SOME GREAT NEW POINTS ON THE DROBIK INVESTIGATION

Below is very concerning correspondence from one of our Eyes. It relates to some very crucial points, and shows how very damning issues are skimmed over. Read for yourself. If after reading, you do not think a criminal investigation is warranted, there is something wrong, or you are involved in trying to cover up corruption. Over the last 10 years, and especially since the DOJ started looking into APD we have been calling for a in depth criminal probe into the Department and city administration, but it has been like pissing into the wind, and was met with weak assed responses like “yea, it’s bad and we know.” Well motherfuckers, the time is going to come when those comments are going to bite everyone who said them right in their lazy do nothing asses. Certain people in place that could end this, won’t because they don’t have the guts to take on the task, or what it takes to weather the war it will take to take on every single person involved because it means taking down dozens and dozens of well connected people. For the most part we believe they just don’t give a fuck because it doesn’t affect them. This isn’t just about one asshole stealing overtime. It is about the ones who were, and are at the top who may have enabled him, because he was skilled at putting out their propaganda to deflect attention away from them. He had the media contacts that they wanted, and he would say what they wanted him to say. Just look at how Drobik lied to the media about a child abuse case, and how the administration covered for him, saying he misspoke. Look at how they shoved it up Fred Duran’s ass when he did it. What’s worse is that the media accepted the Drobik excuse, because they benefitted from him. Drobik had the connections, and Duran didn’t. Neither were innocent, but that is how justice goes here. Read the below information for yourself. And oh yea, the M stands for McElroy.

The investigation wants Drobik and Lt M terminated, but it also says this:

... even now as PIO, he (Drobik) takes vacation or comp time, usually approved by the Chief of Staff or the Deputy Chief of Staff, and while he should be tending to PIO duities, he is off at a Chief’s overtime assignment being paid $78.75/ hour.

So why didn’t the CPOA recommend terminating the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff?  This makes a point that I have been saying, Geier has hired people into high paying positions within APD, who have no experience nor background for running a large metro police department.

... if one were to rely on one of the reports generated from Telestaff, it would show that Officer D. was actually working in two places at one time.  Had further investigation into the entries not been done, one could assume fraudulent activity was occurring. The Chief’s Overtime person who makes the entries insisted that the Telestaff system was responsible for the incorrect entries but since it did not occur on every occasion worked, it is our belief that the incorrect entries are data entry error and not error built into the system.

This is huge.  If Telestaff is correct it clearly shows fraud, yet the CPOA investigator says the entry was incorrect.  What proof did the investigator provide to support their conclusion? NONE.  What did the CPOA investigator find that proved this was in error? We don’t know, he doesn’t provide it.  We just have to take his word for it that it was a mistake and didn’t happen.  Sorry, we need proof.  This is a big deal that should be clearly and concisely explained.  Simply stating it was a “data entry” error doesn’t explain anything.  This is why a much more thorough investigation into cell phone records, CAD dispatch, gps monitoring, time sheet entries etc should be done by a veteran police detective who is well schooled in white collar crime.  This statement of overlapping time is gravely concerning and it demands a complete audit of Drobik for all of 2018.  This is for Drobik also, it will either clear him of criminal misconduct or give cause to charge him.  As it now stands this investigation does a disservice to both Drobik and the community in regards to criminal issues.  The DA or NMAG need to remedy this, it’s their job.

Another example of what might be happening is how he fills out his time sheet.  Did he move times around to make sure they didn’t overlap?  Example, He gets called at 5 am for an interview (2 hours).  But at 6 am he is jogging with cadets (I can’t believe they gave him 2 hours for jogging but they did).  then he starts his normal day at 8 am.  But he can’t claim 2 hours at 5 am because that would overlap with his 6 am jog.  So would he move his time for the interview to 4 am (on the time sheet)?  This is what needs to be investigated.  If the CPOA can find 51 violations, and God knows they aren’t the best investigators, a true law enforcement officer looking into the last 18 months of Drobik’s daily activities will either exonerate him or expose him.  It needs to be done, too many questions and every day Geier and Keller do nothing the citizens lose more faith in APD.

There was once a day where being called a good cop was judged by your performance on the street, how many felony arrests you made, and the time you spent in court standing up those arrests, backed up by the opinions of your peers and community you work for. Not here in Albuquerque. 

This week we were all notified of the results of the CPOA oversight board’s decision on the Albuquerque Spokesman’s overtime fraud investigation. They recommended termination, but they were only half truthful about what they said. Folks.... just watch the fucking gymnastics, word games, and bullshit fly as this administration tries to protect their media mouthpiece, and camera lens cosmetic cop Drobik from losing his job. You can see how bias the television media is towards the Keller administration with the small snippet below...

We all remember the James Geha case, Right! This is worse. Director Ed Harness tried to say that he can nor recommend a criminal investigation. Read about what he said, because he obviously forgets what he has said before. You see, about two years ago, during an Albuquerque Police Department investigation into a police Sergeant who used NCIC to find out who a person was who was surreptitiously recording his conversation as a third party criminal. The person that did that ran away with his wife after getting caught, but before doing so, the CPOA was almost used as an arm of retaliation when the director called for a criminal investigation into something where the only crime committed was committed by the crud tape recording another party of two’s private conversation. Of course no criminal investigation was conducted to look into that matter. Refresh your memory below...

If you reread the above article link, you will see that a police Sargent blew the whistle on the James Geha case. Because of this, Geha was charged, and others left the job, to avoid being terminated. They were all tight with former DCOP Tyler. Tyler was the one who unlawfully had NCIC access their database to find out who ran her husband’s plate so they could retaliate on the Sargent. No doubt, for bringing light to the timesheet fraud going on. Charges were pressed only after the NEW Mexico State police stepped in to investigate. Nothing was done to Tyler as usual, and no action was taken on her state certification either... again, as usual. Now she is a Deputy chef of Farmington PD. 

 Now we have Simon Drobik. Officer Drobik was lauded as the hardest working cop by APOA President Shaun Willoughby.  Willoughby knows. Ha ha ha... Just ha ha FUCKING haaaa is what we have to say about that, folks. Here is the exact quote...

I don’t know a harder-working police officer than Simon Drobik,” Willoughby said. “Every single time we are given information about some atrocity inside of Albuquerque, Simon is the face that you see. He’s doing a job nobody else in the department wants to do.”

We really think Willoughby should put the fucking Burrito down before answering media questions, because all that twenty four hour chewing must be fucking up his head. What he said was a slap in the mouth to every single officer on APD, who is actually doing police work. AND BY DOING POLICE WORK, WE MEAN RUNNING FROM CALL TO CALL EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, AND ARRESTING THE DANGEROUS CAREER FELONS AND WANTED PERSONS OUT THERE ENDANGERING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF OUR CITIZENS.  NOT ONLY THAT, BUT DOING IT EVERY DAY AND NIGHT, AFTER GOING TO COURT EVERY DAY AND STANDING UP THEIR ACTIONS. WILLOUGHBY IS NOT A COP.  HE IS AN OFFICE WORKER. There aren’t many left, because the APOA and city threw them under the bus. The smart ones left, or retired as a result of it. Sitting in a supermarket and talking on the phone is not hard to do. Being a proactive officer out there, busting your ass every day with an administration that does not have your back is what is hard. But then again we are talking about the perspective of people who never did this or took the job to do this. 

We think there are plenty of cops who do not want to see dead people, handle 30 calls a night, miss all the holidays, constantly roll around with filthy smelly criminals, and get up every day to 
go to court after working all night doing the above. They don’t get to eat fancy dinners, rub 
elbows with the upper admin staff and get political perks. They surely don’t get to choose when they want to work or enjoy being protected. No, they are used, and the PIO’s office is usually where the media lies and garbage on them originates from. 

If you want to call this guy the hardest working cop, then back it up by posting his arrest stats, along with his court overtime, because we believe he is a poser, who is protected, because he knows things on people, is politically protected, and has connections that will protect him because of his worth to them. Just look how after we called him out on his car being parked in front of a KRQE journalist’s apartment, he was given a new unmarked car to sneak around in.

Why is a mayor who was the previous state auditor saying it is up to the chief? Why is Geier being made the hammer? Why is the mayor saying he can not comment on it? That is not correct. He surely can comment on it. He is being a political coward, and they already “think” they know what they are going to do, until the rest gets out. This is why there should be a criminal investigation. The Geha case involved 10 to 20 thousand dollars. This involves almost $100,000, if not more. 

This administration has in place an orchestrated infrastructure to control investigations, in order to get to their desired outcomes. If that doesn’t work, they just do what they want, because 

nobody does anything to them for doing so. That is a fact. Certain people are protected, and if they can’t totally protect them, because shit got out, the system is compromised through favors being called in to go soft on them, or technically sabotage further proceedings procedurally “throwing” it for them. Meanwhile, they disparately steamroll everyone else from all angles with impunity. We are seeing this as the Drobik case unfolds. The dancing is starting already.

The CPOA concluded their investigation, but stopped short of calling for a criminal investigation, and a criminal investigation is what is needed, because we believe this is deeper. 

How many times was this guy on the clock, while he was driving that unit to an apartment complex near KRQE in his shorts and ball cap to see his “friend?”

How many calls to his city cell phone that were claimed as OT were from his “friend,” and how many were from others whom he knows in the media? Were media members investigated to see if parties conspired to call Drobik multiple times, so he could claim it in exchange for access to scoops and information? How many of those phone calls were the same numbers?We believe there is a facet to this that needs to be peeled back like an onion and looked into with a microscope. 

The CPOA stated 50 times Drobik violated SOP to enrich himself, but let’s see if doing something like that constitutes being morally unfit to be a police officer. Let’s see if Geier fires Drobik. Better yet, let’s see what he gets, because officers were fired for much less, and had their certs pulled. Let’s see if Geier flies an LEA90 on Drobik, and if he does let’s see if that withers too. Let’s just see what portion of this administration is a hoax, because illusion and hoax is all we have seen so far. 

If no criminal investigation is done on this, and it is whitewashed like the Garcia investigation. We know exactly where we stand, and it will get worse, just like we said it would.

As if there was any doubt that this administration protects and rewards minions who lie for them, here is just one more gem that is sure to set you off like a bottle rocket.

Many have been wondering where little mijo Fred Duran would end up. You know Fred. He was the APD information officer caught making shit up about there being some fictitious investigation being conducted by people he could not name concerning Victoria Martens. There never was such an investigation, and now they are all circling the wagons. They got caught.

Anyone that has been around for a while knows how it works with guys like this. They are either crucified as being rogue, and thrown under the bus, or they are told to take it in the ass, keep their mouth shut, and they will be rewarded after the shitstorm passes over.

Well, from the looks of it, little Fred took option two.

You can see in the above memo dated August 31, 2017, that effective September 2nd Freddy is transferred to the APD traffic unit DWI enforcement unit. He will have three days off including a Sunday. Not too shabby, considering the officers in this unit make mounds of money. So in essence, this clown just went from one tit to the other… banking the whole way. How is that for Mayor Berry and Gorden Eden’s response to Dishonesty and transparency? Everyone knows this type of an assignment is a reward. That is where two other problem children we wrote about were sent too.

As we have been saying all along, the Feds need to be the ones conducting investigations and interviews of these malfeasance liars, because when you lie to them, you either get to roll on the rest of the dirt bags to avoid prison, or you just go to prison. Either way, it’s a win win.

The sad thing about this is that a child is dead. The death of that child could have been prevented, and morally depraved cowards lied about it in order to protect themselves. If this is not a betrayal to the oath a police officer swears to, Houston was just a sun shower.

TASER, AND THE COURTING OF APD WHORES FOR PROFIT

If anyone had any doubt that the relationship between Taser, Schultz, and this administration was a beer and liquor soaked hedonistic courting of greedy, self serving, scum bags, bent on free trips with side pieces, free food, free liquor, and all the perks of an all expense paid vacation on the backs of tax payers... here you go.

Below are emails concerning events in 2012 and 2013, where former Deputy Chief Allen Billy D. Williams Banks, also known as mister tremendous himself. You remember this guy right? He was the clown who swagged around with his ass up his back, licking his lips, and stuttering. This bonafide liar is the police chief of the Round Rock Texas Police Department. He fled there when the DoJ came, and the heat came down over the no bid Taser contract, after he and Schultz started the finger pointing at each-other.

In the below emails, you can see that APD Deputy Chief Allen Banks initially ordered TWO tickets for the Taser International Association of Police Chief's TASER party in 2012. This convention was held in San Diego. When you register, you have to tell them how many tickets you need. That is, of course, until they request the identity of the person you will be taking with you. It is funny how the tune changed when Taser wanted the identity of pimp daddy's guest.

The individual being referenced to in the 2nd email sent from Taser executive Andrew Grayson, to APD staff is Marcus Womack. In March of 2014 Marcus Womack was promoted to General Manager of evidence.com, after working for Taser for only a year. This happened shortly after Taser acquired the company he co founded, (in 2013) and was CEO of, called Familiar Inc. The carbon copy recipients in the above email are Josh Isner and Rick Smith, of Taser international. Isner is Taser's Executive Vice President of Global Sales. Rick Smith is the CEO, and founder of Taser International. Notice this email was forwarded to former Deputy Chief Allen Banks with the notation "TASER is hoping to meet with you at IACP." Seems top staff at TASER deemed Banks a major player in their TASER / APD plans.

Coincidentally, Andrew Grayson who was setting this all up with Schultz here is the same Taser rep that did the Taser contract in Dallas Texas under almost identical circumstances, and language. We posted part of the article, and a link to the article below so you can see for yourself.

We have recently acquired these, and wanted to give you a look into what was going on behind the scenes as the Taser deal was in the works, and why we believe these clowns have been racketeering for years.

THE LYIN' KING

We were sent an affidavit, completed by former Albuquerque City records custodian Reynaldo Chavez, who has blown the whistle on corrupt former Deputy City Attorney Kathryn Levy, Schultz, Eden, and many others in this administration, who were tampering with IPRA requests. We have listed the pages of this affidavit here for you to read.

What most do not know about the Taser Axon video system, and those behind it is where the real dirt lies. Most who have requested video from the Albuquerque Police Department involving controversial cases, or any case for that matter, where actions the administration did not want seen would come to light, only received copies of these videos, and nothing else, because those within the city administration think they are slick. What the requestors never knew was that there were, and are audit logs for every video that shows every action taken with that video, from the time it was recorded. Users are recorded, dates and times of downloads, editings, and deletions, along with those who did them are all kept track of, and none of it is ever sent with these videos,  because they do not want you to know this.

If you remember... Schultz, Levy, and a few training officers within APD all went on all expense paid trips to Taser events leading up to Schultz rigging the contract in favor of Taser. Remember The Stingaree Night Club trip in California? Current APD officer Chris Wiggum attended, and Wiggum taught the class on editing of the Taser Axon videos to ranking members of APD. Detective Frank Pezzano of criminalistics is also involved in the handling of these videos. This is  the same detective that former Chief Schultz, and Deputy Chief Paul Feist pressured to lie about the position of fleeing murder suspect Nicholas Blume's right hand in the video connected to the Doyle and Woolever case, as the DoJ was gearing up to investigate APD. Anyone that knows Ray Schultz, knows he has to control everything. Ray knew manipulation of these materials would benefit him. He surrounded himself with those who would do his bidding, and used all resources to enrich himself, sustain that enrichment, suppress detection of his actions, then exit when the heat came down due to the breakdown of this infrastructure, as his staff started to flee. Make no mistake about any of this. All of it was a calculated plan to profit, while avoiding detection by manipulating and controlling information. They are still doing it.

Our eyes within APD tell us that there is a known standard practice when avoidance of IPRA exposure is necessary, APD commanders, investigators, and officers are told to avoid email in favor of texting. They are told to text, then erase all texts.

The Albuquerque Journal (Urinal) continues to collude with the city by stating that the prosecution in the Boyd shooting is relying on unsubstantiated hearsay testimony. Funny. If you think that information has been leaked to the Urinal for favorable backing of the Mayor, and this corrupt administration, here is your proof, because this affidavit is what they are referencing concerning (attacking) the new evidence. Whats more amusing is how the Albuquerque Urinal has made more unsubstantiated, libelous allegations against many individuals, in their effort to support Schultz, and this filthy mayor, than anyone else in this state. As a matter of fact, the perverts, and liars at the journal have made up their own facts in many cases. Their reporting is so contrary to the truth, and reality, that most are turning to other outlets for the truth about what is going on here. They see right through the agenda.

All of this is such a sore subject for current police chief, and resident liar Gordon Eden, that he lashed out in rage, when asked about it today, after the federal hearing concerning the consent decree. Earlier today Jeff Proctor, reporter for New Mexico In Depth asked Eden about this, and was faced with Eden putting his hand ignorantly in Proctor's face, and yelling that he wasn't talking to him, before running off like he always does. When you are guilty you clam up, and run away. This is just more guilty behavior from a coward who lies and hides.

This administration has always attempted to control, and manipulate the flow of information, and when they can't, they retaliate. The Albuquerque Urinal, and Chris Huffman Ramirez have all access, because they are always favorable towards this filthy administration, and they ignore the blatant corruption. Anyone who prints or reports negatively or exposes misconduct, or corruption faces information flow cutoff, stonewalling, extortion, and threats.

There you have it folks. The real journalists report it and we connect the dots, outlining the indictable issues. Schultz's mission was to keep the DoJ out by all means necessary in order to conceal the public corruption. Eden's mission is to pacify the federal monitor, and get the DoJ the hell out of here. We'll have none of it.

The Ol' Bait and Switch

Above is an example of the nonsense idiots like Mayor Berry, Gorden Eden, and CAO Robert Perry are saying to victims they intend to bring to the Albuquerque Police Department as recruits and Lateral hires.

We have found multiple examples of deceptive advertising in job listings across the nation where the city of Albuquerque has taken out job listing, and recruitment ads. Recruitment is listing the salary of an Albuquerque police officer at $87,000 a year, when the base salary of $58,000 is what should be listed there. What they are not saying right away is that you "could" make that much. That figure is the average of their top payed officers; guys on the inside, like their information and DUI officers. Most of them are assigned to special units. Every other employer puts the starting salary in their job listings, but again, the grand illusionists just can not resist embellishing and lying to bait candidates into this cess pool and treacherous trap. The mayor and police chief could give a shit about APD officers. They have proven this with their attacks on officers. Now they want to lure people hundreds of miles from their homes to a place where the administration will set them up, lie on them, to use them to cover for the public corruption that is running rampant here, send them into a riot without protective gear to look politically correct, and not hurt feelings, scare them to death, so much so that they get bashed over the heads with handbags filled with boulders because they are nervous to react, get harassed by an administration that does not tolerate those who speak out about the corruption, and constantly be in the presence of self serving perverts and sociopaths in command levels, who would destroy their families in seconds, if it meant they could gain something from it.

The quality of APD has completely taken a shit. We have a police chief who has no command presence, and is a pathetic liar on all levels, and we have officers who are terrified to stand up for themselves. The word is that our impact detective units are told they are not allowed on the streets if a supervisor is not in, and even when one is in they don't want to do anything, because doing something at APD now gets you into trouble. And lets clear this up before Gorden and Berry start blaming the Department of Justice. No, it is not the DoJ that has done this. It is an arbitrary, criminal, dishonorable, and dishonest command staff, lead by a coward mayor, and administration that has declared war on cops, and used them to protect themselves from scrutiny. They just do what they want to whomever they want, and not a damn thing is done about it.

We advise all potential candidates filling out Albuquerque Police Department Employment Interest Cards with the Recruitment Unit to fully do their research, and not jump into the fire without knowing what you are getting into. Waiting another year may be in your best interest of your survival. As the federal monitor for the DoJ, James Ginger says, the leadership is inept.
The top level of APD needs to go. Do not bring your families into an environment where police brass promote retaliation, harassment, corruption, lies, infidelities, perversion, theft, cowardice, and malfeasance. It is ruining this city, and it will ruin your family. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get you here, then... when you are the flavor of the day.... you will be their next statistic.

The next mayoral election will be interesting, and with the entrance of a new mayor and the picking up and throwing out of this coward regime things can change overnight.

Back then we told you about a story concerning a whistleblower incident, involving timesheet fraud that was uncovered by an APD sergeant who stood up and did the right thing. Now we are going to expose the fraud, and connections that are the absolute reason that there exists a culture within APD of why officers, and employees do not speak out against the corruption. The culture of retaliation exists right in the face of of the Department of justice. Those responsible for accountability are betraying society for their own selfish reasons. As a matter of fact, it has gotten more blatant, with intentional targeting of individuals through a flawed Police Oversight Board. In APD, those who complain become the defendant.

APD Sergeant Adam Anaya was cleared of any wrongdoing for accessing NCIC to identify a suspicious, shady individual was who committed a misdemeanor, by third party recording a conversation this Sergeant was having on his lunch. He was having this break with other police department employees who were attending training at the APD police academy, regarding use of force. He was cleared because he did nothing wrong. That is the way the system is supposed to work. Not here though, especially when there is an agenda of retaliation when they want to get you by any means necessary, because you exposed and humiliated them.

We have been hinting that we were going to expose a mole within the Civilian Police Oversight Board as we have been gathering evidence from various resources within our network of Eyes. Now you are about to be given a glimpse into how Berry and Perry's criminal enterprise manipulates all avenues to affect public opinion, direct investigations, tamper with the federal reform process, and guide everything in the direction of their own personal agendas to cover for widespread public corruption and malfeasance.

If you watch the below youtube video, and pay attention to the subtle cues, you will notice the preconceived opinions of board members being manipulated by the Executive Director of the Civilian Police Oversight Board, Edward Harness, as he slightly plays on those opinions to get them to reopen the case against a Sergeant who did the right thing. Notice how he lets the two women express their already tainted view of the situation with comments like now "there's a catch all," (unprofessional in our opinion). Notice how Harness knows exactly what went down but allows the board members to elevate their hysteria (3:20) already making their minds up that there is a pattern. We say what pattern Mr. Harness? They were all unique and differing circumstances. Vastly! Harness throws out former officer Hindi's name along with officer Sanchez for illegally accessing NCIC. Hindi did not access NCIC for illegal reasons. He in fact wrote a report on it. Sanchez on the other hand did access NCIC and that information found it's way into the hands of a person who had a restraining order against them. That information was the address of the restraining order petitioner! Again, we say what pattern? Three cases where the disparity and duplicity is so egregious in the way they were handled that one female officer keeps her job after possibly exposing a citizen to life threatening further domestic violence. One officer was fired for audio taping an investigator, and writing a report that he did so, (He ran the investigator in order to get the person info for his police report so that he could tag it into evidence) (Standard procedure) (This investigator lied about being intimidated after she was questioned in the investigation against Hindi) and now a police Sergeant who is having a case reopened against him after he was cleared.



Now for the good part. Here is where the scheme unravels, and the administration mole presents himself. The complainant in this case is Mister Tyler. Mister Tyler is Jessica Tyler's husband. He is also friends with one of the individuals who got hemmed up in the timesheet fraud investigation spawned by Sgt. Anaya stepping up. No coincidence here folks. There are no coincidences here at all. It is all intentional. You see. Mister Harness fails to tell the board the real shit, like him being in the class with the complainant, (and husband of Jessica Tyler) who filed the civilian police complaint, (CPC) and as Adam Anaya was indirectly threatened with being demoted by Jessica Tyler after she entered the room in a tirade threatening those critical of APD. Notice how Harness downplays the crime of third party recordings by saying Tyler (May) have taken a picture. If Edward Harness had done his job, he would know exactly what Robert Tyler did because the guy is his complainant. And you want to talk about abusing their position and illegally accessing NCIC to break the law, and retaliate on a whistleblower? Lets talk about Tyler having his wife Jessica call police radio to find out who ran her Husband's plate through NCIC, then providing that NCIC information to a non APD employee who is friends with those being investigated through an investigation spawned by this Sergeant. What a wicked web we weave. Mr. Harness should not even have taken this complaint. This is a blatant conflict of interest. He didn't tell the board that, now did he?

Brass tacks is, the board does not know police procedure. Not a knock to them, but they are influenced by what they see in the media, and lack common sense perspective that comes with training, and hands on experience. This deficiency is being exploited by Mr Harness. The hands of this administration are through out the CPOA. Notice how in the video he plays on the board's conspiracy theory mindset, and sense of urgency to get them to file an appeal within the 7 day time frame to reopen the case. Mr. Harness plants the half seed and sits back to watch it grow. He is a manipulator.

Things are getting clearer. It seems as though Mr. Harness sees this assignment as a way to bolster his resume, make political connections, and promote himself. We say this because we know sincerity, and a genuine item when we see it. We see nothing but a fake front here. Mr. Harness gets to attend training at APD. He has been seen hanging out with certain APD brass, he promotes Jessica Tyler like a fan on his Twitter page. Many people say what they think people want to hear in order to get what they want. Harness said in a newspaper article that he has strong investigative skills, both from his work as a police officer and as an attorney. We would like to know how. Lets break it down from an educated perspective shall we, because we have many seasoned 20 and 30 year old salt street cops who say you never know everything. That is humbleness though. Genuine.


Looking at Mr. Harness's dossier, he attended law school almost simultaneously with being employed with the police department. Now, we all know how demanding full time college can be, let alone law school. We also know the demands, and unpredictability of police shift work, changing assignments, and court appearance obligations that conscientious police employees face. We would love to see this person's work attendance record. Somewhere, being a cop had to be put aside for that law degree. It seems as though Mr. Harness used that time to concentrate on being a lawyer. Mr. Harness claims 6 years as a police officer. We bet that counts his academy time. We all know what goes on when you go to school, and work full time folks.

We here at the Eye are getting information that Mr. Harness is not being objective in his investigations, that he is not interviewing witnesses in cases where it appears he wants to protect APD brass, and he is turning civilian evidence requests into IPRAs, in order to skirt their presentation by, saying it is too burdensome. In some instances he has actually been antagonistic towards citizens, seeking transparency and accountability, alienating them, and intimidating them from doing what we want, seeking answers, truthful objective answers. In short order, he is playing the same old games the city plays as an inside double agent. Argue with us, and we will provide even more proof.

Enough is enough. Berry and Perry have engineered every aspect of control, by putting their people in place, or constructing inappropriate tentacles of influence that reach through safeguards to effectively keep the cap on their corruption, while fooling you into thinking something is being done as they enact safeguards to protect their buddies who may get caught up in the process. Back in the summer of 2012 the city kicked Quote Unquote, a 30 year old community access center for public programming out of their offices and studio. This organization had provided a public television access platform to those in the Albuquerque community for all of these years. You may ask why now Eye? These people were kicked out, and their audio and video library was taken wrongfully. This scam involves making the bandwidth that cable channels operate on look as if its worth a fraction of what it really is, while Perry sells these channels to Comcast for pennies on the dollar. The Comcast proposal for purchase of 6 of the 9 public access channels from the City of Albuquerque was for a total of $250,000. These channels are worth an estimated $1.3 million EACH! No surprise this was done behind closed doors. Who is getting rewarded? Who's family member will all of the sudden get an executive position with this company? We saw all of thus with Taser and Schultz.

On top of all of this, we are being told that three very important pieces of production equipment, worth tens of thousands (called tricasters) each are unaccounted for, but may be being lent to to hollywood studios that are here in Abq., Why? Who is getting their back scratched on the back end of this one? A favorite church of the Abq. police department may have one too. We will let you guess what that one is. Someone is trying to leave a Legacy of corruption here folks. Also, the property that Perry's buddies at Upublic moved into was renovated, and no permits were filed with the city. Of course. Maybe Perry's buddy Metz knows what's up?

We here at the Eye have known for a long time that the local yellow stained rag newspaper called the Albuquerque Journal has had unfettered access to sensitive information within the Albuquerque Police department, and City of Albuquerque administration. They have written stories backing the actions of culpable individuals responsible for the mess here, that have boggled the minds of the informed, and insult your intelligence. Our feelings for them are no mystery. In fact, we have affectionately renamed them the Albuquerque Urinal for good reason.

Over the years, things have come to the surface like the police department's secret files, Johnny Reb or Red files that have been collected on violators, which is the database that APD had illegally collected over the years on targets, and illegally maintains, despite agreeing to destroy them after a year, or the IPRA information that they illegally choke off to obstruct cases, fool the media, or reward their bought media contacts, who slant stories in their favor, while promoting their symbiotic agenda. City attorneys have defrauded the courts by withholding this information, saying it did not exist, losing evidence, saying things were stolen, putting on the ridiculous juvenile antics of a child, by attacking their accusers, crying foul, playing the victim, deflecting, and even having the balls to attack federal whistle blowers for exposing this behavior, as in the Reynaldo Chavez IPRA whistleblower case that is in the courts now; a case that Judge Alan Malott just ruled that the city has acted in bad faith in regards to openness and transparency. We have had the city attorney lie that damning information (evidence) in lawsuits does not exist, when it indeed does, or they destroyed it. Reporters have been intimidated, or cut off by this administration. Citizens have been given the runaround by city records at the direction of the city attorney's office regarding IPRA requests, with bullshit excuses that the requests are over-burdensome. This is complete bullshit, and there is no excuse for it in today's world. Maybe in some third world country, but that shit does not fly here. We have a Constitution. While all of this hiding and concealing is going on, the police chief sends out cops to do his job and talk to the media. When he does open his mouth, he lies, or runs away without answering followup questions. And where is the mayor? Hiding like a coward! You see the pattern here? When the unhindered flow of information benefits the crooks within city government, and their propaganda newspaper, the information flood gates are open to everyone. When there is a high profile case that will have to be finessed in order to keep the department in a favorable light or protect high ranking officials from criminal, civil, or ethical exposure involving public corruption, malfeasance, incompetency and a plethora of other issues, the gates close to all but one entity who will print what the city tells them to. That entity is the Albuquerque Journal run by Kent Walz, and it is inhabited by an editorial board of twisted lying political whores, perverts, and scum bags.

Now comes the obvious deviation. While other media outlets like KRQE faced city imposed, retaliatory based sanctions for having truth in their reporting, as they were lied to, or stalled in the reception of their requested information, while requests are being filed, and the city stalls with bullshit excuses, and outright lies, while discovery requests are converted to IPRA requests, to skirt their admission in cases to protect the corrupt, after those responsible for these practices (Kathryn Levy) have taught their trade to the next batch of scum bags coming up in city legal, then ran away..... One media outlet has has unexplainably been able to break stories with information released so fast that there could not have possibly been an IPRA request filed. The only explanation is the one we know. They were immediately provided this information out the back door by those within APD as a reward for their collusion. As everyone else faced the never ending bureaucratic bullshit affiliated with obtaining requested police reports, videos, and evidentiary viewings, this entity had the preferential inside access and clearance beyond comprehension, and were and are handed information others have been denied, or put through the obstacle course for. That entity is the Albuquerque Journal.

Now for the hypocrisy. As the city has provided this shitstain of a quasi newspaper sensitive information that HAS WITHOUT A DOUBT intentionally swayed public opinion, affected legal proceedings, and covered for the corruption, they now are on a witch hunt for the officers who told a reporter about the recent grisly murder of the child we lost two days ago. You see, the rules change for selfish reasons when a police chief and mayor get embarrassed because something happened, and got out that they weren't on top of, and shouldn't have happened in a properly working system. This happened before they could put their spin on it, use it to make themselves look good, or take credit in some twisted way for dealing with. There is evil out there beyond comprehension as we are seeing every day, but there is perverse evil in places where it should not exist. While non cop, clown, lightbulb head, side mouth talker, admin water carriers like Tanner Tixier, who READ about the worst things he ever read yesterday, Simon goodfellas, greaseball, $100,000 Drobik, and Celina Christmas present, LIAR Gomez, who wake up to attend the perp walk for the cameras, and fake police chief Gordon (Sh)Eden, with his bullshit solemness, that is barely tolerable gives 2 minutes to the media, then runs away, field officers were out there seeing, and dealing with this sad carnage; officers, investigators, and first responders who will forever be scarred by what they saw that day.

As the Hypocrites in city government act as if they care for the welfare of the officers who dealt with this tragedy, and the trauma they may face as the result of it, this administration has ordered the the witch hunt for the heads of the officers who may or may not have provided a quip of information before they (this administration) could have faked as if they were on top of it. That is right! They want to fire officers who dealt with this tragedy! Again, this administration of cowards, vindictive bastards, liars, incompetents, and malfeasants want to blame everyone else for their wanton intentional incompetence. That's right folks. As these fake assed frauds feign tears on television, as though they care they are actively still the usual suspects in their usual games of controlling the information flow, lying to you, and retaliation. In true fashion, as this administration continues to intentionally shit and piss on the floor, they hypocritically spend millions of your tax dollars to crucify those who crack a fart in the room.

Will anyone ever learn? Instead of the pathetic baby games, invest man hours into finding out WTF the reason was for that murdering pervert asshole, Fabian Gonzales to be unsupervised so it does not happen again. Unregulated, repeat offenders are killing our children and cops. How about that? You blind assholes! Who dropped the fucking ball? Everyone wants to point the finger! And if the truth comes out about who screwed up, and they are a boss or political relative, or are involved in their priority "Nature at Play," an excuse will be made up, you will never be told the truth, and the Journal will be told to print that lie. This is one of the many reasons things will never change until the corrupt are pulverized, and punished into oblivion.

People, you are being lied to. Certain journalists are being given information and they are not reporting fairly or balanced out of fear of city government retaliation. There is personal agenda here and they are profiting exponentially in a multitude of dimensions from it. The city is breaking federal IPRA laws. Lawyers suing the city are being lied to. THE EPITOME OF HYPOCRISY

For the last year you wouldn't have even known Ray Schultz was the assistant chief of anywhere with the low profile he has been keeping. It seems he is getting a little bold, and decided to poke his head out into the light, despite being under investigation, and this is what we here at the Eye discovered in social media. We think you too will be amazed at this guys hypocrisy and audacity. This is our response to his rhetoric. Although some of his examples may be true about the way officers are being treated, it is beyond our restraint to tolerate it coming from his mouth considering his track record and past.

We all know how conniving Ray is, and what he is trying to do here. Ray is hoping that if action is taken criminally against him for what he did here, those he is fleecing in Texas will support him, feel sorry for him, and not turn on him because of the way he is acting now. Too late for that. He is already working the angle just like Ray does.

To both of you police chiefs,

How dare either of you open your mouths about the degradation of law enforcement in our country, or lie about the real reason why good officers are leaving police departments; especially you Ray Schultz. You actually have the guts to talk about officers feeling like they will be abandoned, terminated ridiculed and prosecuted? You wrote the book on treating your officers that way. Now you want to express your grief over tragedy? You actually have the guts to cry about police chiefs having to retire early because they do not have the fortitude to stand up like a man, and do the jobs they are paid well above their officers to do? Are you really going to take the stance that the media pressure is too much for you police executives? No leader ever cries that pressure is too much to bear when sticking up for his men. And you are right about police chiefs running away. Both of you left your departments while under scrutiny, because both of you are cowards. You do not resign, retire or run when you are right.

And Ray Schultz, you hypocrite and liar. There was a tragedy in your own former police department not long ago where an officer who worked under you as you were the chief was murdered. You and your boss JD, both ignored that, because neither of you wanted your past to follow you. You did not want anyone there to know anything more than the superficial facts of you being from New Mexico, and you did not want them finding out anything about your work history. You knew if you posted a Facebook condolence, it would bring attention to you there. You are a disgrace. After all of the things that you have done, or have ordered done to your officers in the Albuquerque police department over the years to violate their civil rights, I find your words here to be the utmost in hypocrisy, and blatant attempt to be the opposite of what you are; a dishonorable liar. Argue this, and I will provide mountains of evidence of you lying under oath. You say "Law enforcement is an interesting profession, as it is the only job where sometimes you can do everything right, or to the best of your ability, and someone will still not be happy." Then you have the audacity to talk about how the media portrays officers? You must have forgotten everything you have done in your career! The evidence room scandal, the no bid contracts, the Taser scandal that YOU ARE CURRENTLY UNDER GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION FOR. Tell the people of Memorial Villages Texas what you did to your officers in order to keep the Department of Justice from investigating your former agency, and finding out about all of the illegal things you have done. Tell them how you used the television media, and the Albuquerque Journal Newspaper to spread your lies, in order to judge officers you wanted to frame for political reasons, when they did their jobs. Tell your citizens there Ray, about how you directed investigations to frame officers in order to retaliate against them for speaking out against corruption or to distract a federal investigation away from you, then how cases were settled to make it all go away. Tell everyone how you covered for rampant sexual misconduct within the Albuquerque police department, and how you stifled studies and memorandums written to address the problems of this misconduct and officer suicides. You are nothing but a fraud. You could care less about your officers. What you have written here is the exact opposite of what you have exemplified for over thirty years in Albuquerque. You are an embarrassment, and betrayer to the oath that police officers take. You could have cared less about the community, as you sat in countless city council meetings, taunting and threatening older citizens of Albuquerque for justifiably criticizing you over your misconduct. Your dishonesty in countless depositions, and civil cases cost the city of Albuquerque over $30,000,000 in payouts. That is being modest. Everyone under your command, including you, fled a police department in meltdown, as soon as the Federal Department of Justice announced they were coming. The flow of police brass fleeing has not stopped since. No, police chiefs do not run away because their feelings are hurt. They run like you did to avoid scrutiny. What you wrote here is nothing but complete fluff to make the people of that community think you actually care about something more than filling your pockets with their money. The fallout from your malfeasance, has brought the APD attrition rate to an all time high, and they can not get officers to replace the ones leaving the department that you destroyed. They will be going to dangerous 12 hour shifts now, and it will continue to worsen. It is disgusting that you would take advantage of such a tragedy to paint yourself the pillar of justice, and protector of your troops while crying about pressures being put on you, that the likes of you alone created, when all these years you spread lies through the media about your employees, and department. Archive searches show just how much you got away with and deposition records show your compulsive dishonesty. Officers fled the Albuquerque police department as you tried to burn them like firewood to protect yourself. The truth about what is happening, is that officers are trying to do their job. They are caught between the media who spins information and perception against them, the criminals on the street who try and kill them, and coward police chiefs like you, and your politician handlers, who promote yourselves on their backs, by scapegoating, and using them at every turn, to deflect blame away from yourself for promoting poor behavior, and enriching yourselves, by abusing your position and influence, while betraying the trust of the public. Only a coward makes excuses or cries for pity during the tragedy suffered by another agency. A true leader makes change. They surely don't run when confronted, unless they have something to hide like you did. You did not even have the courage to stand up what you did when questioned. You gutlessly took the 5th. So go ahead and try to get ahead of this one by claiming you can't please everyone, calling sour grapes, and your favorite, the one you always fall back on, the disgruntled employee accusation, because there are boatloads of evidence where you were caught lying, and depositions were redone to correct your lies, you lied under oath at hearings, and your former city attorney Kathryn Levy permitted your perjury. It is no coincidence that she resigned early too. You have no defense, and anything you claim to refute this is just more lies.

The truth is that the officers who worked under your regime would rather face criminals with guns, rather then be set up by you, and retaliated against, when they stood up for themselves against you, and your criminal network.

You say that you are fortunate to work for your community? You are fortunate to still have your law enforcement certification, and not be indicted for your actions in Albuquerque, yet. You have never served with distinction, and you do not know the first thing about honor. Your final words are even more ironic as you have made not only mistakes, but deliberately committed dishonorable, disgusting and illegal acts, targeted people, retaliated against employees, and even destroyed innocent lives for your own gain and self preservation. You have owned nothing, and never did. Instead, you ran away twice from Albuquerque when the heat came down on you. You ran to Scottsdale the first time you retired, when the evidence room scandal hit under your watch, then you ran again to Texas as your efforts to stave off a federal investigation into APD failed, as you were piecing together your no bid Taser contract. This was because you were terrified of getting caught. Now, as you enjoy your second retirement like a coward, an entire city is in meltdown because of your actions, and officers are leaving a department you destroyed by doing exactly the opposite of the absolute crap you are feeding the citizens you serve now because you are desperate for a place to work, and know the only place that will take you is the place where you can call in a favor, or where you know somebody, especially after Taser let you go.

Everyone in Memorial Villages will see your true colors, no matter how hard you work to hide it. You are a fraud, and you made choices for yourself that ruined a city. Own that.

Maybe your attorney Louis Robles can speak for you, the same attorney you retained to defend you in the Taser matter, which happens to be the same one who you had on contract teaching at the academy for you for years among other things.

As we have seen with many ranking members here, the rules change when you are under criminal or grand jury investigation, because they do not get put on leave or terminated. As a matter of fact, people like Ray Schultz's friend JD Sanders can actually get hired as a police chief in another state, while there is action pending regarding his certification after resigning over an internal affairs investigation into misconduct, concerning him with the Hobbs NM PD. This is no coincidence, because Ray's BFF Nate Korn was the vice chair of the board at the time, and Director Jack Jones was present, and advocating for JD Sanders who was not present. We would like to ask our LE readers just how would your absence at your own LE board hearing be handled? Would the director have advocated for you as be did for Sanders? Would they just get to say that there were lots of allegations, but nothing happened? No, not even close, unless you are connected to these cowards. Many media outlets have ignored the little details above, but we here will not. Where is the investigation into the Taser no bid, kickback contract at?

If those that fled get to smile and profit, then those still here should not get the same benefit.

There has been a lot of talk about departments directing their staff to Kaufman's West LLC for their equipment. Why? Why direct people to a place where their prices are high? Why direct anyone to a business owned by an individual who condones corruption, by openly praising former employee Raymond D. Schultz as some kind of "E.F. Hutton," when all he is is a coward who used people, destroyed the place, then moved on when the heat came down on him; a snowflake. Enough of acting like something did not happen. Ray Schultz is a liar, who has perjured himself in numerous cases, while under oath, and he was allowed to do this by people in oversight positions, who dare to take the high ground, and act as if they were cleaning the place up, when THEY were, and are the problem. They did this. As the rats jump ship, the rat feeders should be sent packing with them. WE HERE AT THE EYE ARE CALLING FOR AN EMBARGO OF ALL BUSINESS WITH KAUFMAN'S WEST LLC. There are better places to do business with better prices. Try the below listed vendors. They are nice people that get shut out by a corrupt administration. Do not give money to a business that has profited from the likes of Ray Schultz, and is owned by a person who has obviously pushed cases in the favor of violating employee rights, politically bullied decisions in the desired direction of his buddy's choosing, and disallowed the simple right to free speech at public hearings. You do not get to destroy places and lives and walk away. Hillary Schultz should not get a free pass. Indict him.
