The Piercing Truth

This is right from the dictionary and seems to describe Albuquerque, Berry and Schultz. Fascism (f ash ,izem) noun An authoritarian right wing system of government and/or social organization. (in general use) extreme right wing, authoritarian, chauvinistic and/or intolerant views or practices. Fascism tends to include a belief in the supremacy of one group over another, national, ethnic, especially social strata or monetarily; a contempt for democracy, an insistence on obedience to a powerful leader, and a strong demagogic approach. Land of Upside Down

It seem too ridiculous to comment on but in just the course of a couple days, could the leadership of the Governor and the state's largest city's mayor, RJ Berry proved to us any more that if there's one thing that they are consistent with: it's that they are never consistent.

News broke out yesterday that over $100,000 was spent to remodel the Governor's kitchen in the state mansion. How we know the former occupant of the mansion was known for endless state dinners and functions at the house. Governor Richardson knew how to wine and dine and such events were regular affairs there. We find it totally ironic that a candidate who supposedly ran on a fiscally conservative platform would find it necessary to spend so much money on something her predecessor had no problems with. Given that the average house in Albuquerque costs about $150,000 and you can still buy a house for $100,000....isn't this a bit much. Really Governor?

Then, after months of grandstanding by Mayor Berry about how Albuquerque's new minimum wage ordinance is unenforceable, and how it is not appropriate for the mayor's office to tell the city attorney what to do, Berry then changed tune and is now enforcing the ordinance and bringing an action against the Rt66 Malt Shop owner. Nothing like showing how strong your convictions are when the general population calls you on your ineptitude. But we wonder what Berry will now say to the Rio Grande Foundation....that he had no choice?

Also as federal investigators determined that an entire class of Albuquerque employees were targets of discrimination by the APOA police union and the city, the EEOC moved forward with negotiations to resolve the matter to avoid going to court. Kudos to the APOA for stepping up and recognizing that officers are officers and appearing to work out a solution to the problem. However the spirit of cooperation ends there. When the same offer to avoid court and work out a solution was presented to the city, you can guess what CAO Perry, and city attorney Tourek, and Berry said not a chance. The city's position is "make us" instead of working towards any concilation between the parties.

Finally, with the commencement of mayoral campaign signatures hardly 10 days old, our Eyes are already reporting misconduct by Berry's people. It seems they've been busy collecting signatures on City property which is unethical since the Mayor works for the City of Albuquerque. But then again, if you're an unethical guy it really doesn't matter or does it?  We expect this to be a tough hard campaign however we also realize Mayor Berry will cheat and flip flop on issues--which is what he has done since from Day 1. So, to make sure everything is on the up and up, please continue forwarding us your cell phone pictures of Berry people doing what they do best: lie, cheat and steal. More on this to follow...

P.S. To the poster who keeps submitting the request for Mr. Heh to specifically identify what he or Mr. Dinelli will do to generate jobs....please, the answer is obvious: All either candidate has to do is NOT do what RJ Berry has been doing for the last 3 1/2 years.

Berry about your interview on police shootings being down the last six months; there is a reason. No Officer wants to be the next one in a shooting and be made an example of. If you think this is a joke start asking the people who work the streets. Not those silly detectives who are afraid of confrontation but think they are bad walking arou.d the main and fac. Pussies

And like Schultz says, there's no morale problem and there's plenty of cops out in the field and only the best and brightest get promoted and the department is a model for other departemnts to copy and the DOJ is here to learn from APD and Schultz is without sin and MOST of all: He is faithful to APD's mission and value statement.

Might want to look those up Eye/Paul/Pete.......

I just saw the KOB report on police shootings. Why didn't KOB interview HEH and Dinelli for this report? Berry has announced his reelection so therefore each candidates should be interviewed if one is interviewed.

Eye jump on this so the other media outlets don't show favoritism to Berry.

So the shooting at the car fleeing the 27-5 and past SWAT doesn't count as a shooting?

You sissies crying about PERA kill me. Half of you slide into a police officer position as a PSA, which means that you have absolutely no life experience AT ALL before being a police officer.
THEN you spend no time at all on the street while you buddy / wife fuck and stab everyone in the back to climb up rank so you can retire at 39 as soon as possible with a nice fat pension for doing NOTHING. Most of the sorry supervisors and commanders have more time in rank than they do as a street cop. That's pathetic. So now you have pussies with no life experience supervising employees who's job they never did. Sorry, 3 or 4 years on the street is not a cop. This is why you have top level scum fucking everyone's wives, cheating on their own, stabbing their coworkers in the back out of envy, and retaliation, beating their wives and stealing. This is because we have a bunch or adolescents running the department. A bunch of selfish perverts who are pathetic and have done nothing. This is why we have people with the mentality of a child that lie first as a defense mechanism, then dig their hole deeper instead of owning their fuck up. Just look at the bunch of non-cop pukes in line for the next commander positions. Not a stand up man in the worthless bunch. But ask them and they are the consummate experts. They take college classes on city time and set themselves up for the next job, so when they run out the APD door with their asses on fire they are set. If any of these motherfuckers had to do it on their own, they would fail miserably. You clowns should try working a career where you have to put in 30 or 40 plus years for a full pension. You would shit your pants. None of you work a full week. Oh what would you do? It's obvious those I speak of never took the job to be a cop. Nothing but a bunch of posers. You all never had a hard day in your pathetic lives. Don't believe me, look down at your buttery soft baby hands. Not a callous in sight, is there? Tells me one thing: You are good for nothing but jerking off. Not a scar on your pretty faces and some of you even getting plastic surgery. What a bunch of posers. Oh yea, and you shake hands like a fucking squid. Water balloons have a more manly grip. I don't blame real cops for getting the fuck out and away from you clowns, and I wouldn't recommend applying to APD to someone that I fucking hated.
Every one of the pathetic scum bags I am referencing, can go fuck themselves for being punks and not having the balls to do what is right. You will all be known as cowards when your pathetic careers are over and teh reason why APD has fallen apart. You and that Filth bag Schultz.

Mr. Gomez was right. Berry is a coward. He doesn't have a nut between his legs to even show up at a city council meeting. I can't wait to see Heh publicly pull his pants down in a debate.

More power to people like Mr. Gomez and Mr. Ellis who call out this mayor and corrupt police chief at every single meeting.

Courageous citizens like these gentlemen are exposing Schultz and Berry for what they are. It's only a matter of time before these corrupt officials are answering for their lies.

You guys kicked ass at the last city council meeting. KEEP IT UP. BE RELENTLESS.

That old guy who wears the jeff hat and yells at them is a badass too.

Here's upside down. 7 cadets graduate from Apd's academy tomorrow. 1 goes to rio rancho pd, 1 is an Afd arson investigator. So Apd gets FIVE new cadets. Hahhaahahahhaahhhaaahhahhahhaahaahaaahahhahaha. LMMFAO!!!!

Anonymous said...

Mayor Chavez did the same thing on City time. He went around to all the directors and top managers and "told" them to sign and "donate" the five dollars. No one had the guts to say no. So Berry is no different. They both are pathetic.

You know who said...

5 cadets!?!?!?!?
Ahhhhhhhahahahahahahahaha!!!!
LMMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lets see how many of these kinder gentler, stress free, cage free, free range, organic, grass fed new breeds of Schultz get pushed through..... Um.... I mean pass FTO.

Someone needs to piss test the chief. That boy is dropping some serious LSD. Does this idiot think nobody sees that the numbers are dropping exponentially, and there is no way to recover the manpower? Does he think we all believe his lies and bullshit? Does he think the officers are not voicing their opinion about the real facts on the collapse of APD like there is no tomorrow? Yea, that's right, it is common knowledge that officers are running call to call with absolutely no time for proactive policing, or even the time to check in on people and businesses that would like to see a police presence. There are businesses who had officers regularly stop in to check on them only three years ago. That practice has pretty much ended, and it is clearly noticeable. People are dissapointed and feel abandoned. APD is in shambles, the citizens don't have police protection and this mayor wants to take guns away from them. There has to be change. Throw all of these crooks out come election time. Nobody has the backs of the citizens of Albuquerque, and that has to change. The chief of disinformation can say whatever he wants to the media, but the fact is, the officers are telling it like it is. All you have to do is sit next to them in a restaurant to hear it all.

"kinder gentler, stress free, cage free, free range, organic, grass fed new breeds..." Thanks Joe Wolf and Ray Schultz. Truest statement ever. Notice bcso/nmSP have no issues.

Anonymous said...

The Journal(3-1) sure pointed out the past issues regarding some of Ray's officers that he is promoting.

Feel bad about the new DC who is getting promoted. If Berry goes so will the new DC if Heh is elected.

Anonymous said...

The new DC is Mac Page. At least he has moral and values. I attended todays graduation and the best advise that was given to the Cadets was from Judge Sheperh-Barela. Morals and integrity will supercede and carry you in the judiical system and a long fullfilled career.

As far as the kindler gentler agency. I say bullshit. These cadets were some of the most fit I have ever seen come out of the academy. Lets support anyone who has the guts to attend the police academy. As you all know its not for the week at heart.

Stop bashing eachother. If Shultz is as bad as he appears to be then his day will come. Otherwise stop bashing the cops who serve and protect

These are the type of high quality recruits the academy is getting:

"Just an opinion, but if APD wants more candidates how about relaxing the 1.5 mile run requirement? Currently it is at 12:55. I have never been able to do that. Not everybody is a long distance runner. That is the only physical requirement I couldn't pass.

And this is from their recruitment website. If at the academy, you have a question: You will then stand, come to the position of attention, say, “Sir or Ma’am, Cadet (last name), Sir or Ma’am”, then ask your question.

Why would people want to have that kind of military type of discipline for 6 months when they could go to basic training in less time?"

Fuck'n get off your fat ass, quit whining. Bwaaahahahahaha, a 8.5 minute pace is too fast for me!! It hurts when I walk that fast!! Bwahahahahahaha. Total fucking joke.210

Scott Lopez you shouldn't ever say that someone has a "free pass" to commit crimes. Just because someone has been ruled mentally incompetent doesn't mean that you don't arrest them. You are bashing the criminal justice system that we all work so close with. If you are going to arrest him you can engage in a conversation with him and have the conversation documented. A lot of individuals who are arrested claim they are crazy but when information comes forward and is presented to the Dr they can have a different opinion. That information comes off your report and lapel camera.

Of course I say this to Lopez who should know how to respond to situation befor shooting off his mouth. No wonder he doesn't get promoted.

"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
Stop bashing eachother!!!!!!
Whhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Well, I'll consider the source on that pal.

I don't think they are bashing eachother!

To me, it looks like the ones that are fed up and sick and tired are outing the scum who are constantly fucking up, getting taken care of, covered up for, and promoted, after being totally worthless and incompetent within APD. I say keep it up because it looks like the truth hurts. As a matter of fact the only ones that would cry about it are those having the light shined brightly on their dirty asses. So please give us a break with the cumbuya brotherhood, look out for eachother bullshit. Those that are outed deserve to have the truth told about them because they do their shit thinking nobody sees anything. And teh good officers deserve to work beside officers who have honor and integrity rather than these creeps who would sell them down the river, fuck their wives, or set them up and stab them in the back. It's amusing how somebody cries foul about exposing the slimy shit being done by slimy back stabbing creeps who should not even be officers, let alone ranking leaders in a police department.

Pity, these creeps should have had some honor and they wouldn't be in the limelight.

I saw Bill and Hillary Clinton ringside at the Holmes fight.
Hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like how a weak coward of a chump enjoys sitting ringside all the time watching real men and women do shit they would piss and shit their pants if they had to do with a full body red man suit on.
I doubt this coward was ever in a fight in his life. I would wager a bet that he had his milk money taken from him every single day, and his classmates pissed on his back in the school bathroom during break time.

I can help a little bit with what Lopez stops because I see it. He stops young girls with big boobs. Anyone object??? Cuz he is a looser.

WARNING: According to channel 13 the "Real Time" data center will send information to the Officers cell phone. I strongly recommend that if you don't have a department cell phone, do not use your personal phone. You are opening your cell phone records up to the world if you do that. You will loose all right to privacy.

Anonymous said...

Please explain the REAL TIME data comment. I have not heard of this. Will they access private phone records?

Anonymous said...

So what did APD do with the $741.000 that the city council gave them on Nov.5 to use "to investigate drug crime"???? Last week KOAT News reported that APD was going to drop its Narcotics squad, and merge it with its Property Crime division. Hmmm, guess there isn't much drug crime in Albuquerque (or maybe AD supports it).

Anonymous said...

@433 if you use your private cell phone while on duty at all it becomes subject to public records request. Especially if you use it for accessing real time crime center data. No the crime center doesn't access private records, defense attorneys do. Just ask the judge who was fired for talking to his wife

Anonymous said...

@1003...unless you are department brass. Then you can defy court orders, delete pictures, purge records, and "lose" your cell phone. Just like Allen Banks, Paul Feist, Marc Adams,nTJ Wilham did last summer......

Anonymous said...

Exactly on defense attorneys asking for cell phone records as part of discovery. The administration will tell you a different story so ask to use their personal phone. You notice everyone has a dept issued phone and a peraonal. For this exact reason.

Anonymous said...

And get sued for doing it

Our Sheriff spent over a 100k out of our training and equipment money to pay for all the lawsuits he is facing for violating deputies rights.

He also spent 500k to fix our old chopper which is a POS. We don't even have a use for it, they claim to fight fires, yeah right! That money could have been used for new much needed equipment and training they have now taken away.

Funny, they are all attending top notch training, I guess the rules don't apply to them!

these idiots don't lead by example.
