The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Time to give Berry the Boot NOT the ‘Johns’

Anyone remember the oldest profession in the World? Prostitution? No, prostitution is the second oldest profession in the World. That’s right; being a politician! We should be putting a boot on Berry as he heads out the door. The City of Albuquerque is a wash of oxycontin and heroin, but Berry is more concerned and worried about putting a boot on some poor saps car. We are not condoning prostitution but by the same token why isn’t the city booting the cars of drug users? Drug pushers? How about Property crime offenders?

The answer is simple; Berry barrowed Martinez’s pet snake, Jay McCleskey, who has ordered Berry to get his “face” and his name out more for the public. This was nothing more than a publicity stunt, and a cheap one at that. Berry’s numbers in the polls are slipping and this has caused a lot of hissing by McCleskey. Usually when you see a snake all coiled up and hissing you take a shovel to it; not Berry, he is quick to follow McCleskey’s orders. It is both funny and ironic (moronic for Berry) to follow the orders of this person. Does Berry not know the parable about Adam and Eve and the snake who lead to the first original sin?
What happens when the person is on foot or the phone? Is APD going to start seizing the guy’s shoes or his cell phone? This is absolutely ridiculous, and only proves Berry is not making any decisions.

Booting DUI offenders is reasonable; they present a clear and present danger to all of us, if and when they go back on the roadway. How does the practice of drunk drivers who have an on-going and continuous danger to the public in general compare to a ‘John’ who is looking for some type of sexual relations? The comparison is dismal at best. So the ‘John’ gets frustrated and starts drinking and driving or starts looking for a different violent way to handle his frustrations, such as, rape or other forms of molestation.

Great Berry, you stopped the ‘John’ and now the ‘John’ has graduated to a more violent and heinous crimes…Perhaps Berry or McCleskey could show some statistical data to support this alleged danger that “Johns” pose to the community. Prohibition did not work and this baloney is not going to either.

Oddly enough, Berry stated, “We think this is going to be a tremendous deterrent for those soliciting the services of a prostitute. Where does Berry get the “we think” stuff from? Oh, that’s right he’s got a pet snake in his pocket.

The ACLU has now entered this controversy and are not pleased by McCleskey’s or Berry’s decision.

The City is relying on the City’s civil authority to “abate nuisances.”Prostitution is not a meth house that is riddled with bullets and criminals all over the place or a drunk who have, or could kill or injure the public. The story states, Under Meyers’ proposal, the city would declare a motor vehicle used in prostitution as the “instrumentality of the nuisance.” Could we use the same premise and boot Albuquerque’s nuisances (Berry, McCleskey and Meyers) since all three of them are “instrumentality of the nuisance?” Here is another misleading statement that Berry used to legitimize this dumb idea. “Berry and Meyers said the idea is part of the city’s efforts to crack down on human trafficking, the victims of which are often forced into prostitution. How does a ‘John’ asking for service from a prostitute now become “human trafficking?” If human trafficking is the core issue; go after the pimps and the Mexican Drug Cartel.

All joking aside, we do not condone prostitution. What we are saying is if the real problem is human trafficking, do some analysis as to why, or how people allow themselves to become prostitutes. Is it a run-a-way person, or someone hooked on meth or oxycontin? The Mayor needs to solve the core issue or problem, and stop the babbling to get free press coverage. This is just another reason why we need to vote Berry out.We need a mayor who will solve the core issues and problems, and not try and create new gibberish to pretend he is really trying to do something.

They should boot half the cars in the picture of all those plates from Berry's fundraiser then. Begin with 524PGC. Seriously, we all know those losers can't get tail on their own and now that SWCC is mostly closed its pretty funny what kind a folks I see while on patrol.....

Hey berry, why not legalize prostitution to help stimulate the economyand create the jobs you have chased away from this town. then the vice units can be sent to the field to help take calls for service.

Johns vote. Prostitutes don't.

Why is Berry placing such effort on a petty misdemeanor crime where the vast majority of the cases are dismissed or litigated out at the absolute lowest level? If Berry is so bold on this issue why not address it with new legislation, and by holding Brandenburg and the Metro Court Judges accountable? If Berry chooses to be the catalyst in the war on prostitution then by all means why not go all the way with it rather than limiting it to the nuisance of street level drugged up hookers and desperate deviants looking for a sexual fix. Why doesn’t Berry broaden his efforts to include online prostitution where he can use the “Southwest Companions” case as his centerpiece? Certainly there would be far more interesting “johns” identified, and the focus of this operation would go beyond just petty misdemeanor prostitution and soliciting offences to actually taking a stab at local government corruption. What are we to believe there are no criminals or deviants among local government? Berry wouldn’t know where to start but if it were to happen, he would certainly find that much more expensive vehicles that are parked in far more affluent neighborhoods would be booted than what his plan was initially intended for. No he would never do that, Berry is a lip-service punk with no spine. If Berry actually did go full-bore on this issue it would blow up in his face as he would be crossing far more connected individuals than himself. He couldn’t really take this issue serious, not when his campaign and political alliances might be at stake.

Trying to connect this demented idea to "fighting human trafficking" is on the same seriously low level of intelligence as the brain-dead attention whores in the City Council patting themselves on the back for dealing a death blow to human trafficking by requiring a telephone number to be posted on the restroom walls in all the topless bars. Albuquerque city politics seem to be an irristable magnet to people who still drag their knuckles on the ground when they walk.

Staff parking at APD HQ, City Hall, and UNM is already a headache; this is going to make it impossible.

NMSP estimate this plan will reduce their annual fuel costs by 50% as they will no longer have to chase those speeding luxury cars between ABQ and SF.

I ran that plate and shocking it came back to Berry's pet lawyer Paul Kennedy. Brrrr loser if there ever was one. I have no doubt at all he pays for 23rs or gets them "provided" to him. No doubt at all. Where's the Han family lawsuit on him, everybody at Kari's office knows he spent all the family's money.

That photo if woodhead looks like dopey dwarf.

Believe this Berry: the cartel knows all about the weak stance you have on drugs. They know you & your chief are doing battle w/DOJ. Your eye is not on the ball,Mr. Berry...they are taking over the streets of your city while you concern yourself with petty politics. It's happening now and it's only getting worse. Time to get tough on dealers and suppliers..not "johns".

Here is another perfect example of a politician trying to get more money for the general fund... It's the Red light camera crap all over again... Booting cars from JOHN'S... What a joke.. But typical...

Cartels are using the race tracks across NM to laundry their money. State Fair is coming up and maybe we will see White get caught up in something. Check out the NY Times on these stories.

They shadda just started at Berry's FUNraiser the other night. Or at White's house. We all know how Darren likes to go for "quick" walks near his office at the fairgrounds!!! Lmao. Or just park a unit near Banks. He's the pimp daddy of all. Mr "you got black in you?"

@(Dingle) Berry: How much of OUR money would you have to blow to buy enough "boots" to nail all the "Johns" available for your demented idea during the State Fair?A LOT of people from out of town and out of state bring a LOT of money into Albuquerque at that time (a concept that is obviously way over your head, even after nearly four years). Your idiot idea is so full of holes and APD is so full of hothead wannabe heros that a large number of mistakes would be made resulting in booting of cars belonging to some people who came here to have a good time and not with hookers.

Oh the Nrw Mexico State Fairgrounds..a hotbed of drug activity and not low level. I worked there for 2 years..low level secretary to the Director. When the high and mighty think they're better than us peons...why is the racetrack so popular with meth & heroin users?
