the public were hoodwinked, and used as the court of public opinion in the Dear case to cover for Ray Schultz’s greased Taser deal. Just as many other individuals were used
as a smoke screen for the feds by Schultz and gang, through the crafty treachery of Kathryn Levy, this
was an important one, and those in the city attorney’s office who were a part of it then, are still a part
of it. Schultz and Levy May have fled, but their hands are in this.

When the city administration under Richard Berry attacked the judiciary, and blamed them for the
state of affairs we were vocal in saying that their excuse WAS NOT the cause of the crime epidemic,
because just as there are some bad apples in law enforcement, there are bad apple judges. There is a small percentage of judges who fail in their duties. This failure is politically motivated, and make no
mistake... it is willful. Nobody is beyond reproach, and it is time that anyone who does not do their
job gets called out on it, and kicked the fuck out.

Recently we were made aware of a website that is calling out judges who do not want to do the right thing. If you can not do what you are hired to, then you need to be fired. The problem here is that a
judge is the last line of defense that a person relies on for justice. A judge should be the ultimate anti-bully, but here in New Mexico we have a few cowards who are afraid to make the hard, but proper decision due to politics and manipulated public opinion. They need to be humbled, and shown the fucking door.

Who is stupid enough to turn their back on ANYONE in the streets of Albuquerque? For anyone who thinks that cute little girls will not murder you, kidnap you, arrange
your murder, kill you with their stolen car, murder a police officer, kill a mother and her kids, murder their own child and bury them in the playground sand, burn your house down, rape your child, shoot
you, and your family in your own driveway, kill your family in a drunken car crash, do a drive by shooting, be a getaway driver, eat your child, ram your police car, or take your life for doing your job,
you need to read this. This article is not just about that though. It is about how your emotions were
played on by some of the lowest forms of slithering life, masquerading as police chiefs, mayors, chief
administrating officers, city attorneys, hearing officers, business owners, newspaper editors, Army
Navy and police supply store owners, Governors, and judges for money, bigger retirements, political
favors, lucrative contracts, jobs for family members and friends and to protect their criminal brethren.
This was perfectly orchestrated using the current wave of ill feelings towards law enforcement. We do want you to understand that some very stupid police officers did some very stupid things that precipitated the situation too, but the previous administration covered for most of them. You all know we have called out bad actions by officers who should have never been hired, but you need to know
what was done here, and how your emotions were used against you in this case, because this is still Schultz in play, and actions are still being undertaken to mop up his mess.

We are not here to attack Mary Hawkes. This article is only here to highlight what is really going on.

Dear was not ordered to activate his body camera, and the administration lied about that. That is the truth.

The Taser cameras had an inherent flaw, where the wires pulled out of them. Dear told Eden that on
the night of the shooting, and Eden was okay with that until all of the sudden... something went sideways. That something was TASER and keeping the DOJ at bay.

Since the inception of the DOJ coming into our city, and conducting an investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department, the only objective of Ray Schultz, the city attorney’s office, Mayor Richard Berry, and CAO Robert Perry was to protect Schultz from going down, so they didn’t follow him, and they all did this through an elaborate scheme to distract the DOJ through the abuse of their positions, while railroading selected targets, that they turned into high profile cases. For almost every
issue, there was a fabricated case, and the unprecedented push back and retaliation for fighting back
and exposing their actions defied belief. You all look at the payouts in lawsuits, but millions were
spent in cases that were thrown out there to deflect attention away from this administration, that were
utterly fabricated. It is a known fact that Eden was caught lying in the Dear case.

There is no denying Eden was put in place by Susana Martinez to carry the water, and do as he was told, because they could not afford an outsider getting in there, and exposing what Schultz had done through being an honest leader. This culture spilled over, as replacements were, and are chosen, who will do as they were told, and who were loyal to their predecessors. This is why we have a big problem with people we thought would be gone, but we’re retained, or brought back.

We all remember Darren White, Schultz, and the rest of the cowards who ran away, or were forced to flee when the feds started looking at APD. We all remember that all of the sudden, “we are cleaning up APD... STAINS ON THE BADGES... Ray is the man for the job” short lived, propaganda campaign that was started by those clowns in their failed attempts to fool the DOJ into not looking
into APD right? Because, this is what it all comes down to.

Because of the actions of those criminals who are no longer here, because they are collecting
pensions, the city is a mess, and speaking of a mess, now we are going to discuss just how deadly some woman are in our city.

Who wants to argue why now we are the number one state in crime.

Over the last couple years we have seen many comments on social media coming from folks who are essentially do not know the facts on the Dear / Hawkes case.

Hawkes had a gun that night, and there was discussion by high ranking staff that they should suggest it may be a throw down... That is until it was discovered there was social media buzz about her having that gun prior to her being shit. The breaks were then put on that lie in progress. You cab read about it below:

Dear’s Attorney fought back against the administration, and they did not like that.

Thomas Grover was Dear’s Attorney and the city, attorney’s office hates his guts for exposing the corruption.

Taser was involved, and the city would not have credibility given to the fact that Ray Schultz greased a pay to play contract between the city and Taser for sub-par equipment, where the wires pull out of them under normal use.

Knowing what we have known all along, that a mere field officer is easier to use as a distraction, than just being honest when caught, the culture of using certain officers while protecting the criminal ones caused a sentiment within APD where officers were not going to be used as the next scapegoat for in the line of duty actions, so they shut down. Because of this, crime is out of control. In case anyone is missing it, above is a list of stories that should be read by anyone doubting a teenager will kill you dead, especially when we have fifteen year old little girls leading police in pursuits, and crashing in our state.

We are asking that you do not continue to let the ones responsible for this laugh in the shadows, while this entire city is at war with itself, and the joke is on the public.

We are also asking that judges who can not legally do the job they are sworn to do, be removed from their positions come retention time.

We will continue to monitor the current administration for signs of positive change, because we believe bold measures need to be undertaken to make things right.

Apologies will sometimes work but there needs to be a broad reopening of investigations and cases involving the above named individuals. If there was wrongdoing, it needs to be made right and if crimes were committed or parties agreed to conspire to violate individual civil rights, prosecution needs to be undertaken.

Nothing less is acceptable.

We hope this latest message helped those confused here about why all of this is going on understand that some really slimy motherfuckers are behind pulling the wool over your eyes, while they make out nicely, and get away with committing felony level crimes on the backs of public servants and the public itself.

Make no mistake about it, thise that started this are still trying to cover their tracks and judges like Campbell who tried to give credence to a lying regime are remiss and negligent in their duties by evading their duties for politics. Anyone can make shit up to pass the buck but a man and a good judge makes the hard decisions. Cowards take the easy way out. Coward.

The corruption is systemic here, but we will adrdress it one by one... personally and uniquely.

THE NEW HEAD US MARSHALL FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO AND THE SNUBBING OF TRUMP: #NEVERTRUMP REVISITED

Both of the above stories were about the parasitic miscreant disciples of Susana Martinez, and her punk Jay McCleskey's influence. One was written pre-presidential election. The other was written post-presidential election. Both describe these two faced, self serving politicians, and water carriers, predicting their actions after either riding the fence, or outright snubbing presidential candidate Donald Trump. As we have predicted, back in January Martinez can be seen climbing up Rick Perry's ass, and praising Trump's nomination of him to Secretary of Energy. You can see this crap here!

We all know how much money there is to be made in energy these days, and we are well aware of Ol' Pizzah and Coke Susana's penchant for lining up herself, and her buddies, like Darren White, who got his marijuana grow license nice and quick. We all know Mrs. Pizzah party is angling for something now. 

What we do remember well was how Martinez and Mayor RJ Berry did not show up at the rally for the presidential candidate of their own party here in New Mexico on Tuesday May 24th, 2016. We do remember how Martinez would not make a stance on backing Trump and Berry having no comment either. We remember them not attending anything supportive of Donald Trump, but of course the two parasites attended the inauguration for free food, drinks, and party time on the tax payer's dime, even if beer bottle throwing and Coke wasn't permitted. 

What we really remember the most was all the HASHTAG NEVERTRUMPS (#NEVERTRUMP) that were tweeted by everyone very close to the governor, and her people like Darren White. You can see a screen shot at the bottom of the second article link.  The marijuana topic has been very hot lately. We here at the Eye could care less about a weed either way. If it works for you, fine... If not, that's fine too, but don't be an unfair hypocrite. That is where these scum bags excel. You see Susana had delayed marijuana grow licenses to people of New Mexico, but chose to give them to her Husband, and Darren White, whom she is always lining up with gigs. 

As we have called it, more of Susana's minions, appointees, and water carriers are lining up at the government trough for primo jobs. 

Our Eyes have reported to us that Gordon Eden, who is under Federal investigation has applied AGAIN TO BE the United States Marshall for the New Mexico district. How ballsey is that? This guy shouldn't be allowed to wipe piss off of shoes in the men's bathroom in a federal building. 

Another of Governor Martinez's political appointees, New Mexico State Police Chief Porkbelly Pete Kassetas has thrown his hat into the ring for the same job as Gordon Eden. Hmmmm... Seems everyone is looking for a parachute and soft landing with the up-coming election, but they all forgot who they snubbed.  

The audacity of this backstabbing administration that has no shame, never ceases to amaze. We think we are tired of the constant coddling, and handing out of high paying, cush, political appointee positions to people who make a job out of stepping on people to get what they want. 

While inhabitants of this city and state struggle to rebuild the place next year, these clowns will just move on, like Ray Schultz, never looking back, or giving a shit about the damage they have done. 

Not this time.

STEPPING ON THE SNAKE

There is a saying about stepping on snakes. If you are going to step on the snake's tail, beware of it's head. Here we have a situation where the head of the snake should have been stepped on, and crushed like a ketchup packet a very long time ago, rather than have it's tail firmly stepped on. Neither has been done. As a matter of fact, many ignored the snakes. The latest issue of former city attorney Kathryn Levy tampering with evidence coming to the forefront, yet again, is case in point. Former Albuquerque police chief Raymond Daniel Schultz ran the Albuquerque Police Department as a criminal enterprise, as he benefitted exponentially from his no bid contract schemes, and kickbacks. Levy, who acted more as his personal attorney, rather than the city attorney, devised ways of covering his tracks to keep the attention off of him, and everything surrounding him. Because these selfish, malfeasant, cowards, everyone here is still dealing with the fallout. Many have provided mountains of incriminating evidence involving these two, and what they have done to people, and this city in their efforts to fill their pockets, and avoid getting caught. We all knew this has been going on. Albuquerque is the worst nest of public corruption there is.

Mr. Grover nailed what we have been saying for a long time. When exposed, the corrupt within this administration go on a smear campaign, and nothing is off the table when they start. They attack you, your job, and your family, and friends, and they will make up lies to do so. They will even go so far as to leak your confidential personnel files or protected information illegally, to suit their needs. There is nothing these criminals won't do to protect their criminal enterprise and interests. They are the lowest forms of life, and best examples of dishonorable cowards.

We have had our eyes on all of this, and we have noticed that this administration has not denied any of the allegations leveled against them by Reynaldo Chavez. No, they have only attacked this man personally. This is their classic Modus Operandi. Time and time again. Employees who stand up to them, the DA, the federal monitor, and anyone else who does not do their bidding including the media, get retaliated against. We urge you all to watch very closely what these liars and manipulators say, and how they word their responses and reactions. The details are in what they don't say sometimes.

Speaking of the media, this is exactly where we are at right now. We all know about the Albuquerque (Journal) Urinal. We know the journal has provided cover, and protection through the spread of lies, and disinformation. The televised media is being extorted. Every news channel in this city knows if they run hard with the truth against this administration, they will be blacked out. Only those who cooperate will be rewarded. Reporters like Ramirez are fed horse shit stories to occasionally go at them with, but rarely going far enough to expose the filthy underbelly. As his reward, he has access. Notice how he takes shots at the person who is making these allegations, but ignores the elephant in the room when it comes to asking the culprits the hard questions just as the known badge bunny Nancy Laflin did recently. Well, we'll all be Laflin last when we start connecting the dots for the public on why certain reporters are bias in their reporting as they carry water for this administration, along with their connections past and present that motivate their agendas.

Now we have Reporter Chris Huffman Ramirez, who is so ambitious that he changed his name for the sake of making it here, stating the "rank and file" are being accused of tampering with video evidence. That is a lie. No, the rank and file have not been accused of this. The complaint here is about Levy, and others who are running things, being behind the destruction, and tampering with of evidence It is about the past and current city attorney and this administration. What the media does not want you to know is how powerful the power of suggestion is. They just plant that one tiny seed, and watch it grow. The administration keeps the hate train rolling on cops to keep the heat off of themselves. This is what this cowardly administration does. They use everyone, and everything around them. We are getting tired of those in the media covering for those who have destroyed this city, then fled when the light was shined on them. We are tired of the media stopping short, because they have no fucking balls, or because they want to stay in the good graces of these assholes, for the rewards they get. Because the heads of these snakes were not crushed, we are dealing with their treachery over and over again, like a reoccurring virus. This now demands that there be accountability, and those in the media need to quit being whiney little bitches. Just do your jobs.

When we commence stepping on snake heads, everyone will stop getting bit. This problem is here because Ray Schultz greased this Taser deal. This Taser deal has been a problem from the beginning. Part of the reason they fired Dear was to cover for the fact that Schultz greased a no bid contract for substandard equipment, with a known defect of the power wire being pulled out of the camera during use, causing malfunction. Eden knew this, and continued the coverup by lying. The city is continuing to hide one of the IA's conducted on the Dear case because of this. Levy was instrumental in all of this. She formulated plans on scapegoating officers to keep the DoJ away while using the same tactics of concealment of evidence, and defrauding of the courts. She counseled Schultz every step of the way, and was even at Taser events like the Stingaree night club, and many other seminars and presentations as perks and rewards. The former cowards who fled the fallout, along with the current group, all under this coward mayor in hiding are all complicit in every bit of this. Levy stayed as long as she could to get all of these high profile cases pushed through, now their contacts in the judicial system are taking up the slack. Levy held the back door open as all of her accomplices fled, while she chucked grenades into the room, before she pulled the ripcord, and fled herself. This was the transition plan as Schultz, Feist, Paiz, Banks, White, and the rest of them fled when their fool the DoJ plans failed.


Teams of federal investigators from the criminal division of the Federal Department of Justice need to descend on this place like an invasion force.

If the above information is not enough to piss you off, below is a memorandum to the Albuquerque Public Defender's office from DA Brandenburg, advising them of the severity of what is going on. The DA's office actually had to warn the public defender to obtain information to validate evidentiary videos that this administration knew they could provide, along with those videos but never did, because they did not want anyone to find out about this. This is transparency folks. We say it's only a matter of time before someone is looking at being in federal custody.

Finally.... Below is the video footage of the most recent Civilian Police Oversight emergency meeting in reference to the above debacle, where Beth Mohr states they may just have to call for Police Chief Gorden Eden, and his sidekick Bob Billy Sixshooter Gunslinger Badass Huntsman to step down because they shit the bed so bad. THE LYIN' KING

We were sent an affidavit, completed by former Albuquerque City records custodian Reynaldo Chavez, who has blown the whistle on corrupt former Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy, Schultz, Eden, and many others in this administration, who were tampering with IPRA requests. We have listed the pages of this affidavit here for you to read.

What most do not know about the Taser Axon video system, and those behind it is where the real dirt lies. Most who have requested video from the Albuquerque Police Department involving controversial cases, or any case for that matter, where actions the administration did not want seen would come to light, only received copies of these videos, and nothing else, because those within the city administration think they are slick. What the requestors never knew was that there were, and are audit logs for every video that shows every action taken with that video, from the time it was recorded. Users are recorded, dates and times of downloads, editings, and deletions, along with those who did them are all kept track of, and none of it is ever sent with these videos,  because they do not want you to know this.

If you remember... Schultz, Levy, and a few training officers within APD all went on all expense paid trips to Taser events leading up to Schultz rigging the contract in favor of Taser. Remember The Stingaree Night Club trip in California? Current APD officer Chris Wiggum attended, and Wiggum taught the class on editing of the Taser Axon videos to ranking members of APD. Detective Frank Pezzano of criminalistics is also involved in the handling of these videos. This is  the same detective that former Chief Schultz, and Deputy Chief Paul Feist pressured to lie about the position of fleeing murder suspect Nicholas Blume's right hand in the video connected to the Doyle and Woolever case, as the DoJ was gearing up to investigate APD. Anyone that knows Ray Schultz, knows he has to control everything. Ray knew manipulation of these materials would benefit him. He surrounded himself with those who would do his bidding, and used all resources to enrich himself, sustain that enrichment, suppress detection of his actions, then exit when the heat came down due to the breakdown of this infrastructure, as his staff started to flee. Make no mistake about any of this. All of it was a calculated plan to profit, while avoiding detection by manipulating and controlling information. They are still doing it.

Our eyes within APD tell us that there is a known standard practice when avoidance of IPRA exposure is necessary, APD commanders, investigators, and officers are told to avoid email in favor of texting. They are told to text, then erase all texts.

The Albuquerque Journal (Urinal) continues to collude with the city by stating that the prosecution in the Boyd shooting is relying on unsubstantiated hearsay testimony. Funny. If you think that information has been leaked to the Urinal for favorable backing of the Mayor, and this corrupt administration, here is your proof, because this affidavit is what they are referencing concerning (attacking) the new evidence. Whats more amusing is how the Albuquerque Urinal has made more unsubstantiated, libelous allegations against many individuals, in their effort to support Schultz, and this filthy mayor, than anyone else in this state. As a matter of fact, the perverts, and liars at the journal have made up their own facts in many cases. Their reporting is so contrary to the truth, and reality, that most are turning to other outlets for the truth about what is going on here. They see right through the agenda.

All of this is such a sore subject for current police chief, and resident liar Gordon Eden, that he lashed out in rage, when asked about it today, after the federal hearing concerning the consent decree. Earlier today Jeff Proctor, reporter for New Mexico In Depth asked Eden about this, and was faced with Eden putting his hand ignorantly in Proctor's face, and yelling that he wasn't talking to him, before running off like he always does. When you are guilty you clam up, and run away. This is just more guilty behavior from a coward who lies and hides.

This administration has always attempted to control, and manipulate the flow of information, and when they can't, they retaliate. The Albuquerque Urinal, and Chris Huffman Ramirez have all access, because they are always favorable towards this filthy administration, and they ignore the blatant corruption. Anyone who prints or reports negatively or exposes misconduct, or corruption faces information flow cutoff, stonewalling, extortion, and threats.

Schultz's mission was to keep the DoJ out by all means necessary in order to conceal the public corruption. Eden's mission is to pacify the federal monitor, and get the DoJ the hell out of here. Government collusion with the media and your IPRA rights shit on..

We here at the Eye have known for a long time that the local yellow stained rag newspaper called the Albuquerque Journal has had unfettered access to sensitive information within the Albuquerque Police department, and City of Albuquerque administration. They have written stories backing the actions of culpable individuals responsible for the mess here, that have boggled the minds of the informed, and insult your intelligence. Our feelings for them are no mystery. In fact, we have affectionately renamed them the Albuquerque Urinal for good reason.

Over the years, things have come to the surface like the police department's secret files, Johnny Reb or Red files that have been collected on violators, which is the database that APD had illegally collected over the years on targets, and illegally maintains, despite agreeing to destroy them after a year, or the IPRA information that they illegally choke off to obstruct cases, fool the media, or reward their bought media contacts, who slant stories in their favor, while promoting their symbiotic agenda. City attorneys have defrauded the courts by withholding this information, saying it did not exist, losing evidence, saying things were stolen, putting on the ridiculous juvenile antics of a child, by attacking their accusers, crying foul, playing the victim, deflecting, and even having the balls to attack federal whistle blowers for exposing this behavior, as in the Reynaldo Chavez IPRA whistleblower case that is in the courts now; a case that Judge Alan Malott just ruled that the city has acted in bad faith in regards to openness and transparency. We have had a drunk, bloated, red faced coward bully, parasitic tick Chief Administrative Officer Rob Perry Bully the media, that they will be cut off if they write unfavorable (THE TRUTH) articles about this administration. We have had the city attorney lie that damning information (evidence) in lawsuits does not exist, when it indeed does, or they destroyed it. Reporters have been intimidated, or cut off by this administration. Citizens have been given the runaround by city records at the direction of the city attorney's office regarding IPRA requests, with bullshit excuses that the requests are over-burdensome. This is complete bullshit, and there is no excuse for it in today's world. Maybe in some third world country, but that shit does not fly here. We have a Constitution. While all of this hiding and concealing is going on, the police chief sends out cops to do his job and talk to the media. When he does open his mouth, he lies, or runs away without answering followup questions. And where is the mayor? Hiding like a coward! You see the pattern here? When the unhindered flow of information benefits the crooks within city government, and their propaganda newspaper, the information flood gates are open to everyone. When there is a high profile case that will have to be finessed in order to keep the department in a favorable light or protect high ranking officials from criminal, civil, or ethical exposure involving public corruption, malfeasance, incompetency and a plethora of other issues, the gates close to all but one entity who will print what the city tells them to. That entity is the Albuquerque Journal run by Kent Walz, and it is inhabited by an editorial board of twisted lying political whores, perverts, and scum bags.

Now comes the obvious deviation. While other media outlets like KRQE faced city imposed, retaliatory based sanctions for having truth in their reporting, as they were lied to, or stalled in the reception of their requested information, while requests are being filed, and the city stalls with bullshit excuses, and outright lies, while discovery requests are converted to IPRA requests, to skirt their admission in cases to protect the corrupt, after those responsible for these practices (Kathryn Levy) have taught their trade to the next batch of scum bags coming up in city legal, then ran away..... One media outlet has has unexplainably been able to break stories with information released so fast that there could not have possibly been an IPRA request filed. The only explanation is the one we know. They were immediately provided this information out the back door by those within APD as a reward for their collusion. As everyone else faced the never ending bureaucratic bullshit affiliated with obtaining requested police reports, videos, and evidentiary viewings, this entity had the preferential inside access and clearance beyond comprehension, and were and are handed information others have been denied, or put through the obstacle course for. That entity is the Albuquerque Journal.

Now for the hypocrisy. As the city has provided this shitstain of a quasi newspaper sensitive information that HAS WITHOUT A DOUBT intentionally swayed public opinion, affected legal proceedings, and covered for the corruption, they now are on a witch hunt for the officers who told a reporter about the recent grisly murder of the child we lost two days ago. You see, the rules change for selfish reasons when a police chief and mayor get embarrassed because something happened, and got out that they weren't on top of, and shouldn't have happened in a properly working system. This happened before they could put their spin on it, use it to make themselves look good, or take credit in some twisted way for dealing with. There is evil out there beyond comprehension as we are seeing every day, but there is perverse evil in places where it should not exist. While non cop, clown, lightbulb head, side mouth talker, admin water carriers like Tanner Tixier, who READ about the worst things he ever read yesterday, Simon goodfellas, greaseball, $100,000 Drobik, and Celina Christmas present, LIAR Gomez, who wake up to attend the perp walk for the cameras, and fake police chief Gordon (Sh)Eden, with his bullshit solemness, that is barely tolerable gives 2 minutes to the media, then runs away, field officers were out there seeing, and dealing with this sad carnage; officers, investigators, and first responders who will forever be scarred by what they saw that day.

As the Hypocrites in city government act as if they care for the welfare of the officers who dealt with this tragedy, and the trauma they may face as the result of it, this administration has ordered the the witch hunt for the heads of the officers who may or may not have provided a quip of information before they (this administration) could have faked as if they were on top of it. That is right! They want to fire officers who dealt with this tragedy! Again, this administration of cowards, vindictive bastards, liars, incompetents, and malfeasants want to blame everyone else for their wanton intentional incompetence. That's right folks. As these fake assed frauds feign tears on television, as though they care they are actively still the usual suspects in their usual games of controlling the information flow, lying to you, and retaliation. In true fashion, as this administration continues to intentionally shit and piss on the floor, they hypocritically spend millions of your tax dollars to crucify those who crack a fart in the room.

Will anyone ever learn? Instead of the pathetic baby games, invest man hours into finding out WTF the reason was for that murdering pervert asshole, Fabian Gonzales to be unsupervised so it does not happen again. Unregulated, repeat offenders are killing our children and cops. How about that? You blind assholes! Who dropped the fucking ball? Everyone wants to point the finger! And if the truth comes out about who screwed up, and they are a boss or political relative, or are involved in their priority "Nature at Play," an excuse will be made up, you will never be told the truth, and the Journal will be told to print that lie. This is one of the many reasons things will never change until the corrupt are pulverized, and punished into oblivion.

People, you are being lied to. Certain journalists are being given information and they are not reporting fairly or balanced out of fear of city government retaliation. There is personal agenda here and they are profiting exponentially in a multitude of dimensions from it. The city is breaking federal IPRA laws. Lawyers suing the city are being lied to. Eden's Angels: The Whorehouse We Call APD

Our Eyes have been telling us that there is a federal investigation into yet another NATURE AT PLAYER! Yes folks, you heard it right. Can you believe it? We sure do. Our intel tells us that the below antics are being looked at by the feds now.

It seems the only time the Albuquerque Police Department deviates from their standard pattern of protecting the filth, and vile oath violators is when they want to retaliate against someone, or to conduct damage control so as to make sure the damn of shit filled waters does not come crashing down, revealing what lurks beneath the murky waters, like during the drought season at Elephant Butte.

Our last article touched on APD's ability to keep the NATURE AT PLAY GAME going. We are going to continue with this for a bit, because APD is a whore house. Certain strains of virus are protected so much so, that they can bring disrepute to the APD, and city as a whole, so many times, over and over again, that it is like watching one of those disgusting viral videos out there where someone is always getting something shot all over their willing face. This is one of those circumstances.

APD's own resident home wrecker Regina Sanchez was looked at last year for accessing the National Criminal Information Center database for personal reasons, and admitted to doing so. She was accused of giving that information to her "play" brother in law; the brother of her boyfriend, and the CPOA said she did, and lied about it. That man's name was Joshua Martinez. That information coincidentally wound up in the hands of this "play" brother in law, who had a restraining order against him. The information, and address accessed was that of a Tammy Martinez. Tammy had an active restraining order against Joshua. Coincidentally Joshua was the brother of Regina's "long time" boyfriend. Hmmmm.... Gordo Sheden the police integrity thief says that there was no evidence that Regina gave this info to anyone. He also said when he gave her a 40 hour vacation Sanchez had a “favorable work history.” Lets look at those two comments shall we.

Officers get fired for untruthfulness, bringing disrepute to the department, and committing crimes. Domestic violence is one of the top killers in this country. This could have lead to a tragedy, but what was done? Nothing? Oops! No, a lot was done. A lot of looking the other way and protecting. It is obvious. What is more obvious is how Chief FeminEden thinks everyone is as clueless as he is.

The CPOA said they were surprised at the punishment. The NM Dept. of Public Safety said this officer was wrong and violated all kinds of policy, but APD treats this like a minor infraction. How many minor infractions does this queen get to have before her work history is deemed unfavorable? It seems endangering lives is a minor infraction to these clowns, jokers and hair bleachers.

Is being inside of a patrol car, as a recruit with an officer, and crashing, then trying to cover it favorable? Maybe being the side piece of an officer who was married, and charged with murder then having to testify on the stand to the sordid affair is favorable? Or maybe this NCIC debacle is favorable?

ONCE...TWICE... THREE TIMES A SIDE PIECE....

The only time you become a target of APD is when you speak out against the corruption, have morals, talk about things they want to keep quiet or buried, do the job you were sworn to do, go against their perverted grain, have a set of balls, call them out, deservingly humiliate these perverts and cowards, protest against this corrupt regime, or fight for retribution and closure for those whose lives were disrupted, destroyed, or lost at the hands of these complete assholes.

It sure seems those at the top of APD treat the agency as their very own breeding stable, and they sure do exhaust all means to keep their stalls filled with willing mares, or spunk dumpsters as we with morals call them. No wonder why Albuquerque is quickly approaching the the title of being the most dangerous city in the country. Who would have known there is a group of imaginary unknown probation officers out here, seeking out people to give restricted NCIC information to. And nobody cares who they are!

In the scheme of things, the feds should be able to dismantle this poisoned and decaying agency like a five year old kicking a sandcastle over, but someone is being held back. Somewhere, there is a block, because this is an easy one. Most corruption is based on political power and enrichment. These assholes couple that, with the stupid antics of hormone driven high school morons. Any investigator worth his pen could par lay the findings from one of these penthouse forum "split-tales" into a lying during a federal investigation, obstruction charge, that would have these parasites rolling over on each other, all the way to the top. BENGHAZI: Gordon Eden Style.

The motto in politics is self preservation by any means necessary. This has never been more of a rule of thumb, than it is here in Albuquerque, with our own Albuquerque Police Department, and mayor, Richard J. (Joker) Berry. Over the last two mayoral terms we have seen a decline in quality of life here, that has reached an epic all time low. This is all due to the direct actions, and lack there of of  the city administration. The point of this article is not to tell you something you don't already know, but to perfectly describe the sociopathic, delusional, reckless, and criminal modus operandi of the criminal enterprise running the show (into the ground) here in Albuquerque, so that you understand how the machine works. 

On Tuesday May 24th, Donald Trump visited Albuquerque New Mexico. As with most Trump rallies, there were protestors, but these protestors were different. They were in possession of anti trump signs that were articulate, complete with proper spelling, yet none of them could intelligently articulate why they were there, or why they were against Donald Trump. As you read on, please take the time to watch the videos, and read the stories in the listed links, because they are instrumental in understanding where we are going with this.  

Political rallies usually have a fair amount of protestors, and departments are usually well prepared with equipment, and manpower to handle protests that degrade into riots. Something went extremely wrong here, and half of it may have been intentional on both sides of things.

You decide. Was it a coincidence that Susana Martinez and Richard J. Berry were not present, or was it something more sinister? Did someone want to kill 2 birds with one stone? Did Berry and Eden align themselves with Governor Susana Martinez in such a diabolical way that they actually put our officers in danger to precipitate a disaster?  

Last Tuesday the Trump rally here in Albuquerque ended with several officers injured, a police horse injured, several vehicles vandalized, fires, strewn debris, and property damage. Prior rallies have resulted in this behavior and the Albuquerque police department had known the propensity for this was possible. This was known, yet the rally started out with only 60 officers. One thing was consistent, the coward mayor was nowhere to be found.

The lies and spin just keep coming. You see, when Gordon Eden is lying, not only are his lips moving, he has certain physiological cues to his anticipation of being caught lying. He stutters, and at the 00:18 mark, on the above video, you can see this. You can also see how he totally avoids answering the question, he gets flustered, starts to turn red, and usually he suffers from dry mouth. Notice as he replies, he throws out his chin, and looks down his nose in a false attempt to seem confident, while overcompensating with bloviated, rhetoric for his fear of being exposed as the liar he is, while he redirects the interview in the direction he wants it to go. For some reason, reporters interviewing this fool never call him on this. He is never told to answer the question. Instead, Gordon just says what he wants. When under questioning, you might as well just expect what you would get out of a box of Cracker Jacks with this liar; anything but the right thing.

You see, we here at the Eye have been told that standard operating procedure for what was to be that night was severely deviated from. What better way to sabotage a campaign, than to leave a city twisting in the wind while it burns, and intentionally putting its officers in jeopardy so they get hurt, by ordering them not to wear helmets, and then blaming it all on someone who came to town for a rally, then commending your leadership for a job well done. Pretty evil, but here is what we were told.....

"You should know that we were told to leave our protective equipment in our vehicles, so as not to incite the protestors. 43/55 (Fire and Rescue) was never staged. They forgot to have them set up until the last minute. William Roseman was running around scared, and had no clue what he was doing. SWAT and K9 were not on scene. There was no relief for officers on the riot scene. There was no drinking water, or food provided.There was absolutely no game plan, and everyone was pressured to use no force. The officers on the scene were all worried about getting fired for taking action, and this was all put on the DOJ."  ~anonymous officer~

As Gordon Eden stated his plan was DOJ approved, officers and law enforcement leaders across the country were in amazement of a failed police chief, who intentionally sent his officers into harms way unprepared for what was about to happen. Safety on the job is paramount in any profession. Law enforcement is no exception. Personal Protective Gear is mandatory. It is a perversion to actually see an administration justify putting officers at a risk of death, or seriously bodily injury for the sake of image and fear of hurting feelings.  It is even more vile to see a police chief, and a failed, cowardly mayor step forward, pat themselves on the backs, and claim success, for what everyone else saw as an embarrassment, as you can see in Milwaukee Sheriff Clark's take on the whole debacle below:

Gordon Eden should attend some serious manhood, leadership, command presence, and tactics classes given by Sheriff Clark. Clark said they were "skittish and afraid," and the officers were put in this situation. THAT is a far cry from the tactics of Gordon Eden, and Mayor Berry. Officers would joke over the years from time to time, concerning political correctness, and how out of control it is, by musing about having their batons replaced with feather dusters. Well... You can add having their boots replaced with spike heels if Eden stays in charge of things. After all, that would make them less able to chase the protestors, causing a stampede in this chief's ludicrous mind. What Clark said is what we call "owning a situation." This administration does not have the spine, honor, or courage to own, or admit to anything. With them, it is always the blame game, or the fall back plan of lies, and spin, like this little gem, released right after this fiasco. It was perfectly timed, and of course, with more blaming of everyone else to distract from what just happened.....

We all know that the only time Albuquerque Chief Administrative Officer Robert Perry appears is to effect spin, influence the media with his creepy mannerisms, and bug eyed glaring, red faced, "you will believe what I am saying or else" interviews, and drunkenly attempt to intimidate people at crime scenes, and city council meetings, but here he is, right after a riot, talking about something from 10 years ago, and nobody thinks that is odd? Everything going on here, and the legendary investigative reporter, Larry Barker is stuck working THIS story? We think not! 

Maybe this bloated parasitic tick, and impotent bully should talk about the inflated raises his friend Mayor Berry has given him, and the millions THAT will work out to be, involving his pension, that the state will be on the hook for when he flees. We think it would make the balloon museum blunder look petty.

As you can see, the Benghaziing will go on until 2031, because people like Gonterman will continue to not tell the truth, while looking painfully uncomfortable telling us what we already know about the APD brass; their version of things will be better than the truth. Actually what Gonterman said has always been the city's defense when confronted with the truth.... The draft isn't what you want to see... Coincidentally, this is what most liars say when they are caught lying. The city has only perfected this for use in media press releases, court cases, and every day dealings. If you look closely you can see that Tim Gonterman may have attended the same public speaking classes as his boss, Gordon Eden. After this administration is finished, the Benghazi affect will be complete. Everyone responsible for leaving the police department, and city in shambles will be in Texas, Arizona and anywhere else they want to be, enjoying not being held accountable, while those betrayed are still picking up the wreckage.  

In light of all of this, the Jedi Master of deception, the grand master coward, and pioneer of public corruption in this city has faded off into retirement, to double dip down in Memorial Villages Texas PD, still not held accountable for breaking the law, when others across the country have been indicted for far less. We here at the Eye would like to call on the New Mexico Attorney General's office for an update on the Raymond D. Schultz Taser, kickback, no bid contract rigging scandal, and grand jury investigation, while providing our readers with an example of how the system works in places where things are done right, by competent, and uncorrupted people.
