With the Albuquerque mayoral election less than four weeks away, our Eyes are pouring information into us at a pace that we can barely keep up with.
Over the weekend, one of our Eyes provided us with the following spreadsheet. As you can see from RJ Berry's campaign finance report he's been very busy spending money.A lot of money. Over $238,000 in fact.
And this money has been spent by RJ Berry, the current mayor of Albuquerque, on the marketing services offered by none other Jason McCleskey and his company, McCleskey Media Strategies.
We have to wonder, if RJ is so secure in his election bid as the local paper asserts, why is he spending almost a quarter million dollars on campaign propaganda?
$238,000!!!
It's no longer a questions of if a tragedy will befall upon us but when. Faced with tens of millions in lawsuit costs and an ever widening gap between what reality is and what RJ thinks reality should be, perhaps Berry should double expenditures to MM$!
Perhaps our federal representatives would care to comment on the matter unless they are OK with the state's largest and most influential city falling into decay. Surely even Heinrich, Udall, and Lujan-Grisham recognize their ambitions on select committees and favorable legislation will fall on deaf ears if the city continues on its course of implosion. After all, who really cares about the federal representatives of a state whose population is smaller than a borough of New York and is headed on the fast track to the where it came from: a "Barryed" territory.

"Berry" aka hiding, concealed, omitted, destroyed... Lmao,
the city has been berried.
that's great Eye. It's gonna be a wonderful week.
The AFD commercial is very powerful. Eye is this going to be on mainstream tv? If not why not? Do they need money? This commercial needs to get on all the tv stations asap!
Get the truth out and let the public know the real story.
I find it ironic that for all his "hiding" his policies, lies, deceit, and illegal activity are prevalent, out in the open and actively screwing over every city employee and taxpayer in Albuquerque. I have some info I am turning over to the FBI for investigation ref the library practice of seling books to a for profit corporation for money. Where is that money going? Not into the general fund that's for sure. It's taxpayer dollars that paid for those books. Another Berry policy scam to enrich administration.
I completely support ALL UNION ORGANIZATIONS...which mayoral candidate does each union entity support?
It would certainly help the citizens of Albuquerque to hear your voices PRIOR to elections I would think??? After all...doesn't your union dues pay for that service? Important question (maybe best on record from elected union officials???)...which candidate does each union entity support???
I look forward to reviewing the responses and thank you.
Banks is a trained liar, which is why Berry likes him....another Schultz in disguise!!!!!
To 10:13,
Airtime costs money. If anyone wants to help get this on the air, contribute to IAFF L244 PAC. I called 288-2313 to donate. Tell them RJ Berry sent you.

Short answer; no, union dues cannot be used for political action. So many laws pertain to union dues and politics thanks to the scared dipshit Republicans. Unions have to raise contributions similar to the candidates to get their issues heard. You can help by contributing to APOA (Police) or IAFF L244 (Fire). All contributions have to be reported to the state.
KOAT reported that AFD endorses Dinelli.
Alb employees want anyone but Berry, so we ask that everyone vote for Heh(Rep) or Dinelli(Dem) if you want to follow your own party affiliation.
Thanks for your support. We work for you.
According to today's Journal, if not for the union people like Stephanie Lopez and Diego there wdnt have been any problem getting new contracts. A cpl years ago we all banded together and donated extra money for marketing of this issue, why can't we agree to do that again and flood the TV with ads like "sacrifice."....???
The video is airing on television. I saw it on the FOX network today.
there is still a lot of money in the special APOA account (special interest) why not open it up and start the commercials or something? come on APOA be vocal for the officers for once!
